With 2003's THANKFUL, Kelly Clarkson proved that her AMERICAN IDOL win was no fluke by putting out a solid album of gospel-influenced R&B performed with the panache of a seasoned veteran. In late 2004, the Texas native delivered on the promise of her sophomore record's title, BREAKAWAY, by diving headfirst into alternative-rock-flavored pop of the Avril Lavigne/Michelle Branch variety. Though there are still a few R&B-inspired moments here ("Because of You" is a soulful, string-laced ballad in the best Mariah Carey tradition), most of the album has a much harder edge than fans of THANKFUL would likely expect. In other spots, Clarkson goes the moody chanteuse route, particularly on "Addicted," where she channels the spooky melancholy of Fiona Apple with surprising conviction. Clarkson herself co-writes several songs on the disc, which, combined with the record's unexpected musical variety, suggests a talented vocalist coming into her own as an artist as well as a performer. Love sometimes is just so complicated. Honestly, I believe that in some part on our lives we get to a point wherein we are already in a committed relationship, but then another person comes in and makes as feel something that we haven't felt in a long time after years of being in a relationship. You feel special and happy with the attention and the sweetness this new person gives you. Then you start to daydream about what it is like to be with him. Spending time with him and being Loved by him. It makes you feel treacherous, and you like it. BUT, reality checks in. You cannot risk all the things you have with the person you've been for so long. Specially if that person has been faithful and true to you.. So love really is dangerous when it makes you feel treacherous.

Haha Feeling treacherous and I like it, but I can't risk it! So I should just keep the LOVE.

Just recently got hooked to this song after I've listened to it while on a long drive to another city. I liked this song because it reminded me of the times when my BF and I get into a fight or an argument. He would not talk to me or text or call me back for 2-3 days and during those times I always think that he might of the worst that he would break up with me. And while thinking that I might lose him, I also pray that he would Stay. Because I can't imagine my life without him in it. We've been together for 4 years now and he has been a big part of my life. Specially now that we are in a long distance relationship, everyday I would pray that he would stay committed to our relationship.

Pinoy Music Craze

It's amazing how more and more foreigners are singing tagalog songs and posting them on youtube and facebook. I think its becoming a craze. It's interesting to know that even foreigners are now enjoying filipino music and some are even inspired to sing, or compose their own filipino songs. It is just similar to how we filiponos love to sing songs of our favorite american or other asian artists( even though we really don't understand the lyrics hehe) but now these americans and other asians are singing songs in our own language. I feel really proud that foreigners are starting to appreciate Filipino music and that they came to love singing OPM songs as well.

Bionic is the fourth studio album by American pop singer Christina Aguilera, released on June 8, 2010, through RCA Records. About the Album:

U-KISS released their first studio album, Only One, on February 3, 2010. U-KISS started promotions on KBS's Music Bank with their lead single "Bingeul Bingeul" (Korean: 빙글빙글, lit "Round and Round") on February 5. Last March 26-28, 2010,Premiere Entertainment Philippines Inc. (PEP) brought Korean “super idol band” U-Kiss to Manila for the very first time to promote their Only One album. UKiss met their Filipino fans and held autograph signing sessions after their performances during the mall tours. They also had guestings on GMA Network's shows namely Party Pilipinas and Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman. Other than that, UKiss also appeared in an interview at MYX music channel. This May, the group will be back in the Phippines for their first major concert at Araneta Coliseum this coming May 29, 2010.

UKiss First Major Concert in Manila on May 29, 2010 got POSTPONED!

Just when all the Ukiss filipino fans are getting excited to watch Ukiss perform live in their anticipated first major concert at Araneta Coliseum this May 29, rumors of it getting postponed spread-out. Unfortunately, that rumor happens to be true. According from an interview of the Korean presentative of the UKiss and the concert producer, they regret to inform everyone that the concert will be postponed to June. But the reason behind this was not stated. They also did not say the exact date when the concert will be on June. But fans who bought tickets on advanced no need to worry because their tickets will still be valid on June. According to the concert representative, it will be honored on the June concert therefore there is no need to refund the tickets.

This delay in the Ukiss concert is very much a dissappointing news for the filipino avid fans of Ukiss. But at least the event was only postponed and not cancelled. Fans could still see and enjoy Ukiss perform on June. As the saying goes, better late than never. So, for the UKiss avid fans, just hang in there after all, June is past approaching!
