Suicide rate will be down by 70%
2. Divorce rate will be negligible
3. Crime rate in schools and colleges will be down by 90%
4. Overall crime rate will be almost halved
5. Husbands wallet won't empty drastically behind cosmetics and garments
6. Depression cases will be down by 60%
7. Jealousy among the women will be minimal
8. Although show business will be badly hit... but on the other hand individual will tend to focus their energy towards leading a good life and also towards science and technology. This will be beneficial to the human race in future.

Someone asked: Where is the forth and fifth law??

And the answer is "This is a futuristic and optimistic Law... hence forth and fifth law are kept open for any present law that need to be added"

Would love if you all add up below all the pros and cons of it.

NOTE: - This is purely fictitious and came out of the wildest heads of us. This is not to hurt anyone's sentiments. Women are surely invited to give their views and any suggestion of the amendment of this law will be appreciated.

<!--

Suddenly he noticed a similar idol lying nearby.

Surprised, he asked the sculptor, "Do you need two statues of the same idol?" "No," said the sculptor without looking up, "We need only one, but the first one got damaged at the last stage."

The gentleman examined the idol and found no apparent damage. "Where is the damage?" he asked. "There is a scratch on the nose of the idol." said the sculptor, still busy with his work.

"Where are you going to install the idol?" The sculptor replied that it would be installed on a pillar twenty feet high. "If the idol is that far, who is going to know that there is a scratch on the nose?" the gentleman asked.

The sculptor stopped his work, looked up at the gentleman, smiled and said, "I know it and God knows it!"

The desire to excel should be exclusive of the fact whether someone appreciates it or not. "Excellence" is a drive from inside, not outside. Excel at a task today - not necessarily for someone else to notice but for your own satisfaction!!

<!--

Even the plush comfort of the air-conditioned compartment of the Shatabdhi express could not cool his frayed nerves. He was the Project Manager and still not entitled to air travel. It was not the prestige he sought; he had tried to reason with the admin person, it was the savings in time. As PM, he had so many things to do!!
He opened his case and took out the laptop, determined to put the time to some good use.

"Are you from the software industry sir," the man beside him was staring appreciatively at the laptop. Vivek glanced briefly and mumbled in affirmation, handling the laptop now with exaggerated care and importance as if it were an expensive car.

"You people have brought so much advancement to the country, Sir. Today everything is getting computerized."

"Thanks," smiled Vivek, turning around to give the man a look. He always found it difficult to resist appreciation. The man was young and stockily built like a sportsman. He looked simple and strangely out of place in that little lap of luxury like a small town boy in a prep school. He probably was a railway sportsman making the most of his free traveling pass.

"You people always amaze me," the man continued, "You sit in an office and write something on a computer and it does so many big things outside."

Vivek smiled deprecatingly. Naive ness demanded reasoning not anger. "It is not as simple as that my friend. It is not just a question of writing a few lines. There is a lot of process that goes behind it."

For a moment, he was tempted to explain the entire Software Development Lifecycle but restrained himself to a single statement. "It is complex, very complex."

"It has to be. No wonder you people are so highly paid," came the reply.

This was not turning out as Vivek had thought. A hint of belligerence crept into his so far affable, persuasive tone. "

Everyone just sees the money. No one sees the amount of hard work we have to put in. Indians have such a narrow concept of hard work. Just because we sit in an air-conditioned office, does not mean our brows do not sweat. You exercise the muscle; we exercise the mind and believe me that is no less taxing."

He could see, he had the man where he wanted, and it was time to drive home the point.

"Let me give you an example. Take this train. The entire railway reservation system is computerized. You can book a train ticket between any two stations from any of the hundreds of computerized booking centres across the country.

Thousands of transactions accessing a single database, at a time concurrently; data integrity, locking, data security. Do you understand the complexity in designing and coding such a system?"

The man was awestruck; quite like a child at a planetarium. This was something big and beyond his imagination.

"You design and code such things."

"I used to," Vivek paused for effect, "but now I am the Project Manager."

