हाम्रो संसारको ईतिहास नाटकीय घटनाहरुले भरिपुर्ण छ, येस्तै केहि घटनाहरुका कारण संसारमा कैयौ परिवर्तन हरु पनि भएका छन् । येस्तै केहि बिशेष ऐतिहासिक क्षणहरु हरु तस्बिर या फोटो दस्तवेजका रुपमा पनि उपलब्ध छन। आज हामी तपाईंलाई केही यस्तै परिवर्तनकारी क्षणका चुनिन्दा तस्विरहरु देखाउने छौ । जुन हजारौं शब्दहरु भन्दा पनि शक्तिसाली छन, साथै यी तस्बिर हरु ति ऐतिहासिक क्षणका शाक्षी पनि हुन, ल आउनुहोस हेरौ तेस्तै केहि तस्बिर हरु ।

टावरमा काम गर्दै गर्दा हाई भोल्टेज तारको संपर्कमा आउदा भएको दुर्घट्ना पछी मुख बाट साश दिदै संगै काम गर्ने अर्को कामदार। १९६७ मा खिचिएको यो तस्बिर 'किस् अफ लाईफ' को नाम बाट ईतिहासमा प्रसिद्ध छ।

1936 मा हिटलर को सम्मानमा सबै जनाले उसलाइ सेल्युट गरे । तर भीडमा उभिएको एकजना मानिस लाई यो गर्न ठिक लागेन । तपाईलाइ के लाग्छ पछी उसको के हाल भयो होला?

3. Proper hand positioning.

Adequate leg room should be available under the work surface. materials should not be stored under work surface. The work surface should accommodate all required materials. Item used infrequently should be stored elsewhere. The height of the work surface should adjusted to the level of the elbows with the arms hanging the sides.

If using an unadjustable work surface on a temporary basis adjust the chair height so the level of the elbows is approximately the same height as the keyboard. If the feet do not rest flat on the floor or excessive pressure is felt on the back of legs, a footrest should be used.

Usual zone: this area should contain only items that are used most frequently, like keyboard, mouse, and note pad.

Occasional zone: this area should contain only items that are used periodically, like telephone, calculator, in out try, rolodex.

घर बनाउने योजनामा रहेकी महिता राणाको मन सनसिटी अपार्टमेन्टमा पुगेपछि परिवर्तन भयो। उनले अपार्टमेन्ट खरिद गर्ने मनसाय बनाइन्। परियो जना निरीक्षण गरेपछि उनको अनुहारमा एक प्रकारको सन्तुष्टि झल्किरहेको थियो। घर खरिद गर्न दिइएको स्किम थाहा पाएपछि उनी अझ उत्साहित भइन्। यस्तो किन भन्ने नारीको जिज्ञासा शान्त गर्न उनले भनिन्-

'यहाँ एक त आफूले सोच्न पनि नसकेका सम्पूर्ण सुविधा उपलब्ध छन्, अर्को यहाँबाट सबैतिर जान सजिलो छ। यहाँ हस्पिटल, कलेज तथा सार्वजनिक यातायातको राम्रो सुविधा छ। मलाई दिनभरि डुलेर घर हेर्ने फुर्सद पनि छैन। त्यसैले आजै बुक गरेर जान्छु। फेरि यो धेरै महँगो पनि रहेनछ र गुणस्तर पनि विश्वासयोग्य लाग्यो।'

कोलोनी बसाइका लागि नारायणस्थान, सीतापाइला, भैंसेपाटी तथा रिंगरोड पुगेकाहरूले पछिल्लो समयमा बेहोर्नँपरेका ट्राफिक समस्या र असुरक्षाले पनि मानिसहरूलाई सहरतर्फ धकेलेको हो। परिणाम ५ वर्षयता अग्ला अपार्टमेन्टको निर्माण सहरभित्र बढेको छ। बितेको १ वर्षमा मात्र करिब डेढ दर्जन हाउजिङ कम्पनीले संयुक्त आवास निर्माणका लागि काठमाडौं नगर विकासबाट अनुमति लिएपछि यसको लोकप्रियता प्रस्ट हुन्छ।

सनसिटी टावरकी अनिता केसीका अनुसार अग्ला अपार्टमेन्टले सीमित जग्गामा सम्पूर्ण घरको विकल्प दिन सकेकाले पनि यसको माग बढेको हो। फराकिलो हुँदै गएको मध्यम वर्गको दायरा र विदेशसँग नेपालीको बढ्दो हिमचिमका कारण पनि अपार्टमेन्ट एउटा फेसन र स्टाटस सिम्बोल बनेको छ। सम्पन्न परिवारका युवा-युवतीहरूबीच घर हुँदाहुँदै आफ्नो छुट्टै अपार्टमेन्ट किनेर भए पनि राख्ने होड पनि चलेको देखिन्छ। सनराइज टावरकी सिनियर मार्केटिङ एक्जिक्युटिभ अर्पना पोखरेलका अनुसार संचयकोषको पैसा निकालेर वा सेयर बेचेर भए पनि मानिसहरू घर अथवा अपार्टमेन्ट खरिद गर्न थालेका छन्। हाल हाउजिङ उद्योगमा करिब

केही कमजोर पक्ष

आफूले सोचेको भन्दा कम पैसामा सुन्दर नगरीमा बस्न पाइने भएकाले बिलासिता खोज्ने वर्ग अपार्टमेन्टतर्फ आकषिर्त छ। ताहाचल, सानेपा, टेकु डिल्लीबजार, महाराजगंज, लाजिम्पाट, अनामनगर, इमाडोल, नख्खु, धोबीघाट, गोठाटार आदि ठाउँमा अग्ला अपार्टमेन्टहरू बन्दैछन्। यद्यपि कुनै विचार नगरी निर्णय गरेर पछि पछुताउनेहरू पनि थुप्रै छन्। महाराजगंजकी तृष्णा थापा अपार्टमेन्ट खरिद गर्दा पर्याप्त विचार पुर्‍याउनुपर्ने कुरामा जोड दिन्छिन् । अपार्टमेन्टमा देखिएको समस्या भनेको सामानहरू चाँडै बिग्रनु हो। प्लब्ािङको काममा पनि निकै त्रुटि भेटिन्छन्। सामाजिक जीवनको भिन्नता अर्को एउटा समस्या हो। थापा भन्छिन्-'कतिपय मानिस अपार्टमेन्टलाई निकै सस्तो मान्छन् तर पनि म यसलाई सस्तो भन्दिनँ। त्यहाँ प्रयोग भएका सामग्री प्रयोग गर्ने हो भने त्यो भन्दा सस्तोमा घर बनाउन सकिन्छ।'

