I read that humans do have some basic naturally clairvoyant ability that hones us for survival.

Clairvoyant psychics like Maria Duval often categorize their abilities depending upon their particular extra sensory ability.

For example, if a psychic has an ability to hear more clearly, this would be called clairaudience.

The ability to see more clearly, clairvoyance.

And the ability to think more clearly, clairsentience.

As you can see, these are basically the extra-sensory versions of the basic five physical senses.

Wrapping up this post, I think everyone is psychic to some degree, using the natural intuition or sixth sense that is inherent in all of us. I guess that's a main reason why humans have dominated this planet over other living things.

Be Joyful

When we show joyful behaviour, we emit high vibration and when it happens enough, our desires are easily given to us.

So now you may be thinking what is the easiest way to feel joyful?

According to Maria Duval, the fastest way is to learn to be appreciative, and that is to get into the habit of appreciating everyone and everything.

Actively look for the good and see the positive side of everything. When you focus on the good, your good will grow. Try to be pals of natural high positive people. They exude a natural charm that raises the energy level of people around you.

Joy is such a simple yet powerful vibration. Simply the fact you are alive and breathing is reason enough for celebration. Another great quote from Maria is: it's alright not to fee joyful all the time. But it's important not to dwell in pity states for too long.

So, please get into the habit of daily appreciation and gratitude. It's not very constructive or helpful to point the finger of blame at others or you own "bad fortune".

It's time to go within and take responsibility for everything and everyone in your life. After all everyone and everything in your life has one thing in common. You.

Maria Duval reminds me that awareness is the first step to changing something you are unhappy about. Just focus on one area at a time.

You must also realize that change takes time. Some things can and do change quickly but other things take longer. A bit of patience is in order. It's very unusual to change from a minimum wage salary into a millionaire overnight.

You can however work on changing the future immediately. Slimming down a size or two is not going to happen in a week. But without eating and exercising properly you will never achieve your goal. So do all you can each day to support the change you want to implement in your life.

The trick is to concentrate on all the good things that you have achieved in your life. Focusing on the lack and moaning about what isn't there is not helpful. This will only lower your vibration. And go and attract more people and things for you to complain about.

The wonderful thing is, when you are truly satisfied and grateful for what you do have more of these good things will be attracted into your life.

Spark of Life

Life does not appear so simple, does it?

Our lives can appear to always be so tangled up with home, work, job or friends. And also in our leisurely pursuits, in our play. We can lose ourselves in all these pursuits and life becomes rather foggy.

Many times we find that we must win, we dare not lose. And that puts added pressure upon us. In this stressful situation our intuitive qualities that unleash our true power remain closed to us.

We have our talents fueled by our own motivation. Our confidence in our own strengths lends us much support in our ventures. Our discipline and behavior come from our positive demeanor and the way we feel about ourselves. We look after ourselves and this is evident in our healthy self esteem and self image. All in all a lot our lives are determined by our own attitudes and how we handle the precious commodity we call life on a day to day basis.

Yet how strong this makes us there can still be something missing. Something that if not drawn upon will place a ceiling on our life, our experience and our potential. Something we should never forget. Never leave untapped. Never leave alone.

Maria Duval tells me that our spark of life, that true power within, is on one of life’s greatest gifts. Experience that. Use it to realize your full potential. Fulfill your life. Live from that and see how our life can blossom as we move forward to claim our rightful place in life.

Mind's Like a Gun

Probably you may have heard this saying that a person's mind is powerful. You can say that it's like a gun. Both are very useful and have their purpose, however, there are times an individual may not really realize or understand exactly how powerful each of these possessions can be. The mind or a gun can each be used either for the right or the wrong. It just all depends who is using them.

So do you want a stronger "gun" now? Here's how you could do it:

A basic mindfulness exercise starts with sitting down, relaxing and breathing deeply through your nose. Close your eyes and be aware of your breath going in and out. After a minute, move your attention to your body, one part at a time, noting sensations of cold, hot, tight, sore and anything else you identify. In a few minutes, start listening to sounds in the room, without thinking about them. Just listen.

When it feels right, open your eyes and look around as if you are seeing for the first time. Rest your eyes on an object for half a minute, examining it without talking about it in your mind. Then move to another object, and another, while still maintaining an awareness of your body, your breathing, and any sounds. Stay in this state of mindfulness until you are ready to get up.

Being aware of your body, breath and immediate enviroment, puts you more fully "in the moment." Your mind is in a very receptive state, with fewer mental distractions that prevent clear thinking. Doing a mindfulness exercise before important mental tasks will give you greater mind power, specifically more focus and concentration.

Thanks Maria!

Pass it on...

Devote for a creditable reason and I am sure all of us will be blessed in return with a sumptuous amount of happiness.