"Oh!" sighed the man, as if the storm had passed over,

"so your life is easy now."

This was like the last straw for Vivek. He retorted, "Oh come on, does life ever get easy as you go up the ladder. Responsibility only brings more work.

Design and coding! That is the easier part. Now I do not do it, but I am responsible for it and believe me, that is far more stressful. My job is to get the work done in time and with the highest quality.

To tell you about the pressures, there is the customer at one end, always changing his requirements, the user at the other, wanting something else, and your boss, always expecting you to have finished it yesterday."

Vivek paused in his diatribe, his belligerence fading with self-realization. What he had said, was not merely the outburst of a wronged man, it was the truth. And one need not get angry while defending the truth.

"My friend," he concluded triumphantly, "you don't know what it is to be in the Line of Fire".

The man sat back in his chair, his eyes closed as if in realization. When he spoke after sometime, it was with a calm certainty that surprised Vivek.

"I know sir.... I know what it is to be in the Line of Fire......."
He was staring blankly, as if no passenger, no train existed, just a vast expanse of time.

"There were 30 of us when we were ordered to capture Point 4875 in the cover of the night.

The enemy was firing from the top.

There was no knowing where the next bullet was going to come from and for whom.

In the morning when we finally hoisted the tricolour at the top only 4 of us were alive."

"You are a...?"

"I am Subedar Sushant from the 13 J&K Rifles on duty at Peak 4875 in Kargil. They tell me I have completed my term and can opt for a soft assignment.

But, tell me sir, can one give up duty just because it makes life easier.

On the dawn of that capture, one of my colleagues lay injured in the snow, open to enemy fire while we were hiding behind a bunker.

It was my job to go and fetch that soldier to safety. But my captain sahib refused me permission and went ahead himself.

He said that the first pledge he had taken as a Gentleman Cadet was to put the safety and welfare of the nation foremost followed by the safety and welfare of the men he commanded... ....his own personal safety came last, always and every time."

"He was killed as he shielded and brought that injured soldier into the bunker. Every morning thereafter, as we stood guard, I could see him taking all those bullets, which were actually meant for me . I know sir....I know, what it is to be in the Line of Fire."

Vivek looked at him in disbelief not sure of how to respond. Abruptly, he switched off the laptop.

It seemed trivial, even insulting to edit a Word document in the presence of a man for whom valor and duty was a daily part of life; valour and sense of duty which he had so far attributed only to epical heroes.

The train slowed down as it pulled into the station, and Subedar Sushant picked up his bags to alight.

"It was nice meeting you sir."

Vivek fumbled with the handshake.

This hand... had climbed mountains, pressed the trigger, and hoisted the tricolour. Suddenly, as if by impulse, he stood up at attention and his right hand went up in an impromptu salute.

It was the least he felt he could do for the country.

PS: The incident he narrated during the capture of Peak 4875 is a true-life incident during the Kargil war. Capt. Batra sacrificed his life while trying to save one of the men he commanded, as victory was within sight. For this and various other acts of bravery, he was awarded the “Param Vir Chakra”, the nation's highest military award.

Live humbly, there are great people around us, let us learn!

<!--

To feel that vanished years have not estranged us, distance has not diminished love, that we are to each other even as we parted; to feel again the fond kiss, to hear once more the accents of a voice which to us has been for years so still,--a voice that brings with it the gush of memory! Past days flit before us; feelings, thoughts, hopes, we deemed were dead, all rise again, summoned by that secret witchery, the well-remembered though long silent voice. Let years, long, lingering, saddening years drag on their chain, let youth have given place to manhood, manhood to age, still will it be the same--the voice we once have loved, and deemed to us for ever still--oh, time, and grief, and blighted hope will be forgotten, and youth, in its undimmed and joyous beauty, its glow of generous feelings, its bright anticipations, all, all again be ours.

-Grace Aguilar

<!--

The Indo-China border is hardly couple of km trek... temperature that time was around 5 degree below zero... landscape was frozen till the horizon... had trouble in breathing (why not we are at 16000 ft)... wind speed never remains below 20 km/h...

