先分享我自己在聚會上問的問題

問:聽尼莫大的分享主要都長投在中國以及美國市場，是因為台灣POOL太淺找不到可長投公司?​​​​​​​

是，還是會建議走出台灣市場投入中國/美國市場相較有不同level的公司，台灣市場越來越小等自己研究功力提升時候會發現沒甚麼便宜好公司可買。

問:如何判斷這家公司的商業模式是正確的呢?

沒有所謂最好的商業模式，假設這家公司能在產業活下來或許就有價值可言。

問:如何判斷公司護城河夠深?

可以把公司近幾年的資料研究後，跟同產業的公司比較就可以知道公司的作法以及獲利模式是否高於同產業的其他公司。

尼莫大分享主要有幾點我以重點紀錄:

尼莫大分享了他長投"貴州茅台"的故事，這家公司他六年獲利十倍!

聽完後我覺得敬佩不已，如何在六年前看到這家公司? 為什麼會抱這麼久? 是部位很大嗎?

後來之後原來"貴州茅台"是因為中國國情的問題

(中國人好面子請客一定要放茅台，另外因當時國民黨高官也愛後續中共高官也將此視為高級產品，喜宴一定也要喝...etc)

所以茅台成為中共第一名酒也是不意外，另外的點是要價不斐的茅台酒一瓶出廠價可是將近一千元人民幣，

到消費者手上卻是兩千元左右的終端售價，GM可達九成OPT達五成加上地位難以撼動(中國人民14E, 茅台一年產量不到1E支)，

基於這些情況在PE10左右買進後長投最後獲利十倍!

關於選股可以參考"非常潛力股"第三章

尼莫大也有提到自己撰寫部落格，記錄自己的交易紀錄對於投資也有幫助，另外也有助讓有興趣的投資者互相交流

就可以運用"閒聊法"找到不錯的公司加以深入研究，透過大家互相討論切磋常常會激發不同的想法，高手的聚會中

就是大家都把最近看到不錯的想法丟出來，在互相參考研究這樣可以發現更多更棒的好公司，專注研究不太會去CALL發言人

尼莫大提到"年報中的資料，就是公司要告訴你的東西，如果你看不懂去CALL發言人，公司如果不願意告訴你，你也問不出來"

這讓我有如醍醐灌頂般，原本做個股研究都會想要把自己不懂得問發言人，後來發現有些公司根本不想鳥你

還是自己仔細研究發現比較實際，另外對於價值投資者來說總經相對不那麼重視，專注於自己的公司有便宜價格就買進，

我想這大概就是價值投資的核心，另外加入八字箴言"想買就買，想賣就賣"，說不定績效就會更提升了巴。

還記得約莫一年前當時在台大參加Coscup時，有幾堂課在討論關於比特幣的議題當時覺得這技術不是我能領會的於是沒有深入研究~

就這樣短短不到半年時間漲了數十倍截至2017/12左右，記得當時一枚Bitcoin可以兌換19000USD當時看到只覺得瘋狂，另一方面相關概念股也是漲翻天

結果這幾日Bitcoin的暴跌從高點滑落到現在，短短幾日已經回到7000USD看到這邊再想想相關概念股是否有過熱行為?

怎麼做看個人交給時間去驗證，回頭看看近半年的新聞熱度 Bitcoin的快速崛起與崩落真的就在一瞬間。

很久沒有在這邊發文未來或許會慢慢增加一些心得,研究報告以及選股結果(透過程式選股)

主要提供全方位的個人電腦、直立式伺服器和機架式伺服器機箱方案、硬碟外殼與客製化服務。 2013年產品營收比重：個人用電腦機殼17%、伺服器機殼74%、零組件及其他9%。

全球PC市場於2013年整體出貨量較2012年下跌1.2%，其中桌上型電腦佔4成，NB佔5成，AIO佔5%，下滑主因是由於NB出貨大減，AIO PC則相對表現較佳，但出貨成長幅度也呈現逐年趨緩態勢。

伺服器方面，2013年全球出貨量較2012年成長近3%，其中亞太地區伺服器成長表現較2012年佳，大陸市場更成為全球第二大伺服器市場。

個人看法:

基本面來說不錯今天獲利比去年增加30%,所以基本面是不錯

但是我覺得錢一波大漲已經反映股價,

攤開籌碼面來看三大法人最近持續丟籌碼, 另外 籌碼都從主力端

跑道散戶端了這時候股價就很難有起色了,

基本面如果持續增加營收說不定到時候加上題材上來又會帶動，

不過目前情況不適合進場.

