Diabetes is a medical disorder which is characterized by hyperglycemia or high blood sugar levels. The number of cases of Type 2 Diabetes has increased drastically in recent years. It is often referred to as Adult Onset Diabetes and occurs later in life. It is strongly associated with increased body mass and obesity, and the risk of developing this disease can be greatly reduced through dietary monitoring, weight reduction and exercise.

I’m sorry I don’t update this blog for long time. I was busy with my other project that really need a lot of my time. It’s an offline project.

The project is now running quite good so far, and I can spend my time to my other existing project, including this blog.

I will try to update this blog again with more posts and articles. I’m not sure what I will do with this blog in the future. I will probably use this as my personal blog or similar purpose.