This is the place i was during my trip to North Sikkim couple of months back... After leaving Yumthang Vally we headed for ZERO Point... after traveling for an hour through the snow covered valleys our SUV suddenly stopped...

the road has ended... beyond that point there is wilderness and the snow covered Mighty Himalayas... at a distance the river was totally frozen...

I felt like i am in heaven... the chilling but pureness in the air filled the heart... that time I realized why this place is called Switzerland of the East... Never been to any place like this in my life time... felt like a kid playing in the arms of mother earth...

That time I felt like capture the moment... the feelings... the emotions... and preserve it all my life... then I took six snaps and stitched it and the output is in front of you....

I bet with my words and snaps still couldn't able to convey what I wanted... Good newz... everything is fine der and the passes are clear... our destination... I know he cursed me like anything to woke him up in the Sunday morning. He knew that in 30 mins he need to meet me for our pre-decided photography outing.

Then pushed off to FC Road CCD for a cup of coffee. Its was really relishing after 2 hrs of workout. After he came down we pushed off for FC College. The college is quiet old and well maintained and also got a really nice Botanical garden.

We spent approx 4 hrs there screening the almost empty campus there for some good frames... clicked quiet a few... sometimes admiring the architecture of the buildings... sometimes relishing the beauty of the nature... and sometimes running behind the butterfly for a frame...

some of them I already uploaded in flickr album... rest will be uploaded shortly... I must have gone crazy that time... already after more than an hour of workout everyday i could hardly remain on my toes...

That Day and now... hardly a matter of a month but life seems to have taken a u-turn to those college days... when regular workout in gym with friends and then football practice session was the way to start the day !!! everyday...

Before this the regular routine was such that which i never wanted to have... go to office 11 am... by evening sit down at CCD with friends chatting away to glory... leave office by 10ish in the night... then again hangout with friends till one in the morning... doing nothing but bragging and bugging each other this includes the hours I spent on phone... But thats not the way i lived before that... life for me had been RAW.... CRUDE... ROUGH... PACEE... SPEED... CHALLENGING... DETERING... and with all sorts of UPZ and DOWNZ... more or less like a DIE HARD !!!

The main factors behind such a life are... FOOTBALL... TAEKONDO... WORKOUT... and above all the way we took up the work... for me and my friends I mean the school/college friends if we decided to do something... WE WILL DO IT !!! Let whatever be the case... starting from Lukkhagiri to covert operations to impressing a girl... I still remember that there was hardly any day left that I didn't had wrapped up knee or elbow or toe... forget about the cuts and bruises... that don't counts in it... for e.g. I had ligament tear in my right shoulder... left toe... right ankle... and not to forget I had a totally burned out left hand from Diwali crackers... but thats life... always happening... something or the other... mom n dad got fed-up with this...

But Football me is something else... Football I inherited from my dad... had represented the Services team outside India also... its 90 mins of Raw strength... Skill... Pace... Adrenaline Rush... Thudding heart... Drenching in sweat and blood... and after that you are dead as a dog !! This is the game where first 45 mins is just simple sports but then in the second half men are separated from boyz... this is the time in which your psychological toughness and physical strength comes out... there is a common saying if you want to watch quality football, then watch it from the second half !!!

Still remember the first time we participated in football tournament from our school... we the 12th std guys took on the Nees Wadia College guys... we lost it 3 goals to 1... but for us that was something to cheer... atleast we gone down fighting till the last man and held them back till the last minute... which was acknowledged by the crowd also !!

Its been almost 4 years that I had last put on my studs... but still when we took to the field by 7:15 in the morning... the adrenaline started flowing again in the blood... in next 2 n half hrs its been absolute fun... and by the time we packed up our practice session by 10... I was almost in my college days...

Now... I feel that I am living up to myself... the way I lived and looked the life... enough of the social stuffs and friendly masks... no more !!! Let me live the way I am... away from the pretenders... away from the bragging boxes...

