A lot of pictures out in the world are creepy. Some are bizarre. Especially if you know the backstories to them.
Note: if you are faint of heart, or have difficulty going to sleep after watching gore, don’t read this.

1. The War Photo No One Would Publish

The Iraqi soldier died attempting to pull himself up over the dashboard of his truck. The flames engulfed his vehicle and incinerated his body, turning him to dusty ash and blackened bone. In a photograph taken soon afterward, the soldier’s hand reaches out of the shattered windshield, which frames his face and chest. The colors and textures of his hand and shoulders look like those of the scorched and rusted metal around him. Fire has destroyed most of his features, leaving behind a skeletal face, fixed in a final rictus. He stares without eyes. You can still see the grimace on his face.

2. Nuclear Shadow

After Hiroshima, there were shadow outlines of people who had been alive, but had died and disintegrated instantly in the blast.

3. Omagh Bombing

The red car beside them was a car bomb that went off shortly after this picture was taken. The photographer died but the main subjects of the photo (man and the child) survived. A total of 29 people died in the blast.\

"The chilling photograph on was found by investigators in a camera buried in the rubble. It is surely one of the most poignant images of the whole event. The picture was taken in the minutes before the bomb exploded, clearly showing the red car - with its deadly hidden cargo - beside dozens of oblivious civilians.

4. Last photo of Regina Kay Walters

This picture of 14-year-old Regina Kay Walters was taken by serial killer Robert Ben Rhoades, who toured the country in an 18-wheeler equipped with a torture chamber in the back. This photo was taken in an abandoned Illinois barn, where Rhoades killed Walters after cutting off her hair and making her wear a black dress and heels.

5. James Bulger.

The toddler in the photo is James Bulger.

He is being led away from his mother by one of the two 10-year-old boys who abducted and would later murder him.

Here’s a paragraph from Wikipedia; At the trial it was established that at this location, one of the boys threw blue Humbrol modelling paint, which they had shoplifted earlier, into Bulger’s left eye. They kicked and stomped on him, and threw bricks and stones at him. Batteries were placed in Bulger’s mouth. Police believed some batteries may have been inserted into his anus, although none were found there.
Finally, a 22-pound (10.0 kg) iron bar, described in court as a railway fish plate, was dropped on him. Bulger suffered ten skull fractures as a result of the iron bar striking his head. Dr. Alan Williams, the case’s pathologist, stated that Bulger suffered so many injuries — 42 in total — that none could be isolated as the fatal blow.

6. R Budd Dwyer seconds before he shot himself on TV at a press conference.

On the morning of Jan. 22, 1987, the media gathered for what they thought was a news conference to hear the resignation of R. Budd Dwyer. Known as an "honest man," Dwyer had recently been convicted of taking bribes during his time as the Treasurer of Pennsylvania. As Dwyer began his speech, what unfolded over the next few minutes left a scare that is still visible 28 years later.

7. A photographer in China in 2013 accidentally captured the moment of a person jumping from a bridge to his death.

This is the moment a newspaper photographer trying to take a snap of heavy fog that had blanketed a bridge captured a couple’s suicide leap.

The photographer had been standing on a viewing platform ready to take a snap of the fog shrouded bridge across the Wuhan Yangtze River in Wuhan, at Hubei province in central China.
Police identified the man from some of the possessions he left at the top and said he was a 20-year-old migrant worker named as Liu Han

‘To be honest I didn’t even see the first person jump because I was concentrating so much on the camera settings and I didn’t realise at first that I had snapped the man jumping to his death.

9. Last thing the politician saw was his killers.

THIS is the dramatic moment an assassin is caught on camera – by the politician he shoots dead.

The victim took what he thought would be a happy New Year’s Eve snap of his family a split-second before his killer pulled the trigger.

The gunman was lurking in the background as Reynaldo Dagsa, 35, lined up his wife Arlene, daughter and mother-in-law outside his home.

Mr Dagsa was shot in the chest in Philippines capital Manila, where he was a law-enforcing councillor who had helped get his killer Michael Gonzales jailed for car theft.

