According to a new report from, <a href="https://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/tv/articles/major-change-coming-ncis-star-180502043.html"target="blank"> Yahoo and their sources, NCIS' Nick Torres star Wilmer Valderrama recently talked with People Magazine about the huge cliffhanger moment that happened in the NCIS season 3 finale episode, and he revealed there will definitely be some major changes coming to the show when the new season 24 rolls around this Fall 2026.

First, Wilmer commented on the season 23 finale episode cliffhanger that featured Agent Torres and McGee in some serious, life-threatening danger.

He revealed that some people definitely aren't going to like what happens with that stating, "To be honest, I don't think we figured that one out yet. I don't think we have an idea yet, but I will tell you that someone does get hit and people might not like it."

Tonight, May 12, 2026, CBS is airing the 20th episode of NCIS' current season 23, and it will be the finale episode, which left us to wonder will it continue on with a new season 24. Happily, we can confirm with you, right now, we don't have to wonder because CBS did already announce that they are renewing NCIS for a brand new season 24.

According to a recent article from <a href="https://deadline.com/2026/01/ncis-ncis-origins-ncis-sydney-renewed-cbs-1236693385/"target="blank"> Deadline.com , CBS actually gave NCIS an early renewal way back in January 2026. So, there was never really any questioning its future.

During that time, CBS also announced NCIS' spin-off shows NCIS: Origins and NCIS: Sydney were also getting renewed for new seasons. So, if you're also a fan of those shows, that's triple good news for you.

Hey, "NCIS" fans. We've got a bit of interesting and shocking news for you guys in this article. It's in reference to the former Abby Sciuto star Pauley Perette. Apparently, she had some more very negative things to say about the show's main man Mark Harmon aka Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs!

According to the folks over at <a href="https://tvline.com/2019/06/07/ncis-pauley-perrette-terrified-mark-harmon-attacking-her/"target="blank"> TV Line, Pauley Perette recently hit up her official Twitter account yesterday, June 7, 2019, to enlighten her loyal followers with a few more details about why she ended up leaving the show, and it was not pleasant. Not pleasant at all. She's actually claiming physical assault in one these tweets!

The whole thing started with Pauley throwing out a tweet which indicated she never has any plans on returning the NCIS ever! We went on Twitter to take a look at these tweets, and it they are indeed very intense. Pauley indicated that she's actually terrified that Mark would try to attack her! What? Wow!

Here's how Pauley's tweet reads verbatim, "NO I AM NOT COMING BACK! EVER! (Please stop asking?) I am terrified of Harmon and him attacking me. I have nightmares about it. I have a new show that is SAFE AND HAPPY! You’ll love it! #HappyPlace Love y’all!" You guys can view that tweet on Pauley's official Twitter account by <a href="https://twitter.com/PauleyP/status/1136912956606648320"target="blank"> Clicking Here.

It sounds like a lot of her fans had been asking her if she would ever come back. So, she finally answered them. But the intense tweets about Mark Harmon didn't stop there. Oh, no, no, no.

Apparently, Pauley received a lot of backlash from the fans over what she said about Mark because she came back with this second tweet that reads like this, "You think I didn’t expect blow back? You got me wrong. THIS happened To my crew member and I fought like hell to keep it from happening again! To protect my crew! And then I was physically assaulted for saying NO!?and I lost my job."

That tweet includes a photo of her crew member and the injury that person incurred. You guys can view that tweet on Pauley's Twitter by <a href="https://twitter.com/PauleyP/status/1136943904945725440"target="blank"> Clicking Here. This was in reference to Mark's pitbull mix dog attacking one of the crew members. Then Pauley got into a whole big mess about trying to keep Mark's dog off the set.

As you can see, Pauley also clearly claimed she was assaulted at some point, which is quite shocking to hear. Then she claims they fired her! So, that's enlightening to say the least, especially when you consider that she refused to give any specific reasons at the time of her exit last year.

TV Line also pointed out that during the time of Pauley's exit from NCIS, there was a report where Pauley claimed their were multiple physical assaults on the NCIS set. However, she didn't go into as much detail with those claims.

