Rankings don't tell the truth about traffic exchanges. Rankings tell most the popularity of the exchange, but don't tell if they get results. Most traffic exchanges that are high ranked, don't give results, and those who are not ranked can give great results.

Rankings tell a lot about the traffic exchange, but not everything and all rankings can be manipulated. My advice is to test them for results yourself, find what traffic exchange that work best for you, also rankings are old stats. They gave traffic last week or month, but does not tell if it give it today.

8. What can you advise to future traffic exchange owners and traffic exchange members?

If you want to start your own exchange, don't buy a cheap script and throw it out, you will not get many members.

My advice is to think of something new. Save up some money because to make a great traffic exchange can cost a bit. Get jv partners before you launch. Don't demand them to join, ask nice f they want to help with your launch.

To many surfers belong to almost all exchanges and are surfing them all, its not effective advertising. It's the same members that belong to all of them, so its no use to surf all of them.

Find 5 max 10 exchanges you surf regularly, split them over 2-3 days so you surf 2-4 exchanges a day

9. How much time do you spend in maintaining Lords of Traffic?

I use about 12-15 hours a day, depend on my offline work. I work as an paramedic on the ambulance so cant be online 24 hours a day, but I don't think anyone offer better support then I do because I am always around-)

10. Anything else you would like to add?

Work smart not hard. Its very time consuming online business and try to waste as little time online as you can, then the fun will be gone. Don't dream to get rich, plan to earn more then you spend. Make the online business as an extra income, not expect it to be your main job, that can take time. Focus on few programs, not many. Get your name and face out as much as you can, branding is very important so people recognize you.

Terah versus Abraham by: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

Genesis 11:27- Genesis 12:1 (New International Version)
27 This is the account of Terah.
Terah became the father of Abram, Nahor and Haran. And Haran became the father of Lot. 28 While his father Terah was still alive, Haran died in Ur of the Chaldeans, in the land of his birth. 29 Abram and Nahor both married. The name of Abram's wife was Sarai, and the name of Nahor's wife was Milcah; she was the daughter of Haran, the father of both Milcah and Iscah. 30 Now Sarai was barren; she had no children.

31 Terah took his son Abram, his grandson Lot son of Haran, and his daughter-in-law Sarai, the wife of his son Abram, and together they set out from Ur of the Chaldeans to go to Canaan. But when they came to Haran, they settled there.

32 Terah lived 205 years, and he died in Haran.

Genesis 12:
1 The LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you.

Before God gave the promise to Abraham He came first to Terah since obviously he's the father of Abraham but somewhere along the way Terah was not able to attain to the promise of God and later Abraham earned the promise for himself and his descendants. With this event, we can learn several things.

1. Stick with people who are blessed by God. Abram sticked with his father Terah to attain God's blessings even if it means leaving their comfort zone and setting out on the unknown. (verse 31)

2. Don't be contented with second hand blessings but insist on getting it first hand. Notice the last sentence "But when they came to Haran, they settled there." on verse 31, somehow Terah never pursued God anymore to get to the promise land and settled in for second or third best which is Haran, however Abraham pursued it as depicted in Genesis 12:1 and as a result based on Chapter 12, Abraham like a trained soldier of God, followed God with no questions at all. He never complained saying "First, I lost my relatives leaving them, secondly, I lost my father, blah blah" Nothing like that, Abraham obeyed God during the hard times.

3. You can be blessed by God inside or outside of the promise, but choose to obey God inside the promise. For example, God might need you as a minister but you end up as a webmaster, God will see His ways fulfilled in you, all in due time but God needs undivided loyalty and focus to his promise, He needs you inside the "promise land", surely Terah got blessed outside of the promise but Abraham chooses to be inside God's promises to get the blessings even if it means offering his first born son, Isaac.

4. Stick with the Blessor not the blessings. Finally God is the one who's giving the blessings, not you, not your own strength, ability, talents, remember even those are given by God to you, even your whole existence in this world, so follow God and don't settle for the blessings. If you have God, you have everything.

Most companies have advertising and promotion budgets. It's almost impossible to run a business without one!

