Elections are a fundamental aspect of democratic societies, shaping the political landscape and influencing economic policies. In India, the world's largest democracy, elections not only determine the political leadership but also have a significant impact on the stock market. The relationship between elections and the stock market in India is complex, influenced by various factors including investor sentiment, policy expectations, and economic indicators.

Historical Context

India has a rich history of electoral democracy with general elections held every five years. The stock market, represented primarily by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), responds dynamically to political events. Historically, major elections, such as the Lok Sabha (Parliamentary) elections, have led to notable volatility in the stock market. For instance, the 2014 general elections, which resulted in a decisive victory for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the emergence of Narendra Modi as Prime Minister, were followed by a significant surge in the stock market. The Sensex, BSE's benchmark index, gained substantially in the months following the election, reflecting investor optimism about economic reforms and stability.

Investor Sentiment and Market Volatility

Investor sentiment plays a crucial role during election periods. Markets tend to prefer stability and predictability, and the prospect of a strong, stable government often boosts investor confidence. Conversely, the possibility of a hung parliament or a coalition government can lead to uncertainty, causing market fluctuations. Leading up to elections, markets may experience heightened volatility as investors react to opinion polls, campaign promises, and political rhetoric.

Economic Policies and Market Performance

The anticipation of economic policies from potential election winners significantly impacts the stock market. Pro-business policies, promises of deregulation, infrastructure development, and economic reforms are typically welcomed by investors. For example, during the 2019 general elections, the re-election of the BJP was perceived positively due to expectations of continued economic reforms and pro-growth policies, leading to an uptick in the stock market.

Short-term vs Long-term Impact

While elections can cause short-term volatility, the long-term impact on the stock market depends on the actual policies implemented by the new government. Market reactions to election results are often immediate, but the sustainability of these reactions hinges on the government's economic performance, policy implementation, and global economic conditions. For instance, initial euphoria following a pro-business election victory may wane if promised reforms are not realized or if global economic conditions deteriorate.

Case Studies

1. 2004 General Elections: The unexpected victory of the Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) led to a sharp decline in the stock market due to fears of economic slowdown and policy reversal. However, the market gradually recovered as the government demonstrated economic stability and growth-oriented policies.

2. 2014 General Elections: The decisive win for BJP under Narendra Modi led to a market rally, with the Sensex gaining over 30% in the year following the election. Investors were optimistic about Modi's promise of economic reforms and development.

3. 2019 General Elections: The re-election of BJP was met with positive market reactions, though the long-term market performance was mixed due to various domestic and global economic challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic.

Global and Domestic Influences

It's important to note that while elections have a significant impact, the stock market is also influenced by global economic conditions, foreign investment flows, monetary policies, and geopolitical events. For instance, global financial crises, changes in US Federal Reserve policies, and international trade dynamics can overshadow domestic political developments.

Conclusion

Elections are a critical juncture for the Indian stock market, influencing investor sentiment, market volatility, and economic expectations. While the immediate impact of elections on the stock market is pronounced, the long-term effects depend on the actual economic policies and governance of the elected government. Investors and policymakers alike must navigate the complexities of electoral politics and economic strategies to foster a stable and growth-oriented market environment.

Six levels of security Offered in INDIA

In India, security details are provided to some high-risk individuals by the police and local government. Depending on the threat perception to the person, the category is divided into six tiers: SPG Force, Z+, Z, Y+, Y, and X.

The Indian Special Protection Group (SPG) provides proximate security to the Prime Minister of India and members of their immediate families anywhere in the world. While the actual strength is classified, anywhere above 3000 personnel might be in this unit. Taxpayers pay 1.62 crores per day for this security.

Z+ is the highest category security in India. It offers a security cover of 55 personnel, including 10+ NSG Commandos + Police Personnel. Each commando is an expert in martial arts and unarmed combat and is equipped with sophisticated MP5 guns and modern communication gadgets. Only 12-17 VIPs in the country are provided with Z+ security. Mukesh Ambani pays for his own Z+ security and it costs him 15-16 lakhs per month. The Gandhis, Yogi Adityanath, and some other VVIPs get this security.

The Z category has a security cover of 22 personnel including 4 or 5 NSG commandos and police personnel, along with one escort car. Z security is provided to Yoga Guru Ramdev and few other actors.

Y+ security is recently in the news as Kangana Ranaut has received the protection. 11 to 22 personnel security personnel will be guarding her. Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) will be responsible for providing security to Kangana.

Y security is not very different from Y+. It has 11 personnel. Y has one gunman for mobile security while Y+ has two for mobile security.

X is the lowest level of security cover, having 2 armed police only and no commandos.

G Suite From Google

Work-life balance is a concept including proper prioritizing between “work” and “lifestyle” .
Work-life balance is when your mental, emotional and physical resources are equal to the demands placed upon you, both personal goals and obligations stemming from the responsibility you own yourself, your family and your community.
Work-related stress has become a leading contributor to a myriad of physical health problem ranging from high blood pressure to auto-immune disorder. By keeping your stress levels to a minimum and prioritizing self-care, a balanced life may be the single most important lifestyle change you can make in achieving improved health.

WORK-LIFE BALANCE AS AN EQUATION:
Mental resources + emotional resources + physical resources = achieving your personal goal & fulfilling your responsibilities.

