Trump Buys Netflix

Donald Trump , the current US President, bought at least $1m worth of bonds in Netflix and Warner Bros Discovery (WBD), according to a financial disclosure form, days after he said would “be involved” in a proposed merger between the two companies.

A disclosure form released by the White House on Friday indicated that Trump made two Netflix purchases and two WBD purchases, each amounting to at least $502,000, the Guardian reported.

Trump’s purchase of Netflix and other corporate bonds are another “sliver” of potential conflicts, in addition to concerns about the president’s cryptocurrency involvements, said Richard Painter, former chief ethics lawyer under President George W. Bush and a University of Minnesota Law professor, in a phone interview with CNN.

Interestingly, Trump said in December he will have a say in whether Netflix can proceed with its proposed $83 billion acquisition of Warner Bros Discovery, which faces a rival bid from Paramount Skydance. Any deal to acquire Warner Bros will need regulatory approval.

Bootlid - swipe your leg to open and/or close the boot. You can also open and close the boot from drivers seat as well.
Only XUV out of these have an 18 inch tyre, rest all are 17
With all seats up , boot space in Hector Plus is more than XUV
If you are looking for a city drive, this is one of the best cars. That doesn't mean you can't take this car on highway, you definitely can. If the primary or 80% of the use is going to be for office drive, malls, parks, and city outskirts then this is the car to go for.

i29 architects managed to create a sense of balance and harmony in the midst of what could easily be seen as an overly-cold, high-modernist interior redesign. Highly-precise cuts in the built-in wall cabinets double as door handles and serve to add some architectural interest to areas that might have turned out too bland otherwise.

White is used primarily to transition from place to place, between staircases, rooms, built-ins and other points of greater interest – rather than in place of primary decor. Kitchen and other ‘active-use’ spaces for standing, walking and working on one’s feet are made more cozy by a more copious use of pine.

Wood veneers can make a modern space seem cheap, so using solid wood planks rather than plywood panels was a critical design decision in this case. Real board lumber – whether hardwood or otherwise – makes it all feel more stable and homey. No significant staining was employed, though these light-wood areas could have stood to be a bit darker perhaps.

Having sections of pine wall serves to accent spaces and connect floors visually, but also provides an opportunity on the furniture front: subsequent pine desk, dresser, nightstand and bunk bed pieces would be great to make office and bedroom spaces both relate to the overall interior while also feeling warm and resident-friendly.

There was this beautiful woman assistant behind the counter, and she could
see that I was new at it. She handed me the package and asked if I knew how
to wear one. I honestly answered, 'No, this is my first time.'

So she unwrapped the package, took one out and slipped it over her thumb.
She cautioned me to make sure it was on tight and secure.
I apparently still looked confused. So, she looked all around the store to
see if it were empty. It was empty. 'Just a minute,' she said, and walked to the door, and locked it...

Taking my hand, she led me into the back room, unbuttoned her blouse and
removed it. She unhooked her bra and laid it aside.
'Do these excite you?' She asked.
Well, I was so dumb-struck that all I could do was nod my head.

She then said it was time to slip the condom on. As I was slipping it on,
she dropped her skirt, removed her panties and lay down on a desk. 'Well,
come on', she said, 'We don't have much time...'
So I climbed on her. It was so wonderful, that unfortunately, I could no
longer hold back and KAPOW, I was done within a few moments.

User: MS-DOS 6.22.
Tech: That's your problem there. That version of DOS didn't come with NOSMOKE. Contact Microsoft and ask them for a patch that will give you the file. Let me know how it goes.

1 hour later.

User: I need a new power supply.
Tech: How did you come to that conclusion?

User: Well, I rang Microsoft and told him about what you said, and he started asking questions about the make of power supply.
Tech: Then what did he say?

User: He told me that my power supply isn't compatible with NOSMOKE.

Dead Horse Point

Dead Horse Point State Park is perhaps Utah’s most spectacular state park. Dead Horse Point is a promontory of stone surrounded by steep cliffs near Moab, Utah.

