News ...... You will not believe it, I wrote another song called " U touch me I don't know U". Yes its true, its a beautiful love song about LOVE, how people dating, getting to know each other in the contemporary world today, modern thoughts action, but still deep down we need true love......

Once again I wrote the song in 5 hours under the pressure, because I am playing in a intimate club, the producer says: "Bai Ling do you have another song that you want to play, like new holiday song? Maybe you can write it with my partner?" That was a week ago, I was busy and no time to think and write a song and I have already forgot about it, 3days ago he called again ask if I want to perform another song, I was like I forgot, but let me think what I can do, then that night, it was the 8th, 2 days ago, I started 9pm for one hour, then went to a party from 10pm to 12, back home write again, then finished the song 4:18am, I could not believe it I have achieved it, in the beginning I was like there is no way, what am I going to write? then this idea and melody just came to me as I go along, yes its about trust, trust something I don't know that I know, so fascinating the process and the thoughts and daring and the determination could let to, and how powerful it is that the potential within us......

I am singing tonight 2 songs, yes I am so excited can't wait to share you my new song. I played to one of my friend, he listen to all kind of music, he is young and hip, and he really like my song, the whole time he has smile on his face when he was listening my song, he says, it speaks to him, he love my lyrics and the beat, is a good exciting dance song but totally different from "Rehab", I asked him which song he likes more, he thought about it said: "I like"U touch me I don't know U" better.

New elegant me, but life surprised me unexpected Today

Running meeting in hollywood, but Come back in an hour I will have the whole set for U:)

I am back but What a day!!! Is not really a day I planed to share with you, it was so beautiful how it started, but well just when I left my house it starts to rain, no just kidding, well just when I left my house everything unexpected happened, ... had a car hit me and run away, why people do that? Should I get mad? I was at first so mad, its my new car, wow just not what I wanted, it messed up my whole day like crazy, I can't even begin to tell you what had happened, but just want you to know this is life, things happen either you want it or not, luckily I was fine and my friend Leo showed up and helped me through the whole thing..... it almost funny, when I got home then I suddenly realized I forgot my home key at my car in the dealership.... me and my friend just start to laugh, yes its a comedy after so many ridicules things happened one after another we just have to laugh, yes another 2 hours drive and was already 8pm, they must be closed by now the shop, and my friend has a meeting at 8:45pm to go. Well its episode 2 should be right? What can we do? And what are we going to do???

But still as I promised I am posting those elegant shot of myself to you just to change myself to the calm and beautiful mood....... life is still beautiful.......

How do I think of lady GaGa?

As I received many tweets from her fans after my Howard Stern show, here is my truth:

You might heard me on Howard stern show, mentioned that lady GaGa took my style, yes I still believe that she studied not only me but many others just to make sure that she is on the right path.

But you really want to know my true opinions of her? lots of lady GaGa fans tweeted me of how defensive they got for anyone has anything to say otherwise about her, well here is my shocking opinions of your monster queen:

I think she is so brave, she worked so hard in every which way to prove and to overcome her fear and herself, to be who she is today, the best of who she could be, she had a plan and fallowed through. The truth is, she is not the most beautiful girl in the world, but how did she made it to be the most popular singer in the entire world today? It Is not that she is lucky and things just handed to her, but it is because she worked 80 times harder than anyone else, she tried 100 times hard while all of the rest were sleeping, because she is motivated, she is determined, she wanted to be the best, and she believed it! Yes it is the well of her inner desire that drives her, to me thats more beautiful than just physical beauty, she is a small little girl, but she connects her power with in, the monster came out.

I have great respect for what she has achieved, she constantly tries to overcome her fear and her success. In fact now that she is finally confident about herself and where she is, what an inspirational story for the young people who might still think that they are not good enough.

I so loved when she was in the MTV radio awards, she dressed like a man, beautiful, I like her much more because she actually is not trying, I see her more relaxed confidence than when she is lady GaGa.

I wish her all the best continue to walk her shinny path, and I want to tell her and all her fans: I have nothing but love for her, I am so happy for her that she found her dream. But I also know there is a tender part in her heart that is more beautiful than what she had shown, and thats the part of her that needs our love. I want her and her fans to just relax and be proud and celebrity, because lady GagGa succeeded to be lady GaGa, the one and the only!!!

