Oh what a love?
Unspeakable
Unimaginable
And indescribable
What an excess love?
While I was still a sinner
He came for me
You've won my heart for life
Oh glory hallelujah.

Oh oh oh ooh
You have won my heart
Oh oh oh oooh
I live for you
Oh oh oh oooh
I love you Lord
Till eternity

I have a reason why I love you Lord.
You paid my debt on Calvary.
With your blood you purchase me
Am yours for live
I love you Lord

Who am I without you Lord
What can I do without your grace?
Absolutely nothing without your grace
You have won my heart.

Absolutely nothing without your grace
Absolutely nothing without your love
Absolutely nothing without your grace
You won my heart.

Absolutely nothing without your grace
Absolutely nothing without your love
Absolutely nothing without your grace
You won my heart.

Absolutely nothing without your grace
Absolutely nothing without your love
Absolutely nothing without your grace
You won my heart.

Absolutely nothing without your grace
Absolutely nothing without your love
Absolutely nothing without your grace
You won my heart.

Absolutely nothing without your grace
Absolutely nothing without your love
Absolutely nothing without your grace
You won my heart.

You won my heart.

Nigerian Man allegedly booked two hotel rooms, paid with a fake alert, and collected 19k from the receptionist in Port Harcourt.

noreply@blogger.com (Chris Oguji) — Fri, 07 Aug 2020 06:45:00 +0000

A Nigerian man was called out on Facebook by Amaka Chukwuyenre after he allegedly booked two hotel rooms, ate free foods, paid with fake alert and still collected Nineteen thousand Naira (19k) from the receptionist.

Miss Chukwuyenre who works as an accountant in the said hotel disclosed this via a Facebook post she made on her Facebook timeline.

She wrote:

