Please find the attached letter regarding Heroes of Old Hickory, a little known story about a National Guard Division, during WWII.
The Old Hickory has a great connection to North Carolina, and we are hopeful that this incredible story will help preserve the legacy of the National Guard, as well as create a new awareness about the role our citizen soldiers continue to play in the freedom of our country.

Order your USO of NC License Plate today! Attached is a photo of what the plates will look like and an application.   If you would like to dress your car up with a shiny new plate, fill out the application and send it to the address at the top of the page.  Make sure you write ” license plate” in the MEMO section of your check.  Before the DMV will print the plates, we have to sell 300.  Please forward this on to any friends who might be interested.  We hope to have the 300 sold by the end of June.

EANGUS has a new website! WWW.EANGUS.ORG is the new portal of information about the Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States. Check back often as the information contained here is periodically updated.

EANGUS has only one mission–to provide a voice on Capitol Hill on enlisted National Guard issues. These issues affect not only National Guard but all reserve component members.

EANGUS Application – At the moment members cannot join/renew on the website. It was suppose to be ready January 30th but they pushed the date back to February 29th.  Members can still send their applications to the NCNGA. Also, the cost of annual membership increased to $12.