I can't hold my joy and excitement, YES this is my gift my gift to you, my first single " REHAB " is officially out on iTunes for the whole world to enjoy and dance crazy as my present to all of you my sober friends, please enjoy it, I give you the song as if my song is your best friend, your lover, she will always be there for you, to support you to love you to encourage you to lend a hand when it is raining, when shadows covered your eyes, when you are alone feeling down...... and she is there!!!Just open your heart and listen to her words........

I am just so unbelievably excited!!!!!! Because I made this song entirely by myself, from the music lyrics and it was amazing that I also recorded entirely by myself, that was on the day of September 11th in the evening, special and mystical, experience the process of creating the song was a miracle to me, so amazing as you know I have never write a song before and no training either, but it just happened like that, as if god revealed a beautiful secret, I was just happened to be there to reveal it, I was just so lost in that moment in the space of music so deep, and when I wake up then here is this song "REHAB" complete, it was a gift to me to you, I do believe magic when our heart mind soul are all connected at one moment, that"s how magic walks in......

like a fresh air before I noticed its freshness its all gone with a big smile left in front of my eyes, it just happened without my expectation and knowledge my song, Yes I did it!!! Now I am like a little girl with fun excitement, with so much passionate joy want to dance day and night with all of you my sober friends......

The reason of my song is not only a fun fast pest crazy club song but with a great message to encourage you to be the best of you to enjoy your talent creation of life to the fullest, if I can do it, you can do it too!!!

Fully Enjoy Celebrating Life!

I was going to write share with you something about my Song"REHAB"that I wrote the music lyrics and produced entirely on my own SO EXCITED!!! But those pictures jumped from its box caught my eyes, as if they all have life screaming for me to give them life, here you go, I must Obey, but next time I will tell you about my song, my song is unprecedented, never has done before like this with fast beats so crazy fast then there is this beautiful melody and lyrics, I rap both in English and Chinese, when you hear it as if U suddenly found your long lost lover in a hot dance club, forever U will never lose her/him again, she will hold your hands, support you, guild you protect you and loving you, together you will dance day and night, she will show you how to have a great fun time like my lyrics singing: ...... My memory of Spain...... everyday those young kids from morning till the morning like 3:30am waiting for all their stars to show up...

this was the opening night ceremony, its a huge event, so many people from all over the world, the festival spirit is Courage...... yes without courage then there will be no excitement, then there will be no Magic.........

So Excited why not even for a little things like the morning fresh coffee just wet my lips can make me smile whole day long, that is how crazy yet how normal I am......

I am So excited for the invitation as an official jury member from the Director Mr. Jose Luis Rebordinos of the San Sebastian international film festival (the most elegant the biggest film festival in Spain), fly to Spain in 2 weeks So excited!!! Mr. Jose Luis Rebordinos (Why such a long name?)told me the world's 2nd and 5th best restaurants are also there in San Sebastian, Wow have U been there? Where should I go to see the wildness in the city? I heard its along the cost must be so beautiful...

And 2 fantastic movies about to shoot after the festival.

Almost like this heated summer, my life heated up as if I am in a long tunnel turning running endless like a magic dance up to the ceiling then down to the ground towards to the bright lights, sometimes the lights blind me, sometimes the lights dimmed from a sudden cool air flying in completely blocked the sun...... darkness only hear my hair making love to the wind shooting out So loud......

So exciting at times I almost lost control, other times speed turning the wheels so fast and dangerous like an exciting crazy action movie I am in, I do yes I always love the crazy exciting life that I don"t really know whats outside after the wheels speeding off the tunnel, maybe suddenly a peaceful joy with a new land of view like a soft pink cloud open its whole body slid from the sky lift me up just 8inches high above the earth......

Yes life is more crazily beautiful when U are Sober......

