Ever wonder if it could get any better than this? It can.</p>
<p>Heres a wake up call to men of all ages. Its up to you to make it better. Take hold of the reins and do the unexpected. Surprise your baby and shell surprise you beyond your wildest expectations. Give her some sexy lingerie for, then sit back and enjoy the show! Lingerie  the gift that keeps on giving!</p>
<p>Women love to look pretty, men love to look at pretty women, so whats the problem here? Granted, most mens ultimate goal is to get their women naked, but throw into the equation a tightly laced bustier with a skirted garter and fishnet hose  heck, getting there is half the fun!</p>
<p>Lingerie comes in many styles and materials and is conveniently available online (for those of us who dont particularly want to make a trip to Victorias Secret). Online lingerie retailers ship their products discreetly in plain boxes so as not to spill the beans to the neighbors, your wife, or the person you want to surprise. And theres good news for those men who like their women big: plenty of stores out there that offer plus size lingerie, up to 3X!</p>
<p>With all this in mind, men need to become educated consumers in a world of lingerie that is primarily dominated by women. It is for this reason that I have taken it upon myself to write this informative Mans Guide to Womens Lingerie.</p>
<p>Corsets and Bustiers: a history of lingerie</p>
<p>As recently as the 1830&#8242;s, the corset was thought of as a medical necessity. Being that women were the weaker sex, they needed the support of a laced corset to hold them up for any length of time. Girls from the ages of two or three began their lives being strapped in daily to a tight laced corset. Unfortunately for the women, by the time they reached their prime they were unable to stand or sit upright for very long without getting the &#8220;vapors&#8221;.</p>
<p>Early corsets were made from canvas, (plenty of that around from all the sailing ships) and had laces all the way up the back pulled so tight as to make it darn near impossible to draw a deep breath. Needless to say, the prevailing fashion (or fetish) of the day was a very small waist line.</p>
<p>Todays modern corset is made from softer and suppler materials such as silk, satin and lace, (as well as leather) to name a few. It is designed to accentuate a womans curves, not to alter them. For many men there is nothing more arousing than the sight of a willing accomplice all dressed up in a tight, laced up leather corset, and its a turn on for the women too!</p>
<p>Out of the corset evolved the bustier, predecessor to the modern day brazier. It seems that men even back then liked to see their womens breasts pushed up and squeezed together!<br />
A bustier is basically an underwire bra that extends down to the waistline. Traditionally with a lace up front, todays bustiers can fasten in a variety of ways. Zippers, snaps, hooks and eyes, (remember the trouble we had undoing bras in high school?) even Velcro seems to get the job done. Keep in mind the fastenings when considering a lingerie purchase. The removal of these garments can at times try a mans patience. Remember the times when youve been asked to take it easy and slow down? Do it now and savor the moment!</p>
<p>Another popular lingerie design is whats known as the Teddy. Similar to a corset in design, a teddy is a one piece suit that starts out as a bustier, extends down between the legs as a thong, and ends up fastening to the back of the bodice. Simple by definition, teddies can take the form of something resembling a harness, to a full fledged zippered, hooked, and laced corset with an attached thong. Many teddies come with garter belts attached, adding endless possibilities for some naughty, bad little girls psychopathic imagination to run wild with.</p>
<p>For the truly innocent, perpetual virgin nice girl look, consider the Baby Doll. A short mini hanging to the waist that can be worn with or without the matching bra and panties, the baby doll is usually made from some sheer, lightweight material with varying degrees of transparency. The baby doll lingerie style gets its name from; wellyou figure it out!</p>
<p>Today, ladies lingerie is easier than ever to shop for. Do a search on lingerie and youll find a multitude of reputable lingerie dealers and merchants. Browse through their catalogs and youre sure to find something that stirs your, um interest.</p>
<p>Sizing is an issue that must be dealt with, and a good lingerie site will have size charts easily accessible. While lingerie is generally pretty forgiving size wise, (a lot of lingerie is marked one size fits all) you should know at a minimum if shes a small, medium or large. If you see sizes like 32, 38, etc.why dont you just ask her her size! <span id="more-123"></span></p>
<p>When shopping for lingerie, keep in mind that a gift of lingerie should stimulate both you and your partner. Get her something that you like, and dont be afraid to push the envelope! Lingerie encompasses a huge variety of styles; from a couple of pasties and a thong to an elegant satin and lace gown with matching bra and panties!</p>
<p>Do not overlook the possibilities of Leather Lingerie. Leather has become mainstream and is not just for bikers and sado/masochists any more. Women love the feel of leather on their bare skin, and peeling off a tight leather teddy is a real treat!</p>

