<p>Ayurvedic remedies are the time-tested procedures that were devised after observing their effect on the body. Ayurveda is an age-old health science that has a history of 5000 years in developing. Various learned men in ancient India made certain remedies and processes that were very effective in providing cure to a variety of diseases. </p>
<p> All these procedures were made from local surrounding vegetation. They observed all the actions of a particular herb or a plant after applying it to various diseases. Hence a full references and data was generated and then documented in various ancient texts. Some of these texts are Charka Samhita, Susruta Samhita and Ashtaang samgraha. </p>
<p> These three books possess the complete ayurvedic remedies along with the complete references of diseases and their various signs and symptoms. In these texts there is a complete explanation of diseases along with their diagnostic methods. After this there is a complete treatment with single herbs and certain herbal combinations. </p>
<p> Below are certain ayurvedic remedies that are very helpful in treating a number of diseases with the remedies available around us:</p>
<p> · <span style="font-weight: bold;">Constipation</span> &#8211; for relief from constipation one can use triphala powder three to five grams daily with warm water or hot milk. Another remedy that is also very effective in treating constipation is castor oil. Take castor oil one to two table spoons at night with warm water or milk. This will not only helps in relieving the constipation but will also improve your digestion. You can also take three to five grams of <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0001QHWK4?ie=UTF8&#038;tag=amuchbetteway-20&amp;linkCode=as2&#038;camp=1789&amp;creative=9325&#038;creativeASIN=B0001QHWK4">Haritaki powder</a> that is also a good laxative agent.</p>

<p> By using simple exercises and specific affirmations, Evers shows readers how to generate money, attract the ideal partner, lose weight, find the perfect career, create vibrant health and overcome fears. She encourages readers to move past negative habits, unhealthy relationships and personal limitations to fulfill their highest potential. For myself, this book opened up a floodgate of possibilities that I had never been open to before.</p>
<p> In &#8220;Affirmations: Your Passport to Happiness&#8221;, Evers describes how thoughts work and encourages others to examine their thoughts. Although thoughts can be stimulated by outside influences, Evers believes that it is the individual&#8217;s own mental and emotional reactions to these stimuli that create beliefs, concepts and, eventually, their reality.</p>
<p> &#8220;When you think of yourself as a victim of circumstance, you are narrowing your focus. You could miss out on blessings all around you,&#8221; she writes in her book. &#8220;Never allow negative thoughts of others to keep you from fulfilling your desire. Let others who choose to be negative live their lives as they wish. You cannot change others, but you can change how you view them and thus change your feelings about them. Often that person will sense the change in you and undergo change as well,&#8221;</p>
<p> As an example of how powerful the mind is, Evers mentions the placebo effect. She writes about an American study where one hundred people with an illness received a sugar pill. They were told that the pill contained a powerful new medicine that would cure them. As a result of taking the sugar pill, one-third of the patients got better! The only reason behind their miraculous recovery was that those people believed they were going to get better.</p>
<p> &#8220;The subconscious mind sent biochemical messages to their bodies that told the healing process to go full speed ahead, and it did. They were brought back to 100% health. Trigger by their doctor&#8217;s suggestion that they were receiving a new cure, they unknowingly tapped into their subconscious minds to unleash the potent healing ability of their own bodies,&#8221; she wrote.</p>
<p> Alberta born Evers has worked in the personal growth field for the past thirty years, teaching others about the power of affirmations, creative visualization, reflexology,  meditation and yoga. Today, she receives letters and testimonials from readers all over the world that have been touched by her book.</p>

<p>Energy Management &#8211; Stop feeling tired, overwhelmed and drained &#8211; Part 2

