Hats and Fascinators

Sometimes you need to grab the bull by the horns and just do it. I watched the royal wedding several months ago, like millions of other people around the world. Well, actually, I watched the ceremony before the royal wedding. My DVR didn't record long enough to get to the goods, but that's besides the point. What I enjoyed about the event were all the hats and fascinators. Nobody does pomp and circumstance like the British. The headgear I saw on display was simply breathtaking. I was totally inspired.

Local minnesota bands ghost towns of the west, little man, and adam svec played a concert at the triple rock social club on wednesday june 22nd. this is the first stop of a short mid-west tour for band ghost towns of the west.

A long time ago, in a land not so far away, I had the pleasure of living close to Cliff Mitchell. We were neighbors really. It was a special time in a special place; most everyone that lived there was a musician or an artist, or both. Everybody was friendly and there was a whole lot of music going on all the time. As it happens, though, time marches on. Things change and people move around.
