There is the 2022 Honda NHL All-Star Game. It is taking place in… Las Vegas. There was a skills competition (or weird talent show?) last night. The game is today at… 3:00 pm Eastern. Okay, I’ll admit, I haven’t paid very much attention to the All-Star Game.

Our hockey pools using the regular season NHL schedule – Saturdays only – return next week on February 12. Originally, we expected a three-week hiatus for the Winter Olympics break when the NHL planned to send players. That went out the window with Covid, and the owners never seemed they really liked the idea anyway.

The NHL rescheduled games for the next two weeks, and I added them to our pools. While we don’t get to watch awesome international hockey with NHL players, on the plus side, the pools continue on! Now if I could only pick these games a little better, that would be nice!