Is that right a smile or a good reaction makes you feeling cheerful and important?

Personally the idea is that there is really not many things that are more valuable than I myself feel good when receiving love and esteem of others. Can the Law of Attraction be used to draw that perfect union to us that we so desire?
Well of course it can. But before Maria Duval explains more, it’s important that she qualifies some expectations regarding finding love.

First and foremost, contrary to what most of us have been led to believe, finding love does not make us happy. There is no such thing as “finding” love. We are love and love exists within us effortlessly.

The only love that truly brings us happiness is not found “out there” in another human. That love exists right inside of us.

This important key is unfortunately what keeps us from truly finding that special person to share our lives with. People are looking for someone to complete them, fix the, make them whole, make them feel special, and make them happy.

The reality is, if you don’t already feel those things on your own then therein lies the problem. No one is meant to complete another. We have to come to the table already whole.

The goal of a successful relationship is two whole people coming together and enhancing each others’ lives.

Be inspired

What is the meaning of "inspired" really? Maria Duval explains it is to cause someone to feel motivated to drive them further in their area of passion.

Eastern spirituality believes that there are two forces, the yin and the yang, which means, the "dark" and the "bright" respectively, the "negative" and the "positive".

Yes, to live balanced and well, these two opposite forces must coexist harmoniously.

Maria Duval unfortunately agrees that it is mostly the yin force which always seems to dominate over the yang force. This is caused by a programmed mind ingrained by society doctrines since young. Also, most of us have a lazy mind which simply resists changes. This is not the way we were meant to be as e are creatorswe are in charge of our own destiny, and we are commanded by the forces of the universe to be the best we can.

Why should we allow negativity live rent free in our mind. Kick it out and allow the power of the universe to enter your life and you will see positive changes instantly.

In the end, you will become a more complete person that takes charge of own destiny.

Be inspired.

Maria Duval's simple tips to improve intuition

Maria Duval's ways to grow your sixth sense or intuition:

1. Begin to pay notice to the little voices at the back of your mind. Do not discredit these little voices straight. Give them some attention.

2. If you listen to these little voices, record them daily how many of them were proven right later on.

3. Keep a meditating daily. It will make you more attentive to the little voices.

4. Continue to fire up your imagination and visualization. The ample use of right brain will make you more intuitive.

5. Hang around other people who are intent on developing their intuition. You will learn faster when you can share your experiences with others.

6. Allow the flow of psychic energy through your body. People are still guessing and wondering what are ahead in the next few months or next year.

This will surely lead to more stresses in life as people could be holding back their spending thus curtailing more possible growth in this fragile economy.

Problems like increased stress, fatigue, disharmony, loss of wealth and jobs. That's why it is even more important to adopt a positive attitude if you feel things are not going for you.

I feel it's important to stay positive, and keep a glass is half full mentality. This is true across the board, no matter which line you are earning a living on.

Yes, its even more important to keep the morale high and staying positive is even more crucial then ever. Be a leader among your friends or colleagues and they will look up to you.

If you have lost your job, it's very common to feel helpless and even depressed. This is normal, but it's important that you don't let these feelings affect your efforts to find a new source of income. Letting yourself spiral into a state of depression will only make it harder to get back on top.

If you find yourself struggling to stay positive, another way to help remove some of the stress is to stop watching the news. I admit there are many doom predictors in the media, especially in finance media like CNBC. What they say have a very big impact in our thoughts as we perceive them to be experts. Turn the telly off when you are feeling down.

Life and destiny

Our life and destiny are like some spider cobweb, joined delicately from uncountable number of thoughts, experience, and chapters that uniquely represent our lives from young to old. The growing up years, schools, adulthoods, friends, family and old age.

There is also a red trail in our life and it is the fate of our ancestors whether we know it or not. How our children will be like in their deeds is also shaped by what we do in this life. Maria Duval writes to me that both positive and negative events in our lives are unconsciously stored at somewhere mysterious in us as "Karma".

There is karmic remnants in us because each of us is responsible not just of our own actions and the creation of our own karma and destiny, but we are also in charge for their influence on every living thing presently and in the future. At the end of the day, the outcome of the thoughts from the past will shape the future generations of us. Hence it is right to say that how you behave and think now will mean how your offspring will experience.

Simple things you can do to feel prosperous..

Maria says there's no need for thousands of dollars in your checking account to feel like you have plenty and wealthy. There are a number of small things you can do to create a feeling of prosperity and plenty within your life.

Cash In Your Wallet - One very simple technique is to keep cash in your wallet. This doesn't even need to be a significant amount; breaking a 20-dollar bill into singles works great for this. For me, I like to keep a few $50 notes at any time in my wallet. It feels good.