Seems life another turn around in my life going on... I'm Loving it !!!!

Any man's character can be determined by two things !!!
The sports he play and the friends he play with !!!
... Photography... Photography...

Started with a simple auto focus camera which I had and hardly able to use it. There are basic few issues cash crunch... cant afford to spend my pocket money on buying the film... develop it... print it. That time I had to depend on my cousin brother for all these. I still remember how I preciously used each and every inch of the film.

Then after sometime he gifted me with YASHIKA FX-3 to use but still its been a costly business for me when I was just hardly earning... but yes perused with it.

Then when i got the much waited break in my professional life, I bought the SONY DSC-P73 cyber shot digital camera. That's one of the turning point in my photography. From this moment onwards I could take pics without any limitation of buying the Film... develop it... etc... just stretching my imagination and giving it a shape... Till date it's around 9000 pics I took from that camera and still going on !!

But After sometime I realized that my hands are tied down by the limitation of the features on the auto focus digital camera.. The flexibility that i needed for my photography is only possible in DSLR... at last three weeks back I got my new toy CANON EOS 350D DSLR...

Now flexing my Muscles... my imagination... my dreams...

<!--

Sorry friends... but haven't stopped scribbling... my diary is getting overloaded with thoughts. I have also written about the souls around me and for one it's stretched to five pages but with the passage of time few of them lost it's presence to be uploaded in the blog... as this place is the reflection of my life...

But yes there are few with whom I can't afford to do the injustice by not writing about them... of them one is a gal... I call her Gorgeous sis or Baby or anything she popularly known as Chestu or khannee or Baby... and for her I am Kunu Bhai or simply Bhai ... couldn't get a better name?? seems very comic but above all the emotions that attached to it valued the most... she also calls me Sensitive Soul I don't know how cum she came into this conclusion.

First let me give you all a bit of her background... she just completed her B.Arch. and now got placed in an Architectural firm in Delhi... Her father is an Retd. IAF Officer... and her elder bro went outside India for further studies and then work...

As usual we met online and started our conversation with our common interest i.e. Photography... but as the time passed... we started sharing our thoughts on a core level... as photography reflects the inner thoughts of the individual who clicked it. Writing your thoughts on a paper can be manipulative but with a picture we cannot manipulate it. I must say she already crossed the amateur photographer stage long back.

From the first conversation anyone will realize that she is not like any other girl... Who lived on the net for lust or making friends and other stuffs you know what i mean... she stay online for her very close friends... bros... sises... and rest of the family. This is the first girl whom i have seen on a different scale... at the age of 20 i had never imagined that any girl can be least interested in having a relationship !!! Been very ambitious her plans are to excel in her field presently she already took her first step... then when she will become a self-content and self-sustained woman she will adopt a child... believe me she is very clear about her thoughts regarding this. This reminds me of Sushmita Sen the single mother and an idol for many.

I have seen for many having Sushmita Sen as their idol but hardly follow her footsteps but for this little girl she is not her idol but follow her footsteps... that's what needed in a woman of substance...

Me and her elder bro always compliment her by saying Beautiful Gorgeous Baby... and she simply blasted us back saying that we are the only one who make her conscious by saying all these that her friends never dare to do... and for her we are the only two to share all her thoughts... whatever it is she is the laadli of uncle... unty and we two bros...

I don't know how I became a part of her family and she became mine... but still she remained a very present surprise in my life... From 13th of this month she will be starting her professional career... All the best Beautiful Gorgeous Baby... and I thank god for giving me such a lovely sis !!!

GOD BLESS YOU !!!

<!--

Here it goes...

A person should not be too honest. Straight trees are cut first and Honest people are screwed first.

Even if a snake is not poisonous, it should pretend to be venomous.

The biggest guru-mantra is: Never share your secrets with anybody ! It will destroy you.

There is some self-interest behind every friendship. There is no Friendship without self-interests. This is a bitter truth.

Before you start some work, always ask yourself three questions - Why am I doing it, What the results might be and Will I be successful. Only when you think deeply and find satisfactory answers to these questions, go ahead.

