abv: 8.0%, Abbey style Belgian Dubbel made with Pilsner, Cara-amber, Crystal & Chocolate malts hopped with Mt. Hood and Cascades.

Naked City Smoklahoma - Rauchbier

abv: 6.8%, Brewed in the style of the famous Smoked Lagers of Bamberg Germany. Smoklahoma is made with 52% Weyermann Rauch Malt which is smoked over beechwood. the resulting beer has a smooth smoke character and rich malt sweetness. This beer takes me right back to Franconia! Care to join me?

Naked City/Puyallup River Frying Pan C.R.A. - Cascadian Red Ale

abv: 7%, Named for the glacier on the backside of Mt. Rainier; the waters from Frying Pan Glacier flow into the White River which ultimately makes it way to the Puyallup River and the brew kettle of Eric Akeson's Puyallup River Brewing. We were pleased to be able to bring one of Eric's ofeerings to you in the form of this Hoppy Northwest Red Ale (Cascadian Red Ale). We hope you enjoy it!

Naked City Betsy's Mountain Amber - Amber Ale

abv: 5.2%, ibu: 28, Brewed in honor of General Manager Bryan's mom--also the woman who gave owner Donald his first beer--Betsy's Mountain holds a summer sunset from the north face of Mt. Rainier in it's clear amber light. With a smoky nose and a complex finish, Betsy's Mountain is the complete package. Much like the woman herself.

Naked City Sudden Impact Coffee IPA - Specialty

abv: 7%, We partnered with Dillano's Coffee Roasters and Janelle Pritchard to bring you this unique IPA. Coffee is apparent in the nose but with the first sip, it is clear that this is a NW IPA. The subtle citrus notes of the Kenyan Coffee pairs perfectly with the Centennial/Amarillo hop profile.

BridgePort Dark Rain Black Ale - Black Ale

abv: 5.6%, ibu: 60, Black Wheat and Dark Crystal Malt add dense color and mild smooth flavors to this intensely hopped Black Ale. This ale has a very drinkable, midlevel alcohol and bitterness that starts with roasted and hoppy aromatic notes and finishes with the dry hop character of the Nugget hop varietal.

Bear Republic Racer 5 IPA - IPA

abv: 7%, This is a hoppy IPA. Did I say hops? Your brewer is a hop head! This is a full bodied beer using American grains. The goal was to create a base for showing off the unique floral qualities of two Pacific Northwest hops, Columbus and Cascade. Columbus is a new hybrid High Alpha Acid hop used mostly for bittering, but used heavily as an aromatic in this bold brew. Cascade is the balance that ties the malt and bittering hops together. It is a true specialty ale and is our brewer's statement on this style.

7 Seas Cutt's Ale - Amber Ale

abv: 6.15%, This Northwest style Amber Ale, named in honor of our local Cutt’s Island AKA “Dead Man’s” Island, displays a brilliantly clear reddish hue, an intense nose of pine and citrus, a medium body, malt notes of fresh toasted bread, and a pleasant lingering hop bitterness. Quite assertive for an Amber Ale, Cutt’s remains well balanced yet truly Northwest in its audacity.