A police source said: “This is probably the first time in history that a victim has managed to capture his own murder on film.

“We were led straight to the killer because of the picture. It’s fair to say he is a familiar face to us.”

Gonzales was arrested with an accomplice, top right of the photo, who kept lookout.

On April 20, 1999, two teens went on a shooting spree at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado, killing 13 people and wounding more than 20 others before turning their guns on themselves and committing suicide. The crime was the worst high school shooting in U.S. history and prompted a national debate on gun control and school safety, as well as a major investigation to determine what motivated the gunmen, Eric Harris, 18, and Dylan Klebold, 17.

Until quite recent history, the writing of the Ancient Egyptians was a secret to man. Eventually, with the help of the Rosetta stone, Jean-François Champollion was able to solve the ancient mystery. Since that time, there have been many other attempts to decipher ancient languages, or to crack codes that have been made for fun or fortune. This is a list of the ten most famous ciphers and writing systems that are still unsolved.

The D’Agapeyeff cipher is an as-yet unbroken cipher that appears in the first edition of Codes and Ciphers, an elementary book on cryptography published by the Russian-born English cartographer Alexander D’Agapeyeff in 1939. Offered as a “challenge cipher” at the end of the book, it was not included in later editions, and D’Agapeyeff is said to have admitted later to having forgotten how he had encrypted it. It has been argued that the failure of all attempts at decryption is due to D’Agapeyeff incorrectly encrypting the original text. However, it has been argued that the cipher may still be successfully attacked using computational methods such as genetic algorithms.

9. Taman Shud Case

Who was the Somerton man, how did he die, and what do these strange codes found on a book connected to the man mean? An unidentified male body was found on Somerton Beach in Adelaide, Australia in 1948 wearing a sweater and coat despite the hot day, carrying no identification. There were no clues as to his identity and dental records and fingerprints matched no living person. An autopsy discovered bizarre congestion, blood in the stomach and enlarged organs but no foreign substances. A suitcase found at the train station that may have belonged to the man contained a pair of trousers with a secret hidden pocket, which held a piece of paper torn from a book imprinted with the words “Taman Shud”. The paper was matched to a very rare copy of Omar Khayyam’s ‘The Rubaiyat’ that was found in the backseat of an unlocked vehicle and on the back of the book was scrawled five lines of capital letters that seem to be a code. To this day, the entire case remains one of Australia’s most bizarre mysteries.

8. Kryptos

It’s like a tease, standing outside the headquarters of the CIA in daily view of some of the nation’s brightest cryptographers yet eluding them for years. The Krytpos monument is a sculpture by artist Jim Sanborn bearing an encrypted message divided into four sections, three of which have been solved since its installation in 1990. With misspellings in the code intact, the first part reads, “Between subtle shading and the absence of light lies the nuance of iqlusion”, and the second part references some invisible buried treasure ostensibly located some 200 feet from the statue itself.

7. Dorabella Cipher

Sent by cipher enthusiast Edward Elgar to his friend Miss Dora Penny, the Dorabella Cipher seems upon viewing like it might not mean anything at all. But this string of strange symbols, made up of semicircles in various configurations, has been the subject of unfruitful study for over a century. Musicologist Eric Sams claimed to have solved it, but his methods are unproven and his translation is 22 characters longer than the cipher. Another speculation is that the code is not text, but a melody.

6. Chinese Gold Bar Cipher

In 1933, seven gold bars were allegedly issued to a General Wang in Shanghai, China. These gold bars appear to represent metal certificates related to a bank deposit with a U.S. Bank. The gold bars themselves have pictures, Chinese writing, some form of script writing, and cryptograms in latin letters. Not surprisingly, there is a dispute concerning the validity of the claim for the deposit. It may help to resolve the dispute if someone can decipher the cryptograms on the bars. Nobody has yet put for the a theory as to their meaning. The Chinese writing has been translated, and discusses a transaction in excess of $300,000,000. It also refers to these gold bars which weigh a total of 1.8 kilograms.

