More and more people are being diagnosed with Type II Diabetes. While, there are drugs available to treat diabetes, there is an increasing concern over the serious side effects and complications that can arise over the taking of these drugs, as opposed to natural cures for diabetes.

Type I Diabetes accounts for about 10% of cases, while Type II Diabetes accounts for the other 90% or so of the cases.

It is no secret that diabetes can lead to very serious complications such as kidney damage, blindness, cardiovascular diseases, amputations, etc.

I really did not know much about diabetes, until I contracted Type II Diabetes. I found out that I had it, after delaying going to the doctor for a long period of time. I knew something wasn’t right, as I was not feeling well a lot of the time, I was having to urinate every 30 minutes or so at night, I was getting constant kidney infections, my feet felt like I was standing in an ant bed all the time, and then finally I almost went into a diabetic coma because of extremely high blood sugar. I then went to the doctor.

After going to the doctor, I was put on high priced medications whose purpose was to make my body better use the insulin that it produced. I also tried to attempt to exercise daily while watching my diet. Unfortunately, I was still not feeling well, my blood sugar was still fluctuating, causing all the problems that go with having diabetes, and other symptoms seemed to be cropping up. I also felt myself going into the hole financially every month, because of the high cost of medications.

Then I looked up the side effects of the medications that I was taking, and I was shocked. The serious side effects of these medications included heart complications, blackouts, hypoglycemia, fluid in the lungs, convulsions, yellowing of the skin and eyes, allergic reactions and even death! Other side effects include headaches, gastric problems, weight gain, itching, rashes, nausea, vomiting, gas, weakness, dizziness, dark urine, respiratory infections, muscle pain, backaches, seizures, fluid retention, confusion, easy bruising and bleeding, and others! I never realized that some of the symptoms that I was having was not my diabetes, but the very medication that was supposed to treat it!

I was literally shocked by the number and severity of the side effects from diabetic medications. And the drugs that are used to treat diabetes are manufactured mainly just to suppress the damage that has already occurred from the diabetes and many times just further the weakening and deterioration that is going on.

Some of the most commonly taken drugs used by diabetics have been found to lead to congestive heart failure! There is a class of drugs called thiazolidinediones that are used to treat Type II non-insulin dependent diabetics. These include some of the most commonly taken oral diabetic medications that are known to increase the incidence of heart failure and pulmonary edema.

The research has shown that by discontinuing use of these medications and administering diuretics, sufferers no longer showed the symptoms of congestive heart failure and pulmonary edema.

After finding these things out, I put in many hours of study and spent a considerable amount of money investigating natural cures for diabetes. I eventually came up with a plan that I was determined to follow and I am happy to say the natural cure for diabetes worked for me. The natural cure for diabetes was definitely the way to go for me, and I now feel better than I ever have, my blood sugars are stable, I don’t have all the side effects that go with diabetic medications, and my outlook on life has increased tremendously. I have weaned myself off of diabetic medications, and now control by Type II Diabetes naturally.

After doing all of the research I finally concluded that whenever possible diabetics should try to reduce their dependency upon medication, and seek control of it through diet, exercise, and by taking supplements. In other words, a natural cure for diabetes.

As always, you should consult with your doctor concerning your treatment for diabetes, and what you can and cannot do.

The natural cure for diabetes program that I follow and works for me includes the following:

1. Diet – cut back on fats and carbohydrates. Emphasis should be placed upon more vegetables. Instead of regular milk, I now use soy milk. Always use whole wheat and multigrain products. And of course cut back on high sugar content foods. After some research I do avoid aspartame products but use products that use sucralose as a sweetner. Take smaller portions of food at big meals and/or eat smaller meals several times a day if possible. I also found that an important factor is to make sure you are taking in plenty of water.

2. Exercise – it is very important than in addition to diet, that you develop a consistent exercise program. My suggested exercise is walking. I try and walk at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes each time. I did get a walker for those times that I cannot get out and walk. If you can’t walk, just find anything that you can do for exercise as long as you are getting your heart rate up. If you follow the low carb diet, and exercise faithfully you will also gradually lose weight, which is a real benefit for you. And if you are overweight, I do believe that weight loss plays a very big part in managing diabetes.

3. Supplementation - The diet and exercise are important parts of the overall control program, but without a doubt, one of the most important things that you can do is to take supplements. There are herbs, vitamins, & minerals that have been shown to help diabetics which include but are not limited to – Bitter Melon, Pterocarpus Marsupium, Banaba, Gymnema Sylvestre, Alpha lipoic acid, Luteolin, Chromium, Copper, Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, Calcium, Milk Thistle Extract, and Valeriana wallichii extract.

I found that once I started taking all of the supplements along with the diet and exercise, I was showing some improvement from my natural diabetes control program. But the problem was I was taking a huge number of tablets a couple of times a day, which was getting very old. And I was not really sure that I was getting optimum results, because I did not know actually how much of each supplement that you should have. I started looking around more and more to try and find a combination supplement that might do the trick. I tried some of the recommended supplements, but found that they just did not work satisfactorily. They mainly just aimed at blood sugar control, and left out many key ingredients. They would leave out the ingredients which were too expensive to be included, and this resulted in a less than holistic product. So these are products that were just taking into consideration price, while leaving out some of the very best ingredients that could help control diabetes naturally!

I became very frustrated, until I met a man on a forum that provided me with the tip that I needed. He gave me the website for a company which manufactured a supplement that had all of the key ingredients in the amounts needed for natural control of diabetes! And he indicated that it was the absolute best supplement that he had found to naturally control his diabetes.

Here was a supplement that promoted efficient insulin production/secretion, effectively managed glucose metabolism, and reduced the risk of all of the diabetic related complications. And more importantly no adverse side effects! So, could this be the natural cure for diabetes that I was looking for?

Not only did the natural diabetes supplement address the problems of insulin and glucose metabolism, but also the complications such as high blood pressure, kidney failure, high cholesterol, heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, and blindness. Here was a supplement that actually enhanced antioxidant action and the immune system.

This natural supplement actually addressed the root cause of the problem! This natural supplement has been developed especially for people with Type II Diabetes, those showing symptoms of pre-diabetes, and people having impaired glucose tolerance. And it comes at a very reasonable price!

It contains 31 bioavailable compounds, and has now been shown to maintain and to actually re-grow the insulin producing cells of the pancreas in people who have Type I Diabetes. The company will not be able to make this claim because of FDA regulations on supplements. So I am telling you now.

But what you have here is a real natural cure for diabetes!

Diabet-Eze, the supplement, is made by the Xtend-Life company of New Zealand.

The tablets have an enteric coating on them to protect the enzymes and other nutrients that are crucial to the efficacy of the product.

Diabet-Eze represents the best value that you can get in a product anywhere.

Both Type I and Type II diabetics will likely benefit from this product. I can tell you as a Type II diabetic, I am no longer on diabetic medication, and I control my diabetes through exercise, diet and supplements. For me a natural cure for diabetes was the remedy. You may be able to also reduce your dependence upon conventional diabetic medications, but as always consult your doctor, and involve him in your plan before you take any actions.

Diabet-Eze comes with a 100% money back guarantee.

Another note is that all natural treatments of diabetes should include Omega 3 fatty acids. They have been scientifically shown to lower triglycerides and blood pressure. This is essential for diabetics who are at an increased risk for stroke and heart disease. All diabetics should be taking quality Omega 3 Fish Oil supplements in addition to the special Diabet-Eze supplements.

For more information about Diabet-Eze and how it can help you CLICK HERE.
