It has a 19hp kubota diesel engine. Mower has less than 600 hours on it which is nothing for a diesel. It was originally owned by a doctor who bought it from Cahaba Tractor in Pelham for $9000. His lawn was 1.5 acres. It was serviced there the whole time. I bought the mower from Cahaba tractor in 2008 after the doctor traded it in for a newer model. My lawn is 4 acres. I love this mower and it is the best built mower that I have ever owned. Call 205-three six five-6290.

The Good
1. Mower runs excellent
2. It has a pto driven leaf vacuum with a triple bend rear bagging system
3. It has new tires on the front
4. The diesel engine runs strong and has fresh oil change and new fuel filters
5. It has a 60 inch mowing deck that is nearly indestructible
6. It has weights for the rear tires.
7. The mower has never been used commercially
8. It cuts my 4 acres in 1.5 hours
9. 4 wheel steering makes it very easy to minuever around any object
10. The mower is shaft driven and the deck belts last at least 8 to 10 years if you use it residentially.
11. This mower was designed to last a homeowner an entire lifetime.
12. If you were to buy a new mower that is equivilant to this unit it would cost you $14000.
13. There are no leaks on the mower
14. The yydrostatic transmission has be serviced
15. The mower has always been stored inside
16. Diesel engine always start

The Bad
1. The main gear box on the mower deck needs to be repaired.
2. To rebuild the box will cost $700 at cahaba tractor
3. A gear kit and all barings can be purchased for $500 for do-it-yourselfers
4. A new gear box will cost $900

The sides have scratches due to them leaning and jumping on it when they play but its a dog house so its expected . it keeps them cool and keeps them warm in the winter . I used it the most while living in Ga . my Dogs are inside and outside dogs. will take best offer on it But I believe 40 is a good price for it