मानिसको बाहिरी संरचनाले उसको भित्री पहिचान गराउन सक्दैन। छिमेकी नराम्रो पर्‍यो भने असुरक्षित भइन्छ। यस्ता भवनहरूप्रति उचित मूल्य, सुरक्षा एवं आरामका दृष्टिले सबै आकषिर्त छन् तर यसको गुणस्तर कति छ भन्ने कुरामा सबैजना अन्योलमा पर्छन्। सबै निर्माताले आफ्नो भवन भूकम्प प्रतिरोधात्मक भनेर विज्ञापन गरेका हुन्छन्। त्यसको मापदण्ड सही छ-छैन कसैले निरीक्षण गरेका छैनन्। भूकम्पको जोखिममा रहेको काठमाडौंमा ठूलाठूला भवनहरूमा बस्दाको रिस्क फ्याक्टरको आँकलन गर्दा मनै सिरिङ्ग हुन्छ।

यहाँ विभिन्न मानिस बसोबास गर्ने हुँदा सांस्कृतिक एवं आर्थिक समानता पाइँदैन। विभिन्न अपार्टमेन्टका थुपै्र विज्ञापनका कारण ग्राहकहरू अन्योलमा पर्छन्। उनीहरूलाई फ्ल्याटको क्षेत्रफल एवं तुलनात्मक मूल्य ठम्याउन गार्‍हो छ। यस क्रममा डेभलोपरले तयार गरेको घर कस्तो हुन्छ ? डिजाइन कस्तो बनाउने ? डेभलोपरको नाममा जग्गा छ कि छैन ? कहिले बनाइसक्छ, लोकेसन, सुरक्षास्थिति आदि सबै कुराको जानकारी लिनुपर्छ। अपार्टमेन्ट खरिद गरेपछि यसमा इन्टेरियरका लागि आफ्नो अलग्गै पैसा खर्च हुन्छ। भवन निर्माण हुनुअघि पैसा तिर्नुपर्नेले आफ्नो पैसाको प्रतिफल आउन वर्षौं कुर्नँपर्छ। पछि भवन बन्न सकेन भने केवल ग्राहकले तिरेको पैसामात्र फिर्ता हुन्छ। यस्तो समुदायमा बस्दा आफूलाई नचाहिएको सेवाका लागि पनि अतिरिक्त महसुल बुझाउनुपर्छ, जसले गर्दा महिनाको ६ देखि ७ हजारसम्म अतिरिक्त खर्च हुन सक्छ।

फेसबुक साथीदेखि सावधान !

फेसबुकको रिक्वेस्ट लिस्टमा झुल्किएको वा सामान्य चिनजानकै भरमा कसैलाई साथी बनाउनुभएको छ भने सचेत हुनुस् । त्यस्तो साथीले फेसबुकको फोटो र सूचना दुरुपयोग गरी तपाईंलाई फसाउन पनि सक्छ । प्रेमविवाहपछि सुमधुर दाम्पत्य सुरु गरेका ललितपुरका एक जोडी यस्तै घटनाबाट पीडित छन् । आफैंलाई पढाएको शिक्षकले फेसबुक दुरुपयोग गरी चरित्रहत्याको प्रयास गरेपछि ती युवती मानसिक तनावमा छिन् भने उनलाई विवाह गर्ने युवक त्यत्तिकै अलमल्ल छन् । फेसबुक मित्रताको दुरुपयोग गर्ने भोजराज सुब्बा भने हाल प्रहरी हिरासतमा छन् । उनी ललितपुरस्थित एक कलेजका कम्प्युटर अध्यापक हुन् । आफैंलाई पढाएका अध्यापक फेसबुकमा मित्रताको प्रस्ताव गर्ने सूचीमा झुल्किएपछि युवतीले उनलाई फेसबुकमा सजिलै स्वीकारिन् ।
मित्रता गाँसेपछि उनले फेसबुकमा राखेको तस्बिरमा अध्यापक सुब्बाको पहुँच पुग्यो । ती तस्बिर डाउनलोड गरी सुब्बाले अश्लील तस्बिरमा उनको टाउको जोडिदिने र विभिन्न व्यक्तिलाई इमेलमार्फत पठाइदिने गर्न थाले । ती तस्बिरहरू साथीभाइ र आफन्त सबैकोमा पुगेपछि यो दम्पतीबीच पारिवारिक मनमुटाव बढेको घटनाको अनुसन्धानमा संलग्न ललितपुर प्रहरीका एक अधिकृतले बताए ।

प्रहरीका अनुसार सुब्बाले ती युवतीको अश्लील फोटो नक्कली इमेलमार्फत विभिन्न व्यक्ति र उनकै श्रीमानको इमेलमा समेत पठाएका थिए । सुब्बाले ती युवतीकै नामबाट इमेलसमेत खोली विभिन्न व्यक्तिलाई आफू यौन व्यवसायी रहेको भन्दै सम्पर्कका लागि आह्वान गरेर अश्लील तस्बिर पठाउने गरेको प्रहरी उपरीक्षक विक्रमसिं थापाले बताए । 'सुब्बाले ती युवतीको घरको ठेगाना र फोन नम्बरसमेत सार्वजनिक गरी दुःख दिने गरेको पाइएको छ,' थापाले भने, 'दुई वर्षअघि अध्यापनका क्रममा सुब्बाले युवतीबारे सबै जानकारी संकलन गरेको देखिन्छ ।' ती युवतीप्रति आकषिर्त सुब्बा आफ्नो उद्देश्यमा सफल हुन नसकेपछि प्रतिशोध स्वरूप यो घटना गराएको प्रहरीको अनुमान छ ।

युवतीका पतिले यो घटनाका कारण आफ्नो परिवार चर्को मानसिक तनाव बेहोर्न बाध्य भएको बताए । 'अपरिचित ठाउँबाट गलत उद्देश्यले श्रीमतीको मोबाइलमा दिनहुँ फोन आउन थाले,' उनले भने, 'मान्छेले घर र कोठा सोध्दै आउन थालेपछि अति भएर प्रहरीमा खबर गरेको हुँ ।'

उजुरीपछि पीडित युवतीको इमेल र फेसबुक एकाउन्टमार्फत शंकास्पद व्यक्तिबारे निगरानी बढाइएको प्रहरीले जनाएको छ । अपराध अनुसन्धान महाशाखाको विशेष टोलीको सहयोगमा पीडक सुब्बालाई पक्राउ गर्न सकिएको उपरीक्षक थापाले जनाए ।

यो घटनामा सुब्बासँगै संलग्न भएको आशंकामा फेसबुकमा नक्कली एकाउन्ट बनाएका अन्य केहीमाथि पनि निगरानी बढाइएको उनले बताए । प्रहरी थुनामा रहेका सुब्बाले सञ्चारकर्मीसामु आफूले इमेल र फेसबुक दुरुपयोग गरेको स्वीकारेका छन् ।