美國CES（國際消費電子展）將於1月6日～1月9日舉行，法人指出，本次預估展出廠商超過3,600家，市場矚目主題包含物聯網等，國泰證金商部建議，相關個股可留意矽創（8016）與盛群（6202），其熱門認購權證火紅矽創昨收盤上漲2.58％，收在83.5元，IC廠矽創主開發光感測元件，預估今年動能將由功能型手機轉換為智慧型手機市場，矽創在感測元件方面，環境光感測、距離感測、以及重力感應器等整合產品，皆已打入大陸手機供應鏈 ，出貨量逐季增加，成了今年推動業績成長的產品之一。再加上物聯網發展，矽創可望受惠。

1/21 新聞:

市場看好物聯網裝置將推升矽創感測器晶片需求，吸引買盤進駐，矽創今日盤中股價來到94.7元，漲幅2.6%，並帶動同屬面板驅動IC的上市股奕力 (3598)股價也跟著昂首，盤中來到73.4元，漲幅2.5%。法人表示，受惠於大陸中低價智慧型手機強勁拉貨動能，中小尺寸面板驅動IC今年具備成長力道，農曆年前需求不看淡。

矽創今年以來漲勢凌厲，除了反應去年獲利表現可望優於預期外，矽創今年題材面也相當充裕。包括網聯網對於感測晶片的帶動，雖然短線對營收貢獻有限，但有利評價面的提升。尤其，隨著汽車邁向智慧化，車用半導體需求攀升，矽創感測器將可望隨汽車逐漸具智慧性，帶動晶片需求成長。且持續開發新Sensor晶片，亦可望優化產品組合。

在中小尺寸面板驅動方面，矽創聚焦中低階功能性手機驅動IC市場，隨著主要對手轉向智慧型手機驅動IC，也有助產品價格穩定，有利矽創驅動IC毛利率表現。

我在12/18發現8016時當初只有78元左右，經過差不多一個多月的時間現在已經快攻上百元大關

下圖是它的籌碼我們首先看下圖最近成交量買>賣 主力也積極做多持續買進 造成近日股價漲幅大增

我們來看看到底誰吸走籌碼了?  原來外資一直默默吃貨....股價也同步被帶上來!!!

但是神奇的是大戶卻默默倒貨出來從35%減少為25% 看來籌碼都跑到外資上了

外資持續吸籌碼不知道會被拉到多少價位，最後散戶應該會進去吃外資就反手倒貨

唯一可惜的是我沒有進場 XD

打開外資持股比例 從12/29 (4.56%) 竄升至 12/30的96724 (23.25%) 看到疑點了嗎?

1/5號當天融券餘額還有一萬八千多張 在這天瞬間回補一萬六千多張 但是奇怪的是股價沒漲反跌 1/5成交量卻只有5596不知道這一萬多張跑去哪邊!!!

一、自駕車、車連網技術夯

可望在今年的CES展上看見更完善的技術。例如，BMW要展示結合智慧手錶、自動駕車科技的「自動倒車入庫技術」；賓士（Mercedes-Benz）也將公佈一款和LG合力打造的新款概念型自動車。另外，2014年分別由蘋果、Google公佈的汽車平台系統CarPlay、Android Auto，也可能看到更多應用。

二、液晶電視技術的再突破

今年看到廠商展示出更多款式的4K電視。4K電視的畫質優於傳統電視四倍，價格也高昂許多。不過，隨著眾家廠商紛紛投入戰局，並克服技術層面的考量，是否能壓低產品價格，也成為另一項關注重點。　

另外，Sony及LG傳出將在CES展上，發表最新款、具更高解析度的8K電視。LG也將推出使用「量子點」（Quantum Dot）技術的新款4K電視。

三、智慧型手機將打安全牌

智慧型手逐漸暗淡，三星、索尼仍在調整自家產品性能，以便與中國的廉價手機抗衡；聯想去年剛收購Motorola，還在熟悉彼此的產品線；而微軟也正在打造Windows 10手機作業系統, LG的曲面彈性手機LG G Flex 2及索尼的一款「新世界」（New World）Xperia旗艦機種領軍。而在大型手機廠商的缺席下，擁有獨特設計的新興手機廠牌，如YotaPhone 2和Fx0 Firefox phone，也可望攫取展場目光。