4.The Beale Papers

Want $40 million in buried gold, silver and jewels? All you have to do is solve an infamously “impossible” set of ciphertexts, one of which effectively provides that much-sought X on the map. The treasure was reputedly buried in Bedford County, Virginia by one Thomas Jefferson Beale, who entrusted his encrypted ciphertexts to a local innkeeper. After the innkeeper’s death, a friend who was given the papers spent twenty years trying to solve the ciphers, finally completing the one that describes the treasure. Despite many tries, the two others have never been solved.

3.Voynich Manuscript

At least 400 years old, this is a 232-page illuminated manuscript entirely written in a secret script. It is filled with copious drawings of unidentified plants, herbal recipes of some sort, astrological diagrams, and many small human figures in strange plumbing-like contraptions. The script is unlike anything else in existence, but is written in a confident style, seemingly by someone who was very comfortable with it. In 2004 there were some compelling arguments which described a technique that would seemingly prove that the manuscript was a hoax, but to date, none of the described techniques have been able to replicate a single section of the Manuscript, so speculations continue. Over its recorded existence, the Voynich manuscript has been the object of intense study by many professional and amateur cryptographers, including some top American and British codebreakers of World War II fame (all of whom failed to decipher a single word). This string of failures has turned the Voynich manuscript into a famous subject of historical cryptology.

2. Linear A

Linear A is one of two linear scripts used in ancient Crete (a third script is Cretan Hieroglyphs). They were discovered and named by Arthur Evans. Linear B was deciphered in 1952 by Michael Ventris and was used to write Mycenaean Greek. Linear A is far from being totally deciphered but it is partially understood and it may be read through Linear B values. Though the two scripts share many of the same symbols, using the syllables associated with Linear B in Linear A writings produces words that are unrelated to any known language. This language has been dubbed Minoan or Eteocretan, and corresponds to a period in Cretan history prior to a series of invasions by Mycenean Greeks around 1450 BC. It is believed that there may be some connection between Linear A and The Phaistos Disk.

The disc of Phaistos is the most important example of hieroglyphic inscription from Crete and was discovered in 1903 in a small room near the depositories of the “archive chamber”, in the north – east apartments of the palace, together with a Linear A tablet and pottery dated to the beginning of the Neo-palatial period (1700- 1600 B.C.). Both surfaces of this clay disc are covered with hieroglyphs arranged in a spiral zone, impressed on the clay when it was damp. The signs make up groups divided from each other by vertical lines, and each of these groups should represent a word. Forty five different types of signs have been distinguished, of which a few can be identified with the hieroglyphs in use in the Proto- palatial period. Some hieroglyphic sequences recur like refrains, suggesting a religious hymn, and Pernier regards the content of the text as ritual. Others have suggested that the text is a list of soldiers, and lately it has suggested to be a document in the Hittic language in which a king discusses the erection of the Palace of Phaistos.

Rudyard Kipling, the world famous short story writer sent a real incident story to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. He requested him such that Sherlock Holmes can solve the case in his story. Sir Arthur gave this story to Agatha Christie rather than writing himself. Christie wrote her famous suspense thriller "The Mysterious Affair at Styles". In the novel lady Emily Inglethorp died by poisoning. Famous fictitious detective character Hercule Poirot solved the murder mystery. In reality, this was based on the murder of Lady Garnet in Sherwood hotel, Bangalore. This case remained unsolved for ever. Lady Garnet didn't have a Hercule Poirot to find her murderer. So after death, she she searches for her killer over hundred years.

