Time to abolish the US Tax System in favor of the Fair Tax

Do you know most people pay about $0.18 out of every dollar to taxes. So if you make $300 per week, you pay $54 for the privileged of working. You have to pay for working. I just want that to sink in, you go to work, you have to pay.

Is their a way out of paying taxes? Sure what allot of rich people are doing, is tax dodges, tax loop holes, tax brakes and the one I am in favor of called the "fair tax" http://www.fairtax.org/site/PageServer.

What does the fair tax do?

I will just go into just a little bit of it.

1. You no longer have to pay to work. You make $300 a week, your paycheck will be $300.

2. Business's will now have no payroll tax, meaning they can put more people to work, here in this country instead of hiring other countries to make products. Which means putting more Americans back to work.

3. A little down side, the sales tax will go up to about 20%. Sales tax is a consumption tax. This now will pay for all the public services and public payroll. This also means allot more money coming into this country when we have international visitors come into this country and buy stuff. This means you will pay more on the more junk you buy. Buy only what you need.

Let's just focus on one area of foreigners coming into America is China. China has been a fast-growing market of international travelers to the U.S. since the United States and China signed a Memorandum of Understanding in 2007 that opened the doors for promotion of travel to the entire U.S. In 2008, almost 500,000 thousand Chinese traveled to the U.S., staying on average 23 nights and spending $7,200 per visit.Total spending by Chinese travelers in the U.S. was $3.5 billion in 2008. By 2013, visitation from China to the U.S. is expected to grow 61% over 2008 arrivals — rising from 493,000 in 2008 to a forecasted 795,000 in 2013. Let's take that $3.5 billion take out taxes let's say 5.1% of sales tax which will bring it back to $178,500 in taxes which brings it back down to the base of $3,321,500. Now if we take that number and bring it to our new tax code, the US would of brought in $664300 in taxes with a new grand total of $3.98+ billion dollars.

4. Your yearly tax form is no bigger than a post card with about 10 questions. Yes nobody will get any more tax breaks or be able to hide in some tax loop hole. People and business's will now be responsible for being a good American.

This will essentially downsize the IRS. Instead of being the money police for billions of people and business's, they will now concert their efforts on business's collecting the sales tax and not you claiming an extra 5 feet on a home office for a tax break.

One thing that is reoccuring theam, more people steel because they don't have a job to buy what they need, this will put a whole lot more people to work and they won't have to steel.

Hopefully sooner then later, people on welfare will figure out that you will make more money working then being lazy and sitting at home waiting for a handout. All they have to do is go ask a person how much do they make a month and compare that to what they get in governmental welfare.

America, it's time to grow back up and be responsible to your self and your family.

Attention Public and private companies. Starting on Jan 1, 2012, the mention of race will not be allowed on any application. You may replace this question with the following if you wish: "What country where you born in?" Since slavery ended in 1864 and segregation to integration did what it was supposed to from 1950-1970, their is no need to know what race a person is to get a job or to buying or renting a piece of property.

My ancestory comes from several countries from USA, Germany, Canada, Scotland and Ireland.

The pigment of a person's skin should not have any bearing on an application.

Slander

n. oral defamation, in which someone tells one or more persons an untruth about another, which untruth will harm the reputation of the person defamed. Malice was the person uttering the lie that I urinated at Archstone Harbour Cove Apartments, to inflict pain with evil intent.

Damages: 22 days x $10 per hour * 8 hours = $1760 actual as of 9/25/2011. Will keep increasing until I find another permanent job.

Punitive is the intentional lie that was told. I would like to be awarded $5,000 for the damages as my reputation has been damaged as I have to tell each perspective employer why I was terminated from this employer.

Joe Harris, Broward County Deputy Sheriff dbaPNS Parking did no investigation to find out if this was actually true. PNS Parking did not reveal the date and time of the incident and did not match up the date and time of actual computer entries that are saved in their computer systems will also show that I did not do this act. If Archstone Harbour Cove Apartments has surveillance video, this will also show I did not do this act.

To this date Archstone Harbour Cove Apartments has failed to comment.