四、物聯網概念將見雛形

物聯網已成市場顯學，各家科技大廠都企圖透過合作，開發相同規格的物聯網平台，

英特爾近期就推出一個新平台，使互聯裝置以及雲端間有更安全、方便的連接。 蘋果自家的HomeKit平台可望在CES中開花結果，有更多公司將展示支援HomeKit的各式智慧家居產品。

三星收購SmartThings後，也極力打造智慧家居平台； 谷歌推Works With Nest計畫；高通也主導AllSeen Alliance和AllJoyn平台。

這些科技大廠打造物聯網平台的挑戰在於，他們必須說服使用者，這些產品互聯後的效用會比單獨使用更大，且打造一個完善的生態圈。

再來看一下國外端的看法:

1. Solar-Powered Activity Trackers

Talk about an opportunity for startups. Last year, I noted how there is a massive untapped market for companies to make gadgets specifically geared for women. It's a sad fact that many gadgets have a masculine look. Misfit, a cool Silicon Valley startup, announced today the new Swarovski Shine (no link yet), which is an activity and sleep tracker for women. The crystal necklace is not a cheap token, and the best feature for the violet jewel version is that it never needs charging--it draws power from the sun. It's the first "no charging" activity tracker. And, a sign of things to come--no more constant charging.

2. Smarthomes Without the Fuss

One early trend I'm seeing is that companies want to make the smarthome even smarter. Today, the technology tends to be a little complicated for the masses. D-Linkshowed how they have an entire strategy for the smarthome built around easier configuration and more obvious technology enhancements--light switches, cameras, and sensors that use the more common Wi-Fi standard most people know instead of Zigbee, which requires that each device in the home make a peer-to-peer connection and maintain that connection. The new SmartPlug DSP-W110 that controls lamps is a sign of things to come.

3. FIFO video recording

I already learned a new acronym at CES, although it's been around a while. D-Link also showed off a new security camera, the DCS-935L (no link yet), that uses FIFO (first in, first out) recording. It's pretty simple. In an office setting, you might use a high-end camera that records any activity over a 24-hour period, but you'll pay a monthly fee for the privilege. With the new camera, you can record ten clips per day for free. Each day, it starts over and replaces the "first" clip (and keeps clips two through ten). The trend here is lower cost video security and a larger trend of using tech innovations to cut costs.

4. Souped-Up Video Chat

I wasn't sure what to think of Personify at first. It's a startup that makes an alternative to Skype video chat. A talking head outline appears as an overlay on the screen, almost like you are giving a weather report in front of a green screen. You can have as many as ten people chatting, and the background is removed automatically. That means, you can wear a suit or a dress but tap into a videoconference from the beach. The trend is in figuring out how to make people connect over computers in a smoother, easier way.

The computer disconnects from any networks, tells everything to pause, and removes power from everything except RAM.  

So, you put your computer into a state where the memory of what was going on in every program is still present, but the computer is, essentially, off.  

However, because RAM still needs to be powered, there is a little power drain, even when your computer is suspended.  Of course, this is almost negligible.  

Suspend is quite useful and laptop users use it all the time.  

The default for most operating systems is to suspend when it’s not connected to a power source, and the lid is closed.  

This means your hard-drive will stop spinning, your fans will turn off, and you will be able to move your laptop around, and put it in closed places without damaging anything.  When you need to use it again, simply open it up, press the power button, and the computer will be ready to use almost instantly.  

Obviously better than shutting down.Suspend is really most useful for laptop users.

Hibernation Mode:

It follows all the steps for suspending, but takes one additional step: it writes the RAM to the hard-drive.  

This means it is able to power down everything, including RAM, and really turn off.  

The downside to this, vs. suspend, is that it will take some time to boot back up again.  Ideally, this will be shorter than the time to power up from completely shut down, but longer than the time to resume from a suspended state.

Hibernation is useful to laptop users, but also has some more meaning to desktop users.

Let’s first look at the use for a desktop user.  Instead of shutting down your computer every night, you could simply put it into hibernation mode.  This will still save power, but will allow your computer to boot up quickly when you need it.  You could use suspension for the same reason, but this will still draw some power, and hibernation, ideally, won’t take too much longer than suspension.

