When asked to do so, it is critical to create a solid business case. All too often, project teams are asked to implement a solution before the underlying problem is known or assessed. No one likes working on misguided projects, or efforts that don’t meet business needs, or projects doomed for failure. Worst of all are projects that are cancelled because of lack of support or sponsorship. A well-defined business case helps prevent these issues.

An essential ingredient to successful projects is a clear and relevant business case. It provides both insights into and a proposed solution for important business needs. Bulletproof business cases contain feasible and effective ways of justifying and recommending projects that squarely address business needs, both problems and opportunities.

Through this course, you will learn a repeatable process that starts with identifying business needs and ends with a bulletproof business case. You will learn and practice applying each step in a 5-part approach to developing business cases. Help contribute to your organization’s bottom line with bulletproof business cases!

Women in Technology of TN's June Social Event 6/25/2013 4:30 PM - 6/25/2013 6:30 PM

June is a tough month to gather a large crowd - between summer vacations, tons of activities for the kiddies, and the stress of wrapping up Q2, we thought a fun mixer would be best this month.

What You Will Experience with Us: This is a relaxed, unstructured gathering for local women in the technology industry (perhaps a few, brave men as well). This isn't our typical, educational event, but mixers are usually a favorite! Show up with a smile on your face, business cards in hand, and come ready to have a beverage, and relax.

He learned to write, arrange and produce pop songs from the very best in the business. Being fascinated since childhood with nonverbal communication, he also trained the Gold and Platinum selling artists he worked with in body language for TV and video interviews.

As a behavior analyst and body language expert, he holds multiple certificates in advanced interview and interrogation training and has been trained alongside the FBI, Secret Service, U.S. Military Intelligence, U.S. Army Intelligence, the Nashville Metro Police Department, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigations, and the Department of Defense. His extensive training, education, and practice of nonverbal communication has made him an expert and consultant to law enforcement as well as successful CEO's, attorneys, business people, and entertainers.