If I was the President

If I was president, I would make the following changes:
1. Eliminate the welfare system as we know it.
2. Eliminate all non emergency money to foreign countries
3. Stop all new and current programs that use tax payer monies.
4. All social programs that are non essential will not get tax payer funding instead tax payers can fund the programs their selves.
5. All federal pensions will only pay 25% of what their final year salary was.
6. All pensions will turn over to 401k's and pay no more than $5000 a year with a $5000 or more match.
7. All illegal aliens will be deported within 30 days. They will have the opportunity to sell their property and to settle affairs in the USA. Failure to do so will have a 10 year NO Reentry mandate.
8. Their will be a national ID system that uses a RFID technology. The readers can be attached to traffic cameras.
9. Cash will be fazed out as the country is spending to much money to fight crime and counterfeiting. The national ID cards will be one cards attached to their choice of a bank. Banks will eliminate the per transaction charge and percentage fees to stores. You will be allowed to keep the cash but only banks can take in cash verify it's authenticity and add to your account.

Why not make an "Automatic Law" regarding these two items.

When the debt exceeds $1 billion dollars the following will happen
1. Immediate hiring freeze of all federal depts. All non essential employees that have been hired within the last 6 months will be layed off until national debts falls below $1 billion dollars.
2. All non immediate or urgent payouts will cease until the US debt falls to $x dollars. From the bottom of the Totem Pole Payouts will suspend until such time the state and/or federal limits fall below $1 Billion dollars.
3. All city, state and federal parks will be maintained by prisoners as part of restitution initiatives.

Federal / State Employees
Employment by federal and state employees cannot exceed 6% of the population. Instead employees will need to be cross trained if more personnel is needed.

If at all possible, programs will be contracted out as a lottery of the submissions. Five will be reviewed at random and 3 people of the associated programs will decide on the contract they will choose from by criteria they have submitted.
The following should only have the following minimum education: Graduated High School.
Examples: Typing, clerical assistants, parks and recreations, low level food servers, parking enforcement.

Federal and state budges will be assigned a numerical number from 10 being the most important funding to 0 the least important status of funding.

Examples:
10 - x amount of personal per 10,000 people of fire dept personnel
8 - x amount of personal per 1,000 people for law enforcement
5 - Welfare and state payments will be cut by 50%.
1 - National Parks that receive funding by entrance fees
0 - Temporary low level aid to foreign countries

Fair Employment Act:

Their will be no quotas

Their will be no language requirements unless it is for an interpreter.

All Military and Law enforcement will be combined into the Homeland Security Dept. All entities will continue to act as they usually do, but all these dept's will have a chain of command structure using 1 computer system with level security clearances.

Back in 2007-2008 The south and south west is trying to take water from the Great Lakes. The Great Lakes hold six quadrillion gallons of water. That’s 20 percent of the world’s fresh surface water. As scarcity grows, there’s concern more and more people are eying that water -- it's been likened to death by a thousand straws.

A historic compact designed to protect the Great Lakes against that pressure from diversions was signed into law in 2008.

The heading of this blog says the solution. What is the solution you say?

Well it seems each year we have enough floods across the Midwest which is fresh water. The solution is another Country wide building project.

Their are states that need the fresh water, South West and the south need fresh water. (CA/NM/TX/GA/AL/AZ) These are most likely the states that need the water. Each state and the states collectively can build a flood spillway water pipes that do attach to these rivers that seem to flood each year like the Mississippi River and all the states were affected with a great deal of water.

How it works

Each state that is affected will start a spill way from the Mississippi going west. When their is to much water and a flood is starting, this pipe will automatically open and let the flood waters flow away from the river taking all this fresh water to the states that need water.

Where will the pipe be built?

Each state and city has these high tension utility line that runs everywhere. Have the state and the utility company come to an agreement that they can build the water pipe right under these towers. No other property needs to be taken over.

Now in conclusion the following has happened:

Flooding can be averted with these emergency water pipes.

States that needed fresh water now gets a fresh supply of untreated flood Fresh water

Many jobs will have been created.

This is just a rough draft of a proposal that this country could do to help prevent flooding and states that need fresh water has an option each year to get water.

What does Welfare, unemployment and illegal aliens have in common?

It's costing the US taxpayer $1 trillion a year. We can't continue this amount of drain on society for a bunch of mostly lazy people.

I believe if we can deport the 12 million illegal aliens in this country, and start sending the 13.9 million people on unemployment and some of the 350 million people on welfare to fulfill those now vacant jobs, we can start putting this countries financial books back in order.

Also to keep this country solvent and become powerful again, we need to eliminate welfare as we know it. If you go onto welfare, you must take those Norplants so they can no longer have children while taking federal tax payer money. The food stamp amounts need to come down, they get way to much money for food.

