After spending a few years in Tampa and getting her undergraduate degree in Gender Studies and British and American Literature at New College of Florida, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she currently lives. Her erotic lesbian romance novels, Bliss, A Taste of Sin, Every Dark Desire and Hungry For It are available now in bookstores. The novellas, "Pure Pleasure," "Going Wild" and the soon-to-be-published "Sweat" appear in the collections, Satisfy Me, Satisfy Me Again, and Satisfy Me Tonight, respectively. . These people struggle with the same issues we face every day: love, loss, change, and family. But rather than a static representation of our daily problems, this television series introduces us to new characters that may be our neighbors in real life but are rarely seen on our television screens.

ABOUT AMBER SHARP (creator/writer/director):
Amber Sharp began directing her daydreams at the age of five. Later as a graduate of Project Offstreet, a program for homeless youth, Amber's drive and determination led her to graduate from the Arts High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts despite being on her own since her junior year of high school.

While studying English and African American Studies in college, the budding writer-director decided to share her daydreams with the world by becoming a filmmaker. To master her craft, she enrolled and graduated from the USC School of Cinema. Amber's USC thesis film, Triple Minority, has been an audience favorite at numerous film festivals, including the 2006 Pan African Film Festival in Los Angeles, 2006 London Lesbian and Gay Film Festival, and Frameline 30: San Francisco International Film Festival. The film was awarded the audience award of Best Female Short Film in the 2006 Long Island Gay and Lesbian Film Festival. The film recently premiered on MTV's LOGO cable channel and appears on the web as part of The Click List: Best In Short Films on www.logoonline.com. Wolfe video, the leading distributor of gay and lesbian film, will distribute Triple Minority as part of their 2007 Best of Girl Shorts compilation DVD.

Since graduating from USC, Amber has worked with such industry heavyweights as Patrick Ian Polk ("Noah's Arc"), Kasey Lemmons ("Caveman's Valentine"), Edmonds Entertainment, and Debbie Allen ("Fame"). As the principal of A.Sharp Productions, she is building on her industry experience as she enters pre-production of her original television pilot, "Don't Go."

CAST MEMBERS FEATURED ON INTERVIEW:
Skyler Cooper who portrays Bone
Janora McDuffie who portrays Cindy
Mélange Lavonne who portrays Jaden
Yaniv Moyal who portrays Jess

To view cast bios, visit http://www.dontgotheseries.com/press/dg_castbios.pdf.

To visit the "Don't Go" website, visit http://www.dontgotheseries.com/.

The title track prompted writer Chris Van Loan of MusicDish to suggest "...maybe blessed with musical genius". Music from the album was profiled on Audiofile Radio, which airs on over 125 stations around the world, and featured at The 2002 International Fringe Festival in the award winning play, "The Making of the Black Man."

His '03 sophomore album, "Someday Peace, Love and Freedom" is a reggae-inspired conversation on politics, religion and social injustice. Once again he received praise and top honors from online media sources, garnering the Outstanding Male Recording Nomination at the '04 Outmusic Awards and winning the Best Male Performance at the Fresh Fruit Festival.

In 04 Nhojj released an unplugged performance DVD "An Intimate Evening with Nhojj," filmed by Emmy nominated director Bill Cote and completed a 10-city College Tour. After spending a few years in Tampa and getting her undergraduate degree in Gender Studies and British and American Literature at New College of Florida, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she currently lives. At the moment, she is to quote a pithy bumper sticker "the artist currently known as starving" but she someday hopes to eat regular meals at the Ritz. Her fiction has been published in Necrologue: DIVA Book of the Dead and the Undead (DIVA), Wicked: Sexy Tales of Legendary Lovers (Cleis), Best Lesbian Erotica 2004 & 2007 (Cleis), Va-Va-Voom: Hot Lesbian Erotica (DIVA), Best Lesbian Romance (Cleis), and Hot Lesbian Erotica (Cleis). Her novels, Bliss and A Taste of Sin, are out now and available in bookstores worldwide. The novella, Pure Pleasure, released in the collection, Satisfy Me, is also now available. And her third novel, Every Dark Desire, is scheduled for June 2007. Desire without rules. Love without mercy.

Naomi McElroy's life in Jamaica has always been about the comforts of family and home. But secretly, she yearns for something more. When she surrenders to seduction in a jasmine—scented garden under a full moon, her life is changed forever. In that moment of complete ecstasy, Naomi becomes Belle, one of the undead whose carnal hungers are never sated.

Now Belle is part of a vampire clan, lost in an existence that strips away all pretenses and lays bare the deep, dark hungers within every soul. But first she must be taught. Through the feel of skin pressed against skin and the skilled manipulations of a powerful lover, Belle craves desire every waking moment. A part of her hates her new life, but another part revels in it—the savagery of her senses, the sway of her body, and the sensual decadence of her new family.

What Belle finally feels is a sexual connection like no other she's experienced.

But in this exciting new world, there are many dangers that are best left untouched—and dangers that are too intoxicating and enticing to resist.

But it isn't long after entering the dating scene that she finds herself caught in another woman's web of destruction. Stalking, courtroom drama, and a mix of love and obsession point her in the direction of a destiny that may be forever tainted. Not only is she forced to deal with the psychosis of another; she has to confront a past that she’d fought very hard to forget.
