If you were running your own blog site or website and you have monetized it with Google AdSense Affiliate Program - your site should comply its regulations and policies otherwise ad serving to your site will be disabled. Google AdSense Team is on alert spotting sites that are violating their Google AdSense program.

Google ads may not be placed on adult or mature content. This includes fetish content as well as sites that promote, sell or discuss sexual aids. Examples include, but are not limited to:

sexual fixations or practices that may be considered unconventional
sexual aids or enhancement tools such as vibrators, dildos, lubes, sex games, inflatable toys
penis and breast enlargement tools

Yes. I admit that the above site is intended for adults only or people who are 18 years old and above. And most of the contents found on this site are matured contents. When I created this site, and I applied the Google AdSense Affiliate Program - I never thought that the site has violated Google AdSense policies. Only I knew it when I received their communication.

Now to resolve the issue, this is what I did: Instead of changing and deleting anything what I published on toystore site, I just disabled the Google AdSense Affiliate Program. The reason is that - I already declared the site as a matured contents site on the day I created it and on the first day I submitted it to search engines and that it is intended for adults only (male and females). The site is an extension for a site containing toys intended for intimate pleasures called The Xandria Collection. And I am one of its affiliates. In 1980, some groups of self-employed persons were also required to contribute to the social security fund from which benefits are paid upon the occurrence of a contingency provided by the law. From my blogging – I learned how to show respect and love to my host country: Saudi Arabia. I learned how to differentiate job and business and other opportunities. I learned that writing is a medium to tell the world what I know and what I love. I learned how to care my personal health and how to manage them.
From the time I started sharing my blog articles, there were about 17 articles I had written about Saudi Arabia that includes my personal experiences in the Kingdom. I learned that immigrants will live with peace in mind and without fear through appreciation and understandings with their cultures and abiding the laws regulated in the Kingdom are the most important things to consider aside from its beautiful history.
To write them was really a big challenge. I had interviewed some Saudis and other immigrants for information. I had used encyclopedias for more information about the country, its people, its culture, tradition and about the law regulated in the Kingdom. So far, I had written 9 articles about business and other business opportunities.
From those articles I learned that job is only temporary. When an employee became incapacitated, he loses his job. His job cannot be transferred to his loved ones. There’s no financial freedom in job. He has no freedom to enjoy and has a very limited growth. I even said that there is nothing wrong to learn other things – even though a person is on his job when he can use it someday or after he retired from his job.

At this moment I am preparing and reconditioning myself for my vacation which is due on May 1, 2012. So this is the reason why I digested facts from my previous articles and put together into one article as my overall status – this is also another way to promote my pages at Wikinut publishing site across the Internet.

The Funny Side of Easter Eggs Hunting is History

As part of celebration, I also had joined with the thousands of net surfers around the world for Easter eggs hunting. Using my desktop computer, I had visited many websites hoping to find for some Easter eggs but I could not find even one so I decided to stop. Yes. I was about to leave when I spotted a dusty place where a lonely Easter egg was hiding.

I shouted, “At last I found one!” But what surprised me, when I broke its hard outer covering inside the Easter egg; I found two old published articles written by two Triond writers. And in my thought, maybe this will answer to some questions asked by some of Triond users like “What was the first article written by the first Triond member/contributor? Or who was the first Triond contributor who first published his/her article at the site powered by Triond?”

After my thorough investigation, I found the following interesting information such as:

After the official launching of Triond that took place on March 14, 2006, was followed by registration or signing up of some writers who happened to be the first official contributors for the sites powered by Triond.
Based on the date of publication of the article entitled “Traveling in The USA” the named “Clearwater” was the first Triond writer who wrote the first article and published it at “Trifter” on May 31, 2006 at 12:00AM. The author was a Esraeli national. He also had written two additional articles entitled: Mardi Grass 2000 published on July 8, 2006 and The Last Train Station published on April 20, 2009.
The second Triond writer who wrote the article entitled “How to spot an acting scam” was Brock Richardson. His article was published at Quazen on June 28, 2006. That was his first and last published article.

Marami sa mga OFWs ang nagsabi na walang pakinabang. Ngayon meron bagong PhilHealth circular No. 022 na ang layunin ay taasan ang taunang kontribyusyon ng mga OFWs na naglipana sa buong mundo - mula sa 900ph tataas ito sa 2,400ph sa darating na Hulyo 2012.

Dati ang isang OFW bago pumunta sa ibayong-dagat ay nagbabayad sa POEA para sa OWWA Medicare na nagkakahalaga ng 900 pesos para sa isang taong membership. At ang kaniyang dependent o mga dependents ay mabibigyan ng discounts sa mga gastos sa hospitals na accredited ng OWWA kung sila (dependents) ay may hawak na kopya ng OWWA Medicare Certificate mula sa papaalis na OFW.

