Basic Lesson: Cave Habitats

Knowledge About Caves

What is a Nature Lover ?

Welcome to The Nature Lovers Club

Indonesia is an archipelago that has about 17,504 islands, consists of five large islands, namely: Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi and Irian Jaya and the series of islands is also called the "Nusantara".

Indonesia has more than 400 volcanoes and 130 of which include active volcanoes. Most of the volcano is located on the ocean floor and not visible from the surface of the sea. Indonesia is the meeting place of two series of active volcanoes (Ring of Fire). There are dozens of active faults in the region of Indonesia.

Nature lovers,

the two words are probably always a big question mark on the head of every man, as a lover of Nature itself contains a broad variety of terms to arise from each group, groups, and even individuals. Lovers have basic word Love means admire and love, Lovers is a person or a "doer", while Nature as its object, so that means Nature Lovers who love, admire, and love of Nature.

Different views, different meanings of Nature Lovers also makes sense to be very broad. However, if viewed from its activities, Nature Lovers can be divided into several groups:

The first group are

those whose hobby to cultivate the wild. They usually like to be in a position or a challenge to find a "satisfaction" of its own. Its activities include mountain climbing, rock climbing, cave search, roaming the woods, etc.

The second group are

those who are oriented towards saving the environment. Examples of mangrove planting activities, plant and animal breeding, and rescue operation, the observation of social - economic - cultural community, etc.

The third group are

those that perform the first and second group. They are in addition to cultivate the wild, they are also attempting to preserve the environment.

There is also meant to mean that Lovers who love, and Nature means that everything that is around us. Nature means everything, both living things and inanimate objects, which exist in this world. Air, soil, and water is a part of Nature that help our survival. Similarly, plants, animals, and humans, they are included as part of this Nature. Their existence to each other influence each other.

From both these terms, there is confusion in the term "Nature Lover" are:

"Among those who love Nature (environment) and those who love adventure in the wild".

But do not let the debate and discord among us who feel love for this universe...