प्रहरीका अनुसार सुमधुर सम्बन्धमा रहेको यो दम्पतीमा यो फेसबुक घटनाले नराम्रो फाटो ल्याएको छ । गलत आचरणकी युवतीलाई बिहे गरेको भन्दै उनका पतिलाई अभिभावकले सम्बन्ध विच्छेद गर्न दबाब दिएका छन् । तनावका कारण युवतीले हाल आफूले गरिरहेको काम छाडेर घरमै बसिरहेकी छन् ।

महानगरीय प्रहरी, अपराध अनुसन्धान महाशाखाका वरिष्ठ प्रहरी उपरीक्षक रणबहादुर चन्दका अनुसार पछिल्लो समयमा लोकप्रिय बनेको सामाजिक सञ्जाल फेसबुकमार्फत अरूको चरित्रहत्या गर्ने र अश्लील सामग्री राख्ने क्रम बढेको छ ।

'अरूको नाममा एकाउन्ट खोली फोटोसमेत उसैको राखी झुक्याउने चलन बढेको छ,' उनले भने, 'यसतर्फ प्रयोगकर्ता अत्यन्तै सजग हुनु जरुरी छ ।' अधिकांश लोकप्रिय व्यक्तिका एकाउन्ट नक्कली भेटिएका छन् । साइबर अपराध बढ्न थालेपछि प्रहरीले यससम्बन्धी अनुसन्धानका लागि छुट्टै सेल खडा गरेको छ । एक वर्ष अवधिमा ८/१० उजुरी परेकामा अधिकांशमा प्रहरी सफल भएको चन्दले बताए । प्रहरीका अनुसार ललितपुर प्रहरी परिसरमा थुनामा रहेका सुब्बामाथिको अभियोग प्रमाणित भए ५ वर्षसम्म कैद र एक लाख रुपैयाँसम्म जरिवाना हुन सक्छ ।

अर्काको बाइकमा चढ्नै नहुने। सडकको डिभाइडरमा लगेर ठोक्कायो। म त ठहरै। यति चाँडै मरिएलाजस्तो त लागेको थिएन। मरेपछि, सुख्ख पाइन्छ भन्ने कुरा पनि बकवास नै रैछ। असली दुख्ख त मरेपछि सुरु हुँदोरैछ।
माथि हेर्दा आँखा तिर्मिराउने भर्याडङको आठसय छप्पन्न खुट्किलामाथि छु। हिँड्दा खुट्किला गन्ने बानी पनि राम्रै हो, कम्तीमा उक्लिएका खुटि्कला त याद रहे। पिडौला बेस्मारी गलेका छन्। आँत सुकेको छ।
हिँडेको हिँड्यै छु।
सिढीमा कनी-कनी उक्लिरहेका बुढाहरू पनि भेटिन्छन्। ती मुन्टो निहुराउँदै हिँड्छन्। कुन्नि कुन देशबाट आका हुन्, भाषा पनि बुझिन्न।
बीचमा एकजना बुढा भेटिएका थिए। नेपाली नै रैछन्।
‘कता हिँड्यौ?' उनले सोधेका थिए।
‘मरेदेखि यै सिढी उक्ल्या छु।'
‘तिमी त जवानीमै मरेछौ, मज्जाले हिँड्न सक्छौ,' बुढाले सास फेर्दा जिब्रो बाहिर निकालेका थिए, ‘आफूलाई त केको श्राप परेको हो, कुन्नि! बुढेसकालमा मरँे। हिँड्नै सक्दिनँ।'
‘बिस्तारै हिँड्नुहोला,' मैले भनेको थिएँ, ‘यो सिढी स्वर्गैतिर त लाग्या होला।'
बुढा केही भन्न खोज्दैथे। म हुत्तहुत्त माथितिर दगुरेको थिएँ।
त्यसपछि कोही नेपाली भेटेको छैन।
थ्याच्च बस्दै - उठ्दै - हिँड्दैे फेरि एक हजार खुटि्कला उक्लिएँ। पर... मान्छेको हुल देखियो। एउटा-दुइटा घर पनि देखिए।
सिढी सक्किएर सम्म बाटो आएको थियो, म बेस्मारी दगुरेँ।
काँडेतारले घेरेको ठूलो चौरमा ठेलमठेल मानिस थिए। काँडेतारको एकछेउमा ठूलो गेट थियो। गेटमा चार-पाँच जना मुस्तन्डे। टाउकामा फलामका गोला टोपी। ज्यानमा गेरुबस्त्र।
‘कता?' एउटाले सोध्यो।
‘हिजै मात्रै मरेको हुम्?' म हाँसेँ, ‘कता जाने हो, था छैन।'
‘भित्र गएर हाकिम सापलाई आफ्नो हिसाब-किताब देखाउने,' अर्कोले भन्यो, ‘अनि जाँ-जाँ भन्नुहुन्छ, त्यतै जाने।'
‘को हाकिम साप?'
‘चित्रगुप्त हाकिम साप!' अर्को हाँस्यो, ‘हिहिहि... मर्नेबित्तिकै उहाँलाई भेट्नुपर्छ भन्ने थाहा छैन? बुढाको ब्लडप्रेसर बढेको छ... ख्याल राख्नू। रिसाए भने स्वर्ग पठाइदेलान्।'
‘स्वर्ग जान पाए त राम्रै भो नि!'
‘गइस् स्वर्ग, लन्ठु!' पहिलो हाँस्यो, ‘बडो सवाल-जवाफ छस् तँ?'
‘मरेपछि सबै स्वर्ग जान चाहन्छन्,' मैले गम्भीर भएर भनेँ, ‘मैले पनि स्वर्ग जानेजत्तिको धर्म गरेकै छु।'
‘बढी बोल्दो रैछ ए,' एउटाले खुट्टा उचाल्यो, ‘साप बुटले हानँू?'
‘हुन्दे,' दोस्रोले भन्यो, ‘स्टुडेन्ड पोलिटिक्सवालाजस्तो छ।'
‘होइन,' म गर्वले उभिएँ, ‘पत्रकार हुम्।'
‘पत्रकार रैछ... बुटले हानम्?'
‘हुन्दे,' खुट्टा उचाल्नेवालालाई शान्त पार्दै पहिलोले भन्यो, ‘ठेट्नै छ।'
अनि उसले मलाई नियालेर हेर्योह, ‘पचास रुपैयाँ दे।'
‘किन?' म सजग भएँ।
‘इन्ट्री फि।'
‘मरेको मान्छेले काँबाट पैसा ल्याउनु?'
‘पहिलोपल्ट मरेको स्वाँठ!' दोस्रो झर्कियो, ‘गोजी छाम।'
लौ, मनी ब्याग त रैछ! म त अचम्मै भएँ, मरिसकेपछि पनि पर्स त गोजीमै हुँदोरैछ। झिकेँ।
‘खुरुक्क दे,' आदेश आयो, ‘नत्र यतै बाहिर सडेर बस्लास्!'
जाबो पचास त हो नि, दिएँ।
‘याँबाट सिधै भित्र जानू,' रसिद दिँदै एउटाले बाटो देखायो।
बाटोछेउछाउ झोक्राएका, हाई काढिरहेका मान्छेलाई छल्दै म ठूलो भवनको गेटमा उभिएँ। जसको निधारमा एउटा साइनबोर्ड टाँगिएको थियो - मनुष्य भन्सार सेवा, मुख्यालय।