ROOT CAUSES OF WORK LIFE IMBALANCE:
Most people who suffer from working-life imbalance tend to assume the problem is one of time. They often lament, “If only there were more hours in the days!” But while we don’t have control over the passage of time, we do have control over what we do during it. If you feel that you don’t have enough time to achieve your goals and fulfill your responsibilities, then you may need to find additional resources to deal with them.

SOLUTIONS:
Recognize the role of work.
Develop one calendar for work and family. Create a daily routine.
Learn to breathe.
Make time for yourself.
Be present, consistent and accountable Exercise and meditate

A SMALL STORY:
A crow was sitting on a tree, doing nothing all day. A rabbit asked him, ”Can I also sit like you and do nothing all day long?” The crow answered: “Sure, why not.” So, the rabbit sat on the ground below the crow, and rested.
A fox jumped on the rabbit and ate it.

Moral of the story: To be sitting and doing nothing, you must be sitting very high up

CONCLUSION:
Working evening hours can put stress on your family life and relationships, knowing how to cope with the challenges is the key. Through communicating, dealing with problem early and prioritizing socializing and recreation, shift work will have a smaller impact on your life.

Kautilya (also known as Chanakya, 350-275 BCE), a pioneer in Diplomacy and Government Administration, Professor of Political Science and Economics in University of Taxila, an Indian Statesman and Philosopher, Chief Advisor and Prime Minister of the Indian Emperor Chandragupta, the first ruler of the Mauryan Empire. A man behind the science of politics - “Arthashastra”.

The Arthashastra gives information about specific topics that are relevant for rulers who wish to run an effective government. Diplomacy and war (including military tactics) are the two points treated in most detail but the work also includes recommendations on law, prisons, taxation, irrigation, agriculture, mining, fortifications, coinage, manufacturing, trade, administrations, diplomacy, and spies.

At the time of Kautilya, India was mostly composed of a number of small independent states, with the exception of the Magadha kingdom, a realm that controlled most of Northern India, which was ruled by the Nanda dynasty. The fame of Kautilya is owed to the important role he played in the fall of the Magadha kingdom and the rise to power of the Mauryan dynasty. In order to accomplish this, he became an ally and loyal servant of Chandragupta, a noble member of the Kshatriya caste, who was related to the Nanda family, but he was an exile. Before he became Chandragupta’s ally, Kautilya was introduced to the Nanda king, who insulted him. Kautilya untied his sikha (lock of hair on male Hindus), and swore he would only tie it back once the Nanda dynasty was destroyed.

Kautilya and Chandragupta raised a small army that lacked sufficient military strength to take the Magadha throne directly. Therefore, Kautilya’s strategies became useful: Chandragupta entered the capital of the Magadha kingdom, Pataliputra, where he triggered a civil war using Kautilya Chanakya’s intelligence network. In 322 BCE Chandragupta finally seized the throne putting an end to the Nanda dynasty and he established the Mauryan dynasty which would rule India until 185 BCE. After this victory, Chandragupta fought and defeated the generals of Alexander the Great located in Gandhara, present day Afghanistan. Following these successful campaigns, Chandragupta was seen as a brave leader who defeated part of the Greek invaders and ended the corrupt Nanda government and thus gained wide public support. Kautilya’s political vision had a heavy influence on Chandragupta, the first Indian ruler who unified Northern India under a single political unit for the first time in history. Even today, the Arthashastra is the number one classic of diplomacy in India and, within this category, it is one of the most complete works of antiquity. A number of institutions in India such as universities and diplomatic offices have been named after Kautilya in honour of his work.

J.JAYALALITHA the Actor,Administrator, political leader and THE 21st century Cleopatra of Tamil Nadu

J JAYALALITHA was born in a tamil iyengar family in mysore,Karnataka in february 24th 1948.just an year after india’s independence and also the real independence of many Indian women caught by the disadvantage of being a women In a society were it was looked as a burden and many social evils which mostly affected women.Jayalalittha became the representative of south Indian women aspirations and dreams . even after her death she has affected the masses by her sudden demise .she began her journey in life in mysore were she was named komalavalli by her parents after her grandmothers name . She did her schooling at a bishop cotton higher secondary school.she did excel at academics and become a school topper in tenth standard board examination .she discontinued her studies at eleventh standard. she had her ambition to become a lawyer but her destiny had other ideas as she had to enter the film industry accidentally due to pressure from her mother .

JAYALALITHA THE ACTOR had a great film career spanning almost two decades even though she debuted in a kannada movie CHINNADA GOUMBE.she acted mostly in tamil films earning praise from people and filmgoers .Her tamil movies ayirathil oruvan and adimai penn won her recognition and fame in tamil film industry .but her association with MGR and her screen space with him as the leading lady for almost 27 films later proved to be a pathway for her into politics, with the help of the charisma and the screen presence that made her one of the most recognizable and revered stars in the film industry , though there had been many affairs regarding jayalalitha and mgr she acknowledged him as her guide and rumors posted about them and her association with other male stars, she did rise above them and proved them wrong and that to in her own style .she was bold ,defiant and confident in her approach and was even admired for her courage by the late mgr himself .

