Hoje vou falar de restaurante muito show que já tive o prazer de ir duas vezes. O tal de Bistrô Arabe ou seria Casa de Abrahão, poizé, nem eu sei porque o lugar tem dois nomes mesmo. Mas independente de como quer chama-lo o lugar é bom e vale a pena a viagem. Isso mesmo, viagem, porque o lugar não é aqui na savassi não. Mas também não é tão longe assim. Você chega por um jardim com varias peças de artes espalhadas, ao entrar no salão do restaurante que tem sempre uma meia luz, você senta em umas almofadas gigantes que não poderiam ser mais aconchegantes e com a mesa a uns 45 ou 60cm do chão. O próprio Abrahão vem tomar seu pedido, com aquele sotaque bem caracteristico que faz você pensar que está em outro país. Normalmente eu uso sal e pimenta do reino ralada mesmo, jogando por cima do frango com uma mão e passando o dedo para espalhar com a outra. Mas dessa vez eu decidi fazer um teste e ficou muito bom. E não, o gosto não ficou muito forte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Alem do sal e da pimenta do reino ralada eu adicionei um pouco de queijo parmesão ralado antes do frango ir a panela e ficou ótima a experiência.&lt;br /&gt;

Logico que fazendo isso você pode maneirar um pouco no sal, porque o queijo parmesão já vai dar uma salgada no frango também.&lt;br /&gt;

INGREDIENTES:&lt;br /&gt;

- 500g de arroz de risoto, arbório ou carnaroli&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 litro mais ou menos de caldo de legumes ou carne(na falta do legumes)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cebola picada em pedaços bem pequenos&lt;br /&gt;
- 10 talos de aspargos&lt;br /&gt;
- 400g de queijo brie picados em quadrados pequenos&lt;br /&gt;
- 50ml de vinho branco seco&lt;br /&gt;
- Queijo parmesão&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 ou 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MODO DE PREPARO&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Cozinhe o aspargo em uma panela separada com agua e sal por aproximadamente 5 minutos ou até o aspargos começar a ficar mole.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- Coloque 1 colher de manteiga na panela quente e refogue a cebola até ela clarear&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione o arroz e mexa sem para por aproximadamente 5 minutos (talvez menos dependendo da potencia do fogo, para refogar o arroz também.&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione o vinho branco e mexa continuamente até o vinho evaporar quase por inteiro.&lt;br /&gt;
- Vá adicionando o caldo de legumes ou carne uma colher de cada vez. Espere a colher evaporar e coloque mais uma. Mexendo sem parar, até o arroz estar no ponto.&lt;br /&gt;
- Adicione o aspargos, mexa um pouco e depois adicione o queijo brie e mexa até derreter um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;

E não é que o resultado foi bom...&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;INGREDIENTES:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;500g de tagliatelle ou talharim&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200g de carne moida (patinho)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 tomates cereja cortados em quatro partes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 dentes de alho picado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 cebola grande picado&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Manjericão a gosto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sal e pimenta do reino a gosto&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pitada de açucar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pimenta chili ralada (Aquela em pó mesmo)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 vidro (290g) de molho de tomate cereja&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher de sopa de manteiga&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Oleo de girassol ou soja.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div&gt;MODO DE PREPARO:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Refogue a carne moida com o alho picado e um pouco de sal a gosto. Reserve.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Em outra panela, refogue a cebola, os tomates cereja picados e adicione logo em seguida o molho de tomate cereja.