She stated, "I refused to go low. That’s why I’ve never told publicly what happened. I’m trying to do the right thing, but maybe silence isn’t the right thing about crime. A very rich, very powerful publicity machine is keeping me silent. He did it."

Then CBS responded to those statements by saying, "Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows."

Pauley appears to definitely not have a problem with CBS because she's working with them again on a new comedy show called, "Broke." It's due to premiere sometime in 2020.

How do you guys feel about Pauley Perrette's most recent, shocking claims against NCIS' main star Mark Harmon? Do you believe it? Are you not sure? Or do you just not care one way or the other? Let us know in the comments section.

Alright guys. That's all we've got for this latest NCIS report, but definitely stay tuned for more. Season 17 is due to premiere this Fall 2019.

Hey, "NCIS" fans. As most of you are well aware of now, Abby Sciuto portrayer Pauley Perrette recently made her big exit from the show. Now, it's being reported that she has dropped a few, possible, disturbing hints as to why on her official Twitter account. We're actually pulling from two different sources to sort of piece this story together.

The first one is from the <a href="https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/pauley-perrette-ncis-multiple-physical-assaults_us_5afaa2efe4b09a94524bd125"target="blank"> Huffington Post which reveals all the Twitter details Pauley's been posting as of late. The second source is from <a href="https://www.thewrap.com/ncis-mess-pauley-perrette-mark-harmon-dog-bite-divided/"target="blank">The Wrap.com which reveals these incidents may be tied to a violent experience she witnessed on set with Gibbs star Mark Harmon's dog.

According to the Huffington Post, Pauley made a couple of disturbing tweets this past week starting on May 12, 2018. She wrote, "I refused to go low, that's why I've never told publicly what happened. But there are tabloid articles out there that are telling total lies about me. If you believe them? Please leave me alone. You clearly don't know me. (Sorry guys, had to be said)."

In the second tweet, Pauley wrote:"Maybe I'm wrong for not "spilling the beans" Telling the story, THE TRUTH. I feel I have to protect my crew, jobs and so many people. But at what cost? I.don't know. Just know, I'm trying to do the right thing, but maybe silence isn't the right thing about crime. I'm... Just... ?"

In the third tweet, she wrote, "There is a "machine' keeping me silent, and feeding FALSE stories about me. A very rich, very powerful publicity "machine". No morals, no obligation to truth, and I'm just left here, reading the lies, trying to protect my crew. Trying to remain calm. He did it."

Finally, in the last tweet on May 13, 2018, she wrote, "I've been supporting ant-bullying programs forever. But now I KNOW because it was ME! If it's school or work, that you're required to go to? It's horrifying. I left. Multiple Physical Assaults. I REALLY get it now. Stay safe. Nothing is worth your safety. Tell someone."

These series of tweets led to multiple news outlets running stories that Pauley's departure from the show may have had something to do with multiple physical assaults on set!

The Huffington Post crew was actually able to get a statement from CBS confirming that Pauley did in fact raise some concerns to them about something going on in the workplace.

CBS' statement reads like this, "Pauley Perrette had a terrific run on NCIS and we are all going to miss her. Over a year ago, Pauley came to us with a workplace concern. We took the matter seriously and worked with her to find a resolution. We are committed to a safe work environment on all our shows."

In The Wrap's report ,they talked about how Pauley and Mark were actually no longer working together on set not even for her finale appearance this year, and the reason for this dates way back to an incident that took place onset in 2016. Apparently, Mark Harmon's dog bit a member of the crew that eventually required 15 stitches! Pauley then objected to the dog being allowed back on the set according to multiple individuals familiar with the situation.

The Wrap's sources claimed that this caused such great tension between Pauley and Mark to the point where the show had to come to an arrangement in which Pauley and Mark never had to be in the same location together!

Their sources said, "She did her scenes on one day ,and he did his work on other days, and they still produced a great show. It was simply scheduled that they did not work the same days."

The Wrap and their insiders did go on to say that Pauley did not mean to imply that there was any physical abuse or sexual harassment on set ,and they added that she decided to leave “NCIS” even before the dog biting incident.

The Wrap pointed out that Mark's dog got along with everyone on the set until October 2016 which is when the vicious bite incident took place.

