The new Mercedes-Benz SLK, a convertible which was due to be unveiled in January, has recently been leaked all over the web. A ten-minute promo video in French found its way online over the weekend.

Mercedes has already started pulling it down on the grounds of copyright but it has already been viewed by many.

The new model was due to make an official debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2011, before going on sale in April 2011. It is now likely that Mercedes will bring the release date forward.

We already know quite a lot about the car and the promo video confirms the inclusion of safety features like Pre-Safe and Attention Assist. These systems mitigate the effects of an imminent crash and awaken tired drivers.

Four engines will appear at the launch, one of them 204bhp, which is exactly the same output as the SLK 250 petrol. The basic SLK 200 has 184bhp and the SLK 350 has 306bhp.

Mercedes say the two-seater will be bigger inside and have more boot space. The company promises a more rewarding drive, with adaptive damping as an optional extra, as well as a sport mode.

New Mercedes SLK prices should start at around £32,000.

A unique marketing campaign set up to raise awareness of the limited edition Fiat 500 Pink, has won another top award.

The campaign, dubbed PINKMYRIDE, became one of the longest-running live streaming adverts in history, and featured a male model painting a white Fiat 500 a shade of nail varnish pink. It was broadcast non-stop on a special micro-site, with the painter only stopping to eat, sleep and send Twitter messages out.

The effort has just won the Best Automotive, Aerospace and Marine Campaign title in the coveted Campaign Media Awards.

The successful process also attracted nearly 36,000 visits to the micro-site, more than 105,000 views of the viral video and over 500 entries to a special competition to win the chance to help with the painting of the car. The campaign helped to sell the 500 Pink online.

Citroen has made the popular Dispatch Combi even more appealing with the introduction of a revised model range.

The new Citroen Dispatch Combi now features 6 seats as standard across all model versions. A new Dispatch Combi 6 seat L2H1 HDi 90 model has also been introduced to the Dispatch Combi line-up.

From 1st December, all Dispatch Combi Level 1 models will now be equipped with 6 seats as standard, with row 3 seats becoming a cost option. On selected models, two types of row 2 and 3 seats will be available, each with a slightly different functionality. Type 1 will offer a removable dual bench and single passenger seat. Type 2 features a removable fold and tilt dual passenger bench and individual passenger seat, allowing the entire seat arrangement to tilt forward until vertical.