Good Morning Everyone, So I am Posting this to let the public be aware of what is happening in this Country. I never knew there was something like (FAKE ALERT) not until Last week Saturday. The Story is a bit Lengthy, but please take your time and Read every bit of it.
So I work as an Accountant in one of my Uncle’s hotel in Portharcourt.
Something happened On Sunday Morning, I was Supposed to do Account with our Staffs that Morning, and it Happened that a Particular Customer was owning them a Huge Sum of Money.
This Guy in the Picture here came to our Hotel on Saturday, he booked for two rooms, He said he doesnt have cash with him and his Atm isnt good so he cant do P.O.S, so he said he will do a transfer instead, the receptionist then gave him My Account details to transfer the Money because most of the time when a customer wants to do a transfer, they give the customer my Account details. Then he said he has done the transfer, my receptionist came to ask me if I had recieved an alert, I said No, thinking it was network, because According to the Guy, he has been debited cos he even showed the receptionist my name and the debit Alert, so we felt it was network and the receptionist decided to check him in.
After some hours, I didnt recieve any alert, I told the receptionist and he said okay, he will let the Guy know. The Receptionist was really Humble to this Guy hoping the Guy will settle his bill afterwards. This Guy ordered for food and drinks (As you can see some of the pictures of what he ordered) those pics are the ones he ordered in the room ooh, not even at the bar , he invited his friends too and made lots of order from our Bar and Kitchen. When it was time to Pay, He said his network was disturbing and hence he is lodged in our hotel, we dont have any problem, he will pay his dept.
The Receptionist had to Alert the Security that so so Customer is owning and shouldn’t be allowed to leave if He doesnt pay his dept. The receptionist was done with his shift and left, but had to come to work early the next day because of this same customer just so he can clear his dept because the depts were on the receptionist name.
The Guy then Asked the receptionist for his Account details so he can send it to his sister so she can transfer the Money, the receptionist told him he uses Gt bank and gave him his account details. Before then, The Bar staffs and the receptionist had told him to pay into my account, but he refused and said he will prefer to pay to the receptionist account that my account was giving him network issues. He was probably looking for excuse to execute his evil Agenda, that was when this Guy displayed his criminal Attitude.
The other receptionist who was on duty that Morning seized this guy’s phone and said she wont give him until he had settled them because it’s the both of them that were to balance their account that Morning hence they both shared shifts.. He picked offence at her and told the other receptionist (the Male receptionist)to lend him his phone to call his sister to know if she had transfer the Money, which the guy did, not knowing what he was up to. He took this guy’s phone and dailed a number which he saved as (Gt bank), the number he saved was probably his cos he had a smaller phone with him. He then sent a text message with that Number he had saved as Gt bank and this was what the Message read.
(Acct: 0239426762
Amt: 60.000.00 CR
Desc: T\F-IJEOMA IKEDURU 2348063461701
Avail Bal: 63,102.55). Evidence of the message is seen in the pictures below.
Before then, he asked the receptionist guy how much he had as his balance, out of ignorance, he said 3k, and the guy’s total bill was 60k, hence if he is to send 60k, total ledger balance will be 63k.
The Receptionist didn’t know it was a Fake Alert. He felt it was Gt bank that sent him the credit Alert because of the name saved as (Gt bank).. And the Balance read 63k.
This Same Guy had the guts to still ask for 19k Cash From the other receptionist girl, saying he has transferred the Money to the other receptionist and that he will balance her. Initially her spirit never Accepted that Guy, she didnt trust him, it was the other receptionist that said she can give him, that he has recieved the Alert cos he also included the 19k cash he had collected, which totalled it to 60k.
So we all hoped that he had paid naa hence the guy has recieved the Alert cos that was what he told us. So the Receptionist Guy ran out to withdraw the Money, b4 he left, the Useless Guy came to me and said I Hope the Guy wont run away with the 60k that the money is too big, I said No, not knowing that reverse was going to be the case.. So we were waiting for the Receptionist to bring the Money so I can do my account for the day with them, the Guy then said he wants to excort the girls he lodged with last night that he will be back hence he is retaining cos we also included his retaining amount in his bill which summed up to 60k.
Since According the Receptionist Guy, He has recieved the Alert so there was no need holding his phone or stopping him from escorting his friends. So we gave him that benefit of doubt. Within a Spacing of 2mins, he had entered bike, and then immediately, the Receptionist Guy called and said the bank told him insufficient fund. He was confused and said the Atm machine didnt pay him. But that his balance is 63k. Unfortunately this Guy had Moved, the receptionist guy had to come back feeling devastated.
We called the criminal with the number he had registered with when he was lodging. He said his name is Alex, I dont know if it’s his real name. I tried calling to dialogue with him and told him what he has done is Ungodly and inhuman and he could jeopardize the job of the receptionist, the security and other staffs involved, he was acting remorseful initially and said ok he will pay half and pay the rest on Monday, and that I should send my account details to him, which I did, but I had sent an account I wasn’t using that much. Not knowing the Guy was buying time. After all and all he stopped picking his Calls. That’s when we realized We had been played. I checked the number he saved as Gt bank and saw he was on WhatsApp, and that was where I saved the profile Picture. This same cloth he is wearing in the Picture is the Same cloth he wore the day he checked in, and the day he disappeared. Fine senseless criminal Guy.
I know Some People might Suggest I report to the Police, but I know the Money I will spend in the police to get justice might be more than what the guy ran away with, I have experienced it before when I tried reporting an issue, Ordinary to file a complaint or get Police Report if I no hold bar, dem fit no attend to me. so I decided to use Social Media, cos I know social Media also have power and sometimes serves justice faster.
So dear Friends and business owners, Be careful out there. People are really mean. Before someone does a transfer, be sure you have recieved an Alert and your balance increased, beware of fake money, fake transfer and be careful who you give your phones to.
Please if you See this Guy any where, raise an Alarm and inform the police. This Happened in Portharcourt. He is a fraudster. And has no conscience. Thanks.
Please share this Post so others can be Aware.

No amount of clampdown by the EFCC or ICPC will stop Nigerian leaders from stealing — Dave Umahi

noreply@blogger.com (Chris Oguji) — Tue, 04 Aug 2020 07:59:00 +0000

Ebonyi State governor and Chairman south-east Governors Forum, Chief Engr. David Nweze Umahi has said that it is only the fear of God that can stop Nigeria leaders from stealing, and not the amount of clampdown by the Economic Financial Crime Commission, EFCC, and the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offences Commission, ICPC,

Governor Umahi disclosed this while addressing journalists at the governor's lodge, Abakaliki just after a telecommunication meeting with the Igbo leaders and other governors from the south-east zone.