They pointed out that the TMZ.com crew actually wrote an article about this dog bite incident at the time. Mark's attorney Barry Axelrod told The Wrap he had consulted with Mark about the potential liability of the dog returning to the "NCIS" set after the bite.

Barry claims that Mark never brought the dog back to the set after the bite incident. However, some sources for The Wrap said he did. They claimed, "If he brought the dog to work, he was on a leash or in his trailer. He definitely took steps to make sure that the dog was with him and was not just roaming freely, and then he just stopped bringing him altogether."

The Wrap went on to report that this dog issue escalated to the point where several people on the set were uncomfortable with the dog’s presence around the production after the bite, but were afraid to confront Harmon who was their boss.

However, since Pauley had enough "clout" so to speak, she was able to speak up for them. From there, things escalated even further. Their sources claim that Pauley and Mark were edited together in certain scenes in Pauley's last season through the magic of television.

Despite all of this, Pauley did make sure to thank CBS for everything they've done for her. She stated, "I want to thank my studio and network CBS. They have always been so good to me and always had my back."

So, I don't know guys. What do you think? Do you think this crazy dog biting incident really led to Pauley's departure? Or do you buy her story of her actually deciding to leave the show before the dog biting incident ever even took place? Let us know in the Facebook comments. Whatever the case, it definitely seems like things became quite awkward for Pauley and Mark on set.

On a much brighter note, NCIS is confirmed to return for a brand new season 16 as we previously reported. We should get more details about the premiere date and episode count in the not-to-distant future. Stay tuned. According to a new report from <a href="https://www.aol.com/article/entertainment/2017/10/13/ncis-star-pauley-perrette-reveals-she-was-raped-in-high-school/23242939/"target="blank"> Aol.com, Pauley Perette (above) who plays character Abby Sciuto on CBS'hit drama/action show "NCIS" has come out to drop yet another major bombshell just a few days after she announced that she's leaving the show after 15 years.

She's now letting the world know that she was actually raped when she was just 15 years old! Apparently, she decided to speak about this in light of the recent allegations against movie mogul Harvey Weinstein. There are claims out right now that accuse him of sexually harassing and assaulting numerous amounts actresses.

Pauley made this big rape reveal on her official Twitter account. She wrote, "I've never met THAT Harvey Weinstein, but I sure do know him. In different shapes, sizes and names. I lost my virginity in a rape when I was 15 by a football player. That's the 'power guy' in high school. And you know what I SAID? What I DID...;? Nothing."

After that, Pauley went on to describe how her terrible experience affected her moving forward. She revealed that it caused her to get into abusive relationships, have a horrible self worth and so on and so forth. She wrote, "My rape led me into a series of abusive relationships, terrible self-worth, and self-blame, dismissing a few groping incidents, allowing myself to be bullied by a powerful man for way too long in a work environment, until I finally said ENOUGH."

Pauley also said that these recent Harvey Weinstein allegations aren't just limited to the entertainment industry. These types of situations go on in schools, offices and households. She also commended and gave words of support to all the victims and survivors including the victims who haven't come forth yet.

She wrapped up her Twitter letter by saying that these abusers need to be stopped. She wrote, "These predators must be stopped and we must start respecting each other's humanity and dismissing the illusion of power that makes abusers think they are untouchable." You guys can view Pauley's full Twitter letter on her Twitter page by <a href="https://twitter.com/PauleyP/status/918764030071681024"target="blank"> Clicking Here.

In related news. As previously reported, Pauley recently announced that this current season 15 of NCIS will indeed be her final season. She has decided to leave the show for reasons she has not yet revealed. However, she did clear up some false rumors that were going around.

She said it wasn't due to any sort of conflict with the show or CBS. She also mentioned that she doesn't have a skincare line. We're not sure how that would've played into her leaving, but she said it anyways. The only guess we have about that is maybe people were trying to say that it would've caused her to be too busy to continue on with the show, or that maybe it was some sort of conflict of interest. Who knows? Whatever the case, Pauley put that rumor to sleep.

Pauley will join other recent, very prominent castmembers that have recently left the show. They are: Cote de Pablo aka Ziva David who left at the start of season 11. Michael Weatherly aka Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo who left to star in his own TV series for CBS called, "Bull" in 2016.