‘रसिद छ?' कम्मरमा तरबार झुन्ड्याएको पालेले सोध्यो।
मैले दिएँ।
‘टाइममै आएछौ,' उसले भित्रको बाटो देखायो। म लुरुलुरु भित्र गएँ। कोठ-कोठामा मानिसको भीड थियो। धेरैको अनुहारमा पसिना।
‘मेरो फाइल अड्केको चौध दिन भो,' एउटा बुढो कराइरहेको थियो, ‘उता सन्तानले तेह्र दिनको श्राद्ध पनि सकेहोलान्... बा स्वर्ग पुगे भने होलान्... याँ यसरी लट्काउन त भएन नि!'
‘के गर्नु बाज्या,' तरबारवालाले सम्झाइरहेको थियो, ‘पहिल्यै हाकिम सापलाई खुसी बनाउनुस् भनेकै हो, मान्नुभएन।'
‘मरेपछि छातीमा राखेर लैजान मिल्दैन भनेर सारा सम्पत्ति दान गरेँ,' बुढाले पसिना पुछे, ‘फुटेको कौडी छैन।'
म अघि बढेँ।
एउटा ठूलो ढोकाअगाडि उभिएको पालेले सोध्यो, ‘रसिद काट्या छौ?'
मैले दिएँ।
‘हाकिम साप भित्रै हुनुहुन्छ,' उसले भन्यो, ‘चर्को स्वरमा नबोल्नू। उहाँलाई तीनपल्ट हर्ट अट्याक भइसकेको छ।'
म भित्र पसेँ।
तर उनलाई कतै देखिनँ। भित्ताभरि थरीथरी हिरोहिरोइनका फोटा थिए। पश्चिमतिरको भित्तामा जरायोको सिङ टाँगिएको थियो।
थोत्रो टेलिफोन सेटको छेउमा नेमप्लेट थियो - कार्यालय प्रमुख/चित्र गुप्त।
मैले गोजी छामेँ, मोबाइल सेट पनि रैछ। लौ, टावर पनि छ।
‘तुरुन्त मोबाइल अफ गर,' अचानक टेबुलमुन्तिरबाट आवाज आयो, ‘रिङटोनले मलाई असर गर्छ।'
अनि, चित्रगुप्त टेबुलमुन्तिरबाट उठे। उनले टेबुलमा पेपेरवेट राखे।
म मोबाइल अफ गर्न थालेँ।
‘सिमकार्ड कुन कम्पनीको हो?' उनले चिम्सा आँखाले मलाई हेरे।
‘एनटिसी।'
‘भो... भो... अफ गर्न पर्दैन,' उनले लामो हाई काढे, ‘फोन लागे पो!'
म ठिंग उभिएँ।
‘बाइकवाला हौ?' उनी कुर्सीमा बसे।
म ट्वाल्ल परेँ।
‘बाइक एक्सिडेन्टमा मरेका हौ?'
‘हजुर।'
‘हजार रुप्पे लेऊ।'
म झन् ट्वाल्ल!
‘झन्झट गर्नुपर्दैन क्या,' उनी मन्द-मन्द हाँसे, ‘सोझै नर्क पठाइदिन्छु।'
‘म त स्वर्ग जान्छु।'
‘भनेको मान। तिमी मेरै नातिजस्तै छौ। म तिमीलाई राम्रै सुझाव दिन्छु। हेर, स्वर्ग पट्यारलाग्दो हुन्छ।' उनले एउटा फाइलको ढड्डा देखाए, ‘स्वर्ग पुगेकाले नर्क जान पाऊँ भनेर दिएका निवेदन हुन् यी। तिमीलाई नर्क चित्त बुझेनछ भने मलाई भन्नू म तुरुन्त स्वर्ग पठाइदिउँला।'
मरेपछि म पहिलोपल्ट यति धेरै छक्क परेँ।
‘बटुवामा पैसा छैन र?' उनले सोधे।
मैले पर्स खोलेँ, रैनछ। सात-आठ सय त हुँदो हो।
‘ए कार्ड रैछ त,' उनले मेरो पर्सको भित्री जेबबाट आधा बिट बाहिर निस्केको एटिएम कार्ड देखेछन्, ‘कुन बैंकको हो?'
‘नबिल।'
‘साह्रै झन्झटिलो छ यो,' उनले नाक खुम्चाए र टेबुलमुन्तिर हात लगे। एकैछिनमा तरबारवाला दगुर्दै आयो।
‘यो कार्डबाट हजार रुप्पे काटेर ल्याऊ।'
काम एकैछिनमा भयो।
‘लौ त... अल्लिबेरमा नर्क जाने बस आउँछ। राम्ररी जानू,' उनले अर्को नयाँ चिटसँगै कार्ड फिर्ता दिए, ‘यो चिट यमदुतलाई देखाउनू।'
मैले लिएँ।
टेबुलको फोनको छातीमा पिलिक-पिलक बत्ती बल्यो। चित्रगुप्तले झन्झट मान्दै उठाए।
ढोकानेर पुग्दा मैले सुनेँ, ‘हजुर प्रभु... म तुरुन्त नै नर्क पठाइदिन्छु... अलि हिसाब-किताब नमिलेर हो।'

