Bake the traditional Torta della Nonna (Grandma's Cake); Almond Biscotti dipped in melted chocolate; and whip up a batch of Croccante, the sweet Italian praline candy. Enjoy these desserts with a cup of espresso.
$25 registration fee, plus $15 materials fee.

Use a pasta machine to prepare fresh tortellini filled with ricotta cheese, then top with two different sauces: butter and sage sauce and a traditional herb pesto. Whisk up a vinaigrette for a salad of mixed baby greens.
