So now to a list:

In the essence, the bill intends to cut $2.1 trillion over the next 10 years in the money that government can spend.

However, the bill also allows the government to borrow more money to pay its bills, the so-called raising of the debt ceiling.

Bill will create a committee of 12 members(3 Democratic Senators, 3 Democratic Representatives and 3 Republican Senators, 3 Republican Representatives). This committee will work on figuring out on what programs to cut spending specifically.

Bill does not have any tax increases for anyone, thus making it hard to generate revenue.

Also, many Democrats have said that the bill will have an effect on social programs.

Additionally, the defense budget will also be cut.

In essence, the bill did not really solve anything, all it did is save USA from default at this time and save the AAA credit rating. However, the problem is still there and the special committee created will have to work hard to get the situation resolved.

Senate Preparing to Vote on the Debt Deal at Noon

Senate is preparing to vote on a bill, having said so much about it, the deal is bounded to be passed and I do not think that failure is an option at this point, so just interesting to see how each side going to vote.

A most wanted free-agent, by many regarded as a best CB in a league now reportedly agrees to sign with Philadelphia Eagles. Now Eagles possess three top CB in whole NFL, good luck Romo and Eli! It is comes in as a surprise as everyone thought that Nnamdi is 99% in Jets, however Eagles
did well and hijacked the deal. Great move for Eagles, that pushes them into one of the favorites for a Super Bowl. Well played by Eagles, as it is a huge surprise for everyone, especially after acquiring Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie. Not only Eagles beat Jets, but also their fierce rivals from Dallas Cowboys, this like the signature of Cliff Lee to Phillies.

Since now Eagles have 3 top CB, it is believed that Asante is going to be traded, however, it is going to be hard, because of the huge salary Asante has.

Nonetheless, well played Eagles!

House of Representatives about to take a vote on Boehner's debt-ceiling bill - Updating

6:00 PM EST - As it appears, the vote is near and it is believed it should pass the House, but it still largely unknown what Senate is going to do.

6:05 PM EST - Democrat tried to delay with provisional vote, which was defeated by Republicans quickly.

6:09 PM EST - The vote has started, 15 mins for voting.

6:12PM EST - 192 out of 216 needed right now, 12 of Republicans against the bill. Democrats 182 votes against.

6:14PM EST - 205 for bill now, 29 people did not vote yet, 21of them Republicans.

6:18PM EST - 5 minutes to go, bill needs 4 more votes, 18 people did not vote yet.

6:20PM EST - 218 votes reached, 4 minutes left, if anyone changes their mind, which is unlikely.

6:25PM EST - Bill has officially passed the House, 218 for vs 210 against. None of Democrats has voted for the bill. Now, it is a time for Senate and White House to step it up and try not to kill it, but actually negotiate with Republicans on it. it is not in Obama's interest to lead the country in default!!!

Democrats in Senate say that bill will be "dead on arrival in a Senate".

It is a time to get something done, or there will be consequences! First of all it is ridiculous how slow the government works, they are debating on this issue for so long and it seems like they can not get anywhere with it.

Republicans plan by Boehner was reworked few days ago, as at first he got the math wrong, as it did not cut enough money, he reworked the debt-reduction bill, but ironically, he can not get enough votes to pass it the House of Representative, which is controlled by his own party(!!!!), seems like he is not quite a speaker the House needs, if he can't get his bill passed in the House that is controlled by the GOP. Of course, Democrats said they not going to vote for Boehner plan, and even if it passes in House of Representatives, Democratic Senate said they will not approve it, but push the plan of Democratic Senate leader Harry Reid, which is not as known, as it gets little attention from media, as opposed to Boehner plan. However, recently I read that some Republicans in the Senate considering to back the Reid plan. The newly appointed Republican members, however, do not want to make a deal with anyone, as they keep pushing their agenda of passing an amendment to balance the budget, which sound great, but 3 days left, you not going to get an amendment in 3 days now, they have to comprise. Obama, as majority of other Democrats as well said that there no way they will vote for an amendment. Talking about Obama, he is a president, but in reality he is just sitting on a bench right now, not doing anything, why can't he gather everyone and propose a plan that would be bipartisan??