He said “People don’t fear God any more in this country. Is not about EFCC, ICPC and whatever thing. If we know that we are temporal on this earth and that when you sleep, you are at war with death.

“It’s only the good Lord that wakes up the winner, and then we have to begin to change our minds and begin to change our thoughts.

“There is no amount of EFCC, ICPC that will stop a leader from stealing. It is only God and conscience that will. When you get older as a leader, what do you want to see in a path that you have crossed before? What do you want to see?

“What do you want your children to be known for? How do you want people to respect your children? Respect them that you stole all the money or that you built all the mansions?

“We should know that all these wealth are nothing. It must pass from one hand to another. The leaders of this country want to steal, so that their generation will not see poverty but it’s not true.

“Little sickness can take over the whole lots of that stealing. I am pleading with Nigerian youths to have a rethink, let them do self reevaluation. A peanut can be given to them to destroy another person. How have they felt in the past two, three, four or five years? It doesn’t work.

“One thing I have told the people of Ebonyi is that I will not share the money that is meant for developing the state to stakeholders. I will not share it, no matter whatever anyone can think, do or say,”

Drug and Drug Effects — Young people should know this.

noreply@blogger.com (Chris Oguji) — Wed, 15 Jul 2020 05:52:00 +0000

I have always avoided certain Drugs and Drugs to affect my entire life. Back then in primary school, we were told that people who go by it are irresponsible. I hated the smell then, and bringing it close to me could mean the worst.

In our secondary school, people hide in places like the bush and uncompleted buildings just to take it. With time I learned that most of the huge old boys in our class do take it. Just as expected, most of them have very dark lips and red eyes unlike us with pink lips and cat eyes..lol

Here on campus, the culture is different. People don't hide in the bush or toilet to take it anymore. Still, most people who take it are not really irresponsible as earlier taught. But most of them can't just do without it..such persons are addicted already.

Yet, all are drugs and drug effects. drug effects become severe mostly when we abuse the drug in question. If you abuse a particular drug, that moment you begin to go mad. You think less like human and your manners would always tell. Not just that, your health is affected too. And to end it all, you can get addicted.

The drug effect can be really disastrous. Most times we overlook the warning against smoking by the Federal Ministry of Health. According to them, "Smokers are liable to die young". It's a usual caption seen on every cigarette pack but funny enough, most smokers can't even read. And those who can boldly ignore it without giving it a second thought.

Nevertheless, the truth is, the more you smoke, the more you inhale substances which is certainly harmful to your health. Soon your body tissues become affected and immune grows weaker thereby making the body more vulnerable to certain diseases due to the drug effect. Smoking as a habit is mostly seen among young people and that's the more reason I feel young people should know this (Drug effect)

Apart from the health challenges associated with drug abuse, one could get addicted too. Such persons tend to function and handle tasks mostly when on drugs. Fighting drug addiction is almost like trying to stop a particular habit you're used to. It's not always easy to stop a habit. But The good thing is, we can still stay off the dangers of drug abuse if only we are determined to.

Drink responsibly, Say no to smoking, and save some energy for clear thought.

Why I Said Davido Is No Doubt A Good Man And More Matured Than I Ever Thought

noreply@blogger.com (Chris Oguji) — Mon, 25 May 2020 11:08:00 +0000

Mehn I have been offline for some time now trying to study my celebrity friends and favorite artists in the Nigeria Entertainment Industry.

Finally I learned something about the Nigerian Music industry.

Life in that industry is actually a risk..you either risk making hits and becoming famous or risk been filled with jealousy and hatred.

Along the line, I found some mature friends tho.

The likes of Funke Akindele of "Jeniffer's diary" and the DMW Boss, Davido.

Just a few days ago, a blogger had tried comparing Funke Akindele with Genevieve Nnaji. Really Funke worn with over 700 votes but Genevieve Nnaji only got about 70 votes.