The mesa that is Dead Horse Point provides breathtaking views of the canyon country of southeastern Utah and the pinnacles and buttes of Canyonlands National Park. Shiprock, New Mexico…Thirty million years ago, it was 2,000 feet underground.
Today, thanks to erosion, Shiprock towers roughly 1,700 feet over northwestern New Mexico and attracts thousands of savvy vacationers each year.
Considered one of the world’s finest volcanic formations, Shiprock is a volcanic “neck,” the remains of the core of a once-mighty volcano. Anglo-Americans gave the formation, which can be seen up to 100 miles away, its current name because, from a distance, it looks like a large clipper ship.
Years before that, however, the Navajo called the rock Tsé Bit’ A’i, or Rock with Wings. The name stems from an ancient Navajo legend that tells how the rock was once a large bird, who summoned by the Navajo’s ancestors helped transport the people away from pursuing enemies and brought them to New Mexico.

Preikestolen, Kjerag plateau, Forsand, Norway

Preikestolen (nynorsk) or Prekestolen (bokmål) – also known as Preacher’s Pulpit or Pulpit Rock, and Hyvlatonnå (old local name) – the most famous scenic attraction in Ryfylke, and in all of Rogaland county, is located in the Lysefjord. To experience its majesty, hike up to it! You follow a well marked trail from the Pulpit Rock lodge through different mountain landscapes. A trip to Preikestolen from the closest car park and Norwegian Mountain Touring Associations staffed hut Prekestolhytta is a 3-4 hour round trip hike with fabulous views. The parking facility and hut are about 1.5 hours from Stavanger city by ferry and car.
The rock itself is a massive cliff 604 metres above Lysefjorden, opposite the Kjerag plateau, in Forsand, Norway. The top of the cliff is approximately 25 by 25 metres square and almost flat.
In 2004 approximately 78,000 people took the 6 km hike to Preikestolen in the four summer months making it one of the most visited natural tourist attractions in Norway.

Mount Roraima

Mount Roraima is the highest point in Guyana, the plateau standing at 2700 m with the peak at 2810 m in Venezuela. Roraima is the tripartite border of Guyana, Venezuela and Brazil, and at the moment can only be approached from the Venezuelan side. Part of the ancient Guiana Shield, which extends into Brazil and Venezuela and was once part of Gondwanaland before tectonic activity moved apart the continents of Africa and South America, Roraima has developed unique flora which huddles for shelter in pockets on the exposed, windswept plateau. Amazing rock formations have been carved by wind and water, and the ground is uneven and rocky with frequent crystal clear pools of excruciatingly cold water (good for the circulation apparently!) There are crystal beds that contain large, individual crystals in interesting shapes, and stunning views from the top over the Gran Sabana of Venezuela, provided the cloud cover lifts. A good guide should give you the opportunity to see all of these features once on the top.

This ambiguity about its name further mystifies this 6,239 m / ( 20,470 ft ) high pointed granite spire found on the Karakoram offshoot, Baltoro Muztagh. Its large size and vast ridgeline expanding up to 1000 m has fascinated rock climbers over years. The first mountaineer to leave his footmark upon its summit was the British climber Joe Brown, accompanied by Martin Boysen, Mo Anthoine and Malcolm Howells. Today you will find 8 separate climb routes to its peak, among which the Eternal Flame remains a favorite for those daring to go the Dan Osman way.

If you're good driver and we suppose you are not afraid of heights or maybe to stuck in the mud in the middle of nowhere , this won't be your worst nightmare to watch and read.Here’s our guide to the top blood-bathing roads that even the best driver would want to avoid and the deadly routes where tonnes of accidents have happened. 1. Road of Death – Bolivia
North Yungas Road or Bolivia’s Road of Death, which is 70 km and almost 3,600 meters down to narrow curves, is widely accepted as the most dangerous road in the world. The narrow road with the fog and vapours have taken many drivers’ lives. Instead of shrieking while passing this mortal road, you’d better concentrate on how to survive in such a nail-biting driving scenario.

2. Siberian Road to Yakutsk – Russia
The Siberian Road is the only road available to Yakutsk City, Russia. People have no choice but take risk if it would take them five hours rather than a few days to pass the road after the rain. The road gets paralysed and it’s an absolute disaster when people are in a chaos seeking warm clothes and food while being stuck in a 100-km long car line-ups. One woman has even given birth to a baby on a bus wallowing in the mud.

3. Georgian Military Road – Russia
The 220-kilometres long Georgian Military Road runs between Tbilisi (Georgia) and Vladikavkaz (Russia). The road was started by Russian military in 1799 and completed in 1863. 8. Grimsel Pass – Switzerland

9.Old road over Saint Gothard Pass – Switzerland
