NTI Announces the HDMI/DVI A/V Matrix Switch via CATx

The VEEMUX HDMI/DVI A/V Matrix Switch routes audio and video inputs from eight HDMI/DVI video sources to eight displays (projectors, monitors, etc.) and speakers via inexpensive CAT5e/6/7 cable. It is capable of connecting to as many as eight HDMI/DVI video sources via transmitters and eight video displays via receivers with a maximum extension of 600 feet between the transmitters and receivers.

A new firmware file (version 2.1) has been added to the Download Firmware webpage of the SM-nXm-DVI-LCD DVI Video Matrix Switch. This update adds the feature to allow a user to load DDC data to default 1 from a monitor connected to output 1. This update also adds the feature to allow a user to control whether DDC data is reloaded when the switch is power-cycled.

A new firmware file (version 2.0) has been added to the Download Firmware webpage of the SM-nXm-DVI-LCD DVI Video Matrix Switch. This update fixes the problem with the unit resetting after firmware update and web reboot. The update added a video adjustment feature to the web interface, download and upload configuration using web interface, and added "reset to factory settings" option to webpage. The monitor DDC settings are now saved to configuration.
