Inte i en enda kommun i Sverige har pojkar bättre betyg än flickor.       
En granskning som SVT har gjort visar att pojkarna har 10 procent sämre  snitt på meritvärdet – alltså betygen - än flickor. Den här undersökningen gäller betyget i klass 9

I många kommuner är skillnaden större. En lärare från Tomelilla säger att det beror på att tjejerna är mer plikttrogna och att killarna är mer rädda för att misslyckas       
                                        
 Jag tror man gör det för lätt för sig om man säger så. Vi kan konstatera att skolan inte är jämställd. Jag tror inte ett dugg på att grabbarna har sämre förutsättningar än tjejerna. 

Utan det beror på något sätt vad som sker i skolan klassrummet. Man måste fråga sig om grabbarna får samma förutsättningar för har man sämre betyg ska resurser sättas in så att man kan nå samma mål. 
Jag ser med spänning fram emot debatten om vi har en jämställd skola.