The government needs to go back to visually verifying things again. Make sure they don't have 3 cars, or supped up cars with $2000 rims, $1200 stereo systems in their cars, 3-4 plasma TVs in their home, yea a house that they own or were given from the city.

Erratic visits for drug / alchole testing and I would go so far as if they have cigarettes on them or in the home. If you are found with these items, you are cut off for 6 months.

If children are not in school with out good cause, no benefits for 6 months and they will have to reapply. They must show that they are looking for work, email will be sent to that worker to verify that they applied for employment, if not money is cut of for lying/fraud and in 6 months they can apply again. Gold teeth, multi amounts of tattos might also come into consideration if they used tax payer money to get those items. Federal money for these lazy people are for food, housing, clothing, utilities. I see alot of people with a/c's and heaters on and they open the windows wasting that energy wasting tax payor money.

It is time to stop all this money flow for low life's who just want to spread their legs to get more money for doing much of nothing. This isn't only aimed at the women, the dead beat fathers who impregnate 2, 3, 4 women and then take off. If the woman cannot name the father on the birth certificate you don't get any state/federal aid.

Welfare was to help out a spouse when the other spouse died or disappeared and it was only to be for a few months to get back on his/her feet not generation after generation after generation.

Ethel Bertha Jansky (Nee: Keppler), 88, 1720 E Memorial Dr., Janesville, WI passed away. She was born to Ernst Louis Keppler (1895-1965) and Nellie Ilene Larue (1894-1972).

She was married to Jacob Jansky (1917-1983) on Dec 27, 1943. She worked as a Telephone operator

She was preceded in death by her siblings: Ileane Elenor Keppler (1917-1995), Lois Helen Keppler (1920-1986), Ernst Robert Keppler (1925-1982). Ethel enjoyed her trips to Ho-Chunk, Diamond Jo’s and Djope’s casinos. She had a great love for her nieces and nephews.

She has one remaining sister: Phyllis Ruth Keppler (1927).

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2011, from 11:30 a.m. until the 12 noon funeral service at the PRAIRIE HOME CEMETERY CHAPEL, 605 S. Prairie Avenue, Waukesha, WI. I just saw and read the story about this lady having to wait 35 minutes for police to arrive because of budget cuts.

Perhaps the US Government could do a way better job in spending money then funneling it to other countries and spending $800,000 to show men in Africa on how to wash there genital area’s.

Free money to buy more food then you can possibly eat. Also a lot of these Tax payer draining people eat to excessive and become obese, because it’s not money they are out earning.

Pride dwindles to a point where they have no more pride because it’s generation after generation after generation of welfare.

You ran out of money, lets spread your legs and have another kid. It’s not like we have a population of 307,006,550 - Jul 2009already in the US with unemployment at 9.1% of the labor force Dec 2010 plus another 20,000,000 illegal aliens in the USA costing us $100,000,000,000 a year Like we need more people in the USA.

Now with all that money saved, we can spend it on essential services and people won’t have to wait 35 minutes for the police to come and possibly see a family raped and murdered or held at gun point while they are being robed and violated of our personal space.

What if we go back to where America started nation wide commerce in Rail? What is the mph of rail?

Asked the guys down at the railyard what it costs/takes to move a train. Best example was this. Takes 1200 gallons to move 100 freight cars stacked 2 high with cargo containers 170 miles without pulling really any passes. Only a few hundred feet elevation difference between rail yard and destination. Here is what I came up with.

Lets do an average of 6 mpg for a loaded tractor trailer (Semi) pulling a single 40-53 ft trailer at 170 miles it averages out to about 28 gallons or at 3 bucks a gallon $84.00 in fuel X 200 = 5600 gallons at a cost of $16,800 making the train 4.5 times more efficient just in fuel cost! go a bit further & figure in driver wage/salary cost! lets say just price to the driver at .25 per mile $8,500.00 now in wages (just in loaded miles) now at $25,300.00 Pretty amazing! wage difference between the two conductors on the train (average $25.00 hr) 8 hrs we'll say and 2 conductors =$400.00 in labor just in trasport is an $8100.00 difference. Total cost difference just in fuel and labor makes the cost of the transport by rail $4000.00 and by truck $25,300 making the train 6.3 times more efficient! No doubt about it, rail is a very fuel-efficient way to transport people and stuff. The Association of American Railroads announced that in 2009, freight trains in the U.S. averaged 480 ton-miles-per-gallon. This mean that a 1-ton car would have to get 480 MPG to match it, and a 2-ton SUV would need 240 MPG! And that would be just to move the vehicles around, no other payload.