Her entry into politics was not the profession chosen once again by her as she was nominated by her political leader and guru who believed in her education and English speaking skills .hence she was nominated by her leader mgr as a rajya sabha mp .she was again nominated in a post as a propaganda secretary by her mentor in the world Tamil conference in madurai in 1987, but once she was into it she never looked back and also wanted and strived to make a name of herself in whatever field she was thrown into she came back with overwhelming success.her grit and determination to bring back the old strong organization structure of aiadmk when it became a fledgling unit with a split in the party and she came back as an opposition leader in 1989 assembly elections .the incident in which she became a full fledged politician in which her indomitable spirit was shown to her followers which was due to the incident were her clothes were torn and her hair was pulled by DMK MPs caused public outrage and anguish from people in tamil nadu and add to that the public sympathy of the death of Rajiv Gandhi and her coalition with the congress in 1996 earned her rich dividends politically.she rode herself to power for the first time and then her corruption scandals in her first term in disproportionate assets case , 100 crore big fat wedding of her adopted son , tanci case , etc and her relationship with sasikala and their direct indulgence in her day to day affairs of the government had made it test people’s patience as they showed her the door in the subsequent elections in 1996 by even making her lose her own MLA seat .

But yes even in her first term a few noteworthy things were done like the all women police station ,free cycles to girls and mass wedding of women below poverty line and their dowry expenses borne by her etc .in which she again proved that she was not only a powerful women leader but also she took keen interests in the welfare of the women and the upliftment and empowerment of women from all classes , rich, poor , castes ,religions, etc. and it did become her core constituency of voters till her last breath.

When everyone did write her off , she made an astounding comeback with a electoral victory by stitching together an alliance electorally powerful as she rode to power again to be dismissed due to her earlier corruption scandals as it did haunt her again and again at inconvenient time when she had the people’s mandate majority or in her critics or political opponents words her followers mandate. Her indecisiveness in going ahead with sacking government employees and their reduction in their salary pay became a political blunder and her party men riots in the Dharmapuri bus firing , Coimbatore riots , by her partymen when she was convicted by the trial court became an united opposition war cry to oust her from power .as the opposition stood strong she used her political wit gained from her past election experiences made sure the DMK government to be formed became a minority in the 2006 assembly elections and add to that the dmk’s sudden populist decisions such a free colour tv ,free gas stove and one rupee rice elected him to power.

In her thid term she created the successful and the most populist scheme of her regime the AMMA brand were AMMA RESTAURANTS,AMMA SALT ,AMMA CEMENT ,AMMA MARKET,AMMA WATER BOTTLE ,AMMA RICE,AMMA THEATRES,AMMA MINI BUSES ETC. it did make it politically relevant by appealing to the poor masses but it also did drain the state economy further after the populist regime of dmk with free tv,free stoves ,etc by the dmk government .the tamil nadu state budget deficit crossed to over 9000 crore and also the debt burden has crossed over 2 lakh crore . this has severely drained the states economy. And also the Chennai floods in the year 2015 and her governments deep slumber which was its official reaction at that time and her stickers applied in the flood relief materials at the time of emergency were food supplies were in demand caused public tirade which turned towards her .she did manage to scrape through the 2016 assembly elections thanks to her political acumen with the experience of many bitterly fought elections.

She also had her flaws like her political mentor MGR as she hid her health condition from her people who elected her many times as a public figure it was her duty to reveal her status of her health and also even she was unable to control the corruption and riots done by her party men and ministers as she was herself caught in many corruption scandals which did threaten her political career. These were the same blemishes her mentor MGR committed himself with the exception of any direct involvement in corruption or being convicted at that time .but jayalalitha did successfully manage to cling to her image of a messiah in public life and as leader for the downtrodden people.
But she left the people and her party men , followers in the beginning of her term. Her demise is a large vacuum unfilled in national politics. But she was the Cleopatra for the tamil people as she won people with her beauty and gracefulness in films and also she won the people’s heart and admiration by her intelligence and shrewdness in politics and administration.

Today, being happy at work is no longer a luxury. It is a necessity! Everyone wants to find a job they love, be happy at work, and create a great workplace. Can we create workplaces where happiness is the norm, not the exception? The answer is a resounding YES.

Why is Happiness important?
The Organization offers the opportunity to celebrate and harness our intellectual capabilities while creating economic benefits for ourselves, our customers and society. Our minds work better while we are happier and at peace.
This is substantiated by an abundance of research that increasingly points to the fact that happy people are ‘better workers’. Happy employees are more sensitive to opportunities in the work environment, more outgoing and helpful to co-workers, and more optimistic and confident all of which are positive features for the organization. It has also been found that in order to have happy, satisfied and loyal customers; organizations should have happy, satisfied and loyal employees. Even with teams that do not have direct contact with customers, there was a positive association between how employees feel and customer attitudes.

Culture of Happiness Evangelism
With a simple, yet, lofty mission of “Happiest People . Happiest Customers”, Happiest Minds, a digital transformation company, focuses on the twin themes of disruptive technologies and people happiness. Our name reflects our mission and is indicative of the culture that we are building,
Happiest Minds is a pioneer in the creation of the role of a Happiness Evangelist, someone whose role is to sensitize each Happiest Mind to the Happiness Agenda; synthesize the tenets of happiness into organizational practices; and assess the effectiveness of people practices through Happ’o’meters.

