I am sure there are people interested in WGU, that might appreciate my experience.
Anyway, after spending several hours trying to display a local Java applet in a browser. Yeah I know... That is for those web designers out there that are saying, um there is security in place to prevent you from doing that.
Anyway, I finally used a one file executable web server Mongoose to publish my little site, and it worked great. That lab just tells you to run it from the local file system, oh and to use another browser if it doesn't work in IE.

Of course it doesn't work in IE. Anyway, I documented my experience and emailed it to my course mentors. I immediately get an auto response. Yesterday being a holiday, I expected no response. The auto thing at least tells me it was received. The next day I thought maybe I might hear something. No.

The last time I emailed my course mentor I got a thanks for the email, will get to you when we can response after 3 days. The 4th day I got a real response. Not a very helpful one, but a real response.

Anyway, I just wanted to help others in my situation have an easier time of it. Oh and BTW if you can figure out how to resolve something on your own. Don't go to WGU.

Don't get me wrong. I love WGU for many reasons, but the course mentors are not one of them.