As soon as the fear approaches near, attack and destroy it.

The fragrance of flowers spreads only in the direction of the wind. But the goodness of a person spreads in all direction.

Whores don't live in company of poor men, citizens never support a weak company and birds don't build nests on a tree that doesn't bear fruits.

God is not present in idols. Your feelings are your god. The soul is your temple.

A man is great by deeds, not by birth.

Never make friends with people who are above or below you in status. Such friendships will never give you any happiness.

Treat your kid like a darling for the first five years. For the next five years, scold them. By the time they turn sixteen, treat them like a friend. Your grown up children are your best friends.

Books are as useful to a stupid person as a mirror is useful to a blind person.

Education is the best friend. An educated person is respected everywhere. Education beats the beauty and the youth.

Once you start a working on something, don't be afraid of failure and don't abandon it. We ignore them and continue with our life... We forget to acknowledge the lost souls who laid down their lives for us, let them be from some other country... I could realize it when I entered the gate of a cemetery.

It is clear with the word cemetery but how I realized it is still a question. let me tell you about it in detail then you will understand that why entering from that gate changed it all. This is about a war cemetery in Khadki Cantonment area in Pune(India). It is the resting place of those souls who laid down their lives in Second World War (1939 to 1944) for saving the Indian sub-continent from Axis powers and most of all of them are from Royal British Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy. The Legacy thats corresponding Indian defense establishment inherited.

For last nine years I happen to cross this place quiet frequently but never entered, as I always felt an unusual chill while crossing it. It send shiver through my spine and I was was quiet reluctant. But the passion of photography overwhelmed my reluctance and one fine day stepped in. Last to last weekend I went to city market to get a Polarizer for my SLR camera. While returning I don't know why I took the D tour and when I was passing by the cemetery... stopped... parked my bike... took my camera and entered those seemingly forbidden gates for the first time... First time in nine years of my stay in Pune.......

It is like an another world, the place is perfectly maintained by Indian Army as a legacy of their past. Reminds us that this is the place where someone is resting after a long and tiring battle... this is the place for those, whose name will live till eternity for their sacrifice to save his fellow countrymen.

There is a Cross erected in the center and surrounding that are the 10 sand stones with the names of the martyrs curved on it... Following are the details of the world around the Anti-matter (please bear the inconvenience... what I am trying to tell you below is typically in scientific terms and many won't find it interesting to read)

Anti-matter extends the concept of the antiparticle to matter, where by antimatter is composed of antiparticles in the same way that normal matter is composed of particles. For example an anti-electron (positron) and an anti-proton could form an anti-hydrogen atom in the same way that an electron and a proton form a normal matter hydrogen atom. Furthermore, mixing of matter and antimatter would lead to the annihilation of both in the same way that mixing of antiparticles and particles does, thus giving rise to high-energy photons (gamma rays) or other particle–antiparticle pairs. The particles resulting from matter-antimatter annihilation are endowed with energy equal to the difference between the rest mass of the products of the annihilation and the rest mass of the original matter-antimatter pair, which is often quite large.

Antimatter is not found naturally on Earth, except very briefly and in ephemerally small quantities (as the result of radioactive decay or cosmic rays). This is because antimatter which comes to exist on Earth outside the confines of a suitably equipped physics laboratory would inevitably come into contact with the ordinary matter that Earth is made of, and be annihilated.

There is considerable speculation both in science and science fiction as to why the observable universe is apparently almost entirely matter, whether other places are almost entirely antimatter instead, and what might be possible if antimatter could be harnessed, but at this time the apparent asymmetry of matter and antimatter in the visible universe is one of the great unsolved problems in physics.