Some facts about freight rail:

One train can haul the load of 280 trucks or more.
In 2009, Class I railroads generated 1.53 trillion revenue ton-miles.
Class I railroads reported fuel consumption in freight service of 3.192 billion gallons.
Dividing 1.532 trillion ton-miles by 3.192 billion gallons of fuel yields 480 ton-miles per gallon. That's up from 436 in 2007 and 457 in 2008.
480 was the average last year for all rail traffic across all Class I railroads - that means for some trains and some rail traffic, the corresponding figure will be much higher, while for others it will be lower.

Now what I propose is this: Freight that needs to go from state to state goes to one of two hubs in each state of where trains will drop them off at.

Truckers from inside that state will pick up the load and deliver it to its destination.

Example: A truck load needs to be picked up in Dallas, TX and delivered to the Miami, FL port. The company in Dallas will deliver the load to the train depot. The train depot will deliver it to the South Hub in Florida. A trucker will now deliver that load to the Port of Miami. This saves the Dallas Company money, saves alot of money in fuel and the truck drivers are home everynight and hopefully a reduction in truck driving accidents.

Because of their sheer size of an 18-wheeler, collisions with these vehicles is often catastrophic, we have pictures of both the trucks and the cars they collided with. Question: What if a faster moving electric vehicle is approaching a slower moving one? They pass just like you do now days. You pass on the left and then move back into the electric lane.

I wrote the Orlando Police Dept. if I would be allowed to drive a golf cart to work that is only 7 miles away, they say no. Just think, no gasoline, no auto repairs, no spewing carbon emissions into the atmosphere. Also on the safety aspect, slower vehicles in the city, there would hardly be any traffic accidents especially no fatalities at all.

The only time a regular gasoline/diesel vehicles are allowed in the right lane is to actually turn right.

Law enforcement: Just like the HOV/carpool lane anybody caught in this lane would receive a heavy penalty.

The cops were at the right spot, but at the wrong time.

A SWAT team from the Milwaukee Police Department burst into Denise Berndsen's apartment and turned the place upside down looking for evidence of child porn.

Oops. The man they were targeting had moved out five weeks earlier.

Instead they roughed up Berndsen, who had returned home from back surgery that day, her 74-year-old father, and a man she had just started dating and who for a few terrifying minutes wondered what he got himself into.

Pray you don't follow any pedophiles or drug dealers on an apartment lease. You might get unexpected guests at the door with badges, riot helmets and assault rifles.

" 'Hit the floor!' " Berndsen remembers hearing. "My apartment was wall-to-wall cops."

"It was the first time I ever had handcuffs on in my life," said her father, Jerry Berndsen, an Allis-Chalmers retiree who served in the Army and Army Reserve for decades.

"It was just a real freaky scene," said Denise's friend, William Schmidt, who said he scrambled to the floor after an officer pointed a rifle at his face.

Even though the upper-flat apartment is near State Fair Park in West Allis, most of the police were from Milwaukee. They were working with the state's task force on Internet crimes against children to catch the long-gone bad guy. A West Allis police lieutenant was there, too.

Denise Berndsen, 43, a mother and a grandmother, said she thinks the officers might have noticed her bandages, so they stopped short of throwing her to the floor. The two men were cuffed, but she was not.

"They proceeded to destroy my apartment, still not saying why they were there," she said. "They not only told me the detective would explain all in time, they also had the nerve to tell me I should be lucky I'm not in handcuffs."

Officers rummaged through her bedroom closet, dresser drawers and kitchen cabinets, and in doing so, broke a couple of wizard figurines and cracked the headboard mirror on Berndsen's bed, she said.

They brought high-tech equipment into the apartment and hooked it up to her laptop computer to search for evidence. If they were looking for porn, Berndsen said, she found it odd that they never touched a bookcase full of DVDs and videocassette tapes in the living room.

Once they realized their mistake, the police showed Berndsen and her guests a photo and told them the name of the man they were seeking. She said she recognized the name from some mail that had arrived at her place.

