Many buyers want to go to Zillow or Trulia.&amp;nbsp; My sense it is best to get all of your information from one source (especially when the source is good &lt;span style='font-family:Wingdings'&gt;J&lt;/span&gt;). &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;Active &amp;#8211; 119&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;Naples Park continues to lure new buyers.&amp;nbsp; It has all the right pieces; beaches, Mercato, close to 41, etc.&amp;nbsp; The area will go through a wave of redevelopment.&amp;nbsp; If you drive through you will see several new homes under construction.&amp;nbsp; A few weeks ago I met with a buyer from Michigan.&amp;nbsp; They had never even been to Naples.&amp;nbsp; They decided on Naples Park because the potential for income and appreciation.&amp;nbsp; Communities this close to the water generally add value.&amp;nbsp; The problem with Naples Park at the peak of the market was that it lured too many investors which artificially drove prices higher.&amp;nbsp; Now, because of the high rate of foreclosures, the prices have actually been depressed to a large extent.&amp;nbsp; Find a property you like and make a solid offer.&amp;nbsp; These days won&amp;#8217;t likely last too much longer.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class=MsoNormal&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
