My first lucid dream
Date:27/11/2015
Day: Friday

After 7 months of trying to get an out-body- experience or lucid dream, I finally get my first lucid
dream today, it really was an amazing experience, my experience start like this :
At first, I was dreaming that I am in car I was sitting in the car backseats with two people, the
man who driving the car was my uncle, it was night, and suddenly my phone ring, I answered
the call and it was from someone in the company where I was working, he tells me that there
is problem and he want me and my workmate to come now (my workmate was in the car with
me).

Then after I finished the call, I turned to my workmate whose was in the car with me, to tell him that we have to go back to the work again, but before I talked to him I noticed a strange thing when I looked to the car window, I noticed that it has become morning!

And I was shocked because I remembered clearly that it was night before the phone call , then
an idea hit me , and i thought it maybe a dream then I did my realty-test , l close my nostrils and
tried to breathe, then I suddenly realized that I can breathe normally with my nose closed, and
then l looked at my hands my fingers were strange, then for the first time in my life, I realized that I am in a dream.

I was so so so happy I said to my self finally I did it, I was so happy for finally having a lucid dream, then I remember that I can do anything, so I thought about try flying, so I decided to jump
from the car and to try to fly , I opened the door then I jumped but I didn’t fly instead I fall dawn
, for moment I thought that I might hit the ground , but suddenly I found my self sinking in a
void .

And the scene start to disappear and the vision become unclear , then I remembered my goal
which I put it for my self , and it was to see my higher self and to know my life purpose
(the goal of meeting my higher self l learned it from William bulhman book : adventures beyond
the body) .

I started to repeat mantra that :”I want to meet my higher self and know my life purpose”
I repeated it continuously , then the vision started to become clear again , I found my self in
calm room , the room was semi dark it was beautiful and looked familiar .
There was big picture in front of me in one of the walls it was looked like mandala , beneath the
big picture there is another picture but it was small and there was an Arabic word wrote in it .
Then I sit down crossed legged in meditation posture , and i closed my eye and i started to

repeat :
” I want to meet my higher self and know my life purpose” , but suddenly I start to see the room
even though my eye was closed , and I resume my meditation and repeat mantra that : ”I want
to meet my higher self and know my life purpose” hopping that I might got the answer for the
question : what is my life propose ?
And while I was doing my meditation my little brother come and open the door of the room
And then he said to me” you still meditating you waste your time” (in my real life he always do
so ) then he closed the door , then after his interruption I resumed my meditation and i closed
my eye , when I closed my eye it was dark there nothing to see then I said to myself “ I afraid
that I will be awake soon “, then suddenly I opened my eye to find my self awake in my bed .
This really awesome I finally did it 