When you open your wallet for any reason, you will note the stack of bills inside. Your unconscious mind will observe the fact that you always have money on your person, and you will be surprised at how far this will go toward helping you feel more abundant.

Well-dressed Cabinets - Often it's the little things in life that catches us off guard and causes us to feel broke or struggling. Having to constantly go to the store for groceries and supplies fuels the feeling that you never have enough and are always on the verge of running out.

Stack it as much as you can or reasonably so and every time you look in the cabinet to see that you are well-stocked for a month or two in advance, you'll experience a very real feeling of relaxation and well-being.

Circulate Money - When it's time to pay a light bill, mortgage, car payment, etc. avoid thinking in terms of spending money. That which is spent is used up and gone forever. Instead, tell yourself you are circulating money for the good of the economy. When you pay your utility bill, you are supporting your region's ability to have lights, water, etc.

On the occasions that you pay a bill with cash, take a moment to hold the stack of bills in your hand. Take a good look at it. Feel the texture of the printed paper with your fingers. Smell the currency. Fully immerse yourself in the experience of holding a decent chunk of cash in your hands.

At any time in the future you can easily imagine yourself holding a large sum of money because you regularly engage in the practice of doing so.

These techniques are simple, and can be applied by anyone. More importantly, they really work.

Thanks Maria Duval!

Know Yourself

Is it aspirational to know yourself better? I think to really understand yourself more is to love yourself more. The notion of who you are vibrates in accordance with the laws of the universe. When you know yourself better, you can lead a happier and more fulfilled life.

Maria Duval regards individual as a mystery that is to be sought and understood. You are no exception from it. This does not mean you intellectually understand everything about yourself. To know yourself is to give yourself over to the discovery fearlessly, without reservation allowing for the greatness in you to unfold.

Knowing yourself is a life long journey and requires conscious effort. Through your experiences and knowledge you build a map that leads you to a happy, abundant life. Your emotions and insights are tools for making necessary corrections. Through intellectual studies, physical activities and interaction with others, new impressions are created. Awareness of these new inspirations is the way we discover ourselves.

Finding your purpose gives life direction. Think of purpose as the ultimate goal in which all other aspirations are leading. As you experience life all your beliefs, ethics, actions, emotions and thoughts are directing you towards that purpose. To know yourself is to be aware of that propelling force, to understand and fulfill your true potential.

Intuitive feeling

Maria Duval tells me that intuition could be our life saver if we trust to believe it.

Sometimes I do feel like my mind is playing the impossible with me, telling me to do things that don't make sense at all. Yet the feeling is very strong that I must obey this inner call, often to a surprisingly positive outcome.

For me, intuition is like a light that guides, although I used to ignore it most of the time. It hasn't been long since I started awakening intuition within me and developing it to a level that shows me results before my own eyes. Once I started hearing my intuition, I didn't believe it... so it took me about many years to finally start paying attention and taking it seriously.

When I explored my physical sensations more deeply, such as a gut feeling or some unusual but welcome feeling in my chest, I usually found positive results, goals accomplished and dreams realized. Sometimes I ask myself how I did it all... (Btw, I haven't performed miracles or anything close to that... I'm not talking about magic... although that might be cool too).

Thankful in a right way

Can I be thankful for my challenges in life?

Can I be grateful for my failures?

Can I be thankful for people who have the things that I desire? Sort of feeling envious of other people's success?

"That seems impossible", you may think. What does this mean actually?

Imagine that you are a junior property agent who just comes into this field not too long ago. You've done your best to kick start your success in the business, but compared to the old pros, you feel like you are just at the foot of a tall mountain. You are envious of those people who have reached the level of success that you want. You compare yourself to them and always come up short.

What if you had a different perspective on the situation? What if you no longer saw your colleagues as competition but considered them as an example of what is possible in the business?

What if you were thankful for the example that they demonstrate? What if instead you praised them and asked them how they achieved their success? You began to treat them like allies and compatriots instead of competitors.

Also, can you be thankful for the challenges you experience or your failures? Are you learning and growing from these experiences? How has this experience transformed you? H

Ask yourself, "What am I learning from this situation?"

As you are thankful for your challenges and the people you envy, your energy will shift. As your energy changes, you are freed to discover creative solutions to your problems.

You will achieve the success you desire. I'm sure you, like me, have heard others say that the only reason they get up each day is because of their cat, or dog, or child.

Without a sense of purpose how would you spend each and every day? And what leads from this sense of purpose is also a feeling of being needed, or being necessary, which implies too that you are important and valued.

We like and need to feel important, useful, and necessary and liked. This is all integral to our self-confidence. It pays to keep as many interests as possible in one's life, so that we have more to entertain our minds as we get older. It also pays to learn mental techniques which allow one to let go of worries and anxieties, and hence to sleep well and feel relaxed in mind and body.