नरक यातायात।
२ बाई २ लक्जरी कोच।
‘नर्क... नर्क...,' खलासी चिच्चाइरहेको थियो। बेलाबेला ढ्याम्म-ढ्याम्म बसको ढोकामा हिर्काउँथ्यो।
बसमा ठेलमठेल मानिस थिए। छतमा पनि। भित्र छिरूँ कि बाहिर, म अल्मलिएँ।
‘छतमा होइन,' मलाई देखेर खलासी करायो।
‘सिट छ?' म उसको छेउ पुगेँ।
‘छ... छ,' ऊ हाँस्यो, ‘नर्क जान पनि केको सुविधा?'
म ढोकामा के उक्लेको थिएँ, खलासीले बाहिरबाट भित्रै ठेल्यो। म मान्छेका कुइनाबाट जोगिँदै भित्र पसेँ। एक-दुईजनाले त बोमिट पनि गरिसकेछन्। जुत्ता बिग्रिने डरले म खुट्टा बंग्याउन थालँे। ‘ओ... गड,' छेउको सिटको मान्छे करायो। ज्या कुल्चिएछ! म कता जाऊँ?
‘भाइ नेपाली हो?' पछाडिबाट आवाज आयो।
म त्यता फर्किएँ।
एकजना अधबैंसे मानिस रैछन्। ठुलो भुँडी पल्टाएर सिटमा बसेका थिए।
म उनको छेउ पुगेँ।
‘के गर्नु, मरेपछि पनि नेपाली नै प्यारो लाग्दोरैछ,' उनी हाँसे।
म उनीछेउ उभिएँ।
‘भाइ सिधै नर्क हो?'
म अल्मलिएँ।
‘स्वर्गबाट भागेर त आका होइनौ?' अधबैंसे हाँसे।
‘म त मर्नेबित्तिकै यहाँ आको हुम्।'
‘भाग्यमानी रछौ,' उनी हाँसे, ‘म त साढे तीन वर्ष स्वर्ग बसेको थिएँ। दिक्क लागेर भागेँ।'
‘किन दाइ?'
‘क्यार्नी त, ढोकामा नै अप्सराले प्रणाम गर्छे। छुन पाइँदैन...। रुखैरुख चरैचरा। झरनै झरना। आफ्नो त भात नखाई निर्दै नलाग्ने बानी... फलफूल खाएर के सुत्न सक्दो हुँ! जता हेर्योा बुढैबुढा, जोगी जोगी। बुढी आमैहरूलाई त बाती कात्दै बुहारीलाई गाली गर्नै ठिक्क। भजन गा छन्, बस्या छन्। यसो घुम्न गो, गान्धीजी चर्खा बुनेको बुन्यै। मार्क्स किताब लेखेको लेख्यै। आइन्सटाइन हिसाब गरेको गर्यैी। एउटा रुखमुन्तिर बुद्धलाई देखेँ। बुढासित यसो ज्ञानगुनका कुरा गरौं भनेको त ध्यान गरेको गर्यैआ। छ महिनामा आँखा उघारे -
‘को हौ? कहाँबाट आका हौ?' उनले सोधे।
‘म भीमबहादुर हुँ, प्रभु,' मैले हात जोडेँ, ‘मरेर आको।'
‘मान्छे किन मर्छ?' भनेर उनले आँखा चिम्लिए, फेरि उघारेनन्। मलाई दिक्क लाग्यो र टाप दिएँ। नर्कमै रमाइलो हुन्छ रे!
भीमबहादुरको कुरा सुनेर म पनि मख्ख परेँ।
‘ल हेर, स्वर्ग जाने बाटो,' उनले झ्यालबाहिर देखाए।
पर... उकालो बाटो रैछ। एक-दुई जना वृद्धवृद्धा उक्लिरहेका थिए।
‘अब स्वर्गतिर बस पनि चल्दैन,' भीमबहादुर हाँसे, ‘कोही गए पो चल्नु। स्वर्ग जानेलाई साह्रै कष्ट भाछ।'
बाटो अलि खराब परेछ, बस यताउता ढल्किन थाल्यो। बसका सारा मान्छेले सिटको डन्डी समाए।
‘मरेकालाई पनि के डराउनुपरेको होला!' खलासीको आवाज सुनियो, ‘हाम्रा गुरुजी कलिलै उमेरमा छपल्ट बस पल्टाएर याँ आइपुगेका हुन्... डराउनुपर्दैन।'
एकछिनमा खलासी पैसा उठाउँदै यताउता चेप्पिँदै बीचमा आइपुग्यो। उसले नोट मुखमा च्यापेको थियो।
‘बाबु पैसा छैन,' एकजना बुढाले भने, ‘सबै मर्नुअघि दान देको।'
‘पातकी बुढा, ढाँट्छौ?' खलासी करायो, ‘धर्मकर्म गरेको भए त स्वर्ग जाँदा हौ।'
‘त्यसो नभन, बाबु।'
‘काँ हुन्छ त्यसरी?' खलासी कड्कियो, ‘एकवर्ष घाटामा स्वर्गतिर बस चलाइयो। बल्ल त नर्कको टि्रप पर्या् छ।'

बस घ्याच्च रोकियो।
मैले झ्यालबाट बाहिर नियालेँ, अटेसमटेस मान्छेको भीड थियो। कोही कता दगुरिरहेका कोही कता। बसबाट झर्दै गर्दा म फेरि अल्मलिएँ।
भीड लम्किरहेको थियो। पर... ठूलो गेट थियो। जसमा ठुल्ठुला अक्षरमा लेखिएको थियो - नरक महानगरमा मनुष्यलाई स्वागत छ!
म त्यतै लागेँ।
गेटनेरको पर्खालको भित्तामा मानिसको भीड थियो। त्यहाँ नरक प्रवेशअगाडि पढ्नैपर्ने जरुरी सूचना टाँगिएको रैछ, विभिन्न भाषामा। म नेपाली भाषा खोज्दै हिडेँ, भेटियो। भीडको अघिपट्टि नै रैछन् भीमबहादुर।
सूचनापाटीमा लेखिएको थियो -
१. नरक प्रवेशलगत्तै मनुष्य भन्सारबाट प्राप्त चिट यमदुतलाई देखाउनुहोला र तोकिएको सजाय भोग्नुहोला।
२. आफूसँग भएको रुपियाँ सटही काउन्टरमा गएर ‘नरकधन'मा परिवर्तन गर्नुहोला।
३. केही घुसपैठहरूले नरकबारे पृथ्वीलोकमा गलत हल्ला फैलाइरहेकाले कृपया आफूसँग भएको ‘हातेफोन' ‘नरकसञ्चार'को कुनै पनि शाखामा बुझाउनुहोला। हातेफोनलाई अहिले नरकको सबैभन्दा खतरनाक हतियार मानिएको छ।
४. यो पृथ्वीलोक होइन, त्यसैले रातिराति हिँडडुल गर्न छुट छ। कसैले नराम्रो व्यवहार गरे नजिकको ‘नरक-दुत प्रभाग'मा सम्पर्क गर्नुहोला। तिनले तपाईंलाई होइन, दोषीलाई कारबाही गर्नेछन्।
५. राँगो नरकको राष्ट्रिय जनावर हो। त्यसैले बफ मःम निषेध छ।
६. जताततै थुक्न र पिसाब फेर्न सख्त मनाही छ। नियम तोडेको भेटे जुन अंगको दोष देखिन्छ, त्यसलाई तातो तेलमा डुबाइनेछ।
७. तपाईंलाई अरू कुरामा नरक बसाइले सुसंस्कृत बनाउँदै लैजानेछ।
तपार्इंको नरकबसाइ आनन्दमय होस्!