Today I&#8217;m going to focus on solutions, solutions, solutions. I want to provide you with tools, resources, and ways to take charge of your life and of your energy. Way too many times I see people waiting for a solution to their lives from the outside. Here is the big news: <b>Your life and the wellbeing of it depend in large capacity on you.</b> So, don&#8217;t wait around thinking that it is someone else&#8217;s responsibility. If you don&#8217;t like something about your life, find ways to change it. There is plenty of information and resources available.</p>
<p> <b>Let&#8217;s talk spending versus investing your energy.</b><br />
Do you ever think about what you are doing with the energy that is available to you? If you are like majority of people, I would dare to say the answer is NO. Most people are just going through the motions, never really paying attention to how they function in the best way, when their energy is low and when it&#8217;s high, and what affects their energy levels on a day-to-day basis.</p>
<p> Let me explain what Spending Energy means to me. <b>Spending energy means participating in activities that expend your energy, but aren&#8217;t connected to a bigger picture or to a particular result you are looking for.</b> Basically, you are doing something for the sake of doing it. It may sound crazy to you and you might even say to me: Erika I don&#8217;t really do anything like that. I would say hold on and really check this out here. You might not be aware of it on the surface. It may be things in your life that are not so obvious. It is all about paying attention.</p>
<p> Here are some things that I consider spending energy:</p>
</p>
<ul>
<li><b>Excessive thinking:</b> Do you ever think about thoughts as an expansion of energy? Try being in a room and don&#8217;t do anything except think for couple of hours. I&#8217;ll guarantee that you will get a sense of how much energy it takes to think.</li>
<li><b>Excessive talking:</b> Talking for the sake of talking, either because you are not comfortable being quiet or because you like to hear yourself talk, it makes you feel important.</li>
<li><b>Gossiping about people</b></li>
<li><b>Doing things that don&#8217;t really get you anywhere:</b> Watching TV out of boredom, looking at your e-mails constantly, surfing the Internet without purpose, etc.</li>
<li><b>Doing things for the sake of doing because you can&#8217;t sit still:</b> It makes you feel uncomfortable.</li>
<li><b>Doing things the hard way, because you want to be right</b></li>
<li><b>Doing things the hard way because you don&#8217;t like to ask for help</b></li>
<li><b>Habitual doing:</b> Doing things because you have done them for a certain amount of time; however, you never checked if they actually still serve you.</li>
<li><b>Holding things in:</b> Held up stuff creates energetic weight. Hence, you have to spend more energy just to accomplish simple tasks. The more stuff you have stored up, the more energy it takes to function in a world.</li>
</ul>
<p> <b>Investing Energy means living your life and having a bigger picture in mind with an intention behind your daily actions.</b> You consciously choose to participate in activities that support and serve you and don&#8217;t participate in those that don&#8217;t have anything to offer.</p>
<p> So what do you do with your energy? Do you spend or invest?</p>
<p> Moving on to the next subject&#8211;<b>How do you protect yourself from energy vampires?</b></p>
<p> First, you learn to recognize them. How? Easy. These are the things you look for:</p>
</p>
<ul>
<li>These people have a tendency to complain a lot.</li>
<li>They like to make drama out of things.</li>
<li>You feel drained and tired while in their presence or afterwards.</li>
<li>They demand your attention and your help frequently.</li>
<li>There is a feeling of heaviness while with them.</li>
<li>They feel better after talking to you and you feel worse.</li>
</ul>
<p> Now how do you protect yourself?</p>
<p> <b>First:</b> Learn to recognize these types of people. You can save yourself a lot of trouble and a lot of energy. <img src='http://health.amuchbetterway.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p> <b>Second:</b> Eliminate your contact with them. If they are a family member or someone you feel you can&#8217;t completely eliminate contact with, then reduce the frequency of the contact you have with that person.</p>
<p> <b>Third:</b> If you find yourself in situations that you can&#8217;t get out off and these kinds of people are present, this is what has worked for me: Putting White Angelica oil on my shoulders, head, and around heart. I have this oil with me at all times. It saved my life many times. It is designed to create a shield around your body so that negative energies won&#8217;t penetrate it. It works like a charm. If you are the person who works with a lot of people on regular basis, and you find yourself exhausted, you might want to consider giving this a try.</p>
<p> If oils are not your thing, then you can <b>visualize a field of light around you with an intention to be protected from any negative energy.</b> This may sound a little out there for you; however, it does the job. I&#8217;m talking from experience.</p>

