I whipped up a Swedish treat, a Princess Cake - my absolute favourite cake; sponge cake with raspberry jam, vanilla custard, whipped cream and on top, a layer of green marzipan. Yum! Every day is Mother's Day right?!<br /> <br /> In a couple of weeks I'm going to enjoy my second Mother's Day for the year, the Swedish one...&nbsp;Maybe&nbsp;I'll make the same cake then too, or something&nbsp;completely&nbsp;different.