सूचना पढेर गेटतिर बढ्दै गर्दा भीमबहादुरले मलाई देखिहालेछन्।
‘ए भाइ... सँगै जाऊँ, ' उनले भने।
हामीसँगसँगै गेट प्रवेश भयौं।
भित्रपट्टि यमदुतहरूको लामो लहरो थियो। ती सबैको हातको चिट पढिरहेका थिए। भीमबहादुर र म भर्खरै खाली भएका यमदुतको अगाडि उभियौं।
मैले चिट दिएँ।
‘तिम्रै हो?' यमदुतले मलाई नियाल्यो।
मैले मुन्टो हल्लाएँ।
‘तेस्रो गल्लीको घर नम्बर १४ मा गएर हरेक दिन पाँच मिनेट एक महिनासम्म आफ्नो पुट्ठा तातो तेलमा डुबाउन लगाउनू,' उसले भन्यो, ‘र, त्यसको प्रमाण स्लिप बोक्न नर्बिर्सिनू।'
मेरो सातो गयो।
भीमबहादुरले चिट दिए।
‘तपाईंलाई नरकमा स्वागत छ,' यमदुत हाँस्यो।
भीमबहादुरलाई त केही सजायँ भएन, म छक्क परेँ।
‘भाइ, उमेर त्यसै गएको होइन,' अल्लिपर पुगेपछि उनले भने, ‘मैले त भन्सारमै टन्न पैसा तिरेर ‘क्लिन चिट' लिएर आएको हुँ... हाहाहा।'
मेरा नौनाडी गल्दै गए।
हामी नरक-सहरको बीचमा आइसकेका थियौं। कता-कता राँगाहरू बेस्मारी कराइरहेको आवाज आइरहेको थियो।
‘दाइ, जाने हो?' अचानक आवाज आयो।
लौ, दुई-तीनवटी केटी सडकछेउ उभेका रैछन्।
‘कति?' भीमबहादुर हाँसे।
‘पाँच सय।'
‘लौ चार सय दिन्छु।'
कुरा मिल्यो।
‘ल त भाइ, हाम्रो यात्रा यहीँसम्म रैछ।' भीमबहादुर छट्किन खोजे। म वाल्ल परेँ।
अल्लिपर पुगेपछि उनले गोजी छामछाम-छुमछुम गरे। केटीले सोधी, ‘के भो फेरि?'
‘सामान छैनजस्तो छ।'
केटी खितित्त हाँसी, ‘नडराउनुस्... नर्कमा एड्स लाग्दैन।'
उनीहरू अल्लि अगाडि पुगेर एउटा मोडमा छेलिए।
एक्लै भएपछि डर लाग्न थाल्यो। अचानक झल्याँस्स भएँ - मरि त सकेँ, केको डर? अनि, हिँडेँ तोकिएको सजायँ भोग्न।
बल्लतल्ल भेटियो ठाउँ।
एकजना वृद्ध यमदुत घाम तापिरहेका थिए। बेलाबेला लहरेखोकी चल्थ्यो।
‘किन आयौ?' उनले सोधे।
‘सजायँ भोग्न।'
उनले विस्मृत नयनले मलाई नियाले।
‘युगौं भइसक्यो... कोही यता आको छैन। याँ न त कराही छ न तातो तेल।'
‘म के गरूँ, बाजे?' म मलिन भएँ, ‘सजायँ नभोगे त झन् कार्बाही हुन्छ रे!'
‘तिमी त असल रेछौ, बाबु,' वृद्ध ट्वाल्ल परे, ‘सबैले नरक-प्रशासनमा गएर घुस ख्वाएर सजायँ भोगिसकेको चिट बनाउँछन्... यता कोही आउँदैन।'
स्कुप पो भेटिएजस्तो छ!
‘यसरी पनि नर्क चल्छ र, बाजे?'
‘के गर्नु बाबु, यो नर्क पहिलेको जस्तो नर्क रहेन,' वृद्ध बर्बराए, ‘पहिलाको नर्कको कुरा के गर्नु? जताततै होहल्ला। ठुल्ठुला तेलका कराई। कोही कराईमा डुबेका छन्, कसैको हातगोडामा किला ठोकर झुन्ड्याइएको छ। कस्तो रमाइलो थ्यो!'
मैले मोबाइल सेटको रेकर्डर अन गरेँ।
‘म एकदिनमा एकसय पैंसट्ठीलाई त तेलमा डुबाउँथँे। ताकत पनि थियो। अब न त ताकत छ न त तेलको कराई। हाम्रो परम्परा नै मासियो। भोकै पर्ने बेला आछ।'
‘अब के गर्नुहुन्छ?'
‘मर्त्यलोकमा भएको भए काल कुर्थें,' बुढाका आँखा रसाए, ‘यता त मर्ने चलन पनि छैन...।'
वृद्धको कुरा सकिएको थिएन, गुरुरुरु पाँच-छ जना यमदुत दगुर्दै हामीतिर आइरहेका थिए। तिनलाई देखेर वृद्धको अनुहार निलो भो। तिनले मलाई चारैतिरबाट घेरे।
‘तँ स्वर्गको जासुस होस्?' मेरो मोबाइल खोस्दै एउटा कड्कियो, ‘यो हातेफोनमा के भरेको?'
म आतंकित भएँ, ‘म पत्रकार हुँ।'
‘ए, पत्रकार!' अर्कोले घिच्चायो, ‘ल हिँड्... महाराजकोमा ... जासुसी गर्छस्?'
बाटोमा मैले दुई-चार मुक्का पनि भेटेँ।
कम्मरमा तरबार झुन्ड्याएका यमदुतहरूले घेरेको ठूलो महलभित्र म लतारिँदै थिएँ। भित्रपट्टि बैठक कोठाजस्तो हलमा अगाडिपट्टि ठूलो सिंहासन थियो। सिंहासनछेउछाउ लहरै यमदुत उभेका थिए।
‘महाराज अंग्रेजी कलास लिँदै होइसिन्छ,' एउटाले भन्यो।
मलाई सिंहासनको ठिक अगाडि उभाएर यमदुतहरू छेउछाउ उभिए।
पन्ध्र मिनेटजति मौनता छायो।
अनि हुरी आएजस्तो भो। हलभरि सल्याङ-बल्याङ भयो। मेरो ढुकढुकी बढ्यो।
‘महाराज की जय!' एकछिन जयजयकार चल्यो।
र, पछिल्तिर आठ-नौ जना यमदुत लगाएर यमराज आइपुगे। मुकुट, ठूलो भुँडी, मोटा जुँगा, ठूला राता आँखा, चुच्चावाल जुत्ता। यमराज सिंहासनमा विराजमान भए।
‘को हो यो मनुष्य?' यमराजले सोधे।
‘जासुस हो, सर्कार,' पछाडिबाट कसैले भन्यो।
‘म जासुस होइन, महाराज,' मैले हात जोडेँ, ‘पत्रकार हुम्।'

How to Break a BIOS Password?