The raid happened on Oct. 15 around dinnertime and lasted a half-hour or more. A search warrant was signed that day by Milwaukee County Court Commissioner Barry Slagle. Normally, search warrants are filed with the court clerk's office within a few days of being executed, but as of last week there was no record of this one being filed.

Maybe the outcome was just too embarrassing.

"Was it a mistake? Yeah. Was it an honest mistake? Absolutely," said Anne E. Schwartz, spokeswoman for Milwaukee police.

"We had every reasonable belief the suspect was still there," she said.

A West Allis police report put it this way: "It was later determined MPD's suspect had moved out sometime in mid to late September, and we were now talking to the new tenants."

Actually it was more like Sept. 6, said the landlord, who asked that her name not be dragged into this. She evicted the porn guy - never knowing he was a porn guy, she swears - after he fell about $1,000 behind on his rent. The police never contacted her about the man, she said.

Berndsen moved in on Sept. 21 and lives alone. An AT&T employee, she's on disability because of her bad back, and she was trying to save money by renting a smaller place.

She said the doors were damaged by the police, and she has been unable to get the landlord to secure them. A doctor has told her she is suffering from a stress disorder since this ordeal, she said, and she's not sure she can bear to stay at the apartment any longer.

Berndsen spent a few weeks trying to find a lawyer to take her case after the botched raid, but so far none has agreed to do so. Then she contacted the news media.

When the police realized they had swooped down on an innocent woman who had just come home from the hospital, they offered to call an ambulance for her. Berndsen declined, figuring she would get stuck with a bill that her insurance wouldn't cover.

And the police more or less apologized.

"They said, 'We're sorry. I guess you're just one more of his victims,' " meaning the child porn suspect, Berndsen said. "I said, no, we're your victims."

You like to think the cops are chasing after people who exploit children. But it would seem that with all their intelligence-gathering skills, they would know if the target had moved away more than a month earlier.

"I just don't think they investigated this thing enough to figure out who was actually living there," Berndsen's father said.

Exactly. The city should pay for anything the police broke, and toss in a bit more to restore this woman's shattered sense of security.

A better way to commute to work

We all now oil is running out. Everybody should want oil Independence from other countries. Nobody wants to get mugged on the subway or buss. Obviously, there should be way less cars on the roadway. We need better ways to get goods from one coast to the other coast without having 80,000 semi trucks on the roadway.

It cost just to keep up in Los Angeles freeway system $42 billion to keep adding freeways and new lanes to have thousands of more cars using millions of gallons of oil and gas to put more pollutants in to the air to increase greenhouse gases but more over deplete the dwindling supply of oil left on this planet. No if you multiply this just one county in one state by 50 states times $42 billion that would equal $2.1 trillion dollars always pumping more money into the freeways to have with a rough estimate of 247 million vehicles in America.

Here are some obvious questions you would have.

Are you as a tax paying American tired of the criminals taking advantage of you, your family, friends and neighbors? Are you tired of seeing people murdered, raped, robbed, stabbed, car jacked, home invaded, kidnapped and / or your property vandalized?

A lot of these criminals call jail and prison there second home because of its easy living and free meals. They go to jail, get in front of the judge and say I didn’t do that. The parents of these criminals come out and say how dare you accuse my child of this because the parents are ashamed they are terrible parents and didn’t take a switch to their bottom more often and now look at these criminals back and forth in jail.

Now the judge convict’s them to 90 days, a year, 5 years, 20 years and off they go. They go into a cell, they get to go to lunch and get a free meal, health care, go watch TV, go outside and use the free gym equipment, take a shower go back to their cell and take a nap and then go get another meal from the cafeteria.

This is costing taxpayers roughly $55.09 per prisoner a day, guards, meal, health care, library, gym equipment and just for Florida $1.47 billion, now multiply that by 50 states.

It’s time to make jail very uncomfortable for them to keep coming back to because they think the real world is too hard. The world is just a playground to commit crime instead of hard work and being nice and civil to your neighbors.

Now parks are way down near the bottom to get funded especially with this huge recession going on in the United States and some are calling this a depression not quite what happened as the Great Depression of 1942 however we are seeing 14% unemployment, 2 year extension of unemployment benefits and the US debt clock shows that we owe $13,875,022,684,761.23. That is $13 trillion dollars. Instead of using regular workers at $13-25 per hour cleaning parks, trash next to highways and mowing grass, building roads, removing graffiti, isn’t it time we make these prisoners pay back what they took from you? It’s time to make national chain gangs or work gang’s brought back to full force. Perhaps this will deter them from committing crimes in the future if they know what they will have to do with their day instead of napping and working out in the gym or watching TV all day.

