It was just like yesterday that i held his small hand and walked him up to his classroom on his first day of school. That was three years ago. He's so grown up now. Though not as tall as most of his classmates and schoolmates his age, he's still a big boy to me.

This picture was taken yesterday. He was so handsome when i sent him to school. Halfway through lunch, his teacher called up and told us he refused to take his graduation pic and asked if we can go back to the school or not. And so, we practically stuffed noodles down our throat and rushed back to be there for my special kid.

And thanks to a patient photographer, and also his caring teachers, Gordon had his Graduation Picture taken outside the classroom is many different locations and poses. The photographer showed us the pics on his Nikon DSLR. I told his teacher i want every single one of those pics!!!! He's soooooo handsome. Dont you think so :)

Gordon is the luckiest boy at his Kindy as he's the only one that had his Graduation Picture taken with his parents. Thank God i applied the best under eye cream the night before. The above pic was taken with my Nokia N82. Awwwww..... my boy graduate jorrrrr...... the first of many graduations to come (i hope)

Holiday soon....

The past few days has been quite stressed for all. Hubby just went back to KL. I wish he can go back on Monday, but too bad, work calls. Soon, the long school holidays will be here. I dont think i'll have much time to myself for the next few weeks. Gordon will start Std1 next year and i'll use the time available to help him learn as much as possible. He's a much pampered special kid and he has to learn to take care and protect himself when he goes to a whole new environment. I cannot be at the school all the time, but near enough just in case he needs me to be there.

As his school is near the mall, hubby suggests i hang out there for the first few weeks. He says there may be a modern furniture exhibition there in January and MIL wants to give the living hall a mini makeover for Chinese New Year. Just made some noodles with eggs and minced pork. The kids are eating it on their own and about to finish their meal. We ll go to bed early and wake up early these days. I find that this lifestyle is not too bad compared to the times when i sleep at 4 or 5am in the morning and wake up around noon. The kids and i eat an extra meal too. MIL always complain my kids look skinny. Ok, let's see how the new routine goes. If they do put on extra weight in two months time, i'll continue with it. I just have to make sure i have food in the house so that we can all have a hearty breakfast together.

Hubby always remind me to give out kids the nutritional supplements he buys back every now and then. I do admit i forget most of the time. But since i get enough sleep these days, i find that my memory is better too. So, dont underestimate the importance of sleep and proper nutrition. I do remember someone telling me once that lack of sleep will also make one put on weight. I dont know how far true it is, but it's good to sleep at least 8 hours a day. I'm trying my best to achieve that. For those of you who are concerned of your health a lot, you may want to take some Endurance Products to help you fight against radical damage. They also promote better health. I've left the link to an online store where you can get them. My SIL was a beautician and she says it's good for those with problematic skin. The brush will also supercharge my cleanser. I hope so too. I dont think my skin is the problematic kind, but it does break out occasionally. I blame it fully on lack of sleep, lack of exercise, proper diet and stress. Now that i've lessened my workload so much, i hope my overall health will improve.

I always joke with hubby that i'm going to reward myself with a breast augmentation the moment Malcolm stops breastfeeding. It's still fairly new as it's hardly used. What a waste, huh....

To my Mom's or Sis' this weekend??

I hope i can finish up my posts soon. I want to go to the beauty supplies store to get myself a face steamer and also a battery-operated rotary facial brush. A beautician told me to use it once a day when i wash my face. It cleans better than washing one's face by hand. I used to have a facial brush but i got tired of moving it in circular motion over my face. It can be tiring. A battery-operated one is definitely better. The acne scars on my face are not so red now and i can see it improving and healing by the day.

In another hour or so, i gotta go pick the kids up from the Kindy. It's Friday, and my kid has been asking for his baseball glove and bat since early this morning. I told him he can play with it after he comes home from his Tutor's. Tomorrow, he has art classes. I will then take both of them over to my Mom's or Sis' in the late afternoon and they can have fun with their cousins till night. My nephew keep buzzing me on MSN that he has a new baseball glove. He wants to show it to me if i go over to his place tomorrow.

Talking of baseball glove, if you need to buy one for your kid, you can get one here. The site i'm about to tell you about is one of the best place to shop for kids sporting goods online. It's a very convenient place for parents to shop for baseball gloves, uniforms, bats, etc. Given the choice, i'd rather shop online too as i can compare prices to see which one fits my budget. Check it out if you have the time or bookmark it for your future reference. Dont forget that Christmas is just round the corner. Sporting goods are one of the best gifts for little boys :)

"This post is sponsored"

Are you hooked to Facebook?

How many of you are hooked to Facebook here? I used to enjoy logging on to Facebook to check out the updates each morning. It was fun at the beginning but lately, my friends all seem to have stopped updating their status. Maybe they are just like me and no longer find Facebbok interesting anymore. Many of them have confused these kind of Social Networks with blogging. Some even think that Facebook is an extension of their real life, lol. Me, i only use Facebook to interact with bloggers i've come to know online, and also with friends and family members. Forget about adding me just because you happen to tumble across my site or you find my Facebook Profile picture interesting. The only other thing i do at Facebook is to play their endless game apps, lol.

