This blog is to give a brief detail about Anna Hazare and the cause he is fighting for.
I think It will brief something about Who And Why….
1. Who is Anna Hazare?

An ex-army man. Fought 1965 Indo-Pak War

2. What's so special about him?

He built a village Ralegaon Siddhi in Ahamad Nagar district, Maharashtra

3. So what?

This village is a self-sustained model village. Energy is produced in the village itself from solar power, biofuel and wind mills. In 1975, it used to be a poverty clad village. Now it is one of the richest village in India. It has become a model for self-sustained, eco-friendly & harmonic village.

4. Ok,...?

This guy, Anna Hazare was awarded Padma Bhushan and is a known figure for his social activities.

5. Really, what is he fighting for?

He is supporting a cause, the amendment of a law to curb corruption in India.

6. How that can be possible?

He is advocating for a Bil, The Lok Pal Bill (The Citizen Ombudsman Bill), that will form an autonomous authority who will make politicians (ministers), beurocrats (IAS/IPS) accountable for their deeds.

It's an entirely new thing right..?

In 1972, the bill was proposed by then Law minister Mr. Shanti Bhushan. Since then it has been neglected by the politicians and some are trying to change the bill to suit thier theft (corruption).

7. Oh.. He is going on a hunger strike for that whole thing of passing a Bill ! How can that be possible in such a short span of time?

The first thing he is asking for is: the government should come forward and announce that the bill is going to be passed. Next, they make a joint committee to DRAFT the LOK PAL BILL. 50% goverment participation and 50% public participation. Because you cant trust the government entirely for making such a bill which does not suit them.

8. Fine, What will happen when this bill is passed?

A LokPal will be appointed at the centre. He will have an autonomous charge, say like the Election Commission of India. In each and every state, Lokayukta will be appointed. The job is to bring all alleged party to trial in case of corruptions within 1 year. Within 2 years, the guilty will be punished. Not like, Bofors scam or Bhopal Gas Tragedy case, that has been going for last 25 years without any result.

9. Is he alone? Whoelse is there in the fight with Anna Hazare? Baba Ramdev, Ex. IPS Kiran Bedi, Social Activist Swami Agnivesh, RTI activist Arvind Kejriwal and many more. Prominent personalities like Aamir Khan is supporting his cause.

10. Ok, got it. What can I do? At least we can spread the message. How?

Putting status message, links, video, changing profile pics. At least we can support Anna Hazare and the cause for uprooting corruption from India. At least we can hope that his Hunger Strike does not go in vain. At least we can pray for his good health. Thanks for reading.

We believe in Ram but we don’t obey what Ram has taught us. Similarly, the muslim community should also obey the things taught in Quran and what islam religion teaches us instead of blindly obeying a religion and it’s book .
The quarrel is for a small piece of land considering it as religious birth place of Ram. But, how many of us care for our own birth place? What we have done for that place? That also is just a small piece of land for which we never bothered and most of us has perhaps migrated far away from that small piece of land where we were born first. Perhaps we never remember that place itself. Shouldn’t we go and build a temple there as it is also a birth place of a human being similar to lord Ram!!!!!!!!!!.

We should never forget that our temple/mosque & religion is at our home, the lord is in our children and family members. We should not get provoked by some orthodox people who are always there to use common men to grind their own axe.

I appeal to all the countrymen to maintain peace and harmony during this crucial time of Ayodhya verdict. They should always keep in mind that their god is in their heart and their kids not somewhere on an open piece of land.

But what they have contributed for the society at that instant. They promoted the demands of a greedy person, motivating him to be more greedier.

For any problem ,criticism will never bring back the solution. We Indians, have a better habit of criticising the system, government and then going back to our bed.
For each and every corruption in the country, we the mass public are the one who encourages it.