<p>I hope that reading the title of this article got your attention. We are going to talk about energy management. You heard it right: I have used the big word ENERGY. I know you are probably thinking to yourself right now: &#8220;Here we go. She&#8217;s going to start talking about some esoteric concepts that don&#8217;t mean anything to me.&#8221;
<p> Let me tell you that isn&#8217;t going to be the case. My intention here is to demystify the esoteric concept of energy from a simple and practical standpoint.</p>
<p> Here is what we will touch upon:</p>
</p>
<ul>
<li>What does it mean to be an energetic being?</li>
<li>How to manage your energy in the way that works for you.</li>
<li>How to recognize an &#8220;energy drain.&#8221;</li>
<li>What is the difference between spending versus investing your energy.</li>
<li>How to protect yourself from energy vampires.</li>
<li>How food affects your energy.</li>
<li>What to do to feel more energized and alive in your life.</li>
<li>Tools and resources you can use to affect your energy levels and also to protect yourself.</li>
</ul>
<p> Since this would be too much information to cover in one article, and I also don&#8217;t want you to go to sleep while reading this, I&#8217;m dividing it into two parts. <b>The first part we will talk about managing your energy.</b> The second part will cover how to protect your energy and tools you can use, and will be discussed in the next issue of Live Your Life.
</p>
<p> Let&#8217;s start from the beginning. Why am I the person you should listen to? I don&#8217;t think you SHOULD do anything in your life. Yes you heard me right. However, if what I&#8217;m saying is making sense to you and you feel attracted to it, then by all means read and draw your own conclusions about what I&#8217;m sharing with you. <b>I always believe in questioning and trying things for yourself. Otherwise, how will you find your own way in life?</b> This is my platform to share my own experiences with you and what I have learned through those experiences.</p>
<p> So if you are still with me, here we go:</p>
<p> The first time that I was introduced to the concept of energy was when I was 20 years old. <b>Coming from a conventional medicine background you can imagine my response to the energy concept.</b> (Too bad you can&#8217;t see my face, because it would be so much easier to show you than to describe what that looked like back in the day.) It was kind of the same thing as talking about UFOs. Not something I ever knew about, had no tangible experience with, and on top of everything, <b>I was coming from a very rigid place, which was, &#8220;If I can&#8217;t see it, smell it, or touch it, then it must not exist.&#8221;</b> Does that sound at all familiar to you? I had 1,000 questions and I wanted to understand it NOW! I was functioning from my intellect and that is where I stayed most of the time. Why? Because that is where I was comfortable.</p>
<p> Here is the reason: There were events in my childhood so painful and overwhelming that at one point in my life I disconnected from my emotions.</p>
<p> The result was me disowning a very essential and important part of myself&#8211;my sense of knowing. Call it intuition. I found out years later emotions are your essential connector to your intuition.</p>
<p> <b>Pointer #1:</b> It is usually challenging to believe in something that you never had a tangible experience with (and know that it exists).</p>
<p> <b>Pointer #2:</b> If at some point in your life (due to overwhelming events) you disconnected from your emotions (which by the way most of us do), your sense of knowing (intuition) is greatly diminished or masked.</p>
<p> <b>That is why lots of folks are having a hard time relating to the concept of energy.</b> We don&#8217;t operate in those terms in our lives, on a day-to-day basis. However, that doesn&#8217;t mean energy doesn&#8217;t exist and it doesn&#8217;t affect our lives just because we don&#8217;t believe in it.</p>
<p> <b>Nowadays, it has been scientifically proven at the base of everything is energy.</b> We are energetic beings that vibrate at certain speeds. The sooner you&#8217;ll get this concept, the better off you&#8217;ll be.</p>
<p> <b>Pointer #3:</b> You are in charge of your vibration.</p>
<p> However, if you don&#8217;t know that, aren&#8217;t aware of the energy concept and the practical application of it in your life, you most likely are the victim of your environment and people around you. What do I mean?</p>
<p> <b>Everything you interact with on a day-to-day basis (be it people, things you do, or behavioral patterns you engage in) influences your energy levels and how you function in the world.</b> So how do you recognize an energy drain?</p>
<p> Here are some things to look for:</p>
</p>
<ol>
<li><b>People you talk to or interact with</b> (in person or on the phone), afterwards you feel tired and drained (people who complain a lot, people you look at and don&#8217;t feel right about, people who always just want to talk about themselves and their tragedies, etc.).</li>
<li><b>Places and circumstances that leave you feeling tired</b> (places with a lot of people like subways at rush hour, movie theaters or shopping malls, places where violent things have happened&#8211;like the Twin Towers, etc.).</li>
<li><b>The food you eat&#8211;especially processed foods</b> (those that come prepared in a boxes and cans, pizzas, hamburgers, chips, things you put into the microwave, sugar in any form, eating lots of red meat, and potatoes, overeating, etc.), after you eat them your energy greatly decreases.</li>
<li><b>Doing more than you can handle physically and emotionally,</b> going to extremes.</li>
<li><b>Always taking care of others and not having time for yourself.</b></li>
<li><b>Mostly &#8220;doing&#8221; instead of &#8220;being.&#8221;</b></li>
<li><b>Having unresolved emotional residue from the past</b> (like childhood trauma, things you had a hard time dealing with, etc.). These things create energetic weight you carry around and make it harder to deal with things on a day-to-day basis. Basically you expend twice as much energy.</li>
<li><b>Excessive use of alcohol, coffee, or other substances including medications and recreational drugs.</b> Energetically they create a gunk in your system and put you out of your body, so the more you use them, it becomes increasingly harder to function in life and be present with what&#8217;s going on. They decrease your vibration.</li>
<li><b>EMF (electro magnetic frequency).</b> This is a low vibration frequency that most of us are exposed to on a day-to-day basis from TV, microwave, computers, cell phones, fluorescent lighting, energy plants (nuclear or hydroelectric), airplanes, anything you plug into an electric socket (hairdryers, toasters, etc.).</li>
</ol>
<p> In closing our talk about energy management, let me tell you how a combination of some of these or all of these things can result in your life.</p>