Who then is a Happiness Evangelist?
A Happiness Evangelist is one who: looks for opportunities to appreciate others genuinely; listens with empathy; strives to increase harmony and collaboration; is polite and courteous; displays kindness & concern for others; is willing to help others; encourages new thoughts and ideas, even if they are not aligned with his/ her own; is willing to share knowledge; cultivates the culture of WE instead of I; dis¬plays calmness in challenging situations; Goes the extra mile to keep the customer (internal/external) happy; and has a high commitment to results.
The three C’s will helping enabling happiness in work place:
Cultivate a sense of meaning and purpose - Rosabeth Kanter, Professor, Harvard University wrote that people want to work for companies where they feel they are making a meaningful difference in the world. People want to feel as if their work matters, and that their contributions help to achieve something really important. People who believe in what they are doing are happier, more motivated, and more productive.

Create a collaborative community - Community at Happiest Minds fosters a work environment that encourages mutual respect and sensitivity. You like the community and the community likes you. This creates a sense of belongingness, respect and pride - which leads to employees taking on more responsibility. Close, trusting and supportive relationships are hugely important to one’s state of mind and their willingness contribute to a team.

Capacity to make choices - People like to have a say in shaping their workday and controlling their own destiny. “We found that knowledge work¬ers whose companies allow them to help decide when, where, and how they work were more likely to be satisfied with their jobs, performed better, and viewed their company as more innovative than competitors that didn’t offer such choices,” wrote Diane Hoskins in the Harvard Business Review.

The impact of happy employees on an organization is dramatic. We need organizations that create satisfied and happy employees who can help create resilient companies - ones that can withstand the challenges of an ever changing, increasingly competitive marketplace.

GST is one indirect tax for the whole nation, which will make India one unified com¬mon market.
GST is the single tax in the supply of goods and services , right from the manufactur¬er to the consumers. Credits of the input taxes paid at each stage will be available in the subsequent stage of value addition, which means GST essentially a tax only on value addition at each stage. The final consumer will thus bear only the GST charged by the last dealer in the supply chain, with set-off benefit at all the previous stages.
OBJECTIVES OF GST:
• Ensuring availability of input credit across the value chain.
• Minimising cascading effect of taxation.
• Simplification of tax administration and compliance.
• Harmonisation of tax based laws and administration procedures across the country.
• Increasing the tax base and raising compliance.
• Prevention of unhealthy competition among states.
BENEFITS OF GST :
• Easy compliance.
• Uniformity of tax rates and structures.
• Removal of cascading.
• Improved competition.
• Gain to manufacturers and exporters.

GST would be administered in India, The federal structure of India , there will be two components of GST - Central GST and State GST. Both will simultaneously levy GST across the value chain. Tax will be levied on every supply of goods and ser¬vices. Centre would levy and collect the state goods and service tax on all transac¬tions within a state. The input tax credit of CGST would be available for discharging the CGST liability on the output at each stage.
Similarly the credit of CGST paid on input would be allowed for paying the SGST on output. No cross utilization of credit would be levied simultaneously. On every trans¬action of supply of goods and services except on exempted goods and services goods which are outside the preview of GST and the transaction which are below the prescribed threshold limits. Further, both would be levied on the same price or value unlike state VAT which is levied on the value of the goods inclusive of central Ex¬cise.

BREXIT - > Britain exist from EU
Results were released on 24 June.
• 52 % opted for Leaving EU
• 48 % opted to stay

What may happen if Britain stays with EU?
They will have good support from rest of the countries in the European un¬ion for the security
Since Britain is a small country in terms of both size and population (less than8.5million)they need all the support to be global giant
What are the advantages of leaving the EU?
Britain pays a large membership fee to be a part of EU, that can be avoided They can reframe immigration rules and stop eastern Europeans from working in Britain

Effects of BREXIT:
Britain can frame new workers policy and can reduce the money which they spend for immigrant workers.
Free trade agreements will be hard Investment in Britain from foreigners will reduce Inflation will increase

Effects on India:
Jobs and education opportunities will be limited for Indians as laws and rules will be strict
India can have direct Trade agreements with UK
Indian companies cant penetrate the euro market by establishing their business
in UK .

When Indian markets began trading that Monday, they had to factor-in the pact of Rexit: the Reserve Bank of India Governor Raghuram Rajan's exit from the central bank once his term finishes in September. However, a much bigger event, the referendum on Britain's membership of the European Union (EU), which resulted in its exit from the EU—Brexit—spooked the markets. The Sensex opened lower by 635 points and went down by 1,091 points before bottom fishing brought some stabil¬ity. Even as the index recovered 486 points from the day's low, it still closed the day with a deep cut of 605 points or 2.24%.

The debt market, which reacted negatively to Rexit, with 10-year bond yields spiking on Monday morning (markets, however, recovered the same day) remained relatively calm on Brexit. However, the currency market took a beating and the rupee lost on both Monday and Friday and ended the week with a loss of 89 paisa against the US dollar.
The biggest worry about the Brexit vote is that it has opened a Pandora's Box. Emboldened by the Brexit outcome, groups opposed to the EU membership in other European countries have already started demanding their own referendums. The im¬mediate impact of Brexit is an increase in risk aversion when it comes to investing.
"Risk aversion is likely to take hold across asset classes," says Michael Strobaek, Global Chief Investment Officer, Credit Suisse. The first hint of this was seen when crude oil fell while gold rallied 5% each.