Methods of breaking password for Desktop PC and for laptop is quite different. We would explain each.
Break BIOS Password for Desktop :
If it's a desktop PC, erasing the cmos memory will usually clear it.
Steps:
1. Power off the computer and make sure that it is unplugged.
2. Open up your computer case. You need physical access to the motherboard to complete this procedure.
3. Find a circular, (mostly) silver metallic object on the motherboard. This is the CMOS battery.
4. CAREFULLY remove the CMOS battery and leave it out for about 120- 180 seconds. This will flush the CMOS memory which stores the BIOS password and all other configuration. (See Warnings)
5. Set the battery back into place and power on the computer.
6. The computer should then warn you that the CMOS configuration could not be found. You can either reconfigure it yourself or restore defaults. Restoring the default configuration should be fine.
7. You will notice that the BIOS password has been cleared and you can boot without it. You may reset the BIOS password to something else by going into the BIOS configuration and setting a new User Password.

Alternate Methods: (More Difficult)
Remove a jumper: There's a jumper on your motherboard that you'll need to identify and remove. Most motherboards make your job easier by actually labeling the correct jumper as "BIOS config" or something similar. (it looks like a small plastic thingy on 2 pins with 1 pin beside it, within a 1" of the battery). If you're having trouble looking for it, look in the motherboard manual.After you have found it, carefully pull straight up on it, and place it on the 2-3 pins(it was on the 1-2 pins). With the battery removed and the jumper moved, turn the computer on, and check to see if you can get into the bios. If you are able to, turn the computer off, put the jumper back on pins 1-2, and put the battery back in. Lastly put the case together and you are done.
Note: Don't forget to configure the BIOS (if you know how) after this process. If you you don't know how, just hold the "delete" button when starting your PC and when the blue screen appears, find the load safe defaults settings and press:

* ENTER button
* Y button
* F10 button
Break BIOS Password for Laptop :
Remember that laptops can be trickier, especially if it's a newer model. If it has a security chip on the motherboard forget about it. You either have to physically remove the chip or contact the mfg for the "master" password. If you can boot up off of a cd or floppy try any of these methods:
1. Create a Win98SE bootable media "or anything that lets you boot into MS-DOS" and boot off of it.
2. When the A:\> prompt appears type debug and press enter.
3. You will then only see a "-".
4. Type o 70 2E "include the spaces" and press Enter.
5. Type o 71 ff "include the spaces" and press Enter.
6. Type q and press Enter.

Some useful RUN Commands

के तपाई अफ्नो computer मा भएका program हरुलाई माउसको 1-2 क्लिकमा या माउस बिनानै पनि keyboard का केही थोरै key हरुको प्रयोग गरेर shortcut way बाट खोल्न चाहनुहुन्छ? त्यसको लागी तपाईको computer मा भएको run command धेरै उपयोगी हुनेछ । हुन सक्छ तपाईलाई आफुले खोजेको program ठ्याक्कै कुन location मा छ भन्ने कुरा थाहा छैन, तर तपाईलाई उक्त program तत्काल खोल्नु परिरहेको छ । या हुन सक्छ कुनै program, computer को एकदमनै भित्री location मा छ । जहा सम्म पुग्नलाई तपाईले धेरै पटक माउसको प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ जसले समय र मेहनत त खर्च हुन्छनै साथसाथै यो प्रक्रिया तपाईको लागी झन्झटिलो पनि भईरहेको हुन सक्छ । तर उपयोगी run command हरुको थोरै मात्र पनि जानकारी राख्नु भयो गने यो संपूर्ण प्रक्रिया तपाईको लागी एकदम सहज हुनेछ साथै यसले तपाईको समय पनि बचत गर्नेछ । तपाईले चाहनु भएको program माउस को 1-2 क्लिक या keyboard को केही key हरुको प्रयोग बाट मात्र पनि खोल्न सक्नुहुनेछ । run command shortcut चलाऊन अभ्यस्त भाई सकेपछी तपाईंलाई यो तरिका निकै सजिलो र छिटो भएको महसुस हुनेछ।

अझ तपाईलाई run command को बारेमा धेरै जानकारी छैन भने त यो लेख तपाईको लागी अझै धेरै उपयोगी हुन सक्छ । आउनुहोस् यस्तै केही उपयोगी run command को बारैमा हेरौ । यसको लागी तपाईले सबै भन्दा पहिला आफ्नो computer को start button मा क्लिक गरेर run मा क्लिक गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ, त्यसपछी संगैको चित्रमा देखीएको जस्तै box खुल्ने छ । उक्त box मा तपाईलाई चाहिएको program को तल दिईए अनुसारको command type गरेर enter थिच्नुहोस, तपाईलाई चाहिएको program खुल्नेछ । (सँगैको picture लाई ठुलो साइज मा हेर्नको लागि उक्त picture मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस्।)

Convert Number to Word in MS Excel

के तपाई Microsoft Excel प्रयोग गर्नुहुन्छ? यस Program मा काम गर्दा सायद तपाईलाई एउटा अति महत्वपुर्ण कुराको कमि महसुस हुन सक्छ । त्यो हो नम्बरलाई सब्दमा लेख्ने Formula. जस्तै 12,345,678.90 लाई तपाईले सब्दमा Twelve million Three hundred and Forty Five thousand Six hundred and Seventy Eight point Nine लेख्नुपर्यो भने Excel Program मा कसरी लेख्ने? Microsoft Excel मा यसको लागी तपाईले कुनै पनि Formula पाउनुहुनेछैन । तर चिन्ता नगर्नुहोस, आजबाट तपाईले यो समस्याको समाधान पाउनुहुनेछ । अब Excel मा तपाईले चाहेको नम्बरलाई Formula बाट अक्षरमा बदल्न सक्नुहुनेछ । यसको लागी तपाईले एउटा .xla File लाई Download गरेर तपाईको कम्प्युटरमा राख्नु पर्ने हुन्छ र सो File लाई Excel को 'add-ins' मा गएर active गर्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । त्यस पछि तपाई सजिलै यो Formula प्रयोग गर्ने सक्नु हुन्छ । यो सबैको लागी तपाईले तल दिएको सुझाब अनुसार गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ ।

1. सर्बप्रथम तपाईले एउटा File Download गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । उक्त File Download गर्नेको लागी यहाँ क्लिक गर्नुहोस र सो File लाई तपाईको कम्प्युटरको Desktop मा Save गर्नुहोस । File Download भईसकेपछि उक्त File लाई Cut गर्नुहोस ।

2. अब Microsoft excel program खोल्नुहोस । Program खुलिसकेपछि सँगैको चित्रमा देखाए जस्तै बायाँ तिरको सबैभन्दा माथि तपाईले Office button देख्न सक्नुहुनेछ । सो button मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस, र त्यसपछि सबै भन्दा तल excel option भन्ने button मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस ।

3. अब तपाईले Microsoft Excel option को windows खुलेको देख्न सक्नुहुन्छ । उक्त Box को बयातिर बिभिन्न option tab हरु देख्न सक्नुहुनेछ, त्यसमध्य हामिलाई अहिले चाहिने Add-Ins हो । उक्त tab मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस । अब खुल्ने windows को तल्लो भागमा Go… भन्ने button देख्न सक्नुहुन्छ । उक्त button मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस । अब Add-Ins भन्ने नयाँ बक्स खुल्नेछ । उक्त बक्सको दायाँ तिर Browse... भन्ने button मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस । अब त्यहा भित्र गएर अघि Cut गरेको File लाई paste गरिदीनुहोस र ok मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस । अब तपाईले तलको चित्रमा देखाएको जस्तो numbertoword भन्ने check box मा tick mark लागेको पाउनु हुनेछ ।