Modern styles Sherwood hotel in Bangalore was built in 1982. It was one of the most luxurious hotels of India at that time. Many renowned Raja-Maharaja to politicians, writers and other famous persons spend their times here. Anyway, let's come to Madam Frances Garnett-Orme's story. It was the summer of 1991. She was a 49 year old British spiritualist. After her fiancé's death, she gained the ability to communicate with spirits. Her friend Miss Mountstephen, was staying with her, one day she left for Lucknow. After that on a morning, Miss Garnett was found dead in her room. The door was locked from inside. In the autopsy report prussic acid was found in her body. At first police assumed this as a suicide, but they didn't find any suicide note. After some days this became a mystery when the doctor who did Lady Garnett's autopsy also found as dead by poisoning. People gossiping Miss Mountstephen killed them by her mystic power from Mysore 700 KM far from there. Miss Mountstephen later arrested on charges of murder Miss Garnett, but later she was released.
The murder mystery was never resolved.

Sherwood was renovated as Sherwood Suites in 2006 and Garnett's spirit still haunts there. She checks all rooms probably for her murderer. Many guests have found suddenly doors are opened by some invisible force. Some of them have seen her apparitions roaming on corridors, staircase and the roof of the hotel. People who confronted her told that ghost of Miss Garnett checked them carefully and then dissolved. She looked very sad and cold. Sometimes she sings and whispers in herself. Her voice was recorded several times too.

Directly to main post, good don't wanna get embarrassed

Life's has changed a lot since I last posted, *Changed place, *Failed one of the most important examination , *Had a breakup , *Got into relationship with the most wonderful girl in ma life , *and at last had success on hacking WIFI (a WEP one I have a good thing [could be called a back-door] which everyone should follow after hacking a wifi connection ) right now I am using someone else WIFI .... Hurray free Internet for life !!!

SO coming back to present . My parents have gone to my hometown for maybe a week or so. I am here alone all week long.

Boring part is I don't know anyone here. (not even one person)

Don't have anything to do here , this place doesn't even have any good place to see (I Am in Kolkata, India).

How to make mic for your desktop with things around you.

After my Laptop went for repair , All my Skype call and Google hangout came to a halt as I didn't had any microphone with me. (My hangouts are only voice calls and I don't have a webcam too. ) So I decided to make one :).

Its very easy and I believe you have these thing in handy:-

#1 a old mobile headphones which you don't use.

#2 a stereo cord which is ruptured or broken.

#3 wires (duh!!! u will get it frm the headphone or if the stereo cord is long enough , I just had the stereo jack)

Collect all of them and follow me :~ Break apart the microphone part of the earphone.

Take out this part. [This is the mic].

~ Get the stereo jack maybe the microphone one will work , If your headphone are totally dead you can use that too. [mine where working so I used another one]

~ Simple connect it red cable to inner coated wires and black to outer. We are done.

~ Use wires to increase its length.

As the most important test of my life is just round the corner , new ideas are evolving in my head...

(I know how fuckin' good my concentration level is) .

Well the idea is not somewhat groundbreaking but its still cool!

# So the idea is to create a blog with just one post or page and fill that page with affiliate banners and somewhat review it later too ... It might give me some revenue too and it looks cool too ...

If the nemesis is strong keep 10 of them handy . Remember this point --- shot between the eyes only .

#4 This one is brutal , first slit all her clothes throw her makeup out and (I am sorry god for writing this) (oh I forgot I am a atheist ) Post shit on her Facebook and Twitter account . She will surely be traumatized for almost 1 month.

#5 "Mom how many razor blade cuts does it take to get to the center of the little sister ? I don't know says mom ". Well its time to find out.

#6 If you like gore , This is classic: slit her throat by butter knife!

#7 Make her eat lot and lot of ice cream freeze her mind forever.

#8 Make a Killer bees army , train them to kill your sister and one fine afternoon the work should be done.

#9 See if RPG works on her or not , If it doesn't I suggest Fighter Jet bullet.

#10 This one is epic : Replace Party poppers in place of her tampon .