Among the global currencies, only the Japanese yen and the US dollar appreci¬ated (considered as safe currencies by the market). Currency deprecia¬tion will further increase risk aver¬sion and put more pressure on the weak Asian currencies.
"Asian currencies, excluding Japan, could be hurt if other EU countries follow suit and call for a referendum," says a recently re¬leased DBS report. The Indian rupee won't suffer much but won't be left unscathed. "The direct trade impact (on the rupee) is limited from UK, but global risk will likely weigh on India in the near term. So we revise our 2016-17 average US dollar target to Rs 68.5 from Rs 67.9," says the Kotak Economy Report.

WhatsApp End-to-End Encryption:

Good news for the world's 1 billion WhatsApp users The company has started rolling out end to end encryption which will reportedly be the default setting for all chats. The update comes at a time when governments are attempting to force tech companies, such as Apple to hack their own systems to provide information on terrorist attacks and networks etc. WhatsApp's users now know that their chats, group chats, attachments, voice notes, and voice calls are private.

For the encryption WhatApp uses Whisper Systems' "Signal Protocol" which is an open source private messaging system supported by NSA whistle-blower Edward Snowden. The encryption will work on all Android, iPhone, Windows mobile decides, plus some Nokia and BlackBerry models.

The security is so comprehensive that users can see the content that has been sent to them, but service providers, including WhatsApp are unable to access message content.

Users will be automatically upgraded to the new version of WhatsApp via a server upgrade.

Scientists have identified a switch that triggers the 'power kick' that sperms use to fertilize a human egg. Thus, they seem to have uncovered a source of male infertility & a target for unisex contraceptives. Progesterone stimulates the switch which is essentially a protein receptor. Scores of these switches are found on the surface of a sperm's tail & when the sperm gets close to the egg, the hormone activates the receptor. This causes the tail to snap and provides the thrust or powering the sperm through the cells protecting the egg. Basically a person is infertile if the switch doesn't recognize progesterone. So a drug that inactivates the receptor would prove to be a good contraceptive. One that could be used by either sexual partner.
Researchers observed the behaviour of the sperm's tail after sticking electrodes. This led to discovery of the progesterone activated receptor now called CatSper.

Researchers at Johns Hopkins University (JHU), led by Matthew D. Green, have found a bug in Apple’s encryption. It can allow a skilled attacker to decrypt secure photos and videos sent as message. The flaw might not have been used by the FBI🔎 to recover information on the San Bernardino terrorist’s iPhone, but it proves that encryption isn’t fool proof. Green is a cryptographer and said that a court compelling Apple to undo its own security makes no sense as there are already bugs which can be exploited. He said, “Even Apple, with all their skills — and they have terrific cryptographers — wasn’t able to quite get this right.” Green’s team of graduate students will publish a paper describing the bug as soon as Apple issues a patch for it. Green said that it’s frightening that “we’re having this conversation about adding back doors to encryption when we can’t even get basic encryption right.”
Reports are now in that as many as 23 people are dead& 35 injured. However, no official statements are in as the scene of the explosionis still being secured. Operations to evacuate some peoplestill inside are being conducted at the moment. Not just the airport but the entire city of Brussels has gone into lock-down. Bus, tram and metro services have been suspended. As per standard procedures, flights to the airport have been cancelled or rerouted. France has gotten into a panic with memories of the November attack still fresh in their minds. They've deployed 1,600 more police officers at the border and on important transport locations after the explosions. The attacks come merely 4 days after the arrest of Salah Abdeslam, 26, the only surviving suspect of Paris’s November attacks which killed 130 people. Abdeslam – a French national – was arrested after he was shot in the leg and captured by Brussels Police.

Money makes the world go round. A cheeky line to start what’s gonna come ahead. Many of the people really wonder. WHAT IS MANAGEMENT? HOW MANAGEMENT WORKS? WHY MANAGEMENT? IS MANAGEMENT BORING? WHAT WILL I GAIN IN IT? These are the questions which are often put towards the face of organizational management. Since management plays a vital role in modern world. It brings (or) sparks interest in the young minds. Management is an interesting field where it is capable of practising (or) combining ART, SCIENCE and CRAFT meets a point of new interception of individual skill development. It clearly depends upon Innovation, Imagination and Creativity is main building blocks in the aspect of good management.

According to my point of perspective towards management is a tricky and brilliant way of dealing with things (or) people with sportive attitude. Where interpersonal skills are applied interims of minds are used inventory and improvement of business and organization. It invokes creating and implementation of new ideas for the better enhancement of management ethics. But for every relevant manner the management deals with ART and SCIENCE of 40:60 ratio with balancing amount (or) exchange of blows and trades.

One of the biggest optimising aspecting facts in management is that it is capable of adapting to any persons unique style and in under any circumstances this valuable point can be HARNESSED. Management has a brighter side in the competitive marketing field by where your skills are put to the test by attracting consumers and by increasing in the quality, production of supply and demand according to the environmental requirement. Trading markets is the CROWN JEWEL of modern management.

Many theory’s regarding management where proposed by philosopher’s with respect to their research and development on their view of improving management. Their theory’s where put to the test and their analysis on management has brought many changes and shows how management truly operates and the nature of the management is an independent medium to the will of the user .not every course grants this kind of freedom for the users.

