2 c.sopa de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
150g de leite &lt;br /&gt;
Sal&lt;br /&gt;
Ovos&lt;br /&gt;
Pão ralado de alho e salsa Espiga&lt;br /&gt;
Óleo&lt;br /&gt;

Preparar a massa de rissois conforme indicações do livro base da bimby ou no modo manual. Picar a cebola junto com o alho e alourar em azeite numa frigideira de seguida juntar&amp;nbsp;a pescada&amp;nbsp;cozida desfiada e mexer, acrescentar as 2 colheres de farinha misturar e juntar o leite e&amp;nbsp;a água da&amp;nbsp;cozedura da pescada e o sal, envolver e deixar em lume brando à espera que o molho engrosse, por fim juntar os coentros picados e misturar.&lt;br /&gt;
Moldar os rissóis e passar por ovo e de seguida pelo pão ralado (muito bom este pão ralado...não escurece) e levar a óleo bem quente a fritar.&lt;br /&gt;

500g de carne de vaca&lt;br /&gt;

Numa panela de pressão colocar a carne, azeite, cebola, alho, tomate, caldo knorr e as ervilhas misturar e acrescentar água até um pouco acima da carne fechar e deixar cozer 30m. 600 gr de bife vaca cortado às tiras&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr de cogumelos em conserva&lt;br /&gt;

200 ml de natas&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. de sopa de polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. de sopa de ketchup&lt;br /&gt;
1 c. de sopa de molho inglês&lt;br /&gt;
Azeite q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Sal e pimenta q.b&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preparação:&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Corte cada bife em tiras. Coloque numa tigela e tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque a polpa de tomate, o ketchup, as natas e o molho inglês num recipiente e&amp;nbsp;misture&amp;nbsp;bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Refogue a cebola e o alho em azeite até a cebola ficar translucida. Junte a carne e&amp;nbsp;os cogumelos&amp;nbsp;e deixe cozinhar +/- 15m em lume médio&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;junte a mistura das natas e deixe cozinhar mais 5m em lume brando.&lt;br /&gt;

Num tacho leve o polvo a cozer,&amp;nbsp;colocar&amp;nbsp;água&amp;nbsp;+/- sobre metade do polvo e levar ao lume baixo&amp;nbsp;entre 45/50 minutos (pode utilizar a panela de pressão).Depois de cozido corte em pedacinhos.&lt;br /&gt;

80 g de miolo de amêndoa pelada&lt;br /&gt;
125 g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;

1 ovo (não coloquei este ovo)&lt;br /&gt;
Manteiga e farinha q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Picar o miolo de amêndoa na bimby 5 seg na vel 5-7-9 e reservar.Cozer a batata doce com casca.&amp;nbsp; Ao terminar retirar a pele e reduzir a puré, programando uns seg na vel 5-7-9.&amp;nbsp; Reservar.Colocar no copo da bimby o açúcar, a água e a raspa da laranja e programar 15 min, Varoma na vel 1.Retirar  a calda para uma taça e deixar arrefecer um pouco, colocar novamente no copo e juntar o  puré de batata doce, o miolo da amêndoa e o côco, programar 10 seg na  vel 4.Colocar a borboleta, adicionar a farinha e  envolver por 30 seg na vel 1½ .&amp;nbsp; Juntar as 3 gemas e misturar tudo muito  bem na vel 4, cerca de 15 seg.Deixar repousar a massa durante 2 horas.Ligar  o forno a 190º.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Untar um tabuleiro e polvilhar com farinha.&amp;nbsp; Com a  ajuda de uma colher, colocar pequenos montes da massa.&amp;nbsp; Levar ao forno  (colocar a meio) cerca de 25 min.&lt;br /&gt;

Deite o leite para o copo da bimby, junte metade do leite condensado, o café, a maisena e os ovos e programe a 100º, durante 7m, na vel.4, verta depois a misture para um pirex e deixe arrefecer.&lt;br /&gt;
Deite as bolachas partidas em pedaços para o copo lavado e dê uns toques no turbo até ficar bem picada, espalhe metade sobre a mistura qe deixou a arrefecer no pirex e guarde a outra metade.&lt;br /&gt;
Encaixe a borboleta, junte as natas e o resto do leite condensado e ligue na vel.4 durante 2m e 30 seg. Verta sobre a bolacha no pirex e leve ao frio até servir depois polvilhe com o resto da bolacha.&lt;br /&gt;

Esqueci-me de tirar a foto do doce no pirex fica com 3 camadas uma com tom do leite condensado a outra com o tom das natas e por fim o da bolacha...Aprovado este doce, ficou óptimo.&lt;br /&gt;

Depois estender a massa com a ajuda do rolo e colocar num tabuleiro por cima de papel vegetal, de seguida deitar por cima o molho de tomate e espalhar e depois rechear com os ingredientes acima mencionados, no fim colocar as especiarias e o queijo. Bacon cortado em pedaços pequenos (normalmente uso fiambre)&lt;br /&gt;
1 c.sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;

Colocar os ingredientes todos no copo da bimby e acrescentar a água até à 1ª marca, programar 25m temp 100º vel.1, quando terminar reduzir a puré 1m vel.7.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;u&gt;&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação manual:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Refogar a cebola em azeite, depois envolver as batatas, cenouras, bróculos e peixe. 2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
3 c.sopa de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 c.chá de esssência de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar no copo da bimby o leite, os ovos e o óleo 10seg vel.4. Adicionar a farinha, o fermento, o açucar, o sal e a baunilha 30seg vel.4. Aquecer uma frigideira anti-aderente e colocar um pouco de massa quando borbulhar virar a massa&amp;nbsp;ao contrário.&lt;br /&gt;
Como estas panquecas&amp;nbsp;já têm sabor&amp;nbsp;apenas deitei por cima um pouco de mel. Acompanhei com um chá quentinho :)&lt;br /&gt;
Poderão fazer esta receita também no liquidificador.&lt;br /&gt;

Colocar na bimby as batatas cortadas em quatro, a cebola, os dentes de alho e o sal, deixar cozer durante 25m vel.1 temp. varoma. De seguida juntar o caldo verde, o chouriço as rodelas e o azeite e programar mais 8m.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;Queijadas de Leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredientes: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
500ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
100g de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
50g de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
175g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparação: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar os ovos, a manteiga e o açúcar no copo da bimby e programar 3m vel 6 temp 37º, no fim desse tempo juntar a farinha e o leite 1m vel.6, untar as formas com manteiga e farinha encher com o preparado e levar ao forno durante +/-30m (depende do forno..quando estiverem lourinhas estão prontas...).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Normalmente costumo fazer esta mistura no liquidificador mas como avariou fiz na bimby.&lt;br /&gt;

Colocar as batatas na actifry durante 10m de seguida juntar o alho, o polvo e o azeite e a salsa e programar mais 10m.&lt;br /&gt;

Barrar a parte de cima do pão com esta pasta quando faltarem 20m para o programa terminar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&amp;nbsp; Alcaparras&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp; Sal&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Preparaçao:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

1 colher de sopa de mel&lt;br /&gt;

100g de nozes partidas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="text_exposed_show"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="text_exposed_show"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Preparação:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="text_exposed_show"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