No one has ever challenged it except Prof. P. N. Oak, who believes the whole world has been duped. In his book Taj Mahal: The True Story, Oak says the Taj Mahal is not Queen Mumtaz's tomb but an ancient Hindu temple palace of Lord Shiva (then known as Tejo Mahalaya ) . In the course of his research O ak discovered that the Shiva temple palace was usurped by Shah Jahan from then Maharaja of Jaipur, Jai Singh. In his own court ch ronicle, Badshahnama, Shah Jahan admits that an exceptionally beautiful grand mansion in Agra was taken from Jai SIngh for Mumtaz's burial . The ex-Maharaja of Jaipur still retains in his secret collection two orders from Shah Jahan for

surrendering the Taj building. Using captured temples and mansions, as a burial place for dead courtiers and royalty was a common practice among Muslim rulers.

For example, Humayun,Akbar, Etmud-ud-Daula and Safdarjung are all buried in such mansions. Oak's inquiries began with the name of Taj Mahal. He says the term " Mahal " has never been used for a building in any Muslim countries from Afghanisthan to Algeria . "The unusual explanation that the term Taj Mahal derives from Mumtaz Mahal was illogical in atleast two respects.

Firstly, her name was never Mumtaz Mahal but Mumtaz-ul-Zamani," he writes. Secondly, one cannot omit the first three letters 'Mum' from a woman's name to derive the remainder as the name for the building."Taj Mahal, he claims, is a corrupt version of Tejo Mahalaya, or Lord Shiva's Palace . Oak

also says the love story of Mumtaz and Shah Jahan is a fairy tale created by court sycophants, blundering historians and sloppy archaeologists Not a single royal chronicle of Shah Jahan's time corroborates the love story.

Furthermore, Oak cites several documents suggesting the Taj Mahal predates Shah Jahan's era, and was a temple dedicated to Shiva, worshipped by Rajputs of Agra city. For example, Prof. Marvin Miller of New York took a few samples from the riverside doorway of the Taj. Carbon dating tests revealed that the door was 300 years older than Shah Jahan. European traveler Johan Albert Mandelslo,who visited Agra in 1638 (only seven years after Mumtaz's death), describes the life of the city in his memoirs. But he makes no reference to the Taj Mahal being built. The writings of Peter Mundy, an English visitor to Agra within a year of Mumtaz's death, also suggest the Taj was a noteworthy building well before Shah Jahan's time.

Prof. Oak points out a number of design and architectural inconsistencies that support the belief of the Taj Mahal being a typical Hindu temple rather than a mausoleum. Many rooms in the Taj ! Mahal have remained sealed since Shah Jahan's time and are still inaccessible to the public . Oak asserts they contain a headless statue of Lord Shiva and other objects commonly used for worship rituals in Hindu temples Fearing political backlash, Indira Gandhi's government t ried to have Prof. Oak's book

withdrawn from the bookstores, and threatened the Indian publisher of the first edition dire consequences . There is only one way to discredit or validate Oak's research.

The current government should open the sealed rooms of the Taj Mahal under

U.N. supervision, and let international experts investigate.

The lost and forgotten artworks

On October 12 2012 3am ,seven painting worthing more than million of dollars were stolen from Kunsthal Museum in Rotterdam. The painting included Monet's Waterloo Bridge, London and Charing Cross Bridge, London, Picasso's Tete d'Arlequin, Gauguin's Femme devant une fenêtre ouverte, Matisse's La Liseuse en Blanc et Jaune, De Haan's Autoportrait, and Lucian Freud's Woman with Eyes Closed.
No body knows If they would be recovered or will it be in the forgotten like those many paintings which we gonna list now.

Heres the list of painting stolen and lost from 20 century.

The largest art theft in world history occurred in Boston on March 18, 1990 when thieves stole 13 pieces, collectively worth $300 million, from the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Among the pieces stolen was Vermeer's The Concert, which is considered to be the most valuable stolen painting in the world. A reward of $5,000,000 is still offered for information leading to their return.