Startling Fact:

Dirac himself was the first to consider the existence of antimatter on an astronomical scale. But it was only after the confirmation of his theory, with the discovery of the positron, anti-proton and anti-neutron that real speculation began on the possible existence of an anti-universe. In the following years, motivated by basic symmetry principles, it was believed that the universe must consist of both matter and antimatter in equal amounts. If, however, there were an isolated system of antimatter in the universe, free from interaction with ordinary matter, no earthbound observation could distinguish its true content, as photons (being their own antiparticle) are the same whether they originate from a “Universe” or an “Anti-universe”.

The concept of anti-matter is very recent, scientists realized it is possible when we got the in depth knowledge of fission and fusion. Now a days only very minute quantity is produced in test conditions!!

As per the conceptualization with anti-matter when we make a bomb of the same size of a H2 bomb the it will be 30000 times more powerful than the H2 bomb.

This means it can divert earth from its path!! OOOPS... we humans never realized that we are moving towards our own destruction.

<!--

There are beings amongst us that look like humans but are not or no longer humans. No, this is not Science Fiction! Although some people are of the opinion that Science & Technology imitates Science Fiction, I believe it is the other way around: Science Fiction imitating real life and/or man's intents. I therefore believe that some Science Fictions are hand-tipping!

Did you know that Sci-Fi writer Souvestre in the 1800s in "Le Monde tel qu'il sera" - "The World As It Shall Be" talked about in vitro fertilization and a society of zombies? I believe the movie series "Terminator", like Isaac Asimov and others, were simply hinting on coming and current events in a very politically correct manner! Please see:

Angels don't play that haarp

Neo-slavery

How are we, true humans, going to cope? Well, it already is a challenge dealing on a daily basis with beings that do not think and cannot reason.

Now, there is your clue: Robotic and engineered beings are void of the ability to think and/or reason - they can only perform under directives.

<!--

The format was developed to enable recording, rewriting and playback of high-definition video (HD), as well as storing large amounts of data. The format offers more than five times the storage capacity of traditional DVDs and can hold up to 25GB on a single-layer disc and 50GB on a dual-layer disc. This extra capacity combined with the use of advanced video and audio codecs will offer consumers an unprecedented HD experience.

While current optical disc technologies such as DVD, DVD±R, DVD±RW, and DVD-RAM rely on a red laser to read and write data, the new format uses a blue-violet laser instead, hence the name Blu-ray. Despite the different type of lasers used, Blu-ray products can easily be made backwards compatible with CDs and DVDs through the use of a BD/DVD/CD compatible optical pickup unit. The benefit of using a blue-violet laser (405nm) is that it has a shorter wavelength than a red laser (650nm), which makes it possible to focus the laser spot with even greater precision. This allows data to be packed more tightly and stored in less space, so it's possible to fit more data on the disc even though it's the same size as a CD/DVD. This together with the change of numerical aperture to 0.85 is what enables Blu-ray Discs to hold 25GB/50GB.

Blu-ray is currently supported by more than 170 of the world's leading consumer electronics, personal computer, recording media, video game and music companies. The format also has broad support from the major movie studios as a successor to today's DVD format. Seven of the eight major movie studios have already announced titles for Blu-ray, including Warner, Paramount, Fox, Disney, Sony, MGM and Lionsgate. The initial line-up is expected to consist of over 100 titles and include recent hits as well as classics such as Batman Begins, Desperado, Fantastic Four, Fifth Element, Hero, Ice Age, Kill Bill, Lethal Weapon, Mission Impossible, Ocean's Twelve, Pirates of the Caribbean, Reservoir Dogs, Robocop, and The Matrix. Many studios have also announced that they will begin releasing new feature films on Blu-ray Disc day-and-date with DVD, as well as a continuous slate of catalog titles every month.

<!--

As a majority of us are getting dressed at the same time of the morning, the cumulative effect would Cause an earth tremor. Due to the use of time zones, the tremor established In Eastern Time would arrive in the central zone at precisely the moment all those people were jumping into their pants. The tremor would increase in size exponentially, and proceed west to combine with the mountain zone folks as they get dressed. As this cycle encircles the globe, it would feed upon the next day's Tremor and eventually cause the earth's crust to break apart and float into space. This is why we put our pants on one leg at a time.

<!--
