Firstly, I'd like to thank each and every one of you who partook and interpreted 'Human Rights' in its various forms.

Azcraigfozzy Foster Fahmi - "Human rights = understanding. Simply understanding one another will automatically lead to a common respect. People usually abuse those they don't understand. It is respect for the right to live as one would please (so long as it doesn't harm others), the right to be treated fairly and equally and to acknowledge the fact that we are all born the ... same way, and we will all expire one day - no one should be rendered more superior than others. There is no moral and ethical standard to impose on others. Doing things with "good intentions" can usually result in disastrous consequences as your "good intentions" may be a result of the environment/conditioning/constructs you grew up in and around and not necessarily what's best for others. There isn't a "norm" and that should also be respected and understood. Even though you may not agree with the cultural practices of others, it's important to respect those practices because it's hatred and fear of the unknown that usually breeds hatred, corruption and an abuse of human rights. We just don't understand one another; therefore, we don't respect one another.

It's a topic for the time rich, but not a requirement or courtesy that we'd extend others that really need it."

The only people with rights are the people that are deemed worthy by the people trying to infringe upon everyone elses."

College graduates need to be prepared to face fierce competition as they enter the workforce. If you're a new graduate, here's what you got to do (among other things) to find the right job:

1. Check out your college or university Career Services office. Their advice is free and targeted to your market.

2. Join alma mater alumni groups. Networking is still the best way to find a new job.

3. Research job boards that include lots of entry-level jobs.

4. Watch what you post online. Recruiters will search social media to investigate your background.

5. Expand your search radius to include companies where you would like to live and work.

6. Boost your skill set by taking extra courses. Learning should be a life-long goal.

7. Don't underestimate the value of a good cover letter and resume.

8. Create a 'personal branding statement' to stand out from other inexperienced college grads.

9. Prepare and rehearse before each interview. Don't assume you can "wing it" just because you're smart.

10. Dress for success. Looking good never hurts.

11. Be personable and nice to everyone you meet during your interview.

12. Follow up with thank you notes to everyone you met.

But most importantly, don't get discouraged. Job hunting is one of the toughest 'jobs' you'll ever have. Stay positive and keep your network active. Referrals are one of the best ways to find a job.

On 15 May, 2010, Jessica Watson crossed the finish line in Sydney Harbour, three days before her 17th birthday to become the youngest individual to sail non-stop and unassisted around the world.

The Los Angeles Times reported Watson's reason for her journey: "I wanted to challenge myself and achieve something to be proud of. And yes, I wanted to inspire people. I hated being judged by my appearance and other people's expectations of what a 'little girl' was capable of. It's no longer just my dream or voyage. Every milestone out here isn't just my achievement, but an achievement for everyone who has put so much time and effort into helping getting me here."