The actual workers that were taken off this detail can do other things I am sure there is a huge list of items that always need attention. Perhaps they can drive street cleaning vehicles around town cleaning streets.

GOP Slams 6,000 Earmarks in Trillion-Dollar Omnibus Spending Bill

Republicans are blasting a last-ditch Democratic effort to pass a massive spending bill laden with about 6,000 earmarks as a “smack in the face to taxpayers.”

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell fired away at the bill from the floor of the Senate, saying it “repeats all the mistakes voters demanded that we put an end to on Election Day.”

“Americans told Democrats last month to stop what they’ve been doing: bigger government, 2,000-page bills jammed through on Christmas Eve, wasteful spending.”

Among the 6,000 earmarks the media has uncovered so far in the massive legislation the Senate is trying to push through just weeks after Democrats sustained their work landslide of the post-World War II era:

· Literal pork: Almost $350,000 is earmarked to study the management of swine waste in North Carolina.

· $235,000 for the management of invasive weeds in Nevada.

· $300,000 for the Polynesian Voyaging Society in Hawaii. Founded in 1973, the society sails a “voyaging” boat throughout the Pacific, studying how ancient Polynesian people settled far-flung lands.

· Funds are devoted to a variety of agricultural needs, including research of maple syrup in Vermont, control of potato pests in Wisconsin, the development of virus-resistant grapes in Washington state, and peanut cultivation research in Alabama.

· $80 million for states and Indian tribes to pay for preservation of Pacific salmon.

· $13 million for clean-water initiatives in rural villages in Alaska.

· $450,000 for the World Food Prize.

· $500,000 for the Edward M. Kennedy Institute.

· $200,000 to install solar panels at a food bank in Arizona.

When will the government realize that they are bankrupting America?

The US Government with all its excessive spending could be out of money before Christmas 2010. I think it’s time to consider disbanding the house and the senate and let the 50 governors be the new law makers and controllers of the United States of America. We need to let Americans in on the voting process.

The President and the 50 governors let the American citizens here what is planned. The citizen’s log on to the internet voting page and vote for each bill. No more ear marks. Isn’t it time to let the citizens help run this country as fiscally responsible as it could be?

It will be up to each governor to teach all of his/her constituents what the bill is why we need it or don’t need it and let the voting America make their voices heard.

At the rate we are going, China is going to own America. We will be evicted from our own land and the new title is “New China”. The greatest nation on the planet is dwindling down and becoming a third world country, broke.

Do you remember what happened to Russia? They were a world power that went bankrupt from corruption and greed.

We need to stop spending all this money, especially for all these other countries. We need to help our country get back to its greatness. It is time to stop welfare and deport the illegals. We need to get American’s back to work building things to sell instead of importing everything from China, Taiwan and Korea.

We did it once, we need to do it again and remember that amazing couple of sentences from the John F. Kennedy speech on Jan 20, 1961; “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country.

A Shreveport Police officer at the heart of a police brutality claim was fired for "violating department policy," said the city's police chief on Wednesday.

Shreveport Police Chief Henry Whitehorn would not elaborate on the specifics of the violation by Officer Wiley Wills, saying the investigation into the brutality claim remains open.

Whitehorn spoke to reporters Wednesday morning about the case. A police video tape of Angie Garbarino that ends with her lying on the police room floor in a pool of her own blood made national news coverage over the last two days.

Whitehorn also said the FBI and the Justice Department have opened investigations into the matter.

KSLA News 12 has learned more about how the investigation began into the alleged beating of a female while she was in custody of Shreveport Police.

KSLA News 12 talked to Garbarino Tuesday at her home. She didn't want to be interviewed on camera and referred us to Miciotto.

He gave us a copy of the tape which first shows Garbarino asking Officer Wiley Willis for a phone call, then demanding a phone call.

As Garbarino tries to walk out the door, she's put into handcuffs. The tape later shows a scuffle, then Willis appears to shut the camera off.

When the video resumes, Garbarino is lying in a pool of her own blood.
At one point she could be heard saying, "I wasn't even hurt that bad until he threw me onto the floor. Look at me."

When paramedics arrive, they asked one of the officers what happened, to which he replied, "she fell down."

