my pursue

Bought a little white myvi on last year (year of 2012).

Satisfy with it not because of it's performance but all the payment had been done only by myself.

My next target will be own a house after two years even though I know is quite hard for me to achieve it.

Let assume Malaysian nett salary is RM3000:

Expenses:

- self budget (food, communication, rental and so on is roughly about 1K)
- car owner basically use up roughly 1K as well including of car payment, petrol, parking and may be car service.
- entertainment will cost you only about RM300++.. (release stress and celebration)
- insurance (RM200 for basic only) & RM200 for parents.

the total for all of the above is RM2.7K.

and the balance on hand is just RM300.

How many years does we need to take time for saving the house down payment and all those fees when purchase a house?

I believe almost 60% of Malaysian is living under stress condition due to the high living cost and also expenses.

In these worst situation, government's plan to implement Goods and Services Tax (GST) is regressive as the majority of Malaysians already find it burdensome to make ends meet, and the only ones to benefit would be the corporate fat cats and business cronies of the political elite.

Overall, the 7% GST plan is so 'RIDICULOUS' in low-income Malaysia.

2012-10-18T13:38:00.002+08:00

I don't know until when I can withstand the everything. I does not expect you can help me but at least you let me know if you can't help me.

sense of direction- no
willpower- no
job scope- no

I don't know why I work for but at least I know I work for money. That's the reality I facing now.

when?? how come I don't know?? why no one tell me on this??

but actually he know.. he know the everything but I just act like my fault.

being scold? yes, if I really did something wrong but if not?? could I just admit or deny or I should fight back? got no idea on it.

my mum mind is you should work, work harder, why go on leisure??

and me was like, mum, can't I just go for one day trip since I have been work harder nowadays until can't breathe??

stress, I really feel the stress now...

Focus keep focus I won't ask for the help start now I know I am able to solve the problem unless I can't solve it then I will go for the help.

跌倒了

2012-07-24T10:35:00.002+08:00

the memorable Friday- 22/6/2012

2012-06-24T20:48:00.002+08:00

First incident happen: - walked until XX office to send document then the person in charge said the XX document need your company chop so they can't accepted it and required us to amend it. Is ok, just a short walking distance nia so it doesn't a big deal for me to walked there again.

Second incident happen:- luckily got a car to went to the XX office again. no need to walk, save energy...muahahah...after sending the document, went to Bangsar to have our lunch. It is a traditional Indian food that eat with banana leaf and served with "kuah curry" or "daul" which we normal eat with "roti canai".
That was my first time to tried it and I don't know how to symbolic my taste. For me, it is a bit weird to eat with the curry but overall can said tasty and I can confirmed it was a good try that never been.

Third incident happen:- booked a badminton court at 7pm (supposed to book at 8pm but the court there had been fully booked so no choice even though I been scolded) lol...we depart from office 6pm hopefully can reached before 7pm and who know the traffic was so jam so at last we reached there almost 8pm. Booked 7pm reached 8pm. So, our badminton court upgrade from normal court which cost RM25 to vip court which cost RM45. yeng mou??

but the bad case happen

I seem like a coach giving briefing but actually my right leg was just sprain. it was so painful and my tears almost drop

dismiss?? lol....

Fourth incident happen:- after my leg was sprain, I just sit aside to watched they play.a bit sad actually cause I can't join to played anymore.and the sad thing is I just played for ONLY 20 minutes...arghhh...durian as dinner after badminton. still so enthusiastic for durian even though my leg was sprain...and I walked like the OKU people...lol...but enjoy the smell and taste of the durian since the last time I ate durian is one year ago..

Star Cruise trip

2012-06-22T10:49:00.001+08:00

This was my first time to went travel by star cruise and might be my last time too. One time experience is definitely more then enough. For those who not use to it, they might felt seasick because we do all the activities when the star cruise is moving. It is an awesome star cruise trip from Penang-Phuket-Krabi and then back to Penang. We enjoy the nature much when at Phuket and Krabi without all those stress.
