It wasn't until I got in depth into the muesum that i realized that i have already explored this museum once before on a former class trip in middle school. The muesum was okay. I can't say it was boring but i can say it didn't spark my intrest to much. As i walked around i did learn a few things and seen a few errors in one of its displays. The display on the planets clearly stated that there are 9 planets when recently discovered that there are only 8. I did learn more about Orville and Wilbur Wright and their family. I don't feel like going into details. After we did the self-tour of the museum out bus driver gave us a tour of DC upon request. He pointed out the War World II cemetary, the Metro Mall, Lincoln memorial and the White House.
(pictures coming soon :P)

Space Suits...

Why space suits?
The space suit provides air pressure to keep the fluids in your body in a liquid state -- in other words, to prevent your bodily fluids from boiling.
Why white space suits?
White space suits does'nt absorb heat.
Who is the main Contractor for the deign, development and manufactute of NASA's Space suits?
ILC Dover, Inc.

Out if This World...NASA Peoplz

<img style="float:right; margin:0 0 10px 10px;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjgECoajnuYlLK0bIDGSe4asYviGOpPSfevOuLbATq_5LfDP2VWWN7Gk5m_pjp2c4QbU2-57ofcTN4RrRLE_Y3WN1zyvXmLRITxx5yQzFcicsw0VMUpgGjxjCrxaILfuPwFk5FjYh8cruf/s200/collins1.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5226348580301004546" />
I was the first female Shuttle pilot, and, after piloting two missions, I became the first (and currently only) female Shuttle commander.
I commanded STS-93, on which the Chandra X-ray Observatory was deployed.
My hometown is Elmira, New York.
In 2005, I will command the STS-114 Return To Flight mission, which will carry a crew of seven to the International Space Station.

SEPTA BABY :]

<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEidikg8aoxBVdk4ogx2aIellsliSajNDvlwJrPFctaNE0DmskSxEOM38A21O3qJGL_vVHTM4VK33H0ItZazUb-kP9FmsRovhcecoj4FVDfyEC1d8lzoiDagaU2_hkAlHLv3uPHRtQgaUeWc/s200/pic.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5226342394407969202" />
SEPTA. Well we were there we also got to speak to some of the interns that are associated with SEPTA. There after we went to the bus depot which was my fave part of the SEPTA experience. We were guided through the garage where the buses were repaired.

At STI we adventured to the Independent Seaport Museum. It was a self tour museum. There were a lot of exhibits to explore on the history,art, and science of boats. They also showed a exhibit called "Black Hands, Blue Seas", which educated you on African-American experience on the boats. After leaving the museum we took a fascinating tour of the Cruiser Olympia and the submarine Becuna. Both of these historic landmarks has seen its history. Cruiser Olympia went through the Spanish-American war and the submarine Becuna went through WWII. Now both the ship and submarine are a historic landmark.

My Dream Trip to Orlando...Not for The Beaches

Okay I orginally had Paris, France in mind as my dream vaction but i was instructed to choose a vaction in the U.S. I have decided to go to Orlando, Florida. I'm not going there for the extrivigate beaches and hotels or theme parks. I'm going there because they have one of America's best skate park. Vans Skate Park is located in Orlando.Several professional skaters served as consultants to help create this skateboard park that is specifically-tailored to the needs of riders of all skill levels and to cater to the tastes of Orlando riders. The Vans Skatepark's varied riding areas and obstacles range from popular skatepark staples to innovative and unique additions to challenge a variety of rider styles and skill levels.
For my stay in Florida will last from August 1- August 7 which will cost me $1444.95 (hotel & flight). I will be staying at the Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando SeaWorld International Center. There are no perks. This Residence Inn hotel features an outdoor pool with water fountains, a whirlpool, and complimentary scheduled transportation to Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, SeaWorld® Orlando, Discovery Cove, and Universal Studios® Islands of Adventure and City Walk. Guests may want to pick up a friendly game of tennis, basketball, or volleyball at the hotel's sport court. A fitness center is also on site.

Acknowlwgements to:
Travelocity.com
Google search engine

My Car...Someday

These days you may want to get a car that is affordable and making sure that the miles per gallon for gas won't guzzle down your money. So I think I will go along with the 2008 Civic Hybrid.