One expects Funke to be happy but she surprised her fans. She slammed the blogger saying she can't be compared to Genevieve. Adding that Genevive is her senior colleague and that she respects her all day and all night. Funke's reply was so matured, really she's a good woman to have admitted that.

The second person on my List is the DMW Boss, Davido.

Few days ago, a loyal fan made a photoshopped picture of Davido and Wizkid.

Davido was pleased with the work and had uploaded the picture on his official Twitter handle with the caption “The 2 greatest of all times, No cap!”

Burna Boy been angry with the caption accused Davido's father of buying his music career for him. Adding that he is just an embarrassment to the industry.

Everyone had waited for Davido to reply to Burna Boy.

Really I was waiting for a big fight but it turned out different.

First OBO as popularly called blessed the life of the young artiste who made the photoshopped picture with 1 million naira.

Second Davido replied Burna Boy with a subtle, “Love to my fellow. ON G” he said.

That was so matured really.

Third Davido asked Cynthia Morgan to call him

This is actually another surprise to his fans cos years back, Cynthia Morgan had insulted Davido, mimicking his voice and calling him names. One expects Davido to just turn happy on seeing Cynthia Morgan's fall but Davido did something else and offered to help.

Really OBO has shown a high level of maturity within the past few days. Davido is no doubt a good man.

Nigerian Medical Association Accuse Nigerian Elites Of Infecting Over 40 Medical doctors With Coronavirus.

noreply@blogger.com (Chris Oguji) — Sat, 25 Apr 2020 12:08:00 +0000

The Nigerian Medical Association, NMA has accused Nigerian Elites of infecting over 40 Nigerian doctors and other healthcare professionals with Coronavirus.

The association said some citizens have vowed to make the Nigerian health workers most vulnerable to the dreadful Coronavirus by not following instructions and refusing to be isolated and treated in the accredited centers.

This was disclosed in a statement that was jointly signed by Francis Faduyile and Dr. Olumuyiwa Odusote, the NMA President and Secretary-General respectively, adding that over 40 health workers have tested positive for the virus with one nurse and a total of three doctors paying the supreme price.

The association further disclosed that none of the health workers who were infected, ever contracted the virus at an isolation or treatment centers but in the private facilities and public places why attending to patients who refused to disclose necessary medical and travel details so far.

By this, the Nigerian Medical Association, NMA do call on doctors and other health workers to see any admitted patient as a potential Coronavirus patient until they are confirmed to be negative and free from the virus.

Read the statement below.
Title: “As Nigeria hit the 4-digit COVID_19 figure:An Appeal to all Nigerians to help save the life of Healthcare Professionals”

“So far, over 40 doctors and other healthcare workers have tested positive with three doctors and one nurse paying the ultimate price. This very disturbing and unsettling development comes against the unfolding scenario as reported in the media that some VIPs in the society are refusing to report to and be admitted at Isolation and Treatment centres for treatment, rather, prefer to stay at other non-accredited facilities.

The Association perceives that by continued refusal to adhere to instructions, some citizens have vowed to make healthcare workers very vulnerable to contracting the disease.
NMA wishes to re-iterate that none of the infected healthcare workers or those that died contracted the disease at an Isolation and Treatment Centre, but in general public and private health facilities while treating patients many of whom refused to disclose important medical/travel information that would have increased the suspicion and facilitate early diagnosis of COVID-19 infection.

NMA therefore appeals once again to government to expedite action on distributing PPEs to public and private hospitals without delay. We also remind our members all over the federation to consider everybody presenting at the hospital for any ailment as potential COVID-19 patient until proved otherwise. Our lives also matter!”

Nigerian singer, Teni addressed Feminism (See reactions)

noreply@blogger.com (Chris Oguji) — Fri, 03 Apr 2020 01:00:00 +0000

The Nigerian singer, Teni Best known for her song 'Case', addressed and slams Feminist via a tweet on her Twitter handle.

Feminism movement so far has become one of the most controversial topics in Nigerian, and the world at large marking it one of the most discussed topics on social media.

To some, female or male we all are equal and should be treated the same way while many strongly believe in gender inequality. Still, I suggest one should have a good reason to stand on any side of the view to feminism

For Teni, one shouldn't keep talking about feminism as time will come when Ladies will go on their knee to propose to their Man. She strongly believes that we all are equal regardless of gender.