<li>Feeling overwhelmed in life</li>
<li>Feeling depressed</li>
<li>Low sex drive</li>
<li>Reoccurring physical symptoms like eye strain, headaches, backaches</li>
<li>What&#8217;s the point attitude</li>
<li>Having hard time focusing</li>
<li>Sleeping disturbances</li>
<li>Inability to relax</li>
<li>Inability to fully enjoy life</li>
<li>Various physical and emotional ailments</li>
</ul>

<p>For those seeking to lower their cholesterol and to lose weight, an obvious dietary choice would be vegetarian meals that are low in fat.
<p>The great thing about these meals is that one need not worry excessively about measurements, calories etc, since most of the ingredients are low-fat.</p>
<p> Even in the case of the use of vegan items like Avocados, Coconuts, Durian, Nuts &#038; Seeds, these substances only have healthy fats with zero cholesterol levels, so they can still be used with healthy results. Here are a few of my favorite vegetarian meals that are low in fat content.</p>
<p> <b>SMOOTHIES</b></p>

First of all we have to recognize that any group that has the marketing power to advertise so extensively must have some seriously financial gain to be had. Even if we ignore the fact that vaccines inject toxic substances into our bodies, weaken our immune systems, often give the flu they are meant to protect against and only &#8216;protect&#8217; against a few strains of flu in the first place, there are even more compelling reasons why getting the flu shot is not doing your body any favors and in many cases can cause grave harm.</p>

<p>The majority of the 30,000 &#8220;scare&#8221; flu deaths are really pneumonia related deaths and the flu only causes about 1,000 deaths a year.</p>

This is about a simple and inexpensive synthetic amino acid related to common household vinegar called EDTA (EthyleneDiamineTetraAcetic Acid).</p>
<p> EDTA was developed by the Germans in 1931 to reverse <a href="http://health.amuchbetterway.com/search/label/Heavy%20Metals">heavy-metal poisoning</a> from the ingestion of lead, mercury, aluminum, cadmium, and more, especially rampant from the battlefields from World War 1. Chelation therapy is not some new and trendy miracle cure, but for various reasons, it&#8217;s one of the best guarded secrets out there flying beneath the mainstream health conscious radar, known for health improvement. If you realize even one or two gains from a huge list of alleged benefits, EDTA deserves to be classified as an astounding miracle compound.</p>