The Storm on the Sea of Galilee
-Rembrandt van Rijn

The Storm on the Sea of Galilee is a painting of 1633 by the Dutch Golden Age painter Rembrandt
van Rijn that was in the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum of Boston, Massachusetts, United States, prior to being stolen on March 18, 1990. The painting depicts the miracle of Jesus calming the waves on the Sea of Galilee, as depicted in the fourth chapter of the Gospel of Mark in the New Testament of the Christian Bible. It is Rembrandt's only seascape. It is widely believed, because of the fourteen people in the boat, that Rembrandt painted himself in the boat along with the twelve disciples and Jesus.The crewmember looking out towards the viewer of the painting has been suggested as being a self-portrait of Rembrandt.

Egyptian officials erroneously believed they had recovered the painting only hours after its theft when two Italian suspects attempted to board a plane to Italy at Cairo International Airport. The same painting had been stolen from the same museum on June 4, 1977, and was recovered ten years later in Kuwait. The painting is small, measuring 65 x 54 cm, and depicts yellow and red

poppy flowers. It is believed that van Gogh painted it in 1887, three years before his suicide.

In this case, Van Gogh struggled with the strong wind which sent grains of sand into his thickly applied paint. Although most of the sand was scraped off, there are still a few grains of sand enmeshed in the layers of paint. The tumultuous weather is well depicted with white-capped seas, threatening skyand wind-blown flags. This painting was stolenfrom the Van Gogh Museum on December 7, 2002 and, at the time of this article, is no longer on display.

Congregation Leaving the Reformed Church in Nuenen was made by Vincent van Gogh in early 1884 for his parents, his father the pastor of the church since 1882. Van Gogh's mother, Anna van Gogh, was healing from a broken thighbone. Van Gogh wrote to his brother, "Taking her difficult situation into consideration, I am glad to say Mother's spirits are very even and bright. And she is amused by trifles. The other day I painted for her a little church with the hedge and the trees." The letter included a sketch with one person in front of the church, a peasant with a spade. X-rays of the painting indicate that Van Gogh later added church members and autumn leaves to the previously bare trees, which made the work more colorful. The changes were not likely made before the fall of 1885.

Van Gogh may have added the woman in mourning and for his father's death. The painting was stolen from the Van Gogh Museum on December 7, 2002.

View of Auvers-sur-Oise is a landscape painting by Paul Cezanne. It was stolen from the Ashmolean Museum on the night before the Millenium during a celebration of fireworks. The painting was never signed or dated by Cezanne because he thought of it as being unfinished.

The most famous painting ever stolen is The Monalisa - Leonardo Da Vinci , Its was stolen from Louvre museum, It was believed to be lost forever but was recovered when Vincenzo Peruggia tried to sell it.

Nobody knows whether these painting still exist or not, but still high have high hope that they will hang again on the wall of their museum, If you have any information on these painting you can get very rich guys ... Just sayin... ;)

The place I live in "Gaya"

' Gaya ' In one line

"Abundance of Tempos and Scarcity of nice chicks."

Its been more than 1 year living here, and I can proudly say I seen 70% of the city ( excluding the damp side of the place ). Gaya is the worst place I have lived ,No cafe, No Malls, Neither any place to hang out! This place is only meant for Dead people : This place is believed holy by Hindu as dying here means business class ticket to heaven . So here's the story why this placed became a Sacred hub.

Gaya derives its name from the mythological demon Gayasur . Gayasur used to tease and harm other nearby people , Seeing this Lord Vishnu got an idea, He asked Gayasur to allow him to perform a yug on his chest (come on who do that! what kind of story are going on man!!!) As Gayasur was a great follower of God Vishnu He couldn't say no to him .

But God Vishnu tricked him and stomped his foot on his chest killing(Giving the imprint in vasnupadh temple ) him but Gayasur resisted that Vishnu lied to him so to keep up to his word Vishnu gave him 3 wishes (Indian god do this everytime to save their ass )

So his wishes were

#1 This city is named after him

#2 After people die they have to come on this land for total solution (pun indeed).

#3 Everyday a person should be cremated every single day on the bank of river Falgu.

{If there are no body there A dummy is made by husk and burned by priest}

So that’s why Gaya is called Gaya …

" I want to Die " | How handle yourself when you're on the edge

Feeling out of control and suicidal is terrifying, debilitating, and desperately lonely.

