He joins his brothers in 2001 in a live performance for this video; not the best quality, but his voice is amazing as usual. You will notice too that when he sings this song, he "sizzles" -- if you saw This Is It, you know that when he is singing and decides to stop for the audience's reaction or to just "feel" the song in his soul, he calls it "sizzling" - amazing reaction when he does this!!

[starttext] This one is a true tear-jerker for me. Cindy Lauper sings "True Colors" which suits the shots and images of Michael to perfection showing him on his deep, compassionate and lonely level.

He was bold, confident and fearless while on stage, but his personal life was a completely different story. He claimed he was "The loneliest man on this earth" and was painfully shy, yet had more compassion than any entertainer - sharing his wealth, time, soul and whole being to care for others. This video shows this side of him in a heartwarming way. This is MUST SEE!!

This is my favorite ballad of Michael - who else but him could rock n' roll you to the point of ecstasy and then turn around and put his whole soul in a ballad that can literally bring tears to your eyes?

He did not make a video of the On The Line, however I found this great video that shows excellent footage of different shots of him in concert and also of him being a real "person"; playing with children,etc. (these are TERRIFIC shots) while he sings with his incredible beautiful and hypnotizing voice Lots of happy smiles in this video and sure to bring a tear to your eye. Also take notice to what he does when a hysterical girl somehow manages to get on stage to hug him and the security guard quickly takes her away - your heart will feel warm and fuzzy when you see how Michael handles this awkward situation.

Not only does he sing the song beautifully, but if you see the below lyrics, you will surely understand the "man" himself - very inspirational.

[starttext] Michaels' first ever Moonwalk - he wowed the audience at the Motown 25th Anniversay with his new move that even surprised his brothers, who were on stage with him prior performing as a group. Some interesting trivia you may not know: what's with the white socks and the loafers?

For one thing, he wore loafers when he did his fancy moves because they were comfortable and flexible enough for him to move correctly. He owned more than 100 pairs of loafers. Michael, being the genius that he is, came up with the idea that wearing white socks with high-water black pants would make people focus on his feet so they could get the full effect of his new Moonwalk move. Simple thought, but it took a genius like Michael to figure it out!

When he was getting his designer to make his costumes for the This Is It tour, the shoes that were offered him looked stylish, but Michael could not move his feet for his dancing. With Michael's permission, he gave the designer a pair of his loafers, they were sent to another country where they were literally dissected so that the new shoes for the tour would replicate the insides of his prized loafers. Michael liked things his own way, without being pushy or arrogant and it surely paid off during his career.

[starttext] Morphine is one POWERFUL song. Michael never made a video of it, so I found a good video that includes the lyrics along with pics of him. The beat of the song is awesome; it makes you wanna move, but the lyrics -- a different story. He made this song while addicted to Demerol and you can hear the intensity and anger in his voice. It's almost as if he was predicting his death. Just my opinion, but I feel as if he was using song to send out the message of his addiction. Very haunting lyrics that ring so true because of his death.