It also removes calcium from arteriosclerotic plaque. That&#8217;s the stuff that hardens the arteries and constricts blood flow to and from the heart. Studies have shown that by reducing harmful plaque, EDTA reduces blood pressure in about 60% of high blood pressure patients. Not only that, EDTA can reduce or reverse the effect of a stroke, particularly after the stroke, but even as late as two years following a stroke and it can reduce the need for bypass surgical procedures. EDTA can greatly reduce the need for lower extremity amputations.</p>
<p> Now comes a whole laundry list of benefits, as if the above wasn&#8217;t enough. EDTA dissolves kidney stones and protects against iron poisoning and toxic iron buildup in the liver. Regular use has also been shown to improve memory as well as of cholesterol buildup in the liver, thereby reducing blood cholesterol levels throughout the body. By cleaning out our arteries and vessels, EDTA chelation reduces or relaxes excessive heart contractions, helping to normalize 50% or better, of irregular heart rhythms. The risk of heart attacks or strokes is greatly reduced, especially as we age.</p>
<p> EDTA chelation helps to prevent and reduce osteoarthritis. It reduces and alleviates the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis. Chelation helps to smooth skin wrinkles and aids in restoring softer and more youthful skin in general. In addition, it helps to lower insulin requirements for diabetics. It even dissolves large and small blood clots. Studies and clinical trials have also shown that EDTA chelation can reverse diabetic gangrene as well as restore impaired vision, particularly in the diabetic whose suffering from macular degeneration. Diabetics should undoubtedly talk to their nutritionists about EDTA.</p>
<p> EDTA chelation treatment can help patients with very advanced chronic diseases and in the majority of cases bring the patient back to normal functioning. The treatment can clean up the blood vessels and organs of even the most severely ill patients, and many times the patient can then be successfully treated with the usual conventional treatments. However, medical science in the U.S. seems to be geared more to curing the disease after it&#8217;s onset, rather than overall prevention. I just have to wonder why more press and education isn&#8217;t made readily available, stressing simple and effective remedies, such as the subject of this article.</p>
<p> If I were a conspiracy theory advocate, I would almost suggest, as many people have, that the amount of money involved in treating crisis conditions would preclude the revenue generated from illness prevention, or wellness advocacy. It may end up shaking the current status quo from it&#8217;s complacency, possibly revolutionizing health care, as currently practiced in America. How much better would it be if we could spend more resources and attention on keeping people well, rather than concentrating on trying to make people better after they are sick. We should concentrate on health improvement and maintenance, possibly embracing non conventional methodology presently outside the current confines of empirical medicine.</p>

If you don&#8217;t pay attention to diet, if you don&#8217;t stop smoking, if you don&#8217;t take the proper nutritional supplements, if you don&#8217;t exercise regularly, if you won&#8217;t make the lifestyle changes necessary for good health, then eventually you&#8217;ll be back to square one or worse. <li> Melons, as a rule eat alone or leave alone.</li>

<li> Do not drink liquids of any kind with your meals. It only dilutes the digestive juices in your stomach leading to indigestion and constipation.</li>
<li> As a rule of thumb, don&#8217;t drink anything but water an hour or 2 prior to and/or after eating your meals.</li>

<p>I believe that a raw, vegan diet is the most natural, healthful way for humans to eat and I personally eat vegetarian and approximately 50% raw.  My version of raw is to avoid anything that has seen the inside of an oven or microwave. It is fairly simple.  I want items such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and salads in their natural forms.  I will gorge on sushi and I throw raw, organic, cage free eggs in my smoothies.</p>
<p>I personally don&#8217;t buy into the combination theories.  I doubt our prehistoric ancestors (or our primate cousins) were pairing their foods.  I am not saying that the whole idea has no merit, just that I have yet to be convinced.
</p>
<p>Instead I  try to pay attention to what my body tells me and if I feel like crap after eating something (gluten or dairy for example), then I lay off it.  It all goes back to trusting your instincts.  I feel and look my best when I eat a gigantic salad every day and as much fruit as I can so that is the direction I try to take myself.</p>