This is really frustrating, as raising the Debt Ceiling right now is essential for everyone in the nation, as if default comes and government can't pay their bills, we going to have a problem! Default leads to nation's credit score going down to AA, from AAA. What that really means is that the stocks will go down, angering whole Wall Street gang, percent credit cards, loans will go up significantly, additionally houses and other real estate properties will loose their value, affecting everyone.

I think now it does not matter what beliefs on holds, you have to compromise to get something done, raise the Debt Ceiling or whatever it takes to avoid the Default. It is unfortunate that they can not get a long-term solution, but it is to late now, so now we need any solution possible.

Senate saying that they will kill Boehner bill is a little pre-mature, as I hope they will bring for discussion and perhaps make some changes to it to satisfy everyone.

A New Addition to Manchester City

It is official, Aguero will be joining Manchester City F.C. and will be wearing the jersey with a number 16. The fee is reported to be the exact number that Atletico Madrid wanted of £38 million. It is rumored that he will be making from £150,000 to £200,000 a week.

Now, after all that official information, I will try to see how he fits in the system.
He is definitely not Tevez, but he is very similar to him. Tevez with his aggression and physical built for his size, is a perfect fit for EPL. Aguero on the other hand is not as physically built, however he still aggressive and technically very good. Aguero knows how to score and he knows how to assist others, which is great for Manchester City, as potentially Aguero along with Dzeko or Balotelli can bring lots of points for the City. Perhaps, if Tevez doesn't leave, City can enjoy an Argentinian duo up-front, which would be very interesting to see. Also, from what I observed, Aguero seems to be more of a team player, as opposed to Tevez, who likes to be a leader on the field and at times trying to do too much by himself. For the City team that forming right now, I think it is important to a build a good foundation of team that will feel comfortable together and will be able to pass ball around in a similar way as Barca does.

In conclusion, I think it is a great transfer for Manchester City and a great transfer for whole EPL, as we get one of the biggest players out there, making this league better and more entertaining to watch.

The Future of Manchester City - Tevez Saga

Manchester City, a soccer club that is perhaps the most hated team in whole soccer world. In reality, it doesn't matter if you hate them or not, because they are the force everyone has to recognize and whether you like it or not, people want to read about their next big star signings, as well as all the transfer rumors surrounding them.

Moving on to the upcoming season, I see at as a huge stepping stone to a possible greatness, but there are many obstacles on their way to a top. One of these obstacles of course is the future of the captain of a team(at least for now),Carlos Tevez, who continually wants to leave Manchester, as he is too far from his family, as well as that he finds the City of Manchester to be quite a "boring" town. It is a pity for many fans of the club, as he was quite a prolific sniper for a team scoring 20 goals in 28 appearances in English Premier League, thus leading team to a 3rd place and automatic qualification for Champions League. But he wants to leave, and I believe that he should leave and let Mancini move on without him, as it not going to work out after all that has been said.

However, because Brazilian Corinthians could not even provide the first payment for Tevez, the deal felt through and now there no other options for Tevez in South America, where he preferred to go because of his family. So, surely newspapers rapidly started speculating about the new deals, so I take look at them for you and think about the benefits of them for Tevez and for Manchester City.

Options available(rumors of course)

Tevez to Real Madrid --- Well, it has been known for a while now that Real is looking for a new striker and I surely see that he can play in Real under Mourinho, but it is believed that Mourinho is more interested in Neymar, so I think this deal is unlikely to happen. For Tevez, this deal would be a good one, as he would move to a sunny Madrid and be slightly closer to Argentina.

Tevez to Inter in exchange for Sneijder --- In my opinion, this deal would be great for Manchester CIty, as they will get a world class play maker, that they are lacking right now in the middle-field position. For Tevez, fashion capital - Milan, would be a much more entertaining city. I think this deal is quite possible with recent changes to Inter, since new manager, Gasperini, plays with 3 strikers and does not use a play maker. So I'll rate it as definitely possible one.

Tevez to Barca or Juventus --- Juventus does not have money for him, plus Turin is worse than Manchester. Barcelona has gotten their man already with purchase of Sanchez and now need money for Fabregas. So this deals are not going to happen this summer.

So, not that many choices for Tevez, but more information appears every day, so anything can happen.

I will keep updating on what my thoughts are on Tevez, but in my second part on the Manchester City, I will write about the players that will have to step in to substitute Tevez, as well as possible new signings. Tell me what you think of my first work and have a good day.