Maliban sa OWWA Medicare, mayroon din SSS Medicare noon at ang buwanang premium ay 75 pesos na kasamang binabayaran kung ang isang SSS member ay nagbabayad ng kaniyang monthly contribution. Kung ikaw ay single pa ang mga dokumentong kailangan ng PhilHealth para sa inyong mga dependents ay sertipiko ng kapanganakan: ng nanay, tatay, kapatid o pamangkin at kopya ng iyong passport at patotoo ninyo na ang inyong mga dependents ay malusog sa date of application sa PhilHealth. Ito ay ayon sa lahat na aking ipinakita sa PhilHealth noon. Mahalaga na makipag-ugnayan kayo sa PhilHealth, sa sulat o email. Ang website nito ay makikita sa (http://www.philhealth.gov.ph)

Noong Febrero 2007, bago ako bumalik sa Saudi nagbayad ako sa POEA para sa PhilHealth. Nabigla ako dahil ang 1,200 pesos na ibinabayad ko bawat taon ay naging 900 pesos na lamang. Ang kopya na binayaran ko kasama ang aking PhilHealth ID ay iniwan ko sa aking maybahay. Sa mahabang panahon ng pagiging PhilHealth member ko ay hindi pa ako at mga dependents nakikinabang dito.

Hanggang sa kasamaang palad ang panganay ko na 17 taong gulang na babae ay nakipagbuno kay kamatayan sa loob ng 7 araw sa Our Savior Hospital, Rosario , Cavite . At laking pasasalamat naming mag-anak nang sa pang-pitong araw ng aking anak sa kuwartong iyon ay masayang ibinalita ng doktor na siya ay fully recovered na.

Sa pitong araw na pamamalagi ng aking anak sa Savior Hospital ay umabot din ng 29, 470.50 pesos ang hospital bill kasama ang Professional Fee at Pedia Fee. Nguni’t ang binayaran lamang ng aking maybahay ay umabot lamang ng

21, 070.50 pesos. Ang 8, 400 pesos ay pumasok na PhilHealth deductions. Ito ang unang pagkakataon na napakinabangan ng aking dependent ang aking PhilHealth dahil sa pesteng kagat ng lamok!

If Children Ruled The World There Will Be No Heinous Crimes

The world would not become a den of several criminal crimes such as war, graft and corruption, terrorism, rebellion, cheating, drug addiction, rape, smuggling, kidnapping, sex slavery and prostitution, child abuse, spousal abuse and other heinous crimes.

There will be no impeachment trials of presidents, chief justices of supreme court like what is happening now in the Philippines. There will be no martial law to be imposed to a certain country as there will be no rebellion acts against any governments. There will be no demonstrations and rallies to check the wrong doings of government officials.

However, we should know also that kids can be much crueler than adults. The world would be like a big trash pile because children don’t put anything away. The world would become messier and full of lost things. And the rate of development would be slower because children want something just for fun and are apt to ignore something related to world development.

The world would experience more humorous trial and error because children don’t think as carefully as adults do. Children might ignore adults also because adults don’t have power. Adults would feel lonely and some of them might try to commit suicide due to their situation.

And the world would be a disaster unless an adult were behind every child. If the children were in the congress and senate they would talk just about funny things and they would play all the time.

If they were bank directors they would spend all the money on games, candies or parties. Adults would have to work not to receive money but toys, candies and chocolate. Most school classes would disappear. The world would become rough and wild. And no one would like to be adults and parents would feel very sad!

Daniel Infante Tuaño took up Political Science and founded a Political Science organization almost 10 years ago at the University of the Philippines Manila. He has been writing news for almost a decade, taught some things and learned many things from people living with HIV-AIDS, urban poor, student groups and other sectors of the Philippine society. He finished a Master in International Cooperation and Development in Barcelona and now considers himself an ‘official’ immigrant, having experienced cleaning al fondo already clean houses and opening snappily wine bottles. Many people compare themselves to others. And when they do, they sometimes feel anxiety, jealousy, self-pity, lost confidence and much less self-esteem. They think of themselves as a failure compared to others who they think are more successful than they are. But this really depends on how the person defines and measures success! Others feel edified, head-up-high, walking tall, proud, arrogant, “takbong-mayaman”! Knowing that he is better off than the other, richer, and more powerful, he looks down at him and belittles the person! But the happy and just person admonishes this saying: “Do not compare yourself to others because if you do, there will always be a greater and lesser person than you are!” (p18-p20)

Pakikisama, a unique Filipino life skill by Mae Cayir (Austria)

Among the many traits that Filipinos can be proud of, pakiksama, is the one that not only has kept our compatriots afloat after leaving the seven thousand islands that make up home but has also made them shine wherever they have lived and worked, as I have been able to observe during the 37 years I have spent, since I left the Philippines at the age of 9 with my parents and siblings, traipsing across oceans and continents. When conflicts arise, as they do in all relationships, it is eventually through pakikisama that all the discord is relegated to its rightful place, leaving space for harmony. When to Terminate The Work Contract

In Saudi Arabia, the work contract signed by the worker and the employer is terminated if the said contract specified period has ended. Likewise if both parties agreed to terminate the contract provided that the worker approval should be in writing.