Say,in case of auto driver’s ,demanding illegal fares, how did they adopt this as a hobby.Majority of us most have consented to their demands whenever we would had come across such situations. No one would have reverted back at them at the first encounter itself.
To fulfil his one need, a person promotes a corruption today, for which everyone pays tommorrow including him.
This is the reason behind every corruption. When these auto guys demand illegal fares, if you don’t accept his demand and revert back with few scoldings. You have to take some pain to search another auto but you will surely get one who would go at the usual meter fare.

So, if an auto guy who is demanding illegal fares, gets 30 passengers in a day who refused to take his auto and at the same time gave him few scoldings, in return for demanding unfair fares. The result of doing this would be that the auto guy will think twice putting his demand to the next passenger.
If each and every individual starts following this mantra, the illegal demands will surely go away.
No auto driver will like to sit idle for more than 2-3 days because he too needs to earn his livelihood. Teaching a lesson like this would bring him on the right path. From next time onwards, as soon as you ask him to go to any place ,he will put down his meter with a smiling face and will start his auto.
I remember an instance which happened 20 days back , I had to go from BTM to HSR layout BDA complex( a distance of hardly 4KMS).

1 auto driver demanded 20 rupees above the meter. I reverted back and gave him a good lecture stating that even if he comes back to this place without any passenger from there, he will be in profit as the meter has been designed in that way.
I moved on and found another auto who also put the same demand of 20 rupees above meter. I gave him the same lecture in a more frustrated and disgusted manner. He listened to my words very calmly, but didn’t agree.Don’t know it was because of his ego clashing with his shame. Hope he must would have entertained the next passenger without any hustle.

Thereafter, I reached Swadistha Ahaar(a small hotel), I saw 5 autos standing in a queue nearby , I was happy that I will get one there. Reaching there, I found that all the 5 drivers were sitting in 1 auto and gossiping.Seeing me,1 of them asked in excitement where I needed to go. I said “HSR BDA complex”. Hearing this he put his one hand on his head ,mouth upwards, murmuring and calculating.
I waited for 1 minute wondering which mathematical algorithm and graph theory he is using to calculate the fare for HSR. Finally I heard a loud sound from his mouth” Saahab, 120 rupees de do”.

By this time , I had lost my temper, I only asked” Have you gone mad? Shall I take you to some mental hospital at my own expenses?”.He was silent, by the time he opened his mouth for some negotiation, I had moved on.
Suddenly, I saw one new green auto coming from behind, seeing me he stopped, he put his meter and took me to HSR layout at the meter reading of Rs 35.
With this incident, the message which I want to spread is that , we shouldn’t agree for the illegal demands though it will be a bit painful for us. But, bowing before such things will create problems for thousands of others. Though I invested 15 minutes of time to get an auto with a bitter experience. But the good thing is that I got one finally. So, if the next 10 passengers also would teach the same lesson like me to those corrupt auto guys, they will surely take the 11th passenger at meter reading.

The responsibility and the role of citizens are key points in the social structure of our society.Criticizing the problem will not give the solution. We the citizens have to strive to find out the solution for the things.

They were willing to engulfe the whole country’s wealth. Did they ever think of the citizens who are paying the taxes and try to cope up with the price hike.
These scoundrels(MP’s) get paid from the pocket of citizens, this means, a hike in their salary is burden on the normal citizens which will bring additional burden of excess tax or price hike in some way or the other.
At present a single MP costs 37 lakhs a year. Some details about the hike:
• Basic pay earlier it was Rs.16k and now it is Rs.50k
• Office expenses [biggest joke] from existing Rs.20k to Rs.50k per month
• Constituency allowance from present Rs.20k to Rs.40k [is it not there responsibility to visit their constituency, then why they should be paid to visit?]
• Interest free loan of Rs.4 lakhs to buy car
• Hike in mileage allowance from present Rs.13/- per km to Rs.16/- per km
• Now even spouse[s?] can also travel unlimited number of times in railways that too in first class along with can also claim for road mileage
• Increase in pension from present Rs.8k to Rs.20k [If at all they retire, as most of the politicians service starts after the age of 50+]
• 1,50,000 phone calls are absolutely free with 3 landlines and 2 mobile phones
• They will get even rented furniture to the tune of Rs.60k, apart from free washing of sofa covers, bathroom tiles and curtains
• 50k units of free electricity per annum
• 4000 kilo litres of free water

When all these calculated and summed up per year it will come to Rs.37 lakhs per MP per year, who said India is a poor country, when an politician wins the election he is entitled for all the benefits mentioned aforesaid, not more than 25% of MP's re-elected in India, then calculate since independence how many MP's India have seen, how many are still living and getting retirement benefits.