You can get through these awful moments. I know; I've done it and so have thousands of other people. Paradoxially, suicide, I believe, is a choice, but your choice ends if you choose it.

The worst moments of feeling suicidal do not usually last very long. If you can hang in there through the gut-wrenching wave of despair, you will stay alive and maintain your ability to choose.

Here are 10 things to do when you are feeling low.
None of these are meant to heal your pain, and they can help you step away from the edge and make it through to tomorrow.

So here comes 9 stuff you should do when you are on the edge.

#1 Breathe

Before you do anything else, take five deep breaths now. During moments when you aren't sure if you can stay alive or not, breath is shallow and the ability to think shuts down.

Inhale to the count of four, hold to the count of four, and exhale to the count of four. Five times. At least.

#2 Call someone you can talk to

Call someone. Anyone.

Talking to someone will surely help you forget your problem atleast for sometime , but should be atleast of 10min ,this time should be enough for your thought to change, Call someone who is positive , funny and understands you.

If you have noone to call then, There are two options Suicide Hotline, 1-800-273-TALK (8255) in the United States or Internationally, the Befrienders.

I've never called the Befrienders, but I have called the Suicide Hotline. It was very scary the first time. If you are not in the actual act of killing yourself or threatening to kill yourself right then, they will not send the police to your door. They are trained to talk with you and help you through the acute moments of despair. You will have to deal with an automated voice and some stupid music at first -- just hang in there. Please do not let fear stop you from making that call.

#3 Listen Music

There's only one rule for this one .

Listen to something inspirational and cheerful. Dont listen something which will depress you more and not even uber- cheerful.

#5 Take a Walk

Get out and walk. A ten-fifteen minute brisk walk can really help. I know it is incredibly difficult to think about going out when you feel horrible, raw, vulnerable, and suicidal; however, it can make the difference between being acutely suicidal and on the brink of killing yourself and just feeling generally lousy, suicidal thoughts.

If you don't want to go out in the public domain, stretch for ten minutes. Our bodies hold our pain and by moving and being active, even for a few minutes, you can release some of that tension.

# 6 Get Physical (works for me, preferred for guys)

Aggression and tension goes hand in hand If you can, go and beat the hell out of a punching bag or do push ups until you totally lose it , This will surely help.

#7 Look at a Picture

The voice of suicide has a way of making us think the world is better off without us and that killing ourselves is the best thing for the people we love. No more insidious, awful lie has ever been thought!

Sit down and think hard about the reasons you have to stay alive. Family, pets, friends, guilt, whatever it takes -- think of something worth staying alive for even though your brain is telling you to kill yourself. Write it down.

If you have a physical picture of the person or thing, even better. Hold this image in your mind and use it to fend off the raging storm of suicide in your mind. If the suicidal voice tries to argue otherwise, argue back. Whatever you have stayed alive for up until now is still worth it.

#8 Get in the Shower

Take a shower. Change the water from comfortably hot to really cold. Do this back and forth a couple of times. The point is to force yourself to feel. It is hard to stay acutely suicidal when you make yourself feel your humanness.

When you turn the water off, dry yourself off, use lotion on your whole body, put on deodorant, and brush your teeth. By the time you've done all this, the worst of the suicidal thinking may well be over.

#9 Eat or drink

Chocolate has been used by many people as a sedative, you should try eating choclate or drink something cool as coke or something else. Just try to take your mind of suicide and enjoy your time doing something .

When I was suicidal, someone said to me, "I'm not asking you to take suicide off your list. I just want you to get it out of the number 1 spot."

It was wise advice. As long as suicide is your second option, you will always have the choice. Do whatever it takes, just get suicidal thinking and the desire to kill yourself out of the number 1 spot. If you can put it at number 3 or 4, all the better. Number 2 is good enough.

Been a great fan Resident Evil, I believe a Zombie Apocalypse could actually happen like what if government plan for some mind take over thing or If the T- virus really has been created somewhere down your feet ?