Purpose powers your life in many ways. Purpose for some gives you focus, and allows you to aim for the stars. Purpose for others allows you to keep busy or allows you to feel needed and necessary. Whoever you are and whatever your lifestyle is, to have a sense of purpose is integral to your health and well-being.

We can think

Maria Duval says that we are different because we can think. Thinking is the most essential part of us.

Thinking is done with mind and without thinking, no work is possible.

Mind allows a person to think about whatever work is right or wrong. Thinking before any work is really essential for avoiding mistakes. All the areas of life can't be faced without thinking.

Thinking about work related to life is really important. Life can't be spent without any ideas or planning's. And for idea's and planning's one needs to think before doing something.

A deep thinker is one who creates ideas with creativity and builds a new way to look over a specific task. Deep thinker about life can spend a very easy and successful life without any problems.

Problems of life can also be easily faced by the one who thinks before taking any decision and a person like that can face any sort of problem and can easily find a solution to their problem.

To become a good thinker all you have to do is keep questioning about everything going on around you. This will give you a variety of ideas and will help you to explore your mind in a new way. Deep thinking is really important for spending a successful life. This will help you to spend your life with ease and free of problems.

Life is very precious. Don't waste it by spending your life without thinking and planning. Our brains produce endorphins which make us feel good when the sun is shining upon us, and different vitamins are also stimulated in the sun.

At the same time, we also know the impact which too much sun can have upon us. Balance is always the key. Nature is balanced, and perhaps this is why we humans feel a greater sense of balance when we are surrounded by nature.

From Maria Duval's closet, she says everything transmits energy, including each leaf and flower around you.

Based on this reasoning, I for one am absolutely certain that the energy transmitted by the ocean, or the trees, or the sun, is more lifting to the spirits than that produced by the vast majority of things which are man-made!

Being close with nature provides a welcome relief from stress, anxiety and tension, at least for me! If you are for some reasons just won't able to get intimate with nature often, you can surround yourself with plants, or pictures of natural scenes, or at the very least you can close your eyes and visualize such scenes.

That will really provide you some good substitutions!

Expel the bad energy inside you

Are you able to feel aware of what inspires you? We got to move it out!

Visualize all the negative energy releasing through a chord dropping down deep into the earth.

Visualize negative energy and stagnation being burned and releasing steam, as you allow yourself to receive guidance for what inspires you.

Forgive yourself for ever going against what inspires you and connect to the voice of your Soul.

Thank you, Maria Duval for once again enlightening me! :)

Creating Success

Just a short post about creating success.

Maria Duval says that every successful person knows that effort, creativity, openness to learning, and perseverance are what create success, not necessarily high intelligence, talent, or ability. Every truly successful person is someone who has not allowed failure to stop him or her from forging ahead with passion and purpose.

I encourage you to tell yourself that it is okay to make mistakes and okay to fail. I encourage you to see mistakes and failures as wonderful learning opportunities for growth. I encourage you to let go of the outcome and allow yourself to become fully excited about the process learning, of growth, and of creation. Being fully present and excited for the process is what life is all about!

Fragile minds

People's mind could be quite fragile nowadays, especially teens who need a lot of self ego and pride. It's never too late to help one if you notice anything unusual, but do not let the time run out on someone that you love.

It is very heartbreaking to see a fine young person withers and results in a tragedy. It's very down to see many of them never coming back before they can realize their full potential. It is partly due to ignorance, fragility of the mind and overbearing desire to mark a statement on their families.

Young people today are too easily susceptible to the temptations of our harsh world. I have a cousin who is 15 year old and I know how uneasy his parents are feeling right now. He has turned from a perfectly obedient kid into a rather defiant young man now.

It's easy to blame but blame is not action. Parents and teens experience a variety of intense emotions during this difficult period of life. It's okay to feel clueless, it's okay to feel alone, and it's okay to seek out help.

Don't start building regrets, take action. Take a moment to guide yourself, or someone you love in the right direction.

Taking control of our actions

Successful people in all fields have acquired and mastered a vital Secret Weapon- taking control of their lives.

They don’t just do this during the good times; they take control all the time. If something good happens in their life, they know it is because of their direct efforts and actions.

In contrast, if things don’t go as planned, they know that the finger points only at them. Mastering this weapon means that there is no pointing the finger at anyone but the person in control.

And that person is you

Most people are quick to mention their contribution should something go according to plan, yet they are the first to point fingers when things go wrong. You will notice that these people are far from successful.

Successful people take ownership of the decisions they make, the good and the bad.

Happy Independence Day!

Happy Independence Day!

Wish our country is strong and prosperous and we continue to rule the world!

I am proud be an American.
