Ok, I recently received these photos in my inbox....from 2009! Yes! 2009. I pretty much gave up hope that I would ever see pictures from this wedding but the other day they showed up!

Jimmy and Allison were married at her dad's lake house on Lake Hartwell. Having the wedding at her dad's house made for a very relaxed and comfortable day. Enjoy!

Fresh Fridays - Florence & Blake Edition Part I

Last Saturday Florence and Blake were married! The ceremony was at The Log Cabin church in Marietta. This red door gives me everything. After the ceremony, the guests headed over to Bold American's 887 located at the King Plow Arts Center. I feel like I live at Bold American because I'm always there for tastings, meetings and weddings. It is, by far, one of my favorite catering and decor companies in Atlanta...well, the people are pretty amazing as well! Enjoy!

{Ok, this is the bride's mother and mother-in-law...notice something similar? They both had the same outfit on! They didn't even buy them at the same time! It became the topic of conversation all day}

{they tried very very hard to get a picture with everyone looking in the same direction with smiles and everything....it didn't happen BUT they were beautiful}

{Ok, I like to take a picture with each of my couples at the wedding annnnnnd this one wasn't happening at all! We took a few and this is what came out-it was a long day, y'all}

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Randi L. Moore of The Wedding Gown Salon. As a wedding planner, I see wedding dresses constantly and I visit bridal salons weekly but The Wedding Gown Salon is one of my favorites. Brides always want to be pampered and catered to especially when picking out their wedding dress. Randi and the girls give the ultimate customer service to each and every bride. Brides make an appointment and they get the whole salon to themselves...a fun place for their girlfriends, mothers, family to come and have the wedding gown shopping experience that much better.

Luckily Randi let me play with some of the gorgeous dresses. Check them out!

Have you ever heard of "trashing the dress"? Of course it is always after the wedding and the pictures are normally taken in an environment where you don't normally see wedding dresses. Under water, in the sand, muddy, etc. I thought this was a really beautiful session. Happy Friday!
