The tour stars early in the morning.Our bus will take up to the highlands and after 40 minutes ride we will find ourselves over 2000 meters above sea level.Up the.visitors will be able to appreciate the great landscape the Andean Mountains offer and then bike down their great steep-winding roads.On the way down we will find the highest sand Dune of the world ”Cerro Blanco”(2078m.a.s.l.),a gold Mine and the famous Nazca Aqueducts,which were built about 1500 years ago and are still in use.

Peruvian Paso Horse Stroll

Arrive to horses nursery located in the city of Ica near Huacachina. There we come in contact with animals, for those who are beginners we have a wide field of sand for become in a close friend of the animal (which incidentally is very docile). And then trained in animal handling will begin a ride through the desert throughout some small dunes and plains that lead us to bush areas with the typical vegetation of the area (carob tree) where we will stay for a while and then begin the return through a natural viewpoint gives us an incredible view of the valley of Ica.

Departure from the hotel or bus station towards the village of Ocucaje, 30 minutes south of Ica, once in place start walking in search of fossils of whales and some areas where you can find remains of sharks. Departure from the resort from Huacachina to Ica’s desert located west of it. In a circuit of about 30 miles the special vehicle (Tubular), evolves over the dunes on slopes of about 45 °, the vehicle stops for photography or surfing on the sand dunes on boards (Sand boarding). Arrive at our picnic area or campsite as the case where our staff has ready a welcome drink cup of cold pisco sour and they are already prepared for grilling and serving food.Transport Type: Sand buggy.

Village of Cachiche

Around Ica and south west of the city. Is located the “Cachiche” village. This place is famous because were populated by large numbers of healers and sorcerers years ago. To complete the puzzle that looms over this town next to the village church, has grown a palm tree with seven branches that grow like snakes crawling on the floor, note that is totally strange this kind of growth in these plants. This plant is called the seven-headed palm tree.

Vineyard of Ica

For many years, the Ica Valley is quite famous for its grape production. These grapes is use to produce wine, but especially the famous Pisco the Peruvian Grapes Brandy. Experts say that the position of the valley of Ica, near the equator makes the production of sugars in the fruit of the vine is greater than elsewhere. So that the production of alcohol is also good, having made an art production of this liquor called Pisco. The number of vineyards both artisanal and industrial, at Ica’s Valley give an idea of the importance of the activity. Artisanal wineries in Ica are over seventy. There are three industrial wineries and they produce the most famous wine brands in Peru. Small artisanal wineries specialize in producing mainly Pisco but also produce Sherry.