To terminate a contract - it must meet the following reasons such as:

The employer and the worker may terminate the work contract which do not has a specified period, due to a legitimate reason after notifying the other party in writing (30) thirty days before termination.

The worker should not be dismissed from work without a justified reason. In case the worker was dismissed without a justified reason, he/she may approach the concerned labor office within two weeks of termination.

When the worker contract ends, the next presumed step is for the worker to return to his/her country after receiving all entitlements. If the employer did not commit to deliver all the workers entitlements, the worker should report this to any labor office located all over the Kingdom.

The instructions state that any worker can not obtain a travel visa unless the employer submits a proof that the worker had received all his/her entitlements.

However, the employer may dismiss the worker without a prior notice in any of the following cases:

The worker impersonate a fake personality or a nationality, or had submitted false certificate or documents.

If the worker was under the probational period or prior to the end of the probational period.

If the worker intentionally or negligently made a mistake in which a sizable financial loss inflected on part of the employer, provided that the employer reports this to the concerned agencies within (24) hours as of the time the employer knew about such mistake or neglect.

If the worker violates the instructions of work safety or place of work.

If the worker did not care for the main duties on his/her part according to the work contract.

If the worker was legally convicted or sentenced by a court for a moral crime or an offence that affects honor, trust or morals.

If the worker discloses any secrets of the establishment in which he/she works.

If the worker assaults the employer or the responsible manager during working hours.

If the worker was absent without a justified reason for more than (20) twenty non-consecutive days or (10) days consecutive days during one year.

Private Recruitment Agencies in The Kingdom

These agencies work according to specific rules such as:

They are not allowed to take any fees from the worker for intermediate recruitment. Moreover, these agencies collect their fees from employers who requested them to participate in recruiting workers from abroad. Such dealings are agreed upon between the two parties (the authorized agency and the employer).

In case any Saudi private recruitment agency requires to be paid any amounts of money from any workers as fees for recruitment, the worker should report this to the nearest labor office in the Kingdom in order to take necessary procedures towards the owner of such agency. These procedures are being made because the recruitment agency is not permitted to charge any fees from workers in accordance with the provisions of the Saudi Labor Law, decisions and provisions regulating the work of the private recruitment agencies.

Private recruitment agencies may recruit workers for their own private work and under their supervision for the purpose of providing interested employers with labors (Labor Services) for limited time period according to regulating provisions for these services, provided that such labors supplied by private recruitment agencies are only male workers. This does not apply to the provision of female workers.

There are restrictions for providing labor services. The most important of these restrictions are:

Providing appropriate accommodation for workers.

The signed contract between the recruited worker and the recruitment agency must state that the agency has the right to assign the worker under its supervision to provide labor services for employers interested in such tasks.

Complying with all obligations imposed by Saudi Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, implementing regulations and decisions issued for the application of such two laws.

Provision of labor services should be supplied in adequate wages.

Man’s search for meaning: His Heroic Journey by Ernie Delfin (USA)

Every person who has some knowledge of the Bible would know the bitter-sweet story of the prodigal son (Luke l5:11-32) Each human being, including this columnist, most likely will have his own “heroic journey” , like the prodigal son, who “left home” for whatever personal reasons that compelled him to do so, then lived in another place where he experienced many things, both good and bad, that eventually “changed” him as a person. Then for another set of reasons, he decided to “return home” and coming home a completely a “changed man!” In some journalistic parlance, each one of us, human beings, may also have experienced or undergone such a “heroic journey.” I think I have also undergone such “mid-life crises” (for a lack of a better word) phenomenon that I still do not fully understand but has accepted it as a part and parcel of life on earth. New York -- On several occasions, strangers would ask me if I was a nurse when they realize that I am Filipino. Of course, I would say no, because I am not. And usually, the next question is, what do you do then. That is when I want to roll my eyes already. Nevertheless, I say, I am a writer. And interestingly, the answer would be a “wow!”. If I was perhaps a nurse, these strangers would likely say, you must be big time! Two things: Filipinas are stereotyped to be nurses and because they are, they earn very good money. The second assumption is definitely closest to the truth. (p34-p37)