<p>Having a healthy colon is the key to long term health and finding good colon healthy recipes is one way to help keep your body healthy. While it might be difficult to actually locate recipes that are labeled to be healthy for the colon, you can learn to recognize them by the ingredients that they contain- namely fresh fruits and vegetables. In addition, a healthy recipe will contain little or no white flour and white sugar. Perhaps the best recipe for colon health, however is to include lots of fruits and vegetables in your meals as described below.
<p> The large intestine or colon is where the results of the entire digestive process gather up to leave the body. Due to poor eating habits, most people have an unhealthy colon resulting in constipation. If your colon is not in tip top shape, food can get trapped in the lining and start to rot. It can also become hardened in there and can even be trapped in your colon for years!</p>
<p> Of course, food plays a big role in the health of your colon. There are many arguments for the pros and cons of a vegan diet, however when it comes to colon health, a vegetarian way of eating has many benefits.</p>
<p> Animal foods are hard to digest where plant foods are quite easy to digest. So, colon healthy recipes will include little or no animal foods and be based mainly on whole grains, fruits and vegetables. In addition to good colon health, using recipes made with these foods will have a pronounced effect on your overall health in general.</p>
<p> Vegetables and fruits are very colon friendly and can be processed or digested quite easily by the body. They contain a variety of vitamins and minerals as well as enzymes and fiber- all things that are essential to good health. Fiber, in particular, is good for your colon health as it adds bulk which helps to pass the food along the digestive tract.</p>
<p> One simple and easy breakfast recipe could be a fruit salad with oatmeal (not the packaged or instant stuff). Natural fruit juice can be quite healthy too although it does not have fiber and drinking a lot of water will also help with the digestive process. </p>
<p> Always try to include a salad for lunch with lots of dark leafy greens. Stay away from the iceburg and try to include romaine lettuce and spinach as these have more vitamins. Broccoli, carrots, cauliflower and kale are great additions to any salad. Don&#8217;t forget the olives and artichokes for a little zest. Instead of bottled dressing which is probably loaded with sugar, try olive oil and vinegar- you might even mix in some fresh herbs and create your own salad dressing recipe!</p>
<p> For snacks, stay away from anything that comes in a package and go for raw nuts, fruit, veggies or even a nice fruit smoothie- made with real fresh fruit, of course! If you need something crunchy try spreading all natural peanut butter on celery (this can also help to satisfy any cravings for sweets). </p>
<p> Colon healthy recipes for dinner follow the same common sense rules. Try cutting down on the red meat and eating fresh fish along with a salad and perhaps some steamed broccoli, zucchini and carrots. If you need something more substantial try adding brown rice, corn on the cob or potatoes. </p>
<p> Just like with any other aspect of your health, eating nutritious healthy foods is a sure fire way to keep your colon, and your whole body, in good health.</p>

<p>Like clock work, almost every Friday at the firm where I pick my girlfriend up from, there is always pizza, sandwiches and sodas for the engineers and even their loved ones. </p>
<p> And just like the same clock-work, I always have to politely decline the offers to join in considering my rather strict (albeit basic and simple) dietetic choices because I only eat raw or properly cooked fruits and vegetables.</p>
<p> Now the common questions I hear when I mention this to anyone (which I&#8217;ve decided to stop doing by the way&#8230;) are &#8220;can vegans get enough sustenance?&#8221;. Besides that main one, the other ones are &#8220;What do you eat for protein?&#8221;, &#8220;It doesn&#8217;t sound very healthy to me, don&#8217;t you miss meat?&#8221;</p>
<p> Well, suffice it to say that even though these people  may mean well with their intentions, the concerns may not be  necessary.</p>
<p> I&#8217;m not trying to use this medium to be a pro-vegan or anything to that effect, but it&#8217;s safe to assume that almost everyone by now is aware of the benefits of a vegetarian diet, so I&#8217;ll avoid preaching to the choir in that regard.</p>
<p> However, as far as meeting our nutrient needs on such a diet, let&#8217;s go over the following:</p>
<p> <b> 1. &#8220;Where do you get your protein?&#8221; </b></p>
<p> The need of protein for the human body is about a nickel&#8217;s weight worth, the excess is basically excreted in urine. Based on research, the need for amino acids is highly exaggerated as only 16% or our body is protein. </p>
<p> <b> 2. What about Calcium? </b></p>
<p> Although milk is a source of calcium, you certainly don&#8217;t need milk to get plenty of calcium. The milk of any animal is basically too rich humans. It is highly acidic and mucus forming. </p>
<p> Now, to answer the question-can vegans get enough sustenance for calcium needs? Here&#8217;s some calcium-rich foods to try: spinach, collard greens, kale,  fortified orange juice, sesame seeds, broccoli, almonds and carrots.</p>
<p> <b> 3. What about Iron? </b></p>
<p>According to nutritionist, Albert Mosseri; sufficient proof that anemia is not caused by lack of iron in a vegetarian diet is that the disease actually regresses during fasting!</p>
<p> <b> 4. Okay, What about B12&#8230;answer that! </b></p>
<p>The truth is if you used to eat meat, you may already have enough B12 stored in your body to be recycled and re-used for up to twenty or thirty years.</p>
<p> Moreover, those who insist that you may at risk of a vitamin b12 deficiency as a vegetarian are as likely to be deficient as you are. That&#8217;s because B12 deficiency tends to be caused more often by poor absorption than by inadequate intake.</p>
<p> I admit, though some non-vegetarians show bodily vigor, they usually do not possess the vegetarian&#8217;s endurance and strength. Take a look at Bill Pearl, five-time winner of the Mr. Universe pageant. </p>
<p> So, if you are still curious to know if a vegetarian can get enough nutrients, well no worries, they can.</p>