But what if you could use a crystal ball that would give you almost immediate feedback on the success or failure of your promotional campaigns? Can you image the increased profits you might realize, if you could confidently eliminate those areas that underperformed, while concentrating on those that were overwhelmingly superior?

Imagine if you could know for certain which headline on your web site created more opt-ins? Wouldn't you like to know which email subject line caused more people to click through to your web site?

Ad tracking can do exactly that. But it can do much more! Below are 10 reasons you should be using ad tracking:

1. Learn the true cost of your Internet advertising. Ad tracking eliminates budgetary guesswork because you'll have statistics such as cost-per-click and clicks-to-sale. This information will allow you to drill down and find the real and total cost of your online advertising.

As an example, let's say you are doing pay-per-click advertising and banner advertising. Let's further assume that your cost-per-click is much higher than your cost-per-impression. Before you throw up your hands trying to compare apples and oranges, be aware that a good ad tracking program, like Hypertracker, can allow you to compare disparate mediums with ease.

2. Keep only those ads proven to be the most profitable and eliminate the others. Ad tracking can show you which ads to eliminate immediately (the obvious losers that are costing you real money for NO results!), but it can also show you the most productive channels. But many free methods are time-wasters that provide little in return for the hours spent.

Of course it would! Ad tracking boils all these statistics down to easy-to-understand information that will allow you to make smarter business decisions. You'll quickly see which products or services are duds, and should be eliminated.

8. Test product price points. Not sure which price point will return the highest revenue to you? Use ad tracking to test them! By assigning different tracking links to each price (suggestion: not to exceed 3), you'll quickly learn which price point is likely to produce the highest income. (Remember, the highest sales don't necessarily translate into the highest income!) Take the guesswork out of product pricing!

9. Track the entire lifespan of a campaign. It is common knowledge that there are four stages to a product's life: introduction, growth, maturity and decline. This same theory holds true in advertising and promotional methods and it correlates to diminishing returns.

You've probably noticed how commercials change and evolve over time. The Coke commercial entitled "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing" was tremendously popular decades ago, and was attributed to a large increase in the sales of this soda. But increased exposure over a long period of time creates an "advertising life cycle" known as "diminishing returns". To protect profits, it is critical that marketing knows when that commercial goes through the first three stages and its effectiveness is about to produce diminishing returns.

Now you can do the same…without the million-dollar budget. By tracking your campaigns and comparing the results over time, you'll see whether they are still producing, or entering the decline phase. By being aware of the signs of diminishing returns, you can immediately redirect your efforts from the declining campaign to one producing solid (and, hopefully, growing!) results.

10. Compare online and offline promotional methods. It should be made crystal clear that online ad tracking is not restricted to online advertising methods. Your tracking codes can be used in newspaper advertising, business cards, magazines, direct mail campaigns, and more.

By providing statistics on both online and offline marketing methods, you can compare the effectiveness of online vs. offline marketing in general, to determine which produces the highest ROI to you. You'll also be able to fine-tune the methods you use to move your offline prospects to your online assets. For instance, do they respond more to a free report offered online or a 30-minute webinar? Will they be more likely to add their name to your email list if you offer a discount coupon or a contest?

Influenza is most commonly known as the flu, which is an infection caused by a virus. The flu virus infects the respiratory tract of the person. Influenza can spread from one person to another through air or through contact with items carrying the flu virus.

What are the causes of Influenza?

The latest threat in terms of influenza is the avian bird flu virus. First seen among wild fowl in 2003, avian influenza has quickly spread to poultry birds and has also resulted in several cases of human infection and death. It is caused by strains of the H5N1 virus which generally does not infect humans. However, authorities believe that if the virus strain mutates and starts spreading through the air, it might lead to a major influenza pandemic.

The strains of H5N1 virus weaken the immune system of the body and can quickly lead to severe weakness and death. The severity of the Avian bird flu virus has forced the world health watch body, WHO (World Health Organization), to approve the use of Tamiflu worldwide for bird flu prevention or to deal with any eventuality of pandemic like situation out of bird flu.

Influenza treatment

Immediate medical consultation should be your first step as soon as you realise you have contracted the flu virus. The doctor generally prescribes some prescription anti-viral drugs after proper medical examination of patients. Tamiflu is one such anti-viral drug that is generally prescribed by doctors for treatment.