<p>Binaural beats are unique sounds recorded in such a way that they re-adjust the brain wave frequencies of the listener automatically. Through a technological technique that has been named brain entrainment, binaural beats can change the mental and physical state of anyone who listens.</p>
<p>Analysis has shown that some brainwaves, like intense relaxation, are ideal for learning and retaining new information while delta brainwave states promote relaxed healthy sleep. Until the adaptation of binaural beats tapes, CDs and MP3s, the only technique to create deliberate changes in your brainwave patterns was with deep meditation. For thousands of years this type of meditation has only been possible for practitioners of meditation with over 20 years experience, such as Zen Buddhist Monks.</p>
<p>However, by using binaural beats it is now possible for every person to enter these kind of meditative states within minutes only by using good headphones and a specifically recorded pre-made binuaral beats recording.</p>
<p>Although the science consists of brain entrainment is a bit complex to explore the basic premise is easy to comprehend. Binaural beats were discovered by Heinrich Wilhelm Dove when he was an Assosiate Professor at the University in Berlin. Prof Dove discovered that when 2 similar sounds, that differ only slightly in frequency, are presented separately to left and right ear (Binaural) they will cause a pulsation or beat type effect to occur in the brain.</p>
<p>It was in the late &#8217;70s when Scientific American published the research paper by Dr. Gerald Oster called &#8220;Auditory Beats in the Brain&#8221;. This paper showed how Dr. Oster took Prof. Dove&#8217;s discovery and through research found that by utilizing these binaural beats he could direct the brain processes of the listener to match the internal beat created by the binaural beats. When this occurred the brainwaves of the listener began to resonate with the same frequency as the binaural beats. Thus Oster found that through this technology he was able to change the brainwave frequencies of the listener and bring about deliberate mental states.</p>
<p>To the normal person this would just be another scientific discovery that has lnothing to do with real life and our everyday routines were it not for the fact that everything you do in life has a corresponding brainwave pattern. Most times the effects you wish to create are affected bycorrespond to the state your brainwaves are in at that moment. The things you do have a dominant frequency associated with each and every one. When you are in a state of deep relaxation when asleep your brain has a specific frequency associated with it with specific patterns such as Theta waves. When you a physical state where you are alert and intensly concentarting your brain is engaged in Beta or even Gamma frequency patterns. When you enter a state of focused relaxation like enjoying TV, imagining or while under the influence of hypnosis, you are in the Alpha state. This is also the state experienced with most forms of meditation. However men and women with year of meditative experience, like Zen Buddhist Monks, can enter Theta and Delta states while staying extremely aware. These states, would normally take an entire life to achieve by pratcising meditation, can be prompted within minutes using binaural beats.</p>
<p>&#8220;This all sounds great&#8221;, you may say but how does it affect me? It is possible to induce meditative states at will using binaural beats? Is this relevant to you and me? In order to answer that question it is best to look at the benefits of meditation.<br />

A recent double-blind study conducted in Israel has confirmed what hearth-healthy Italians have enjoyed for centuries &#8211; tomatoes (and tomato sauce) lower blood pressure and the risk of heart disease.</p>
<p>Dr. Esther Paran, head of the hypertension division of Soroka Medical Center, led up the Israeli study. It involved patients who were already being treated for hypertension, but were not responding well to the medications. Dr. Paran had patients take a supplement of tomato extract. The results were a significant drop in blood pressure after just four weeks.</p>
<p>Tomatoes are so effective at lowering blood pressure because they contain lycopene. This potent antioxidant is even the focus of some hybrid tomatoes grown by the Israeli company, Lycomato, in order to have higher concentrations of lycopene in each piece of fruit. Other antioxidants found in tomatoes make this one super-food in the prevention of heart disease. It can even help keep LDL cholesterol from oxidizing which makes it stick to the arteries and narrow the passage way causing blood pressure to increase.</p>
<p>Even during the peak growing season it can be difficult to consume four whole tomatoes each day, which is the recommended amount for having a positive impact on blood pressure. Here are some ways to get the benefits of tomatoes without having to eat them straight off the vine.</p>
<p>1. Make Chili. Using tomato puree, which is a concentrated form of tomatoes, as the base for your chili utilizes the antioxidants without the bulk of a whole tomato. Add some ultra-lean and high protein ground bison and kidney beans with minced garlic and onions, and cayenne pepper and you have a heart-healthy main course and a full day&#8217;s allowance of tomato.</p>