She tweeted: "Y'all are feminist till it's time to bend on one knee to ask a man to marry you! Aren't we equal?"

The post so far has gotten several attacks, and criticism from social media users who are not really in support of Teni's view.

Her tweet is said to have annoyed many Nigerian women as they actually believe that there is more to feminism than a woman proposing to her man.

Here is the screenshot of her tweet and some reactions.

COVID_19 Trends: How To Enjoy Your Stay At Home (A must read)

noreply@blogger.com (Chris Oguji) — Thu, 02 Apr 2020 06:58:00 +0000

Coronavirus has become the most discussed topic on social media in Nigeria and the world at large. One thing about this virus is that it has a low mortality rate but can spread so easily unlike any other virus. To fight this virus effectively, the Nigerian government has decided to close it's seaport, airport and most transport routes. And People are warned against gathering in the church, mosque, marriage ceremony, etc. so as to reduce the spread of the virus.

With the increasing spread of the Covid_19 pandemic, countries around the world have declared a state of emergency and blocked to varying degrees, Nigeria is not excluded either. You are advised to stay at home and practice social distancing. Most time it could be really boring staying at home. Do not panic! Here are the things you can get yourself to do for you to enjoy your stay at home.

Do not panic! Enjoy the article!!

1. Try learning something new.

Do you have any new things you have been trying to learn but couldn't meet up because of work or school stuff? You have got all the time in the world now. Learn something new. Try learning new skills like web development, graphic design, digital marketing, dancing or even singing. I know of a website that offers free tutorials on web design, w3schools, you can check them out on google..just type w3schools. Likewise graphic design you can still search for a platform that offers tutorials on that. Keep learning! Keep developing yourself.

And most importantly read books. Work on yourself by reading books on self-development.
Read heavy stuff; politics, psychology, finance, leadership, etc. If on the religious side, read how to cast out demons. Now that you have the time, read books your authors read. Watch things that can change your mind and contribute positively to your life. And work on yourself to become a better you. Stay safe!

2. Take good care of yourself.

As a matter of fact, your physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing is an important aspect of your life and need to be taken care of. Practice whatever works for you this time. The virus is very real and has killed many; everyone is at risk, both the rich and the poor is affected. If you love your life this time. Do not go out to play games. Play your indoor games right in your house. Try washing your hand regularly and abstain from handshake this time.

3. Check on your loved ones.

This is one of the most sensitive part of this article. Most time we get so busy with work and school such that we don't really care about our loved ones that much. Now that you have the time: Try checking on people you love; family, friends, colleagues, etc. Do not visit anyone! I repeat, do not visit anyone!!. You can give them video calls on WhatsApp, Facebook and any other social platform you are comfortable with. Phone calls and text messages won't be bad too. This is the only emotional support you can render right now. If you love them that much then practice staying away from them just for the moment to avoid spreading the virus.

4. Stay up to date.

Most importantly, get updates from trusted sources. It's always the best if you are the one narrating the story instead of quoting and reposting whatever people put on their status. You can't just sit and watch you know! COVID_19 has been a major story and news headline in international journals and on social media since it's spread in 2019..No doubt rumors will be shared online and you could get misinformation. You just have to be careful as to what you read and trust. Be careful! not fearful!!

5. Practice banking from home.

The truth is many banks are suspending branch operation and in times like this it is better to bank from home or have some cash at home. If you must buy anything, you can transfer the money to the seller and get your product or you can withdraw from any P.O.S machine close to your location. And if you are in Nigeria, FirstBank has got you covered. Actually, their physical branch in your location might have been closed but you can still perform all your bank transactions with Firstmonie. All you have to do is to open an account with their firstmonie representative near your location and enjoy their banking.

Conclusion.

Coronavirus is real and it kills. Do not listen to anyone telling you it's just a strategy to make the economy go down. Really the economy of many nations around the world with Nigeria included is in a mess right now but this virus is real and has been killing people. Yet, no reason to panic. Its mortality rate is low but the spread is high and that is why you need to stay home and stay safe. Thanks for your time!