For laptop users, we can look at a different scenario.  Let’s say you’re packing your laptop away in a bag for a couple hours.  Maybe for a long car drive, or a plane ride, etc.  Hibernation would be more ideal than suspension in this case, because it will save a lot of battery life, and prevent the danger of any electric field interference with RAM (as rare as that may be).  Because all your data is written to the hard-drive, there is no fear of RAM failing.  Additionally, hibernation uses nobattery life, so a laptop could be in hibernation for a long time without the worry of be battery dying.

Finally, there is a more advanced use for hibernation.  Lets say you boot both Linux and Windows, in separate partitions.  The boot-loader will show up when the computer wakes from hibernation, so one can switch between Linux and Windows while hibernating.  This is awesome.  You could boot into Windows, do some work with Windows-specific applications, hibernate, boot into Linux, do some work, hibernate (or shut down), boot again, and come back to Windows right where you left off.  This may seem a strange situation, but it can often come up in real life.

A digital signature is an electronic signature that can be used to authenticate the identity of the sender of a message or the signer of a document, and possibly to ensure that the original content of the message or document that has been sent is unchanged.

Digital signatures are easily transportable, cannot be imitated by someone else, and can be automatically time-stamped. The ability to ensure that the original signed message arrived means that the sender cannot easily repudiate it later.

A digital signature can be used with any kind of message, whether it is encrypted or not, simply so that the receiver can be sure of the sender's identity and that the message arrived intact. A digital certificate contains the digital signature of the certificate-issuing authority so that anyone can verify that the certificate is real.

我的車才牽了半年最近發現當我熄火，過沒多久再次啟動 就發不動。

但是過了一段時間又可以發動，經過千辛萬苦才把車騎回家附近的車行，

請他幫我送回原廠，牽回來老闆跟我說我的汽油泵浦壞掉了已經換新了

聽老闆說GTR FI四期好像都有問題，但是YAMAHA卻只保固一年!

車子本身就有問題了，這樣一年以後 消費者的權益在哪邊?

這兩個禮拜來~每當油錶到中間線的下面一點點的時候~ 大概剩1/3就會突然沒力就熄火..... 然後再也發不動....... 結果一牽到加油站加油馬上就好了~ 可是加滿都只加到4.5公升左右而已..... 後來又熄火了一次~ 第二次車就牽去YAMAHA修理~說是電腦設定跑掉了~ 第三次熄了火又牽去~說是汽油幫蒲可能有問題~ 又說還沒一年~還有保固~換新的給我~ 可是今天晚上六點~又熄了第四次的火....... 請問各位大大~這台車到底出了什麼問題!?

怎麼最近老是聽到GTR熄火的消息..... 雖然我換過汽油幫浦了 可是心裡總是毛毛的... 萬一過了保固又熄火怎麼辦= =  熄火那天邊牽車邊後悔買了噴射車種 化油的沒那麼複雜 但是又不能丟掉= = (60多K的東西我也丟不下手) 不曉得能不能跟新近戰的汽油幫浦的解決方法一樣

剛好從大浦回來再澄清湖麥當勞熄火休息5分鐘，再發動就發不動了，檢查好多地方，結果突然再開電門，發現竟然沒有汽油幫浦作動的聲音，頓時不知道該說什麼，里程剛破萬，去年9月的車，打電話叫朋友來推車，等了約2小時，朋友剛到我再開電門，突然又好了，而後的2-3天只要熄火就發不動，要等個10-30分鐘又可以作動，騎到YSP痁，保固內換新，我爬了很多網站相同情形的文章，感覺好像都是1萬公里左右掛點，我自己的感覺幫浦壞掉是有前兆的，我的勁戰壞掉前，熄火後短時間內(譬如下車買煙在啟動)再開電門引擎轉速會上不來，大約會在1000轉上下游走，感覺要熄火卻又沒熄火，等個幾秒他會自己提速，如果還沒提速你加油門一定熄火，希望對各位有幫助。 有沒有必要串聯各大討論區向YMT抗議呢? 我是擔心萬一過保固一顆原廠幫浦要8千，像我星期一換新的，是不是應該就單一零件延長保固，我想這個對消費者是一個利多，希望YMT能負該有的後續維修服務......(更多請點我)