Then MP's have lots of reservation like first class in railways with their family for any number of times. 1,50,000 free phone calls on 3 landlines and 2 mobile phone. Rent free housing which government pays for the furniture ranges from 15,000 to 60,0000 and many other facilities which are sometimes out of reach of the "Aam Aadmi".
I still remember the day when ,a mere hike of 55% was proposed in the salary of govt employees in sixth pay commission in 2008, after a long waited period of 14 years. The 5th pay commission came in 1994. So, after 14 years, the govt employees got a hike of 35%,for which all these MP’s opposed .
At that time ,none of them came in favour of planning commission ,finally by their united strength they restricted the hike to mere 30-35% for govt employees.
But when it came for them, they are unhappy getting 200% hike alongwith other benefits. These illiterate buffaloes are demading salaries higher than IAS officers.
I can forsee the democratic government transforming to some other type of government.A new rennaisance will come in this country also.

Does,it mean that the government should come up immediately, with a bill,as the only solution instead of going through a inquiry about it?
The proposed bill stipulates compulsory registration, the number of students in a coaching class, infrastructure and space needed per student etc. It also proposes to slap heavy fines for violations. A group of Govt officials headed by the District Magistrate will monitor the functioning of coaching institutes.Framing these regulations, the government is incidently going to spread corruption at education level, whose percentage of share will reach them also through well defined hierarchical flow.
Recently, the members of Bihar Coaching Teachers’ Association have come out with a suggestion that the Govt should not rush through the bill without seeking thorough opinion of students, guardians, teachers, etc. They suspect that the cost of providing unrealistic infrastructure coupled with likely extortion by the monitoring committee and/or anti-social elements may ultimately force the coaching institutes to charge unreasonable fees beyond the reach of poor students. The biggest loss will be for the students only due to enaction of this bill. They may not get entry into best coaching institute due to restricted entry.
Ignoring the concerns of the Coaching Teachers’ Association, the Govt is duty bound to enact law to regulate the functioning of coaching institutes in the larger interest of the students and the society. In the disguise of students and society , the govt is going to fulfil it’s own interests to warm up it’s pocket under the table ( through bribes) and out of the table( by levying tax on the earnings of coaching institutes).
If the Govt is really serious about the quality of education, its own colleges and institutions must also reflect it. Take for example the case of Bhagalpur College of Engineering. Why is that the students have to lock the college and demand for the appointment of regular teachers? Why doesn’t it provide 1 meter square space for each students in the school? Why don’t students get benches and tables in the schools to study? Why there is no electricity in the schools and fans in the classrooms?
Why do we see a huge crowd in the government buses in Bihar? Why doesn’t the govt frame rule so that the buses should have passengers equal to the seats available? When the govt is undertaking any road construction work, does it frame law to verify the height ,width and length of the constructed roads? Does it check the quality of materials being used for construction activities? Why does the roads downgrade in 2-3 rainfalls? Did it ever frame any law to monitor the work of contractors undertaking the development activities from the government? The answer is “NO”,because they are going to fill up their stomach with public funds ,accumulated by tax payers of different classes.
These all were few aspects which I highlighted. There are lot many things where government can be trapped for it’s negligence. The Bihar government should focus on the development work of state rather than wasting time on framing bills for middle class people. The govt’s intension can be comprehended by everyone.

Bill to Regulate Coaching Institutes in Bihar.