Management sparks an interest by comforting the basic requirements of an individual person by the means of bringing them into the comfort zone and satisfying (or) fulfilment of their demands. But its basing is more intriguing than that of the requirements .it mainly focuses on the challenging nature and finds a new possibility for solving problems. Which it satisfies the saying “LIFE IS EITHER A DARING ADVENTURE OR NOTHING AT ALL”. With the art of risk taking skill is developed as an assurance as a safety and calculative measure of decision making “it’s better to be safe than sorry”.

Another popular question frequently asked in by many professionals WHY MANAGEMENT AFTER ENGINEERING/B.COM/B.SC/VISCOM…..?.answer to it lies in each personal reasons for shifting of domains where for every set of questions answer lies in the question .as particular management is flexible in nature and can support any type of field you may be good in core knowledge but what’s the point in having it if you don’t know to applying it in a planned manner (or) a more effect way of bringing outcomes with notable performance change .imagine this engineering +management can bring a new term of management with a balance of technical and logical intellectual thinking and applying for innovative ways of improvising the economy standards. Or simply to put what engineers know management students are not fond of similarly what managing candidate know engineers have a blind knowledge about it. On the contrary side of view engineering+management have better means of field advantages. This answer follows for every degree graduates for viscom/b.com/b.sc.viscom can create attractive advertising, remodelling, resynthesise and many more b.com /b.sc can have better means of solutions in problem solving.

With enough amount of competitive management can bring lot of difference in the daily basis of life it gives benefits in time management, strategically thinking and good judgment apart from these skills it will bring out once full potential in front of the world. To bring an enticing flame in the field of management love what you do .then success will be at your finger tips. when success comes money aren't a big deal.

10. Government is all set to launch an app to create a platform for interaction with start-ups.

India's economic and reform performance in 2015 has disappointed many. Despite outperforming its BRICS compatriots by being the fastest growing economy in 2015 at 7.5 percent, its 'bright spot' status does not leave room for complacence in 2016.Domestic private investment saw a dip in 2015 and the recent 'Mid-year Economic Analysis' confirm this.

The cause of this stall in private investment is driven by corporate India's complex confusion of over-expansion, debt default and risk aversion in an unfavorable investment environment, and important bills being stalled in parliament.

No economy like ours can grow without domestic private investment. Recovery is possible in 2016 if stalled private corporate investment can be restarted, to add to growth in public investment and private consumption. Start-up India will fill this vacuum as start¬ups and entrepreneurs are a way to create alternate private investment models. Start-up India can potentially be the catalyst to restart private investment flows into the economy. India, today is a hotbed for entrepreneurial activity because of the abundance of new ideas and the opportunities that these offers.

In a survey conducted by local circles, 14 percent of those polled reported that registration and taxation was found to be a serious challenge in starting up. Start-up India should address this complexity and incentives corporate spending into new ventures through fiscal interventions. Providing tax incentives when corporates invest in start-up businesses is an important step. The government's recent announcement to waive the 'seed-funding' tax imposed by the finance act, 2013 if domestic angel investors invest in start-ups, is a positive move. Start-up India should include a comprehensive set of policies for entry and exit of private investment. The implementation of GST legislation will play an important role for start-ups and entrepreneurs, as they can access the large Indian market as one open market without the complex requirements for inter-state trade that makes it difficult for small business.

The corporate insolvency legislation, in particular, is pivotal given the fact that a majority of start-ups fail, marking capital recovery a real worry among investors. Under the current insolvency systems in India, as per the World Bank report, the recovery rate for secured creditors from insolvency proceeding stands at 25.7 cents on the dollar-compared to the 72.3 cents in OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) countries. The bankruptcy code proposes to have the corporate insolvency procedure resolved within a period of 180 days, with a fast track 90 day resolution process. It also makes provision for priority among creditors, giving the private investor a real chance at recovering the investment. Start-up India needs this policy for its success.

The last decade have seen a number of new Indian corporates get created on the back of private capital. We are now presented with a similar scenario where new and disruptive technologies, along with private capital, can change the business landscape, where a few intellectuals have monopolized the country's discourse on technology, economy and held growth hostage. Start-up India can bring thousands of entrepreneurs from across India into this discourse and drive the growth of a transformed and diversified economy and do so sustainably.

In today's flat economy where information is the new money, the access to the means and the resources to fortify and strengthen our ideas is readily available. In the ancient era business was a dream for a common man, it was believed that business can only pass through generations i.e from their father's and grandfather's. But now things are taking a big turn. There has never been a more apt time for ideas to slide into action so quickly . The education, the confidence, the access to internet, foreign investments and the government has been a great boon in supporting the common man to become an entrepreneur. This has given the aam aadmi the confidence to chase a thought without being bogged down by the possibility of meeting with failure despite putting in hard work. Now, Modi's "Make in India "campaign encourage muti-national, as well as domestic companies to manufacture their products in India.

The initiative hopes to attract capital and technological investment in India. In a society evolving in the art of self awareness, we have started asking the right kind of questions to ourselves. The increasing ineptitude of the Goliath firms to churn out quality work that lives up to the speed and hunger of the today's graduates who are extremely ready for taking risks and with the immense flow of new and creative ideas to attract the market with their own zeel and the failure in challenging the potential of their workforce is a great driving force for youngsters to detach themselves with anything that doesn't add value or meaning to their lives and instead go in pursuit of things that do. After all who would not like to be their own boss? Thus, the advent and colonization of the quick and nimble, self-starting epoch of entrepreneurship.