<p>5. Take a tomato supplement. If you just can&#8217;t stomach tomatoes, then a 200 mg supplement provides the equivalent of more than the recommended four tomatoes.</p>
<p>Adding tomatoes to your diet can reduce systolic blood pressure by 10 points and diastolic pressure by 4 points as was evident in the Israel study. Whatever way you slice it, tomatoes will keep strengthen your immune system and lower blood pressure.</p>

<p>Its a fact that 95% of all balding or bald men suffer from male pattern baldness. Male pattern baldness usually starts with a receding hairline at the front and is frequently accompanied with thinning at the top.</p>
<p>Over time, this thinning turns into a full fledged bald spot, and the bald spot grows to cover the head, apart from the sides and around the back.</p>
<p>Regardless of this, as long as there is a single hair left on my head Ill still demand a stylish coiffure. So, what balding hairstyle options are available?</p>
<p>The worst balding mens hairstyle is the comb over. This is the classic look beloved of men of a certain age whereby the hair is grown longer on one side of the head and combed over the bald area to the other side.</p>
<p>This strategy only spells disaster even in the slightest of breezes and is to be avoided at all costs.</p>
<p>But assuming you already know this, what are the other dos and don&#8217;ts to balding mens hairstyles?</p>
<p>The first common mistake is combing the hair straight back. This may cover bald spots, but it only exposes the forehead and draws attention to the receding hairline.</p>
<p>The second is growing your hair longer at the back to make up for what&#8217;s lacking on top. This unbalances the head and draws even more attention to the scalp and the baldness.</p>
<p>Younger men with thinning hair might be tempted to use gel but this isnt recommended. Gel clumps your hair together and reveals the scalp.</p>
<p>Likewise, growing your hair long in an attempt to cover up actually causes hair to separate and show more scalp.</p>
<p>So, what are the dos?</p>
<p>Get more natural looking fluff to your hair by using mousses and conditioners.</p>
<p>Grow your remaining hair by a few inches, get it layered and brush it forward to break up the receding hairline.</p>
<p>If your hairline isnt receding too badly, but the top of your head is thinning, you can get away with keeping the front long and combing your hair straight back to cover the bald spot.</p>
<p>Eventually however, your bald spot will expand.</p>
<p>The ultimate balding mens hairstyle when faced with a shiny bald dome, is to go the whole hog and shave it off or at least a very close trim.</p>
<p>Youll probably be amazed at peoples reactions and the compliments youll get  the shaved look is a totally acceptable balding hairstyle these days.</p>
<p>Start with electric clippers like you find in the barbers. After you&#8217;ve clipped the heavy stuff, lather up with shaving gel. This gives you a closer, smoother shave than shaving cream.</p>
<p>Then using a razor, start at the top and shave down with the grain taking care at the back &#8211; its recommended to watch what youre doing with a small mirror.</p>
<p>Shaving your head only takes a few minutes and you don&#8217;t need to do it every day (two to three times a week is fine).<br />

Taking care of your new shaved head is much like taking care of your face. Wash regularly with moisturizing soap, rather than a harsh deodorant soap that can dry out the skin on your head.</p>
<p>Also use a good quality moisturizer after every wash  cheaper moisturizers will just clog up your pores.</p>
<p>For the summer, find a moisturizer with a sun protection factor of at least 15 to avoid sunburn on your head. And you&#8217;ll need a warm hat in winter to maintain your body heat.</p>

<p>Improving the first three components of fitness listed above will have a positive impact on body composition and will result in less fat. Excessive body fat detracts from the other fitness components, reduces performance, detracts from appearance, and negatively affects your health.</p>
<p>Factors such as speed, agility, muscle power, eye-hand coordination, and eye-foot coordination are classified as components of &#8220;motor&#8221; fitness. These factors most affect your athletic ability. Appropriate training can improve these factors within the limits of your potential. A sensible weight loss and fitness program seeks to improve or maintain all the components of physical and motor fitness through sound, progressive, mission specific physical training.</p>

<p>1. Find a mental health professional you trust. A person diagnosed with bipolar disorder needs to establish a relationship with a trusted mental health professional where an open and honest exchange can take place.</p>