Actress Jennifer Esposito aka Special Agent Alexandra Quinn decided to leave after season 14. She was on there for just that single season. So, it was a very short-lived run for her.

But, all is not lost. The show is introducing a brand new agent to the fold in this Tuesday night's episode 4. Her name is: NCIS Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane. She will reportedly challenge Gibbs a lot while she's there. She's listed as a season regular. So, we should be seeing her quite a lot as the new season goes on.

NCIS airs every Tuesday night at 7 pm central standard time on CBS. Stay tuned. Also, be sure to follow us on our NCIS Facebook page for more NCIS news by Clicking Here.

Unfortunately, "NCIS" fans. As most of you are currently aware of, Abby Sciuto actress Pauley Perrette (above) has recently made the decision to leave the show that she has been on for the past 15 or so years. She announced it via letter on Twitter.

Now, according to a new <a href="http://www.buddytv.com/articles/ncis/ncis-eps-and-cbs-issue-stateme-66261.aspx"target="blank"> Buddytv.com article, CBS has released a statement responding to Pauley's departure announcement. Also, the producers of "NCIS" George Schenck and Frank Cardea released a statement. In CBS' statement, they thanked Pauley for all the work she did to make the Abby character one of the most unique characters on television. They respect her decision and so on and so forth.

They stated, "Perrette is a valued member of both NCIS and the CBS family for over 15 years. While it's never easy saying goodbye to a beloved actress and character, we respect her decision to leave at the end of the season. We are grateful to Pauley for all her contributions to the series and making Abby one of the most unique characters on television."

The producers George Schenck and Frank Cardea revealed in their statement that they've known about Pauley's departure plans for a while now, and they have been working on creating a very special way for her character to exit. They also gave her some wonderful complements as well as thanked her for her contribution to the show.

They stated, "We've known for some time this would be Pauley's final season on NCIS and have been working toward a special send-off. From day one, she has brought incredible passion and specificity to the role. Abby is a character that inspires millions of fans around the world, and all of us at NCIS are appreciative of Pauley for portraying her."

Buddytv.com pointed out that Pauley is the second original castmember to leave the show in the past two years. Michael Weatherly abandoned his role as Special Agent Anthony DiNozzo back in 2016 to pursue his own show called,"Bull." It's now in it's second season. So, it looks like it's doing well.

The only two original castmembers that will be left after Pauley leaves is Mark Harmon who plays Agent Leroy Jethro Gibbs and David McCallum who plays Donald "Ducky" Mallard. And there have been some reports that Mark's action scenes are getting dialed way back for the current season 15 due to declining health issues. We'll have to wait and see if those reports are true.

It's still unclear the exact reason why Pauley is leaving. In her official Twitter statement, she never gave an exact reason. She just made sure to note that it wasn't due to any negative feelings between her, CBS or the show. She also said that she doesn't have a skincare line.

Here's what her Twitter letter said verbatim: "So, it is true that I am leaving NCIS after this season. There have been all kinds of false stories as to why. No, I don't have a skin care line. No, my network and show are not mad at me!

It was a decision made last year. I hope everyone will love and enjoy everything Abby not only for the rest of this season but for everything she has given all of us for 16 years. All the love, all the laughter, all the inspiration. I love her as much as you do."

In related news, NCIS is bringing on another new agent, and she's set to debut this Tuesday night, October 17,2017 in the new, 4th episode that's entitled,"Skeleton Crew." Her name is NCIS Special Agent Jacqueline "Jack" Sloane. She's definitely going to cause a lot off tension with Gibbs during her first arrival.

CBS' initial description of her went like this: "After joining NCIS, the character built her reputation as the agency's premier forensic psychologist. Unlike the other agents, she can second-guess and challenge Gibbs. So, there will be friction but also mutual respect. She is a positive force, mischievous and at times, acerbic." We've seen her in action, and she does look interesting.

NCIS airs every Tuesday night at 7 pm central standard time on CBS. Stay tuned. Also, be sure to follow us on our NCIS Facebook page for more NCIS news by Clicking Here.
