The certification represents the highest level of competence and integration with the myStaffingPro® applicant tracking system.</p>
<p>President of myStaffingPro, Robert Schulte commented, “We worked with Strategic Information Resources to create an integration centered on the HR-XML standards. The integration was then reviewed and certified by our product development team based on its ease of use and implementation. The final result is a seamless background integration that meets our highest quality assurance standards.”</p>
<p>The integration includes the collection of the background authorization form and the electronic submittal of the applicant’s data. Once submitted, Strategic Information Resources processes the request and returns the results for analysis. The electronic process enables companies to submit the background data directly from their myStaffingPro interface. The result is a more efficient hiring process that eliminates duplicate data entry and ensures company-wide compliance.</p>

<p><strong>How It Works</strong></p>
<p>When applicants complete an online job application through one of myStaffingPro&#8217;s career sites, the applicant can be required to electronically sign a FCRA pdf.  The electronic signature is normally a mouse signature, which allows the candidate to scribble his signature using his mouse.  The signed pdf is then store in myStaffingPro&#8217;s electronic signature vault.</p>
<p>When the employer decides to run a background check against the applicant, that pdf can be bundled into the xml file sent to the background vendor.  This drastically reduces the time to hire for the employer, as no time is spent in getting a wet signature on the FCRA form.</p>
