Just watched a very nice movie: “那些年，我们一起追的女孩” Being a while that there’s nice movie to really worth and actually make me blog about it. As it brought some great memory, both good and bad which make me look back and notice how far I had learn and came from these memories.

2009 a year of mixture of bad and good.

1st half of the year was rather bad. 2nd half of the year was good. Total change.

Well Hope the coming year my good luck will continue.

Dun spend on things that I dun need

Save as much as I can

Hope to get my car soon

Studies starting soon, score well in the exam

Live the life that I want to have, continue to see & explore the world.

Life is great, dun throw away what we have. Treasure it.

4th June 2007~ 25th May 2009. Almost 2 years, time pass so fast that I had now left H company for S company. Kinda of miss the people at H, but what make me leave also because of the people.

Having to be headhunted by S company, is something I never think of, but it come at a right time for me. A period of time of ups and downs events leads to the decision to move on. Since I’m still young, why not give it a try, just to see where my market value is, hence went for the interviews.

With events like internal interigation on me, question me on my work, and later on argue with the manager on his descision. With all these events happen, end of the day we all work hard for the company just because of small matter that wun even cause any damages to the company,all these kinda of questioning and arguement came by which is not needed.

Therefore, after considering the offers listed by S company, I agree and sign of the appointment letter. Reasons are very simple and clear cut:

High pay
H can’t offer what S can offer, will take at least 8~10 years to reach what S offer now if I stay at H. S dun have OT pay, but H have OT pay. OT is variable and subjective. OT is not forever, at time we need to attend to other personal matter then can’t work too much OT. Then the month pay will be affect. Year end bonus also a factor even the amount of months maybe more at H, but with the low basic pay, it still lose out to S when the months may be less than H but the high basic pay is more than what I will be getting at H last year.

Blacklisted
With all the arguement and questioning. I’m more or less “blacklisted” by that manager, so if I going to stay at H, I will have a hard time. While I also cannot stand his working ethic. Basically he dun have good working ethic I would say.

After considering all the above mention, I think it time that I should go. No regets