Last week, a friend announced her wedding on Facebook. She even posted her wedding pictures there. She doesnt have a blog and Facebook is the only place i can see and know what's happening in her life. I enjoyed looking at those wedding pictures and see how blissful my friend and her hubby are during the wedding. It's not a grand affair, only a small gathering with friends and family members. Nevertheless, it's a meaningful occasion and somehow, i wish i could have been there to share the joyous occasion with them. Another thing is, i loved the wedding flower arrangement at the garden. It's so beautiful and for a while, i thought i was looking at a fairytale wedding. Talking of flowers, if you are planning for a wedding and you need to buy discount bridal flowers online, you can checkout the link i left here in this post, ya. I rushed back home as i need to publish a few posts. It's the end of the month and i want to wrap up my work before the 31st so that i can see the payment on the 1st, woot!!! Oh, it's not much. Maybe $100+ from this company. I have multiple streams of income from my blogs and this is just one of them. If i were to own a small car like the MyVi, the income i get from one company is definitely enough to meet the monthly installmenat. Abuthen, i dont have a car now, only a few more months of debts to settle. Thereafter, i'm a free person. Free from financial debts. HAPPY!!!!

At the Kindy just now, i saw Gordon's teacher talking to a parent. Or are you the kind that prefers to buy Christmas Cards and sent to friends and family members? If you need to buy them, you can check out the link i left here in this post for the best christmas cards online.

It's almost the end of the school term and by middle of next month, the kids will be home with me every single day again. Well, the truth is, i sold mine off when i moved back here as i no longer need it. Moreover, it's parked outside under the time and the UV is not doing the paintwork any good. Hubby asked me the other day to consider buying one next year. I need to fetch my kids to school in town and it's better that i use my own car instead of the family car. I'm not very particular what make or model my car is, but hubby did mention the Proton Exora. I have compiled all of his artwork into a clear folder. The most recent one will be out on display in the bedroom. I place it against the lampshade as the backlight makes it stand out even more. He's quite talented in art and i believe this is one of his favorite subject besides Maths. I think he's just like both hubby and i. Both of us can draw well. I still remember my childhood days quite well. Each time when i fall ill and has to stay at home, i will ask my mom for a dollar and run across the road to the shop to buy myself a drawing block. I will then stay inside the bedroom quietly and draw by myself.

My creative artwork also made some quite a bit of pocket money during my schooldays. Friends will ask me to help them make personalized Birthday or Greeting cards for them. Depending on my mood, i may even adorn those cards with ribbons and glitter. Those days, greeting cards are very expensive and schoolgirls like us cannot afford to buy them. Handmade ones are definitely cheaper and more personal. Talking of greeting cards makes me realize that Christmas is fast approaching. Do you still send Christmas Cards to friends and family members? You can check out these beautiful christmas cards here if you like. He needs to do lots of banking and he goes to the one in Oldtown. It's very jammed there during lunch hours. So, i have to go with him and wait in the car whilst he does his stuffs. We hardly have any time left to do anything else. By the time he finishes with his cheques and transfers, it's time to go pick the kids up. We can only go for tea with Malcolm as that kid normally refuses to get off the car whenever his Papa is in town. What to do? Have to take him out.

It's already Friday and in another day's time, hubby will be away again. We still have tomorrow to take the kids out to the mall. Hubby told me last week he saw some very impressive Table Top Displays online and wanted to see if he can find something similar at the mall. I doubt it, lol. But if he cant find it, we can always order them online as usual. It's the internet age and everything can be purchased online at a few clicks of the mouse. Well, if you are also looking for good quality table top displays, you can check out the link i left here in this post.

My webhosting account is expiring soon

I spend most of my days working on my knitting and crochet projects lately. I dont have much time to do at night as i need to work on my blogs. I'm now working on a cape for a friend's little girl, and also a golf driver head cover for another friend. And oh, that's apart from my very own projects. Year end is fast approaching and i always have the urge to work on new knitting and crochet projects at this time of the year, lol.

I dread long holidays as i'm stuck home with the kids every single day till the new school term starts. Hubby is very busy with his business and he needs to travel overseas rather often. He's mostly in KL and is only back for a few days each month. The kids miss hi like crazy but they've gotten used to him being away for duration. They are bigger and can play by themselves.

I just wish i have more time to work on my blogs. Many of them are pretty neglected, especially those that dont bring in much money, lol. Come to think of it, the hosting account for my dormant blogs are about to expire early next year. I still havent decided where to move those blogs to. My friend told me to check out this webhosting company and see if they're packages suit my needs or not. I'm not in a hurry yet, but if you are in need of a new webhosting account, you may want to check it out.

Hubby's on the way home :)

Almost 3.30pm. I've not been anywhere as my kid wasnt feeling well since Tuesday. My in-laws went to a few Deepavali open houses and also a wedding dinner. Last night, my MIL complained to me that price of gold is so high that she had to pay so much just to buy something for the bride and groom. I told her she shouldnt have bought them gold at all. An angpow will do and i believe everyone would understand and appreciate that.

But then, old folks like my in-laws still feel that Gold is still the best form of wedding gift. They told me their parents had a rare gold coin last time, which they had to sell off for money when times were bad. Do you have gold jewelry? They will fetch a good price of you were to sell them off now. But if you want to buy rare gold coin as a form of investment, then the link i left here in this post may be of interest to you. The only thing i can think of apart from my kids must be the laptop computer, lol. The internet is my life but i did not log on to it to check on my stats and blogs eventhough i can do that with my mobile phone. I'm now back, with a mind that's sharper than ever. I have a few new projects which i hope i can get down to working on them soon. Other than that, we are also planning on another trip. Destination to be announced next year :)