So amazing, So preciously beautiful, Panda in my home town Cheng Du, that's the only climate that Panda would survive, this is how they chill and cool down from the hot summer heat in my home town. Cheng Du always is so hot in the summer time, the waves of the heat blow our face all day long as if a magician landed or emerged from a mysterious heaven or hell trying to transform us into burning fire....... sometimes the heat burn our ass so hard we just could not sit or sleep in any one position for 88 second, we could not sleep at night, so we wake up doing all kinds of crazy things, we would sometimes sneak out off our house in the middle of the night like 8 of us just ride bicycles to the local streets and sit on the pavement eat the hottest hot pot, so delicious as if it is the end of the world, we laugh so crazy loud just to wake up the earth, children, our old grandparents, and the ghosts would suddenly stopped taking show, man and woman would suddenly stopped making love, and we would woke up all the wild animals across the blue sea, from far up high mountains and of cause our lovely precious Panda baby would walk slowly to join us, and we would transformed the little local streets into a huge wild club, and we would just party all night long like the MAD MAD MAD ROCK STARS!!!!!!!!

Tibet西藏, Lasa拉萨, linzhi林芝, rikeze日喀泽 all the city traveled by my foot, by the army tracks, by my heart's touch, This is where I was for 3 years in the people's liberation army when I was 14, what a beautiful experience, gift! I always knew, I found my soul there in Tibet on the top mountain there sits a secret clean quite blue lake, with a large gentle pink cloud slowly flouting towards me just a few inches above the lake...... smoke lifting the surface of the blue water...... there I saw another me......

Beautiful land, beautiful people, the air is always so clean as if god land a magic palm so calm yet so surreal, the light is so bright as if just there to show off all the happiness there is in the entire universe to blind my innocent eyes, the sound travels so far away, So far away to the high mountain top as if I had big wings to take off suddenly fly far yet come right back so quickly to my ear so near, the kindness of the Tibetan people with their beautiful laughter revealed their white teeth in the snow every time when our army track passing by the road, passing by their temple, passing by their warm love, it moved me every time see their pure bright smile with nothing but love and blessing sending on my road ...... I was so small and young, but they took my fear away, that"s where I learned universe is my safe home.......we drink 酥油 tea with them, we dance crazy dance with them around the hot fire with our naked spirit, we made mad love with the passion just like Tibetan women's loud wild voice singing and dancing across the entire universe like a fast airplane here landed on my feet once again.......

Memory left in me as if there is a secret door a magic box, I can open it just like this each time when I want to be free, each time when I want to find you and your pure heart.......

Amy Winehouse found dead today while I was just rolling out of my sweet dream land of the night, yes strangely I don't remember my dreams anymore, I used to have such a terrible scary dreams when I was a child, wild dangerous animals chasing after me while I was running into a dead end or I have to jump into a deep mad ocean, or I was falling so fast so deep into a wooden whole( like you see in those circles show)...... but somehow somewhere, those horrible dreams stopped, they are all gone, like a miracle...... I know its because I embraced them the unknown, the fear in me.

In my journey in those wild places near the edge of death, the hash wind of life, the dangerous road, in the darkness deeply lost in the mysterious mountains of Tibet, something had to emerge breakthrough for me to fight, to shift, to light the very dangerous darkness I was facing everyday, and to live....... yes the spirit world I found in my soul, the light that is so bright it vanished all the shadows I used to see and fear..... I embraced it as a child with only trust, I believed only in my fantastic sweet good dreams, the vision I believed that I am so protected, and my only fortune and life in extreme good, in believing the world is a safe comfort place like a fairytale land for me to live, the universe is my home with only beauty kindness love to nurturing and protect me, to offering a play ground. like my grandmother told me in those hot summer nights in south China, we would sit in the wild nature after supper under the beautiful stars with our heart open with joy, my grandmother would gently one hand waves the large bamboo fan and the other hand holds my little hand in hers and say:
" My little baby, you are an angel to the world, you will only found beautiful gifts wherever you go, and you are safe and protected always..... "

Like many of you I do also have an addicted personality especially with things I love, and love to do, I have never knew alcohol has such a mysterious effect in me with men, with my crazily free sexy imagine of my body and being so open to the world that I believed has only kind eyes toward me, but yet again I have to put a stop sign, I sadly relearned fear, sadly rethink what it is this world if I see through it with a pair of doubt's eyes???

I always liked Amy Winehouse for the reason how free she is always be her, and how open she is with her own truth, and yet how always lost in the struggle to find the world on the other side to keep proving her wrong.....

Wake up my dear friend, no matter what it is your addictions are, fight with it, be brave, look hard to find balance and light in it for you, there is always a better way, like for me, I found my freedom by admit it, by showing you my weakness and by embrace it with kindness of love......