Both Garbarino and Miciotto claim Whitehorn is the one who filed the internal affairs complaint, and that's when a two month investigation insued.

We put calls into the Shreveport Police Department Tuesday to request an interview with Chief Whitehorn. The chief will instead hold a new conference Wednesday morning at 11:00 a.m. That news conference can be seen live on ksla.com.

Mociotto also told us he will talk tomorrow.

In fact, he says his office and Garbarino are both being solicited by national news organizations as the story has reached beyond the Ark-La-Tex.

Late Tuesday afternoon KSLA News12 received a statement from Chief Whitehorn. He says, "After reviewing the evidence, we decided it was something that needed to be handled internally and there was not enough to pursue criminal charges."

A Shreveport Police officer has been fired, after a woman in police custody claims she was beaten by him.

Angie Garbarino says back on November 17th, while in police custody, she was beaten, and she has the pictures she says proves it.

Garbarino did not want to go on camera, but did tell us her side of the story.
On November 17th Garbarino says she was in police custody when she says the officer at the time, tried to give her a breathalyzer test.

Garbarino refused the test. At that point, she says she was beaten by the officer.
Garbarino's attorney has police video of Garbarino at the police station after she was taken into custody.

Garbarino says she was taken to Christus Schumpert Hospital with bruises all over her body, including two black eyes and a broken nose.

KSLA News 12 has learned the officer involved incident, Officer Wiley Willis, was fired over the weekend.

KSLA News 12 attempted to reach, Ron Miciotto, Garbarino's attorney and also Eron Brainard, the lawyer for Officer Willis for comments.

We also tried to talk to Police Chief Henry Whitehorn but so far, those calls have gone unanswered.

Racine Police Officer Admits To Sexual Misconduct

RACINE, Wis. -- A Racine police officer admitted to having sexual contact with a woman he caught urinating in public on Independence Day, but he said the contact was consensual.

During a court appearance Monday, Officer Frank Williams, 37, pleaded no contest to a felony charge of misconduct in public office.

The criminal complaint said the 20-year-old female victim was leaving a bar with two friends when she ducked behind a building to urinate. Williams called the woman to his car and told her to get in the back seat.

The woman said Williams wasn't going to give her a ticket but insisted on taking her to her friends house. According to the woman, Williams said he would follow her other friends there. The complaint said a friend of the woman's told Williams that she was too intoxicated to drive, but Williams allegedly ignored the comment.

On the trip to the friend's house, the woman said Williams reached behind to the back seat, put his hand between her legs and touched her inappropiately. The woman said she didn't say "no" because she feared for her safety.

Tests show that the woman's DNA was found on the squad car's radio microphone.

Williams' attorney, Michael Guerin, said Monday that Williams "acknowledged in open court today his recognition that his actions were inappropriate, but we maintain this was not an assualt."

Racine County District Attorney Mike Nieskes explained Monday that by pleading "no contest," Williams is admitting to doing something wrong, but the issue of whether it was consensual or not doesn't have to be addressed.

The case will not go to trial.

Nieskes said he has recommended that Williams resign but said he hasn't heard back from Guerin. Williams, who was hired as an officer in April of 2000, will be sentenced Dec. 4.

Perhaps Obama should stop fighting with it’s own state govenors in trying to combate illegal aliens

Perhaps Obama should stop fighting for a Muslim Church (and it’s a church not a cultural center) to be built only a couple of blocks from the twin towers especially when his family is part of the muslim faith.

Perhaps Obama should stop lying that he never heard Rev Wright spew all that hate speech about America.

Perhaps Obama should stop aiding in the hate Race relations hype going on ever since he took office (We will not litigate on black on white crime)

Perhaps Obama and his family should not be taking all these vacations when one vacation cost $300K an additional about $3,000 per hour to travel on Airforce 1. And his wife and dog fly on separate flights

Perhaps the White House needs to stop bowing down to all these different religious people and go back to the true meaning of separation of church and state as “The government shall not impose as a state mandated religion” No where does it say, you can’t print the word God on money or being able to say Merry Christmas or display a religious scene on a state/government land it just means that the Government won’t say what church you must go to like a lot of other countries do.

Perhaps when the government starts doing this, people won’t have the need to create a world wide story in burning the religious book of muslims that says it’s ok to rape your wives and then there will be 19 virgon boys and girls. Wow Muslims can’t wait to have sex with 8 year olds after they murder infedels.