Recently , she was in controversy over building immense statues of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar,Kashiram and her own. The figures reported towards these constructions were in the range Rs 1000-2000 crores.
There was an outrage over this among certain sections of the society. The reasons for outrage were firstly, that public funds could be better utilized for development work, second, the sheer impropriety of erecting statues to oneself during one’s lifetime and third, that this does nothing for the Dalits whose cause Mayawati professes to espouse.
The money coming as public funds is because of the tax payers of various professions. It’s the money of we common people, which we have earned with our hardwork and have paid it to the government as tax for the undertaking various development activities for welfare of our society.
The same could be spent on improving health-care facilities, sanitation, water and what not.Still the literacy rate in U.P is only 50%. Many of the schools don’t have teachers. Villages there have very poor electricity facility.Transportation is too bad . Trains don’t run in time. What is unsaid is that the money comes from the budget of the various ministries which have nothing to do with health or education or sanitation. Mayawati has tried to project herself as a Messiah of the Dalits,it’s visible to everyone how she is misusing the funds which otherwise could have been used wisely for the upliftment of poor people.

Do you agree with Mayawati’s misuse of public funds on building statues of her own?

He may not be bothered much about politics and the political parties.Few people have made up their mindset that nothing good can happen to this country as the politicians are corrupt here and they can't do good for the country. So,he highly minds taking the pain to go to polling booth. Few feel that their absence will not make much difference on the results of the poll. Few don't feel like taking the pain to search the poll booth of their locality and standing their in the queue for their turn to come up. Few are scared to come out of their houses on that day because of fear of clashes between the party workers of different contestents. Some don't go because of getting threat from rowdy contestents.
These are few basic reasons for voters not going to exercise their franchises. But,they forget that this is their fundamental right and their most important duty towards the nation. If they start casting their votes, they will surely help to elect a good candidate. It might happen that a person supports some contestent from his constituency and he wills for his victory, but he doesn't turn up during the poll day, thinking that his alone absence won't make much difference on the result. But it might happen that the contestent whom he was feeling a honest candidate and wanted him to win, lost because of 1 vote and a corrupt candidate has
taken the leadership of his constituency. On the day of election, everyone's vote has a special importance for the destiny of the constitutency as well as the nation. By electing a wrong candidate, you are going to lend all the people of your constituency in corrupt hands for a tenure of 5 years which you can't rollback :) :). Most of the politicians misguide the illiterate voters in the name of caste, religion and also by distributing money. But the literate people should understand their responsibility and should come forward to change this trend.
In Bangalore, during BBMP election, only 44% of voters turned up on the poll day, though most of the people residing here are literate.Somewhere from literate community, this duty towards nation is getting neglected.
Few things where government should focus on increasing the voter turnout during poll day are:-

1) Getting voter's id card should be made more easier process, perhaps be made online. Else the responsibility should be given to private and government firms to arrange the voters id card for their employees, the way they arrange for access card of the employees in the company.

2) Enough security should be provided on the day of election and party workers of the contesting candidate should be kept far away from polling booths.

3) Some online voting option should be made available for the working professionals, where they can enter their PAN as the identity proof to cast their votes.

Last but not the least, it's our country and we have to thrive for it's progress . So, our moral responsibility should drive us
automatically to the polling booth despite of all the problems mentioned above :) :)

Do you agree that voting should be made mandatory for every citizen in our country?