At 25, I am still young. And I am in the Middle East. Every morning when I wake up, I try to convince myself that this is what I want. By “this” I mean being an overseas Filipino worker. Before I left the country, which must have 100 nurses per square kilometer, I had a job that most of the jobless nurses I knew wanted. I was a staff nurse in one of the best—if not the best—hospitals and the newest of its kind in the Philippines. Talk about the highest standards of care, excellent customer service, high-end equipment, sophisticated structure, excellent human resources support, and of course, prestige, they have it. (p38-p40)

Filipino Nurses: Export Quality

The World Health Organization has cited the Philippines as the largest exporter of Registered Nurses to foreign countries. Filipino nurses can be found everywhere around the world --- in the big cities of United States and England, in urbanized centers of Europe and Asia, in the far corners of Africa and South America, in remote desert clinics in the Middle East, in offshore rigs on the China Sea. The latest statistics show that about 250,000 Filipino nurses are working all over the world. This phenomenon was noted in 1985, continues today, and will be for so many years. (p41)

There are good cooks as well as there are bad cooks. One may have the most educated, most talented, most enthusiastic, most dedicated people to exploit to make a better country but if the system fails to bring out the right leaders to harness these human resource…we will still have the worst country in the universe. OFCI helped build a PRE-SCHOOL in Cava, La UnionOverseas Filipino Council International (OFCI), through its Education Committee and as approved by the BOG, entered into a partnership with Lorma Colleges National Service Training Program to help a poor barangay at Liquicia, Caba, La Union build and maintain a pre-school. OFCI provided financial support for the building materials of the preschool and for the monthly honorarium of the teacher. The barangay officials and parents built the school on a former stage of the barangay auditorium and basketball court. (p47)

The said letter is intended to correct my impression that said circular no. 022 was created by two people. However, instead of rewriting the paragraph found at PhilHealth Circular No. 022 is an Added Burden to The Millions of OFWs Worldwide, I just decided that corrections from PhilHealth should be made available on public.

The paragraph said, "Obviously, the PhilHealth Circular No. 022 was created by two people: Dr. Eduardo P. Banzon and MA. TERESA A. QUIAGIT and approved by them without the approval of other Board Members and other Executive Officers of PhilHealth. It was created on December 15, 2011. The said circular is not only addressed to the 11 million+ OFWs around the world but also to all the Filipinos in Philippines. Marjorie C. Palma is an OFW based in Kuwait. She hailed from the province of Bohol and was born on February 5, 1976. She studied Bachelor in Political Science International Relations Major. She is now currently working as a Receptionist at the DAR AL SHIFA HOSPITAL. She is also a member of the OFW ako Community of Distributors (COD) in Kuwait.

S. Z.Respicio, Jr. is a Consulting Engineer of Mines, who moonlit as a Small Business Consultant while peddling used and new luxury cars, and join the Filipino-American Chamber of Commerce in San Diego County. He created the TOBY Awards of FACC, The Outstanding Business of the Year of FACC-SDC recognizing leaders in the Filipino American business, whether members to non-members of FACC-SDC.

Mark Shera C. Cruz is a native of Montalban, Rizal where he also served as a public school teacher until he left for USA in 2008, to join the Filipinos working overseas. May mga nakausap akong guro at accountant na naging “kasambahay” o “kadama”. Marami nang naisulat tungkol dito. Lahat ay may kanya-kanyang istorya. Nakakalungkot pero kung mapapansin ay puno ng pag-asa.

Ten days after the great flood that claimed the lives of almost a-thousand residents of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan City many are still searching for their relatives and loved ones having high hopes to be reunited with them. The moment I saw the pictures on the internet I felt I was stabbed on my heart and broke out into tears as if I lost my loved ones too. A death caused by an illness or a terminal disease might be easier to accept, but a death which could have been prevented is more painful and hard to accept. Seeing your loved ones being washed away by the turbulent flood is a morbid situation.

At the start of December 2011, my goal was to publish at least 200 articles at Wikinut before the end of this year. I worked hard to complete my promise. Here I learned a lesson – that when a promise is made problem will follow. And that problem will measure how far I could keep my promise. I am already in my 50s but the memories of my past life are still haunting me though they are exciting and memorable. While Romney remains the favorite for the Republican nomination his odds have taken a significant slide from 1/14 to 2/5, while Gingrich’s odds have been chopped from 6/1 before the South Carolina Primary to 2/1. Following Newt Gingrich’s win in South Carolina, Europe’s largest betting company Paddy Power is sweating over its decision on Friday to pay out early on Mitt Romney winning the Republican nomination.
