Tulip Tables

Our old dining table just broke, so we're on the hunt for one that will fit in the smaller apartments we'll be living in for the next few years. These tulip tables are perfect, and I can see them turning into a breakfast nook table when we graduate into a bigger house with a bigger dining table.

Central Park + High Line

The weather this weekend was beautiful! We took full advantage and spent all day Saturday in Central Park. We rented row boats {Thank you, Zoë for the tip!} and finished off the day with cupcakes on the Upper East Side. On Sunday we checked out the High Line, a park converted from old railroad tracks that overlook the city. The more time we spend in this city the more we fall in love with it.

NYC Birthday

On Thursday we celebrated my birthday and Matt had a few surprises up his sleeve. Part of my present included some J. Crew items which I love {jacket isn't online yet, blouse is here. Also wore the jacket this weekend.} After work, we hopped on the subway and had dinner near Central Park and then headed to Carnegie Hall. I was so surprised! {I played piano and violin through high school and college, and music has always been an huge love of mine.} The concert was incredible and it was a perfect birthday in the city.

Three Beauty Products

Three recent favorite beauty products that are too good not to share:

ONE Clarisonic Mia Skin Cleansing System in Jaguar | This is one of the best things that happened to my skin. I use it at night time with a mild face wash like Cetaphil and clean the brush in between washings with baby shampoo {the same thing I use to clean my makeup brushes}. It is worth the cost {the Olay version doesn't even compare} and the jaguar pattern is too cute for words.
TWO It's a 10 Miracle Leave-in Plus Keratin | I fell in love with this years ago when a hair stylist used this on my hair. I finally purchased a bottle for myself and I've been loving it. My hair tends to be on the dryer side, but with this product you can't tell at all. I use it right before blow-drying my hair. It smells good too!
THREE Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment Rose Tinted | I got this as an early birthday gift from Sephora and I love it. It leaves has the prettiest rosy tint and it moisturizes dry lips. Definitely my new favorite lip treatment!
