Le amestecati bine si le lasati sa dospeasca 10 minute.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Intr-un castron puneti faina, ouale, untul moale, sarea, laptele caldut si maiaua. Se framanta toate pana se obtine o coca moale si care nu se lipeste de mana.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Se lasa la dospit 1 ora.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Aluatul rezultat se imparte in 6 bucati egale. Lasam visinele la o parte si ne ocupam de negresa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ouale se amesteca cu zaharul pana cand isi dubleaza volumul si devin ca o crema.&lt;/div&gt;Adaugam uleiul intr-un firicel subtire si amestecam din nou foarte bine.&lt;br /&gt;Punem laptele, iar apoi faina putin cate putin amestecata in prealabil cu cacaoua si praful de copt. Dupa ce a fiert tragem cratita de pe foc punem amidonul si amestecam bine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;Aluatul se imparte in doua. Intindem o parte din aluat intr-o foaie subtire si o punem in tava de tarta. Aceste fasii le vom pune peste tarta. Mai jos aveti tehnica de impletire a fasiilor. Am programat masina la programul de framantare si dospire care dureaza 1 ora si 30 min.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Daca nu aveti masina de paine cerneti faina (eu am folost faina Grania pentru cozonac) intr-un castron, faceti o gropita in mijloc si puneti drojdia dizolvata in laptele caldut si o lingurita de zahar. Puneti putina faina deasupra si acoperiti vasul cu un prosop cca 10 minute pana se dospeste maiaua. Atentie, in bucatarie trebuie sa fie cald. Topiti 50 gr ciocolata alba cu 20 gr unt la microunde si incorporati-le in zahar. Dupa ce da cateva clocote, aruncam apa si spalam bine carnea.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Intr-o oala mai mare punem la fiert din nou carnea cu cca 5 litri de apa (apa va scadea la jumatate), si legumele taiate in patru, exceptie facand usturoiul. Punem si boabele de piper, foile de dafin si sare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Lasam sa fiarba la foc foarte mic cca 3-4 ore pana cand carnea va cadea de pe oase.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Dupa ce carnea a fiert, se scoate cu legume cu tot pe o farfurie. In zeama rezultata punem usturoiul pisat si lasam cca 10 minute dupa care strecuram zeama. Potrivim de sare.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;Pentru a vedea daca se incheaga piftia, punem cateva picaturi pe o farfurie si o dam la frigider. Daca s-au inchegat picaturile, inseamna ca putem lasa piftia ca atare, daca nu trebuie pusa gelatina hidratata in putina apa calduta.