Android marshmallow v6.0 is the latest version of mobile OS android which was presented at Google I/O in July and available as developer preview for Google nexus devices like nexus 5,6,7 and 9. The final build was released in October along with the launch of two nexuses 5X and 6P. This version precedes Lollipop which was launch last year bring a complete overhaul of design and other features. However this version is simply an upgrade than an overhaul. It can be dubbed as android 5.2 rather than 6.0 , but still Google can iterate the number the way they want and no one is going to worried by that. Despite being a minor update from lollipop it has some cool new features that are worth updating. Now lets look at the Top 5 features marshmallow has that lollipop doesn't.

1.GOOGLE NOW ON TAP

This is undoubtedly the coolest thing Google had introduced over this year not only in android. It just shows the way Google have supremacy over all others when it comes to searching. It is in fact highly intuitive and shows cards based on what reads in the screen. To activate it just long press the home button and flash the cards are available. Google claims it to be so great that it can read the sentence and understand what is that you are reading but in reality is doesn't it fails a lot of times to show the right cards on the screen. Its just like siri at first which got a lost of miss than hits. Still its new and could go all the way to being the smartest thing in search. With more data it can become more intuitive can live to its expectation. This is the main important feature that Google incorporated into marshmallow thus getting the first spot.

2.App permission

This is a really useful feature especially form the users perspective who now hold all the control over things he like to share with the apps. Earlier in all version of lollipop the user have to give all the permission to the app in order to install it. But now the user can install an app without giving any permission and the app may request it when it needs and you may accept or deny. but still all the app are not designed for this version and you may not be able to use this the way you want.

3.DOZE Feature

This is the features that android lack over ios i.e the battery life in standby mode. Atlast Google has removed his Achilles heel over his arch-nemesis apple's ios. this features puts the android phone into a deep sleep state when it is not used and saves a lot of battery juice when picked up next morning. If you go to sleep with battery at 15% in night you may not find your phone's battery dead in the morning. This feature actually works and its a major improvement for android.

4.Volume controls

Atlast Google now have a volume control it must have had from this first. Its simplified to the core as now you can access all the volume for phone, media and alarm in the main screen itself and the donot disturb features too simplified and put in quick access. Finally something to rejoice it volume control department which was annoying in android for a long time.

5.Other small tweaks...

There are many other small tweaks like the long press of the settings icon lets to open System UI tuner. where you can decide what to be placed in quick access and status bar. Who taught this features would be in a stock android but it is!!!!. The app drawer has become vertical scroll and is it really good. the long press of the menu icon lets you open the app drawer with search keyboard on. frequently used apps are placed in a special place at top. These are some cool new features that marshmallow has worth mentioning.

“ It is a pity and a major embarrassment that a country once housed the great ancient Nalanda University where students from around the globe pursued their education in this same country is reduced to a standard where even after finishing his UG (UNDER GRADUATE) and POSTGRADUATE(PG) COURSES feels insecure about his career and his job opportunities in the ever changing globalised world.”

I happened to see many advertisements these days on newspapers, tv ,websites etc and almost all forms of electronic and digital media endorsing their own brand of education by having celebrities ranging from high profile yester year actors to people who emote on the small screen tv serials being their brand ambassadors and endorsing the particular xy hotel management and xy engineering colleges and what is the need for all these are the students joining film institutes or professional courses .

Rather than these False advertisements with over exaggerated data of 100% placements and their alumni earning in crore’s and lakhs. Say “WHY NOT CREATE NOTABLE ALUMNI AND BOAST THAT THE CONCERNED PERSON DID GRADUATE FROM OUR COLLEGE ”.Many reputed educational institutions around the globe grew due to their alumni, for example from the old oxford university to Massachusetts institute of technology and not due to a famous brand ambassador from the filmy world endorsing the college institution. Who are they trying to fool .the future generation of this country and the next global citizens of The Mother Earth.

What is the message being sent to aspirants of these courses , luckily there are ranking based system released by anna university were one college’s academic performance ,infrastructure, sports and their placement record determines thestandard of the college were one could make a choice .

This ranking based system happened due to societal pressure and parent teacher organizations taking the issue to the courts to ask the Anna University to take necessary action for the students to decide the college based on its educational reputation and taking into account the current standards of the institution and hence the ranking system happened . hurrah the courts still has a certain power to take notice and act against the powerful vvip chairman’s of educational institutions and this happened a long time ago.

The students after having mugging and by-hearting for the past twelve years of their schooling .would have finally asked for a change of better education that would increase their skill level and make them have a career with a optimistic prosperous future. BUT……………

Barring a few private colleges and the IIT’s there is no research and also there is no skill development in the course offered .even in IIT’S the innovation has translated to business corporation only in E-COMMERCE AND START –UPS .(FOR EXAMPLE FLIPKART founded by two iit students)what about the other sectors there is no innovation taking place, and for other colleges it is just a mere extension of the state board syllabus oriented education system were one reproduces what it as such in the books.”NO RESEARCH NO INNOVATION “ .