If you have been prescribed Tamiflu for your influenza treatment, you should follow the doctor’s instructions for taking the medication. This treatment should be started within two days of experiencing flu symptoms. Children one year old or above can also take this treatment, which is also available in fruit flavoured suspension. However, for dosages of this treatment, you should follow the advice of your GP.

This treatment can also be used for influenza prevention. You should seek the advice of your GP while taking Tamilfu for flu prevention. 3. Conference Calling

Conduct conferences with up to 25 participants any time you want for as long as you like. The regular per-minute charges apply for each conference participant that dialed your toll free number.

4. Call Blocking

Customize the area from which you want to receive calls. You can block or allow calls based on the state, area code, area code + prefix, or even a specific phone number. Calls from blocked areas/numbers can be sent to a busy signal, continuous ringing, an error message, or directly to voice mail.

5. Custom Call Forwarding

Set a schedule to automatically forward your calls to different numbers based on one or all of the following: time, day, area code, specific number or the state from which the call originated.

6. Call Notification Emails

Receive an instant email notification every time your 800 number is called. Each notification includes the Caller ID of the calling party, the number to which the call was sent, time of day, and the length of the call.

7. Maximum Call Length

Set the Maximum allowed time that an answered call can stay connected. Calls will be automatically disconnected when the specified time length is reached. If you have Voice Mail enabled, you can also set the maximum duration of your callers’ Voice Mail messages.

8. Caller ID

Choose whether to display the Caller’s number or your Kall8 number as the Caller ID on incoming calls. For example, if you have multiple toll free numbers set to ring the same phone, displaying the Kall8 number as the Caller ID will allow you to identify which toll free number was dialed and answer the call appropriately.

9. Online Management

Included free with service and includes a variety of tools to help you track your calls such as call detail and campaign analysis reports.

Add, remove, or change features online.

2. Update your ring-to number

Change your ring-to number instantly using the Kall8 online web interface or use the Custom Call Forwarding feature to have your ring-to number changed automatically depending on time of day.

3. Manage Locations (Address Book)

Enter your most common locations into your Address Book and they will appear in a drop down box the next time you go to change your ring-to number. This is helpful for those who change their ring-to number frequently.

4. Call Detail Reports

Generate reports dynamically by date, length of call, or calls to or from a specific number. Use Call Detail to build customer databases, monitor advertising campaigns, or make follow-up calls.

5. Call Detail – Real Time

Get up to the minute information on who’s calling! Real Time Call Detail is stored for three days and provides the name and phone numbers of all callers, even if the line is busy, unanswered, or the call is blocked.

6. Campaign Analysis

Assign a different Campaign Name and 800 number to each of your advertising campaigns and analyze the results. See calls in total volume and percentage per campaign; track call durations by campaign and average call length; input advertising costs and see your return-on-investment (ROI) expressed in cost per call. Activate Address Lookup and your callers’ addresses will be displayed in your Call Detail Report online. You can also look up individual addresses while viewing your call detail without enabling the feature.

8. Listen to Voice Mail

Activate Voice Mail/Faxing and listen to your voice mail messages and view your faxes online.

9. Manage Account Usage

Keep track of your Kall8 usage online. This is a great tool for budgeting purposes.

10. Update Payment Information

Update your credit card online.

11. Payment History

View your payment history online. You can see all your invoice amounts and corresponding payments on the same page.

12. View Statements

View your statements for the last six months online.

13. Limited Account Logins

Set up a Limited Login that will allow the user to have online access only to their specific toll free number. This type of login gives the user access to all aspects of that particular number except the ability to view any billing or account management information. This is especially useful for corporate accounts with multiple users or resellers who wish to give their customers access only to their specific information.

14. Location Account Logins

Set up multiple users on a single toll free number using Custom Call Forwarding, then, using Location Logins, give each user the ability to track their calls without being able to see the calls of the other users. Location Logins are based on the ring-to number rather than on the Kall8 number itself. The users will be able to see the Call Detail and Campaign Analysis for calls that ring to their number only.