We all hear about riots which recently happened in the country or which have happened before, and few people often appreciate it for their community. They take favour of the wrong things done by their community despite thinking on individual basis as a human being.
Imagine you are a proud father of a lovely son. Just imagine that he has thrown in the fire of riot while coming from school and he is no more in this world. What will go in your mind if you think over it for few minutes. What will be your mental agony at the moment? Probably, an individual will not like to bring this thought in his mind.If you are a son, then imagine that you have no more, your caring parents with you. How do you feel being an orphan? Losing your own near and dear ones gives a lot of pain. You can’t let that idea haunt your mind for a minute because you don’t have courage to bear that pain. This happens because of the intense love and affection for your own family members. But during riots, why a person stops thinking on individual basis and appreciates the inhuman and wicked things did by his community towards other community? Where exactly does this fire of hatred lend the individuals? They appreciate the immoral things as a part of community but at the end they lose as an individual. This riot comes as a storm but it’s not an ever going thing. Foolish people start dancing in this storm killing and robbing others. But when it ends, they come to know what they have lost? As an individual, he too has lost someone which he can neither regain nor can his community bring it back for him. So did this hatred really bring peace and harmony for you? Probably not. Can you realize the pain of a mother who has lost her only earning son and is now begging on roads to earn her livelihood? Can you feel the pain of a teen age daughter who has lost her parents and no one is there to look after her?
Who all are responsible for this mass suffering? Is he the one who provoked it or the one who got provoked? I personally feel, it’s the one who got provoked is responsible for it. He didn’t think on it as an individual. A mob for riots is a gathering of individuals. If all individuals start thinking intelligently considering the loss from riots, they will never gather to form a mob and hence it will keep them away from being part of riots. Let’s take an oath as an individual to curb such inhuman, immoral sins and make our country a great place to live in.

Do you agree with this blog on riots?

TRAI has asked the telecom operators to slash down the charges of STD calls. Seeing the competition with other operators ,Airtel too slashed down the STD call charges giving it a different fancy plan name. It was their moral responsibility to intimate it's subscribers about the slashed call charges and they should bill accordingly. I had taken Airtel connection 3 years back till today I was using the same plan. Just a week back I came to know from my closest friend that Airtel has reduced the STD call charges but they have not implemented it for the old subscribers. He too was the victim of same burglary of airtel from common man's home. Don't you feel, that they should automatically update the billing for all the subscribers for the new call charges. I was paying Rs 1.50 per minute for STDfrom airtel to airtel and the same for landline with a rental of Rs 199 per month. According to the new plan implemented on the instructions of TRAI, the current call charges for STD from Airtel to Airtel is Rs 0.50 and Rs 0.60 for Landline. So, there is reduction of 66% in the call charges. So, it can reduce the bill amount by almost 66%. There are millions of subscribers who are unaware of the new call charges because of their busy schedule and work. Airtel is simply billing them with the old call rates which is a very bad thing. It's a hidden standard way of Robbery by ditching the faith of subscribers. Please call the customer care and get changed your plan immediately. My this poll is expecting the comments from you all along with your votes.

Do you feel that the subscriber should be informed about the new call rates and plans by the telecom operators?

Do you feel, not billing the subscriber with the new call charges a serious offense ( an unnoticed burglary)?

Do you feel that it's responsibility of TRAI to instruct the operators to bill all the subscribers with the new call rates imposed?

If the new call charges are less than the old plan of subscriber ,then he should be billed with the new call rates or atleast be intimated by the customer care to change the plan.

No

<fieldset>
</fieldset>

It was passed into the assemly in 1949 and came into effect on 26 January 1950. Time has changed since 60 years. Though it was made for both leaders and citizens but it is followed only by citizens and violated by the politicians. There is a fundamental right " Freedom to work " anywhere in India which is now adays being opposed by few politicians. They want to divide the country into different regions based on language just for their political motive. They want to gain the control and become dictator of that region by splitting it from the country. They are not working for the country but they are grinding their own political motive to get monetary benefits. They are violating must of the laws framed by the contitution. I personally feel that the whole fundamental, directive principles should be reframed after 60 years, as they don't hold true for todays time. Earlier education system was poor so anyone could jump into politics. But now I strongly feel the need to keep strong qualification as one criteria to get access to this politics. Now adays the biggest criteria for getting a ticket to contest election is the count of murder ,robbery, extortion cases and the number of rowdies you have as your supporters.Where will such politicians lend us at the end??????? Lawmakers for now adays are such corrupt politicians, so they wont hit the axe on their own legs by revising the constitutional laws. The portal nations-voice is here to raise the voice of countrymen against such flaws in our constitution. The common man can poll and give their comments through this site.
