Avery duganA IPA - Double IPA

abv: 8.5%, Limited release. Inaugural batch was released in early October '09. Brewed whenever we have a little extra tank space and a desire for dank hops! Lupulin Rapture Incarnate! As fervent devotees of hops, we found ourselves on a quest to create a transcendental IPA capable of quenching our voracious lupulin desires. Our mantra became "unity of bitterness, hop flavor and aroma." Enlightened, duganA IPA was born: A brutally bitter, dank, piney and resinous ale designed for those seeking a divine hop experience.

7 Seas Double Dry Hopped Ballz Deep Double IPA - Imperial IPA

abv: 8%, We went a little overboard on this one! A mash tun packed mostly with Pale Ale Malt and several different varieties of Crystal malt provide a firm, slightly sweet malt flavor while copious amounts of resiny Yakima Valley hops go berserk on bitterness, flavor and aroma. Yes, this IPA is massive, but that’s what going Ballz Deep is all about!

Chuckanut Export Stout - Stout

abv: 5.5%, Slightly stronger than an Irish Stout but not yet an Imperial, this Export Stout has a firm bitterness married to an espresso-like bite from the roasted grains. The beer fills the mouth with waves of coffee, caramel and chocolate flavors, supported by a full-bodied malt center. The Export Stout leaves a clean and very smooth finish with a subtle lingering of hop bitterness.

Avery The Czar - Imperial Stout

abv: 12%, Behold the stunning crimson hues through the inky blackness. Inhale the noble Hallertau hops, spicy and floral. Savor the flavors redolent of English toffee, rich mocha, sweet molasses, candied currants and a hint of anise. We highly recommend cellaring additional bottles, as the Czar will continue to mature and become denser and more complex with age.

Fremont Universale Pale Ale - Pale Ale

abv: 6%, A crisp, hoppy but not too hoppy, maple syrup & honey-colored elixir with girl-pleasing hints of malt. “Don’t say that!” Aaron yelled, as if pleasing girls weren’t a good thing to do in this heavily-populated craft beer market dominated by male consumers. “Say ‘well-balanced’,” encouraged Kemp. Matt Lincoln, our new brewer, noted the “light citrus nose.” I could try channeling Robert Parker and say something like, “classic Northwest blend of spice with a feminine malt roundness on the back-end (he’d probably say ‘finish’).” But beer is difficult to describe – you just know what you like. And I think you will.

Fish Winter Fish - Winter

abv: 7%, ibu: 70, This is the Cascadian ale brewed for the season of celebrations. Very pale and full bodied with a rich flavor imparted by Pale and Honey malt and assertively friendly hop character, Winterfish will put a glow in your cheeks and warmth in your heart. The hop profile is quite distinct, featuring 100% Yakima Chinook hops in the kettle for bittering, flavor and aroma. In fact, this is the hoppiest beer yet from the Mighty Fish Brewers, and perhaps the hoppiest Winter seasonal you’ll have the pleasure to taste this year. We’ve specially designed Winterfish to be a strong seasonal ale to warm the hearts of Cascadian ale lovers throughout the blustery months. Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA - Imperial IPA

Brewed to a colossal 45-degree plato, boiled for a full 2 hours while being continuously hopped with high-alpha American hops, then dry-hopped daily in the fermenter for a month & aged for another month on whole-leaf hops!!! Our 120 Minute I.P.A. is by far the biggest I.P.A. ever brewed! At 20% abv and 120 ibus you can see why we call this beer THE HOLY GRAIL for hopheads!

Boundary Bay Cabin Fever - Winter

A strong ale or "Winter Warmer" with dark red-brown color and a very rich malty flavor. Dry-hopped lightly with Cascades for a pleasant aroma and slightly spicy hop finish. This big beer is deceptively strong, yet tastes very smooth thanks to extra long cold conditioning.Original Gravity: 1.072

Port Townsend Nitro Stout - Stout