4. अब ok मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस । अब तपाईले Microsoft Excel मा कुनै पनि नम्बरलाई सब्दमा लेख्न सक्नुहुनेछ । यसका लागी २ वटा तरिकाहरु छन या भनौ २ वटा Formula हरु छन ।

तरिका नम्बर १ अनुसार तपाईले निम्न Formula को प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । उक्त Formula हो . =WordNum(cell address) . यसमा तपाईले सब्दमा बदल्न चाहनुभएको नम्बर भएको Cell Address लाई Formula मा प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । उदाहरणको लागी mcrosoft excel program को Cell A1 मा भएको नम्बरलाई तपाई Cell B1 मा सब्दमा लेख्न चाहनुहुन्छ भने Cell B1 मा click गर्नुहोस अनि =wordnum(A1) टाईप गर्नुहोस । यस Formula अनुसार तपाईले Cell A1 मा भएको नम्बरलाई सब्दमा लेख्ने Command दिईरहनुभएको छ । सहयोगको लागी तल दिईएको Picture हेर्न सक्नुहुन्छ ।

तरिका नम्बर २ अनुसार तपाईले निम्न Formula को प्रयोग गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ । उक्त Formula हो =WordNum(number value) . यसमा तपाईले शब्दमा बदल्न चाहनुभएको नम्बरलाई सिधै Formula मा प्रयोग गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ

। उदाहरणको लागी तपाईलाई 2040.05 यो नम्बरलाई Formula को प्रयोग गरेर शब्दमा लेख्नु पर्नेछ भने जुन Cell मा शब्दमा लेख्नु पर्नेहो सो Cell मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस । अनि =wordnum(2040.05) टाईप गर्नुहोस । यस Formula अनुसार तपाईले 2040.05 लाई शब्दमा लेख्ने Command दिईरहनु भएको छ । सहयोगको लागी सँगै दिईएको Picture हेर्न सक्नुहुन्छ । Picture लाई ठुलो साईजमा हेर्नको लागी उक्त Picture मा क्लिक गर्नुहोस । यस Formula सम्बन्धि कुनै समस्या या सुझाव सहितको Comment गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ । यो निर्देशन अनुसार तपाईले यो Formula Microsoft office 2007 मा प्रयोग गर्न सक्नुहुन्छ । यदि तपाई Microsoft Office को अन्य Version प्रयोग गर्नुहुन्छ भने त्यसको लागी निर्देशनमा केही फेरबदल हुनेछ । त्यसको लागी Comment लेख्न नबिर्सनुहोला ।

The Hibernate function in Windows XP Professional can make the batteries in your laptop computer last longer. Windows XP supports the industry standard power management technology known as the Advanced Configuration and Power Interface (ACPI), which enables the operating system to control power to your computer and peripheral devices. The power management features in Windows XP include Hibernate and Standby. Hibernate saves an image of your desktop with all open files and documents, and then it powers down your computer. When you turn on power, your files and documents are open on your desktop exactly as you left them. Standby reduces the power consumption of your computer by cutting power to hardware components you are not using. Standby can cut power to peripheral devices, your monitor, even your hard drive, but maintains power to your computer’s memory so you don’t lose your work.

Power Management Performance:

Windows XP wakes from Hibernate faster than any earlier version of Windows. So you can preserve your batteries without taking time to close all your files and shut down, and then restart and open all your files when you’re ready to work again. If you need to leave your computer, you can just leave it. Windows XP can automatically put your computer into Hibernate mode after a specified period of inactivity.

Or Windows XP can detect when your batteries are running low, and then automatically put your computer in Hibernate mode to save your work before the battery fails. To put your computer into hibernation, you must have a computer that is set up by the manufacturer to support this option.

To automatically put your computer into hibernation:

You must be logged on to your computer with an owner account in order to complete this procedure.

1. Open Power Options in Control Panel. (Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Power Options.)

2. Click the Hibernate tab, select the Enable hibernate support check box, and then click Apply. If the Hibernate tab is unavailable, your computer does not support this feature.

3. Click the APM tab, click Enable Advanced Power Management support, and then click Apply. The APM tab is unavailable on ACPI–compliant computers. ACPI automatically enables Advanced Power Management, which disables the APM tab.

4. Click the Power Schemes tab, and then select a time period in System hibernates. Your computer hibernates after it has been idle for the specified amount of time. To manually put your computer into hibernation.

You must be logged on as an administrator or a member of either the Administrators or Power Users group in order to complete this procedure. If your computer is connected to a network, network policy settings might also prevent you from completing this procedure.

Hold down the Shift key, and the Stand By button will change to Hibernate.

Use Offline Files When you’re off the Network

Offline Files in Windows XP Professional can help you be more productive. You can use this feature on a portable computer or on a desktop computer that occasionally connects to your workplace network. For example, this feature is useful if you are working at home on a desktop computer, and need to automatically get files off the network whenever you connect.

The files that you select are automatically downloaded from shared folders on the network and stored on your computer. When you disconnect, the files are available to use. When you reconnect to the network, your changes are added to the files on the network in a process called synchronization. If someone else on the network made changes to the same file, you can save your version, keep the other version, or save both.

To set up your computer to use offline files:

1. Open My Computer. (Click Start and then click My Computer.)

2. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.

3. On the Offline Files tab, make sure that the Enable Offline Files check box is selected as shown below.

4. Select Synchronize all offline files before logging off to get a full synchronization. Leave it unselected for a quick synchronization. A full synchronization ensures that you have the most current version of every shared network file that you work with offline. A quick synchronization ensures that you have complete versions of your offline files, although they may not be the most current versions. You might select a quick synchronization if you are the only person working on a file or if you do not need the most current version of a file.

If you want to control which offline files are synchronized, when they are synchronized, and whether Windows prompts you before synchronizing your files, you can use Synchronization Manager.

To make a file or folder available to you offline:

After you set up your computer to use offline files, you need to make shared network files available to you offline.

1. Open My Computer. (Click Start, and then click My Computer.)

2. Double–click a network drives to view its contents. If My Computer does not contain links to any network drives, you need to assign a drive letter to a shared network resource.

3. Click the shared network file or folder that you want to make available offline.

4. On the File menu, click Make Available Offline. This option appears on the File menu only after you set up your computer to use offline files as described above.

5. To make a network file or folder unavailable offline, right–click the item, and click Make Available Offline again to clear the check mark.

To view a list of all of the shared network files those are available offline:

1. On the Tools menu, click Folder Options.

2. On the Offline Files tab, click View Files.