Hence we just either manufacture products according to specification of the mnc’s (multi national corporation) employers who employ us for their creative work and utilize our human and natural resources of our country , for their factory production and earn bulk profits and don’t pay taxes ,if asked to pay runaway with the money earned to their respective company head quartered country and finally say that we will fight it legally in the higher courts of our country . Dumping their employees as such creating a hopeless future for their employees.

What is the reason behind this low confidence level of a student or a future graduate there is no emphasis on skill development or upgrading his knowledge with the current world standards. A particular skill that he/she would feel secure even in the bearish economic situation and attain a prosperous economic growth in the event of a bullish trend were there is a boom in the particular sector that one is employed .for example in automobile manufacturing sector were there is sudden increased demand of more cars and its spare parts. The big firms (Hyundai, Ford, Suzuki) benefit but it not only ends with that there is increased demand of skilled labor and it also benefits the small scale and medium scale industries who manufacture the parts and components required for these firms. many graduates can do more than the BPO’s and IT SECTOR based jobs they are working in INDIA

FIRST FORGET ABOUT INNOVATION FIRST THINK ABOUT IMPLEMENTING SKILL BASED EDUCATION IN THE SECOND TIER AND THIRD TIER COLLEGES IN OUR COUNTRY …………FOR INDIA TO HAVE SKILLED GRADUATES .

(the above mentioned are my personal views )
                                                                                                                                -S.BK.BALAJI

Interestingly Google has introduce the new service called Google domains. It was more helpful for bloggers and new website for business.as Google released this article which follows as

A domain name says a lot about who you are and what you do. For businesses especially, picking out the right domain name is often the starting point to building a successful online presence. With new domain endings like .recipes and .clothing, there are now more options to choose from than ever before.

Last year, we shared news that we were beginning to test a new service called Google Domains to help people get online starting with a domain and website. We partnered with some of the most reliable and easy-to-use website building providers on the web: Shopify, Squarespace, Weebly and Wix. Together, we’ve helped businesses like Scott Pincus Design and Hidden Springs Soap get a domain, build a website and find new customers online. It’s really that easy.

Today, we’re excited to make Google Domains more widely available by lifting the invitation restriction for those in the U.S. For those in other countries, you can sign up here to be notified when it is available in your country. And thanks in large part to the feedback we received from our early beta testers, we’re opening the doors with a new batch of features. Some of the enhancements include:
Improved search and suggestion experience to help you find the perfect domain name
Over 60 new domain endings like .company, .florist and .coffee (view the full list here)
A simple dashboard to manage your domain, website and email settings
The integration of Blogger so you can create a blog and easily connect it to your domain
The ability to quickly browse website template themes and compare the plans and features of our website building providers
Dynamic DNS so you can setup your domain and keep it pointing to the same computer even when the IP address changes. Read more about it here.
We’re excited to share the open beta with you today and still welcome your input, questions and feedback. Don’t be shy!

Note:
Currently this feature was not available in many countries.they may be give notification when this service are available to some countries

A few days back it was being reported that WhatsApp was testing voice calling feature on select devices. The messaging giant is now all set to bring the feature to all its Android subscribers. This will be a fantastic news for the users but will also be a major cause of concern for the network operators who have already lost tremendous amount of SMS revenue to messaging apps.

The update seems to get activated when a user with voice calling capability calls his WhatsApp contacts. Once the update is activated, the user interface also changes to feature a separate voice calling screen. A phone icon also appears next to the WhatsApp contacts, and you can also see the call logs of your device.

It seems like the update procedure isn’t working for all users yet. There might also be a possibility that the developers might have restricted the number of people a person can invite by voice calling them. WhatsApp hasn’t officially announced the roll-out but with the number of devices supporting the feature, we can anticipate an announcement any time soon.

With this offering, Facebook owned WhatsApp will also direct an assault at voice calling apps like Viber, WeChat and others. You can even expect a backlash from the phone companies in the form of increased data pack costs. But no matter what, the 700 Million WhatsApp users are going to get a reason to celebrate real soon.

NOTE: Currently many of them not getting this update.please wait it is in final stage of testing and it will out soon to all user.By introducing whatsapp calling they make a big move lets find out!!

In Recent days Anonymous Hacktivists are hacking several accounts.they trending in world wide nowadays recent news is they are targeting the ISIS members is going on hotspot. in there Website they mention there post about their attacks as follow are given below

Anonymous has just struck a massive blow against ISIS recruiting efforts. Hacktivists recently took control of dozens of Twitter and Facebook accounts that had been openly used by ISIS to expand their influence and recruit new members.

The above video explains the attack was coordinated by “Muslims, Christians, Jews” alike. They are “hackers, crackers, Hacktivist, phishers, agents, spies, or just the guy next door… students, administrators, workers, clerks, unemployed, rich, poor.” They are also “young, or old, gay or straight… from all races, countries, religions, and ethnicity. United as one, divided by zero.”

An important point made by the video is that “the terrorists that are calling themselves [the] Islamic State (ISIS) are not Muslims.” Anonymous further directs a threat to ISIS itself:

We will hunt you, take down your sites, accounts, emails, and expose you…

From now on, no safe place for you online…

You will be treated like a virus, and we are the cure…

We own the internet…

We are Anonymous; we are Legion; we do not forgive, we do not forget, Expect us.

The following are some of the Twitter handles that had been brought down by Anonymous and RedCult team in #OpISIS are listed below:
