My body is going WFT, Evee??? I I am glad to feel this burn and ache....especially on my off day...It keeps me in check of my previous workout. I bumped up a nother 1/10 of a mile to 1.1 miles. The program I am doing is through www.coolrunning.com.Along with my workout program.... for cardio I am doing their program. It is a training program called &quot;Couch to 5k&quot; in 9 weeks. I find the method is awesome because it slowly builds up each week.I know tomorrow I am going be really sore. I was able to complete the first sets of each sequence but HOLY SHIT...trying to complete on the second set of each sequence was another story. I guess I didn&#39;t really notice just how out of shape I am. Even with the push ups I had to do the incline pushups.
